Zana and Jeanette were kind, professional and pleasant skilled staff. Our couples massage was wonderful! The perfect birthday treat for a 1-time spa experience. He loved it!

I went to the location in the Godfrey Hotel and everything was amazing from start to finish!!! I had a massage with Angie and a facial with Amanda! I could not recommend them ENOUGH! Angie was so kind and considerate. I had informed her before the service I had recently had surgery and she took extra care with me and checked in to make sure I was still doing well through the service. Amanda was just as great! I had never had a professional facial before and she make a facial that was catered to my skin type. Very knowledgeable and I can tell they both are passionate about their craft. At the end i felt like i didnt want to leave! I will definitely be coming back to them and will never stop recommending them!

The Hyatt Lodge and Spa in Oakbrook is Amazing!! The spa is very clean and the staff is wonderful! Cory was my massage therapist and she was amazing!!! She made sure I was comfortable and she was very gentle!! I had a full massage and left out feeling like a new person!! Cory explained how to relax and take deep breaths. I will continue scheduling my appointments with Cory every month. She is truly Amazing!

Spa day with the girls was fantastic at the Hyatt Lodge. All 5 of us got 3 services each and had the best time. They were very accommodating in helping celebrate a birthday. Look forward to going back.

At first glance I was a bit disappointed at the spa room, small plain appearance. But… Angela welcomed me calmly, professionally and confidently. My massage was amazing. Angela had read my online appointment details and asked about them again. Her technique and skill was amazing and felt right! The room could use some additions to make it more calm, welcoming or relaxing. Hang on to Angela, she is very good!

Great experience - we requested two messages in separate rooms at the same time. Highly professional, the communication beforehand was thorough, the spa rooms were nice and well appointed, and the actual messages were great. My daughter was equally pleased.

My favorite part about traveling to Chicago is a visit from Windy City Massage to my hotel. Ive used them three times and each one has been a great experience. My therapist this most recent visit was Agnes who found every knot and tight spot and gave them the attention they deserved. I do recommend booking as soon as you know your travel plans because they can book up. Well worth it!

My partner and I had our first couples massage at The London House and it was fantastic! We had the 50 min treatment with the scalp therapy. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized, both masseuses were very kind and professional. Highly recommend & will be coming back!!!

Had a relaxing massage in the Kimpton Gray. There arent additional amenities like some other spas, but the experience itself was exactly what I hoped for amidst my trip to Chicago.

The good - the massage itself was very nice. My masseuse put her forearms and elbows into it lol. Jacuzzi is nice and there’s a full workout area (connected to the hotel) - as a gym rat, I could get one of my regular lifts in with little substitutions.The eh - the parking instructions were unclear, but it was free and not that far of a walk. Literally nobody paid us any attention as we walked into the hotel, which like fine, and we spent about 3-4 minutes getting to the spa. The sauna and the steam room are in the locker rooms which isn’t terrible but killed the vibe for us tbh.The bad - once again, nobody paid us any attention when we actually got to the spa. No attendants on duty and they just assumed we were there for the Groupon. We were, but never asked us for a name or anything. Literally anyone could have lied and said yes to the question and we wouldve been out of a massage. They were incredibly rude asking for tips at the end - my gf Zelled them and the one looked at her and told her straight up it wasn’t enough. Its a tip! She sent about $50 for the two to split - in my mind, $25 tip for a 50 minute massage is reasonable. But even if not, the audacity to be indignant about it is astounding. We wouldve respected it more if they said how much customers usually tip. It just left a bad taste in our mouths and really soured the whole experience.Overall - 6/10. Would maybe go again bc the price point (via Groupon) alone is worth it but not rushing back.

I had an opportunity to book a facial while staying at the London House. I am so glad I did. My facial was amazing! I literally was glowing after and face felt refreshed. Thank you Anita P, you did an amazing job! I will definitely be booking again.

Donna is completely fantastic! She worked on my super-tight neck and shoulders until they turned to butter. And a piriformis issue that has been causing me glute, hip, and leg pain for over a month resolved.

Latoya J and her coworker were great. They addressed the areas we discussed and gave an all over massage. They were open to allowing us to have our own music playing too.

First time ever getting a facial very relaxing. A great experience overall. The massage therapist hit areas that have never been touched.

