Ive been a loyal client of Anas since 2012, starting from when she was at Supercuts and now at Dynamic Salon Spa Studios. Her professionalism and attention to detail are truly exceptional. Ana takes the time to ask all the right questions to ensure you get exactly what you expect, and she remembers your preferences for the next visit, making the experience even smoother. Her personalized approach and genuine care make each appointment a pleasure. Ana sees you as a person, not just a customer, and this humane touch sets her apart from others. I always leave feeling refreshed and satisfied, knowing Im in expert hands. Im looking forward to many more appointments and happy moments with Ana!

Irene did my nails, and winged a nail color with me since they did not have what I wanted. She did an awesome job shaping and color matching. Loved the final look :)

I can’t say enough good things about Juliana! She’s so friendly, fun to talk to, and does a perfect job with my nails. She takes her time to make sure they’re prepped for no chip correctly and doesn’t rush through the manicure or pedicure. I appreciate her attention to detail and overall professionalism. Definitely a customer for life!

Melissa is very sweet but I asked her to “clean” up previously cut bangs and specified I wanted them longer and wispy. I got very boxy and straight cut bangs instead. I’m very upset and disappointed. I’m embarrassed by how poorly cut these bangs are. Wish I would’ve just fixed them myself or not asked to have her trim them. First picture is before she trimmed them and second is after. I mentioned I had curly hair and would want the bangs to stay longer so when I wore my hair curly they still looked good. She cut them straight across (super short) then tried making them “wispy” which led to super in even choppiness. I’d also like to add that my birthday is next week and because I’m so uncomfortable with my hair (bangs) I will be “rescheduling” all celebrations until this is fixed and I feel confident with my hair. Super disappointing

I love manicures and pedicures with Juliana. Shes the only nail tech Ive experienced here, so I cant vouch for any others, but its hands down the best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had. Aside from looking great, my feet feel soft and hydrated for at least a week after, whereas mine normally are dry and callused (TMI?) If yours are like mine, I highly recommend adding the callus treatment. Bonus: On Tuesdays & Wednesdays its only $50 for a mani and pedi.

I purchased a Groupon for a no chip manicure. I was greeted by a stylist as the receptionist/manicurist, Anna, walked up to the counter to check me in. Randi was my nail technician. She was not pleasant, even though she tried very hard to be. She rushed me to pick my nail color and her attitude was very snotty. She also spoke very badly of African American women.Randi made sure to tell me that the salon had been around for 15 years but she forgot to tell me she was a novice technician. I told her I wanted to keep my nail length. She did not shape my nails, I had to tell her to refile my nails. She did not do a good job cleaning my cuticles either and the paint job was mediocre.I give this salon 3 stars because of the assistant manager, Joann, who did a great job of assisting me during this very frustrating visit.Its a beautiful salon however, I will not be returning due to the incompetence of the nail technician Randi.

Great experience for me and my sisters with the friendly nail techs, they were very accommodating to help us get our appointments together!

I never write reviews, but I had to on this one. It was the worst nail appointment I have ever been to! First I didn’t receive a hand massage or even lotion after she finished my nails. Then my pedicure chair had no armrest on either side of the chair and the massage chair had very jerky movements. When I told the tech who was doing my pedicure what the chair was doing, she said “sorry I don’t know how to work the chair.” I would Not recommend anyone to go here. Maybe they do hair better.

I purchased a Groupon for services at Dynamic Salon. The salon was clean, and the nail techs were friendly and attentive. However, the salon was loud and hosted a large baby shower that took over the entire salon. I felt very uncomfortable trying to enjoy my manicure and pedicure with my friend in the middle of the salon and wish the salon had closed for the event and not taken my appointment for that day. Im not sure if Ill return as the salon is not close to my home or work and the manicure started to chip the next day.

Got a haircut here in December. Service is very overpriced. They wanted to charge $70.00 for my haircut even they only dried my hair at the end. Then, they offered a seasonal discount. Despite price, I was expecting some decent haircut but they left my hair uneven (right side was longer than left side) and my bangs came way too short and uneven as well. I had to go back to my original hair salon which is really far from home now and ask my hairstylist to fix that mess. He did a wonderful job but my bangs still need to grow. I will never return to Dynamic Salon Spa again. Some people have talent and passion for their job and others just mess up with your hair and earn money for free.

I went to this salon this weekend and got my hair done by my girl Sarah DeCorah. I love this girl! She is so talented and always does an amazing job on my hair. She is also super fast! I used to spend 3+ hours at the salon to get highlights because I couldnt find a super foiler like Sarah. I am in and out with highlights, cut, and blow out in less than 2 hours.The salon is very clean and modern. I think it is a very pleasant environment to spend sometime in to get your hair done. The wash bowls are also comfortable. It was a sunny day while I was there so the nature light was nice coming in the front windows. All of the staff there were pleasant. This is also a boutique because they offer a small selection of jewelry and accessories. I bought a pair of earring and a necklace that I really like.I highly recommend this salon and go see Sarah!

