Great location, great price, great staff, and fabulous massage! Teresa found knots I didnt know I had and worked them until they were like butter!! After 4 days of Lollapalooza on my feet, I left feeling so relaxed and no pain! Would come back again and again and will send others there as well!

Overall, I am not convinced about their professionalism or knowledge/skills with providing prenatal massage, which is what i did. The staff explained nothing to me about prenatal massage, how is it different from other regular massages, how it can be carried out, and what some of my options may be.So my experience was like this: the staff greeted me nicely and after introducing me to the room, she told me I could undress to my comfort level. I kept my pants and t shirt on, and when the staff came back, she seemed to be surprised and even a bit frustrated and for a second i think she literally said I need to do some more research. Huh?!And then she recollected her self and explained very quickly she could not do compression massage because its a pre-natal massage. I agreed to the no compression massage option since I was not offered or aware of any other options.For the rest of the time, basically I was lying there and she gently touched my head, shoulders, arms, neck, and feet... which overall was not uncomfortable but was not one would expect when coming to a massage. My 1 hour experience with them did not feel much different than me just lying on my own bed and just napped for an hour.

I received a prenatal massage today at Elements in South Loop. I booked a 60 min massage with an elite masseuse. The establishment itself was nice and clean. Front desk staff was kind and courteous.The low rating is because my massage wasnt a full 60 minutes. I was warned that this can happen in chain places like this but thought to give it a chance because its in such a convenient location. The massage itself was decent, but in my pre-massage paperwork that I was asked to fill out through text beforehand it asked me if I would like aromatherapy which I selected yes but didnt receive. My masseuse also was listening to something in her airpods, which honestly, wouldnt have bothered me so much if I had received a full 60 min massage. However, hearing that music faintly alongside the spa music was a bit distracting.Pretty disappointed in the experience. Would not recommend unfortunately.

I’ve been going to this place since 2019. Larry has always been the person who helps me relieve my upper body pain from working in front of a computer all day. Clenisha helped me during my pregnancy with her prenatal massage skills. Highly recommended!

Had a 90 min massage here with Rodmon. Rodmon was great and checkin/out was smooth. However the massage table that I was put in had a broken face support. I frequently had to adjust my face because the soft portion kept on shifting which was not relaxing.For the prices at this studio, I’d expect their tables to be fully functional

It was easy to book to appointment. The two front desk workers were very friendly and welcoming. Best part was of course the message. Curtis was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I need to make more time in my life for that massage again!

I visited for a 6-month prenatal massage. I was dealing with sharp pains in my neck and right shoulder that had been persistent and nearly unbearable for about 3 days. I wish I knew the name of my therapist because I will definitely be back for him. Not only did he spend extra time in my trouble area, he helped me with stretches after the massage and I felt immensely better the next day! It was such a relief!

My rule of thumb is not about the facility but about whose names pops up the most when I get a massage. Curtis was fantastic, he was attentive to all of my needs, he has a very calming presence. Curtis was able to relieve a lot of muscle tension and body pain, I floated out of this place with a nice body high. thank you Curtis.

I enjoy the convenient central location of your center, the thorough check of peoples comfortability with certain areas being able to be marked as off limits without sacrificing a quality massage and the personable staff are top notch! Erica, my massage therapist was a great conversationalist and made me feel right at home with my first prenatal massage ever.

Really liked that as walk in, you are welcomed. It can be a little loud when people come in and out. We got a foot massage and a back massage. I added cupping. I had never tried cupping, so that was an experience. Little sore from it. Overall, I felt relieved and enjoyed the massage. There is an extra few when tipping. I found that odd. Use cash, preferably.

I had one of the best massages ever here. The minute I walked in to the minute I left I felt so at peace. Everyone was so professional. My massage therapist was Theresa and she had magic hands. She always asked was I ok and was so gentle and professional when it was time to turn over or move to a new spot. The admin was very communicative about my appointment with reminders and offering to change to an earlier appointment if I wanted. I overall had a great experience

Been going here for ages. I have the monthly membership because it’s oh-so worth it. Christine is hands down the best! She always uses the right amount of pressure and puts me to sleep (in the best way possible) almost every time. She’s my go-to for regular and prenatal massages. The place itself is very clean and professional.

I booked a couple massage for my bfs birthday but they canceled last minute cuz one of the masseurs was sick. We didnt mind and rescheduled our appointments for few weeks later. They were very nice about it and comped the entire bill for our session. The place was very relaxing and quiet despise being at a busy intersection. We had a wonderful experience even though we had to come a few weeks later than intended. Definitely will be back.