We booked a couples’ massage with Windy City massage at the Spa at Hyatt Lodge in Oakbrook. The masseuse was wonderful, and used just the right amount of pressure for both of us, working on areas that we specified were in need of some relief. It was incredibly relaxing. She applied warm towels at different points in the treatment, which felt heavenly. The massage room was appropriately dark, warm, calm and peaceful and ghe massage table was heated and very comfortable. There were thick cozy robes for us afterward, as we had use of the rest of the spa- steam room, hot sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The locker room and facilities were spacious and clean, and the pool area was really nice. Huge pool and jacuzzi inside a glass-covered atrium, with views out to the hotel grounds, which are very pretty. All of the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. Overall our experience here was fantastic, and we would absolutely recommend using the spa and booking massage treatments.

My facial was amazing, I actually fell asleep during it. Which has never happened before. Very relaxed atmosphere. My massage was also outstanding. My manicure and pedicure were very enjoyable as well. My overall spy experience was excellent!!

Had a couples massage at Le Meridian in Oak Brook with massage therapists Veronica & Agnes. They were fantastic, we both had an excellent experience! The room was super clean and calming with light music. Both of our massages were incredibly relaxing, and we would definitely consider booking with these ladies again.

This was such a wonderful experience! I bought a couples massage for my wife’s birthday and it was so relaxing. The massage table was a perfectly warm temperature and the massage therapists did an excellent job asking what we wanted out the of the massage and asked us multiple times how we were doing throughout the massage. After the massage was a complimentary glass champagne of champagne to toast to our relaxation experience. Definitely recommend!

My daughter and I decided to indulge ourselves with a 50 minute massage and a 50 minute facial during our recent stay at the Intercontinental Hotel, and boy, are we glad that we did! The massages were excellent and were full body-we both were left feeling rejuvenated and lossened up. Both massuses were knowledgeable and skilled. We really enjoyed this! The facials were equally impressive. Our skin was clean and glowing and were super impressed with the ultrasonic deep cleaning technique.While Spa service was merely an after thought initially, it became a highlight of our weekend at the hotel. I highly recommend this spa and their treatments. Anita and Zara were wonderful and professional and we were treated like queens!

Went for a massage and a facial. Both treatments were great! Sara and Anita were the ladies that did the respective treatments. The massage was relaxing and Sara applied the right pressure on the focus areas. It was my first facial and Anita was really gentle with my skin.

This was my first massage done by a professional. It as a truly amazing experience. My masseuse must have X-ray vision since she found all of the tight spots I had and worked them out. She was firm but gentle and I will go back again the next time I’m in Chicago.

The service was very nice, however it seems that they lost my appointment. I called two days before to place an appointment. I had called beforehand to ask questions, and that person was wonderful. However, it seems that the person who was booking past 4 pm was a different person than the one I had talked to before. She booked my appointment for the morning and said she was going to send an invoice to pay on my email. I was driving into Chicago shortly after the call, so it was only until the next day when I realized I never received an email, so I called back. The first woman I had talked to answered the phone and politely told me they could not find my appointment anywhere. They had offered me other appointments, but either at different times or people. It was very unfortunate as I had booked this massage as a gift. The service from the morning person was wonderful, and obviously, I never received their massages, so Im sure theyre great. I was just disappointed in the organization of their appointments.

If you’re going to book a massage, please do yourself a favor and book with Donna. Her touch is firm and intuitive—she knew exactly where to spend the time and how much pressure was needed to work out all of my tight, overworked muscles. My treatment was 80mins and it felt like I spent the whole afternoon there. Highly recommend booking a service with her if you’re considering a massage at London House. My only complaint is that I live too far away so I can’t come regularly.

Just had a 50 minute massage done by Hanadi at LondonHouse and it was awesome!! She was very strong and knew exactly what she was doing, working all the muscles, but really got deep into the sore and tight spots. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Hanadi and Windy City Massage.

I had this self care day planned and I really needed this massage. Agnes did a wonderful job!! The exact firm pressure that I needed. She even told me what I needed supplements such as collagen and vitamin d to keep my joints healthy and not dry. I plan to come back as soon as I can!

Booked two facials and its clear they dont know how to work with Black skin. At best youll notice no changes but they wont address any concerns. The manager Tanya is unresponsive. Not worth the hassle. The most communication youll get is an automated invoice daily for gratuity. It seems more like a money grab than offering services where they want repeat customers.Edit: the owner responded to say that I did not receive a facial. Please note that two facials were booked. The other person received hers, which was unsatisfactory. The aesthetician was nice but the manager is unresponsive. Again, they are unfamiliar with Black skin.