Juliana is the best at nails. I’ve literally never had anyone as good as her. She’s so meticulous, a great listener, and my nails honestly have never looked better

I absolutely loved my experience with Ana today. She styled my hair for a wedding tonight with beach waves and nailed it. My hair is so fine, it’s tough to get volume out of it, but she was successful! If you are needing a professional blowout, Ana is your girl! You won’t be disappointed.

Michelle did a wonderful manicure for me, and we had pleasant and personable conversation; I felt welcome and that they are taking great precautions to keep the salon clean during covid-19. Will be returning!

My favorite place for a blow dry. All of their stylists are well trained and can work with all hair types. Aside from being woman owned, the Gomez sisters make sure everyone who walks in is treated like family. Ive never walked out disappointed with my hair or nails or eyebrows - full service salon!

I regularly have my mani and pedi services but I recently had my lashes tinted and curled as well as my eyebrows and they look amazing! The service is excellent, they have fun boutique items for purchase in the front and I always have a great experience with the staff and owners. Amazing place!

Cozy, relaxing space with an excellent selection of nail colors. Jessica and Julianna are both precise nail techs. I really enjoy going here and they are always accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

Update: my old stylist no longer works at this salon but I went anyway. I went in about two months ago. I didnt want to write a bad review because I feel bad for the employees there. But I have to go get another cut and color just a few weeks later somewhere else to fix my hair and Im annoyed about that.Im not sure if they got new management or something but it was just very uncomfortable in the salon. All of the employees seemed miserable. Also, someone who I assume was an owner or boss came in half way through my appointment. They were having a lot of work related conversations and just hanging out in the salon area, which to me is very unprofessional.They dont have a waiting area where you can sit down. I stood there for at least 10-15 minutes after getting a call to come an hour later than my scheduled appointment. Family members of people who work in the salon were also waiting and they were offered seats in the salon area while I had to stand there waiting with a open door and freezing rain outside. I get that they are family, but again its just very unprofessional to make your clients go through that. So I was already extremely uncomfortable before I even met my stylist. And the receptionist wasnt smiling or friendly and didnt apologize for my wait or the freezing cold air coming in from outside. I thought about just leaving but didnt because I really needed the haircut badly.When I called to make the appointment I asked the receptionist to help me find someone who would be right for me. I have thick crazy unruly hair and I need someone who is capable of managing that and who is professional enough to help guide me in the right direction. All other salons Ive been to know their staff well enough to at least send to their most senior stylist but the receptionist here was like why dont you just tell me what time you want to come and Ill see whos available .... um okay. I thought then that I shouldnt have made the appointment but I did anyway.So of course, the woman who cut and colored my hair gave me an amateur haircut & a color job that was not really what I wanted. She wasnt very friendly but again I think it was because she, like all of the other employees that day seemed uncomfortable and miserable like someone just got fired or the boss was hanging around too much. She didnt do a good job on my hair but she was not experienced enough and I dont really feel that its her fault.When she finished, the owner or whoever who was just standing around and talking came over to compliment my hair. Then he said to the stylist looks like you get to keep your job another week, joking. The poor woman didnt think it was funny and I thought it was again, extremely unprofessional.Im sorry but when I pay over $200 to get my hair done it has to be perfect. I always expect to spend about $200-300 on a hair appointment because usually if you go to a salon that charges that much, it is perfect. You get a good haircut and a relaxing experience delivered by professionals. My hair has always been thick and crazy so I will pay if I can find someone who can help me with it. Not the case here. Dont go there, its awful and not worth the money.

Ellen has a suite here and does facials. I took my niece to her 2 yrs in a row because she loves it so much.

Tried to call several times to make an appointment, no one ever answers. Finally get a hold of someone, was running 10 minutes late and she calls to cancel, granted its Friday rush hour & I told her when accepting this last minute appointment Ill get there as quickly as I can. I offered to paid for the following appointments services if they wouldnt mind waiting 10 extra minutes since that was my delay, I got hung up on! Absolutely appalled by their customer service.

They use great products for hair, nails and facials. They also have cute clothing and jewelry for sale (they are always changing things up and keeping it interesting!) Oh, and I love Margaritas and Manis night!

I have been seeing Daina for waxing services for years. She always does an awesome job! Her skills are top notch and she works in a timely fashion.

Hairstylist Sarah delivered on my desired look. The salon owners are amazing. The salon is always clean and everyone is friendly.

Ive followed my stylist Ana here. Shes great, facility very clean and well equipped.

Dont get the callus removal. I paid $5 extra for nothing. They also dont have toe dryers, so I awkwardly stood there till my toes were dry enough to put my boots on

Tried to call an hour before I arrived to this location. Unfortunately no one picks up there phone. It says on google that they close at 6pm on Saturday. So I took my chance I came at 5pm, the door was locked and this is what it looks like inside. You can see the lights are on and the TV is working, tried to call their number again, no one came up to answer it. Was so frustrated driving for half an hour for nothing!!

Sarah is the only person who has been able to cut and style my curly hair the way I like.

Great Salon for facials. They really focus on your skin needs. Ive done microdermabrasion facials here and they are very relaxing as well as helpful to refresh skin