The massages are always great. I love your membership program, I came back after a couple of years and I missed it so much. I have been a part of other massage memberships and yours is the best hands down. Massages for most have to be a luxury purchase and its an almost priceless health benefit. But that fact that your membership is so flexible and allows me to feel like an actual client that has their needs tailored, makes all the difference. Your staff is always so nice and accommodating and makes me feel like I am at a spa getaway every time. Larry was great, he really gets those knots and has such a warm and inviting personality.

Ive tried multiple massage therapists, and so far I havent had a bad massage. Its in a prime location and easy to access. Its well worth the money to become a member of Elements Massage. I look forward to my 90 minutes every month.Everyone is friendly and the location is always clean. Even though its right in the middle of downtown Chicago on a busy street, the atmosphere inside is quiet, peaceful and serene.

Once I arrive at the front desk, the intake process was great. Upon arriving to the massage room with the therapist Simone I informed her of the techniques and the areas I would like her to focus on outside of my massage, well overall the massage was good but, she didn’t focus on the areas that I needed attention in. I’m thinking I was receiving an deep tissue massage, which I don’t think that was the service that was given. She did relieve some stress point but again I wanted her to focus on the other areas as well. So going forward if/when I return I don’t think I would request for her as my therapist.

Clenisha was excellent - one of the best masseuses I’ve had. She was super knowledgeable and engaging. The place is very clean and has a wonderful scent. I was in town for the week on a trip and decided to come here because of the good ratings and the location. They lived up to it!

Theresa is my go-to person for massages and I absolutely adore her. She knows where all my knots on my back are and shes so good at massaging them out! Also love the friendliness of the front-desk staff and overall how clean and professional the environment seems to be. Ive been a customer at this location for 2 years now and Ive never had an issue with this place, and I always look forward to my monthly massages. Keep up the good work!

The receptionist was amazing and helpful! Shed acknowledged my birthday and even gave me a card! The massage therapist was so attentive and made sure I was okay at all times. I had my first appointment with Elements last week. My massage therapist was J. For me, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Im a 53, 140lb female, former fitness competitor and I workout regularly. Because I work out a lot my muscles tend to stay tight and knotted up, so my preference is always deep tissue or sports massage. The goal for my appointment at Elements was not one of relaxation, sipping tea in big robes, ambiance and aromatherapy, which Im certain they have. I went to get the knots out of my muscles. If youve ever had a deep tissue or sports massage youll know they can be a bit uncomfortable and partially painful, but so well worth it afterward. I said all that to say, J is strong and definitely an expert in deep tissue massage. Of all the deep tissue massages Ive had over the years J now holds the number one position. I suffer from sciatica pain which he helped release. I also suffer from a lot of neck, back and shoulder pain because I work a sedentary job which forces me to be on the computer for 8-10hrs a day. J worked out all those knots and I left Elements feeling like a new person. Ive already scheduled my next appointment with J. I highly recommend if youre looking for a deep tissue massage.

I had a recent massage for my birthday on March 12, 2022 and it was fantastic as ALWAYS!My experiences here are always pleasing but I do think for those of us who can not afford to buy a membership should be offered discounts for chosing to be loyal patrons at least some times, some form of discounts should definitely be offers ....Id return more often if there were incentives like this. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and an expert at his craft! Ive had many, many massages in the past from other states and other countries and Glen is by far the best! He helped with several problem areas as my work is stressful and my body was pleading for muscle relaxation. I left with a total feeling of euphoria; mind and body. Glen made my experience at Elements Massage memorable and simply fantastic. The facility is clean, inviting and the massage rooms are tranquil. Glen offered additional advice for some much needed stretching to help reduce tension in my problem areas. He is a gem and an asset the Elements Massage. If you are looking for the BEST place on the south side of Chicago to get a fabulous massage, Elements Massage in the South loop is your place! Do yourself a tremendous favor, I promise you wont be disappointed! I will be returning. I am meticulously at paying close attention to quality service and this is a place that provides just that from the minute you walk in the door!

The hosting crew is amazingly hospitable and accommodating, and the environment is comfortable and relaxing. I was made to feel very welcomed and valued upon my arrival. My therapist, Sheila, was gracious and polite, and made me feel very appreciated. Her technique was wonderful and consistent with pressure and timing. What I requested was delivered in an excellent fashion and made me dread that it was ending! I look forward to trying many of the therapists there as the book describing each therapist is informative and makes each one intriguing in their background and styles.

Leslie was great with communication and the amount of pressure. I don’t come in nearly enough and it’s always an endless patchwork of knots and tension. She utilized the time efficiently and was great at targeting tension points. She’s extremely professional and the location was very convenient!

Thomas has been one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had and I’ve had my share of body work. He’s knowledgable and has been trained in multiple modalities making his approach unique and effective. Highly recommend.