Zane is AMAZING. I’ve had this back pain for months now with no relief after several different massages and dr visits. I went for a massage with Zana, shared what was wrong and she knew exactly what to do and how to help. Don’t get me wrong, it hurt a lot so if you have a low pain tolerance, probably skip it. But it really is worth it and helped so much. Thanks Zana! I’ll definitely be back!

I received a massage from Agnes at the InterContinental hotel this morning and she was fabulous. She instantly knew the areas of my body that needed the most work and she was able to provide a nice balance between therapy and relaxation. This was my first experience with an actual massage. I was a little nervous but my massage therapist, Agnes, was incredible. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me. She was very kind and checked on me throughout the massage. I will definitely be coming back. This place is very great! After a 50 minute massage you’re allowed 25 min extra for relaxation time. The room is very nice; has a tub for bubble bath, shower, bathroom, and all the items needed for you to relax. I recommend this place for massages 100%. Plus it’s right by the oak book mall!

Friendly and helpful staff. There was a discrepancy between the listed price and my invoice and they rectified the issue right away when I contacted them. Laura was professional, used the right amount of pressure and was attentive to the areas I asked her to focus on. I went with a body treatment and I think overall the treatment itself tried to accomplish too much in 80 minutes; I would have liked more time spent on the massage. But that may also be my own fault for choosing a body treatment over a massage. The face mask was amazing. All in all I would definitely go back, just for a massage instead. And I would definitely request Laura again!

This rating has nothing to do with the massage therapists, they were fine. My issue is with their no cancellation, no exchange, no refund policy. If youre going to have such a harsh policy you should do much more to help clients. We booked a massage before our trip and made the mistake of thinking we booked for a Sunday when apparently it was a Saturday. That is our mistake and things happen when youre traveling, planning out your days. However I believe the company could do more to ensure clients are reminded. Set up auto text reminder a day or hour before the appointment. Have reception make a phone call the day before. Send Auto email reminders... Tons of options. Also we rush to get to the hotel only to have no way to get up to the fitness center, no one told us we need to get a key from the front desk. So we had to take the stairs rushing to get to the appointment. I just think your customer service should be phenomenal if youre going to have harsh appointment policies.

Molly and Harmony were wonderful !!!! Molly recently joined the team, and it was one of the beat massages I’ve ever gotten. Harmony was so sweet, and did such a fantastic job at my facial. She was also kind enough to give me some great recommendations for my skin as well. Overall such a great experience, highly recommend the London House Spa!!

I had the best massage. I booked a 50 minute full body massage and my masseuse was Ebony. I explained to her that it was my first massage and she took great care of me. She explained the process, made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me about the pressure she was using throughout the session. She also was patient with me, as it took time for me to fully relax. Overall it was very therapeutic and I will definitely be booking again.

Had an 80 minute massage session with Molly on Valentine’s Day. I’ve had many many MANY massages in my life due to severe back issues after an injury I had on my spine in my teens. Molly was absolutely AMAZING and listened to my concern areas, and focused my massage session on my problem areas. She was also very attentive in making sure I was as comfortable as possible and was hands down the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had. After my massage I then had a facial with Harmony, which she was equally as impressive. Consistently making sure I was comfortable with every step of the facial process and was such a sweetheart and super informative about my skin concerns. I live an hour and a half outside of Chicago in northern Indiana, and I would absolutely make the drive just to make another appointment with these two again. Thank you for making my Valentine’s Day treats something to remember!

Molly and Donna were very professional! This was my first massage. I felt very comfortable. I was scheduled for a 50 min couple massage. Arrived around 11:56. I waited for the room to be set up, signed papers, then after entering the room the masseuses talked for a bit. Then they stepped out for us to get undressed. I’m mentioning all this to say that by time the massage started, it was well passed 12 pm however they made sure to end right at 12:50 pm. So I didn’t get the full 50 mins. Other than that they were nice.

My fiancé and I had never had massages before and they made the whole experience worth while and definitely worth the money. My wife and I got a couples massage at the Godfrey hotel with Carlos and Leticia. They took such great care of us and made us feel like royalty. Our 80 minute massage felt like it was over in a flash due to how relaxed we felt. Highly recommend.

Miguel was great. He applied deep pressure as I wanted and he also gave me tips to prevent the knots from sitting all day.

The massage techs were great! I was disappointed with the actual spa. The website made it seem like it was a spa with full amenities. It was a room in the basement of the hotel. Not very spa like for the price.