I have been getting massages here since they opened the doors! I refer everyone to Elements. Everyone that I have seen has been amazing. I am seeing Chandler right now and I cannot say enough good things. She has been able to help my chronic pain and I look forward to every visit! In town for a conference and decided to take a break for some much needed downtime. When I read Glenns bio including advanced experience and knowledge, I felt he would be a great option and I have no regrets. Very professional, communicative and intuitive. One of my friends recommended this place for me two months ago when I moved to Chicago. I bought 90 minutes session from Groupon and Dee gave me a great first experience. After that, I keep going back every two weeks. Dee is an experienced therapist and very considerate. She can easily find my pain points and release my pressure. Enjoy every session with relax. I highly recommend Dee!!

I booked for my 1-hour-prenatal massage, and they said the one hour includes the time for me to undress and dress up afterwards. I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time, and waited in the massage room until 15minutes past my appointment time, and finished 5 minutes early. I received total of 40 minutes of massage for $69, and as I was about to check out, they said there will be additional $10 for prenatal massage which I felt it was deceiving. Moreover, the massage itself was not strong enough, even though I chose the strongest level of massage(4).There are many signs about gratuity with suggested amount. Overall, I felt they are more eager about getting more MONEY and MONEY from each customer than their satisfaction and health.

Found this place through Groupon, and am very happy I did. Ive had shoulder pain for a long time, and was so much better after the first visit, Eric was one of the best therapists that I have ever worked with. He is knowledgeable and knew just the right pressure and spots to work. I am now a member and have been back several times Everyone is always very friendly and professional.

Everyone here is so kind and friendly! From the receptionists, to the actual massage therapists! The bathrooms are always clean, along with the actual massage rooms.They always offer you a bottle of water (either cold or room temp) after your massage, along with leaving you some yummy chocolate, plus a much needed hair tie!They truly do care about your physical health, along with insuring you are comfortable during the massage. They even have breast pillows to make it a little more comfortable while laying on your chest!I have been going here for years, ever since I fractured my back in high school, due to cheerleading! They, along with physical therapy, completely healed my back! So amazing!

I decided I needed a massage after being on crutches for a week. Intake was short and straightforward, and the environment was very relaxing. Dee was incredible and really helped relieve a lot of the tension in my back and shoulders. I definitely recommend booking a session with her especially if youre experiencing a lot of tightness. She was intuitive and applied the perfect amount of pressure.

The masseuses are great. I’ve been going here for about two years and had wonderful prenatal massages during my pregnancy. Since Covid, I’ve only gone twice but they have done a great job cleaning and taking precautions for covid, such as using filtered pillow bags below the headrest that allow for comfortable, safe breathing. My experiences felt safe and the massages were excellent. The therapists definitely deserve a generous tip during these challenging times!

The two one star reviewers bringing down their rating is a shame.This location is so helpful, everyone has great customer service skills; from the therapists (worked with Glenn, Tashata, Evelyn) to the front desk staff (Matt!).The massage therapists are all professional and when someone says you are not working with them, it means you are not relaxed and your muscles are fighting them which is no benefit to you, so I am sure the reviewer that gave the one star about that must have tight muscles.I have had many massages and came to Elements because I wanted to do a couples massage. After that massage I was hooked and then signed up for the monthly massage program. I am a fun of high end spas offering massages and not into chain places, but this location I feel operates similar to a high end spa. There rooms and lobby are clean, they offer water while you wait, and after. They have heated massage tables. Seriously I can not speak more highly about this place.

I love this place. Great front desk staff and Yolanda is my go to therapist. She really understands the sources of tension and has approached some of my issues with new techniques that have truly helped. It is definitely not a run of the mill massage by someone going through the motions. I also just visited Massage Envy recently because I received a gift card and wow, what a difference. Elements is not trying to constantly upsell you and, ironically, I signed up for a membership on my own. Let your work sell you, not the staff constantly harassing 3-4 times during the visit.

My recent massage visit was with Pamela and was a great experience. Since the therapist I previously had been seeing is no longer at Elements I had bounced around from a few different people in search of the best person to suit my preferences. I was finally referred to Pamela and will be sticking with her. She was not only very skillful in relaxation techniques but she also provided very useful feedback on self care tips to use in between visits. I would definitely recommend her!

My husband had Angelo for his 1 hour massage. He was so happy with the service. Angelo focused on the areas of most concern to my husband; mainly areas of muscle tightness that develop as a result of his job. My husband left his appointment in a very good mood. I am so appreciative that Angelo carefully listened to my husband’s needs and took such good care of him. Next time my man feels out of sorts -I’m sending him to this spa to see Angelo the magic man.