I went to the London House Hotel. Leticia is an excellent massage therapist. She found all my tight areas and worked on my knots. She made sure I was comfortable and checked up on me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was good. It was surprising that even though I asked her to use firm pressure which she did, I still dozed off a couple of times during my 80 minute massage. She really knows what she is doing and I would highly recommend her.

Nice essential oils. Slightly shorted on time. At some points towel was being yanked no heads up or ask to lift my head so a bit aggressive. Overall nice. I dont like that gratuity and other fees are added to total price. Probably wont try again

Incredibly disappointing experience with the spa customer service at London House. London house spa is misrepresenting the encounter by saying we received a massage / they provided a service which they did not.My wife and I booked a couples massage with a Groupon to kick off a fun day in the city and, due to traffic and terrible GPS directions, we were running late. We called and left a voicemail for the spa to let them know the situation.We walked into the spa about 20-25 minutes late, already feeling stressed, anxious, and awful that we were so late. We felt even worse when we were greeted with a hostile welcome.We apologized and asked if we could reschedule. The response was no since there is a 24-hour cancellation policy (even though prior to our issues getting to the location we were looking forward to the massage and werent planning to reschedule). Since we arrived late, the only other option we were offered was a quick 20 minute massage.My wifes anxiety became so heightened once the door closed behind me and I realized wed have to strip down and the same person who wed been having this hostile exchange with would be the same person massaging either her or me.We quickly walked out of there, are attempting to get our money back from Groupon and needless to say we will not be going back to either the spa or any other part of London House anytime soon. The experience put quite a damper on our fun day in the city.

My husband and I received in room massages when we went away for the weekend. Octavia gave the best massage I’ve ever recorded. She gently worked out small knots in my back. I didn’t feel any pain during or the next day. It was incredible!

Basic massage at best. Over priced for the treatment received might as well go to massage envy for 70 for a hour instead of spending 170+ for the barely the same treatment for not even an hour

My husband and I had a couples massage with Zana and Donna. Zana was absolutely amazing. I have terrible neck and back pain due to spending a lot of time on the computer and after one 80 min session my neck felt better than it had in months. My husband was also extremely happy with the job Donna did. He is an ex professional athlete and requires a high pressure massage which she was able to do. Highly recommend or for a relaxing couple experience.

Cynthia Bainter was amazing. She didnt have to ask too much and she did an amazing job with the full body massage. She def did not rush it. Very professional. And I left feeling like I got my moneys worth. I wish I had switched with my lady, so she could have experienced how great, it was too.

I would definitely rate my massage with ZANA as a 5/5. This was the BEST massage I’ve ever had. I have really bad knots and muscle tightness in my shoulders/neck and she had wonderful technique and skill to target my problem areas and to give an excellent massage overall.I only rate my overall experience as 4/5 bc of a scheduling mistake - but this was handled immediately and did not effect my appointment time.

Today I went to Windy City at Westin and I had deep tissue massage with Donna. I did many massages worldwide & I can say I have one of the best ever. She asked where are area to focus and i was surprised that down the ribs a deep tissue massage on that twisted muscle took the pain I had away. Will definitely back to have a stress release session. We had a great experience with Jarvis and Trina. Our bodies had several knots in them and I had some back pain for several days. Trina found them and too away a lot of the pain. My back feels fine now. I was the tiniest bit sore the next day but I drank a bunch of water and felt fine right after.Definitely recommending them.

I would not recommend the LondonHouse spa. The masseuse who performed my massage did not introduce herself to me, so I do not know what her name is. The massage itself felt very rushed, as if there was no flow at all. I was scheduled for a deep tissue massage and this was not that. She essentially just rubbed oil on me without any massage.In the middle of the massage I told the masseuse that I was a little chilly. She said “it’s 75 in here...” as if to make me feel wrong for being uncomfortable.I have had many massages before and overall this one was not worth the $125+ that I paid. I would not recommend this.

An expensive massage but you get what you pay for! We had a couples massage with Molly and Laura and they did a phenomenal job. They are good at their craft and are clearly experienced. 10/10 would come back again.

I had the pleasure of receiving a holiday gift of massage from Windy City Massage. I chose Mesha as my therapist at the Le Meridien Spa Suites in Oak Brook, IL. My experience was incredible. Mesha is highly skilled in this professional field and provided a completely relaxing session, while also focusing on problem areas. Meshas pressure and movement was wonderfully intuitive. My session was so nurturing and I could tell she has so much passion and attention to detail for her career in massage therapy. Mesha is also an esthetician and I look forward to a facial from her in the future. I recommend an 80 minute session with her! The spa suites at Le Meridien are so gorgeous and one of my favorite places to work. I was able to enjoy a soaking tub and a rain shower after my session. Thanks Windy City and Mesha!!