I stumbled upon Elements Massage after trying to find a place fairly close to where I get my hair cut and nails done. What I love most about Elements is the recommended care card that clients receive after each massage. After my first massage, my massage therapist took the time to share her feedback for ways to ease my lower back pain including using tennis balls and icing my back. I signed up for the monthly massage club and look forward to recommending this place to friends!

My massage therapist had the hands of gold. He found every knot and worked it out. I walked in tense and left feeling as if I was walking on a cloud. He was extremely attentive to every need of my body. He always made sure the pressure was just right. I felt very comfortable and wished I lived in the same state, because he surely would have become my monthly massage therapist. Not to mention I got a Groupon for a 90 minute Massage, so he took his time. It was totally worth every dime and then some.

Friendly staff. The heated tables and music was nice to relax me during the session. I loved the little water and chocolate I got after my massage. However, dont get there before 9 if you have a 9am appointment. The door will be locked.

Booked three 2hr massages for me, my mom, and sister (both flying from out of state for a girls weekend). We confirmed the day before with the salon and we’re told we would get charged it if we didn’t show. 45 min before the massage, they canceled one of the massages as one masseuse did not show. They were unable to rearrange these for us and tried to charge us for canceling the other two massages (we weren’t going to get them if only two of us could). Overall, horrible experience. Would not recommend unless you want to get canceled on 45 min before.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service and professionalism of this business. I went for a great prenatal massage back in February and immediately made a follow up appointment for today. I walked in to find out that my massage was canceled and I was never notified, I received no email or voicemails letting me know that I was taken off of their schedule. The receptionist couldn’t have been less helpful or accommodating for their mistake as I had another friend waiting for a massage to. I will never return or suggest this business to anyone.Follow up to Response from Anthony-Thank you for responding to my review. To be clear, regardless if my husband called that is not his responsibility to relay that message to me. For all he new, we were going somewhere else, so that should not count as your point of contact. While I appreciate the gesture of a compmentary massage, it was never offered to us as Anthony suggested by the receptionist. The only thing the receptionist suggested is that we look into another day down the road, which would not work. My friend did not get her massage because if I could not get one as we planned, what was the point. Best of luck with your business and customer service in the future.

Have had massages at a lot of different places, this was among the cleanest, calmest, most relaxing places I’ve been to! Dee was so amazing- asked for feedback at all the right times. She really payed attention to the areas I mentioned. Felt much longer than 50 minutes! (Which literally never happens)

The massage was decent. I paid full price $130.00 for 90 minutes because Im not about to get stuck with a monthly charge for services of $99.00. Dont fall for the offers and dont sign for the auto debit. Its like signing for a time share, you cant get out of it. Just go as needed and stop looking for discounts. they never work out for busy professionals.

The receptionists are always helpful (in person and on the phone) with scheduling and making recommendations for services. Massage therapists are attentive and do a wonderful job. Depending on which room you are in, the walls/doors could be better sound-proofed, as sometimes you can hear people in adjacent rooms or the hallway.

I really enjoyed Yolanda. She not only massaged me but she educated me. Im drinking so much water and sleeping a lot this week because of the things she said during our appointment. She was very friendly and helpful!

Glenn was an excellent massage therapist. He listened to me and spent extra time with a variety of deep tissue techniques on my areas of increased muscle spasm. Glenn’s deep tissue massage therapy was the most direct and accurate amount of pressure I needed to relieve my trigger points. I’m a dedicated athlete and need an experienced deep tissue massage therapist. Glenn is that therapist. I highly recommend him.

It’s a great experience, I loved the CBD oil massage, the meditation is beautiful, and Lisa is a great massage therapist.

My experience was great, my massage therapist did wonders they have a great CBD oil massage that will helps with all the sore spots you may have. Everyone was nice. The atmosphere was very tranquil.

Tracy did a phenomenal job. She found some spots on my back and arm that she completely released and I feel so much better since that. Very friendly and educated me on some stretches and postures to help my hips and back. Knowledgeable and really pays attention.

Great massages from therapist, poor customers service. They will miss handled your financial information like they did me, mislead you on policies and hang up on you if you confront them on errors being made under your account. BEWARE, Dont fall for the monthly membership no contract sales pitch, i paid faithfully every month for almost 2 years now, when covid hit they asked us to keep the payments coming if we could to support the therapist during hard times, I did. Now I want to cancel my auto pay. I have 7 sessions worth $559 paid in advice just to be told that i have 6 weeks to use 7 sessions, or by Dec 1st 2021, well today is oct 14th. Impossible. No consideration given for my support. I was told its in the membership rules. Basically told me its in the fine lines, On top of that I had to threaten them by calling my credit card company just to get them to stop the November auto pay. This is why people dont do auto pay. Ill be fing a complaint with BBB for services paid but not rendered