Bozena and Cynthia were great!My wife is an ER nurse and needed some R&R from the 6 days a week 12 hour shifts. I surprised her with an afternoon at Sybris. I scheduled body massages for my wife and myself. We requested Bozena which we knew from a previous session. We were pleased to find out she was available. Bozena was accompanied by Cynthia both ladies did a very nice massage. My wife was very impressed with Cynthia’s strength and knowledge as to where my wife needed work. I also was very pleased with Bozena she was very attentive to finding my troubled areas and worked them out nicely. They both communicated assuring proper pressures and areas were right. I liked that they arrived promptly set up and after they completed the massages broke down their equipment promptly. They were very professional. I needed an urgent massage and they nicely managed to get me in right away.The therapist, Herman, was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!I told him my problem and he knew exactly what to do. I have had plenty massages for this same problem and he is the best I ever had!I wish I lived in Chicago just to get his massage every week.

Poor communication when booking and multiple phone calls never returned in attempt to confirm requested date/time. Being able to book online is great, but when the website says confirmation will be sent in 24 hours, waiting almost 10 days to receive any communication AFTER giving credit card information and having your card charged is unacceptable. Throughout this time, I made three phone calls and left voicemails none of which were returned. I finally received a text message the night we flew into Chicago for the weekend to confirm my appointment. Of note, due to the company cancellation policy, the appointment now was not eligible for cancellation for any type of refund because it was within the 24 hour window of the requested services. At this point, we had no choice but to move forward with the requested services at a $450 price tag. The only reason I give this company 2 stars is because our massages were decent and our therapists were very kind and professional.

They assured me they had appointments but did not honor my appointment.I am sure there services are wonderful. However. I called 2 days ahead to make sure they had availability before I booked. I did not want to book a flight and a room at Lameridian if they could not provide services for my wife while I was working. I would not have brought her on my trip but for them telling me they have availability and to book online. So I booked online and they took the money out of my account.I called the night before to make sure all was ok as I did not see an email or text. They had done nothing to set up the massage or facial. They asked if we could change the time to dinner time. I declined. I set up an appointment with another company for my wife in 5 minutes and called them back to cancel. They told me my money would be returned in 5-7 days.Do not confirm a reservation and take peoples money if you cannot honor it.You are taking the relaxation out of the whole thing.Do not tell people the time is available if it is not.Do not wait until someone calls you to find out what is going on to set up their appointment.If someone has an issue, have a manager talk to them. The person on the phone talked to the manager but not me.

I had a bad experience, I pictured the spa totally different. It is really small, the waiting area which is literally next to one of the massage rooms which means you can hear what people are talking outside. The massage table is like the ones you can buy at Costco at some point I thought it was going to break. I couldnt relax. Another thing I didnt like is that the lady who did my massage was telling me to keep my mask on when I turned my head up meanwhile she had her mask under her nose. For 135 dollars plus tip you expect a better experience, if it was only 50 dollars I probably wouldnt be commenting. Check it out before you go for your appointment and see it for yourself if you are visiting just wait until you go back home.

The whole time never felt rushed and everything was calming and put you at ease- from the oil diffusers to the music to even the conversation before and after the massage.The massage was top notch- the whole body was slowly worked over, with some focus on problem spots (my calves from running and shoulders). At the end, I felt a sense of relaxation and freedom that I hadn’t felt in a long time after a massage.If you’re looking for a group of massage therapists in Chicago Area, look no further than Windy City Massage. We’ll definitely be calling them again and again when we visit Chicago next time!!

I had been having lower back pain and leg pain for two weeks before going in for a massage. Jeff was able to pinpoint exactly which muscles were tight and knew how to loosen them up. We would recommend Windy City 10 out of 10! We had an employee wellness and biometric screening program during this crazy COVID pandemic. We offered 5 min massages to our staff and our therapist Bozena was amazing! She was so great with all of our staff and every had a look of relief after their mini massage. I had one of the most tremendous experience at the London House. Dov hands were magical over my sorry neck and back. I had great conversation when I initiated it because he cared about my peace and tranquility. In wish I could come in once a week, lol. The Expresso scrub was delighted and my my skin so moisturized and smooth. I will have to come back again!
