I love Serenity Nail and Beauty Bar. The service is prompt and the calmness of the salon. This is a wonderful place to come and get all those full benefits from mani, pedi, waxing, brows, nails, etc. All the staff are friendly, and professional and you understand what everyone is saying. This is one of the best salons I have been in a looooong time.

I visited for the first time today. I was late for a nail appointment at a another location and they couldnt take me. So I went on Google and check the reviews for nail salons near my home. Serenity had good reviews and they were able to schedule me the same day. I spoke with Sylvia and she was professional and very courteous.Kim did a good job! I got a no chip and a pedicure. Even though it was a basic pedicure she made it feel like a spa pedicure!Great massage and conditioning for my hands and feet.The decor is beautiful. Its very elegant, very clean, and very serene, like the name.Also, if youre looking for a location to host a spa party for you and your friends oh, this place is perfect.

My first time there and I love my experience nothing but excellent service from them young ladies I’ll definitely be back in 2 weeks..

This is a black-owned shop...with black nail techs.I had a great experience. I walked in right at the appointment time. I had to wait about 10 minutes, I dont care about the wait because. I saw them cleaning the seats, and using caution when working with other people. My nail tech, Merissa was great and patient with me as she explained the why behind her method of doing nails. If you didnt know a manicure is supposed to be done dry! The water messes up your nails and your polish doesnt last as long🤷‍♀️.It took about an hour and 15 minutes for my nails but I had to soak off the polish I had on before.Overall, I had a great 1st experience and I plan to go back.

Great work !! Very relaxing and they have variety services to choose from. The tropical detox pedi is a favorite of mines 🥰

Ive been looking for a nice spot near me for months now. Im pretty sure that I found it. Diana is awesome! My nails look beautiful and I feel so refreshed. She is my new therapist, lol.Serenity really is such a relaxing place. I cannot wait to come back.

Serenity Nails and Beauty Bar is a beautiful establishment! It has such a peaceful ambiance and clean environment. I walked into soothing Jill Scott playing, and there was no strong chemical smell. Diana did my nails, and she was amazing! The owners are also extremely kind and attentive. This is a Southside gem!

Enjoyed every experience coming here! I drive an hour to come here because the services are so amazing. I was treated so sweetly by everyone prepping for my wedding and I truly appreciate it! My sisters and I will definitely be back!

Serenity is the place to be for pampering. The atmosphere and the ladies made you feel welcome and there was definitely service with laughs and smiles. This was the first visit for my mom and I, but its definitely not our last.

Service was awesome. My daughter and I loved our nails. Shop was clean. The nail artists were professional and pleasant. Atmosphere was warm. Environment was relaxing.

Didn’t put that last coat on my gel nail , cost to much my thumb already messed up I just came Friday to get them done.. n it already messed up because they didn’t put they last clear coat on

My first time at Serenity was last night 1/27/2023. I was told to go there by my sister. I fell in love with the tech Renée. Service was on the money, will be back next Friday than after that every two weeks. The shop was comfortable and inviting, not knocking the Asian shops, but its good to know what everyone is saying, so if you want to join the conversation. Ladies, if something goes wrong, go back and let them handle it. No service is an exact science, no service hair, nails, cars, even the doctor everything is trial and error. But Serenity thank you for a great experience, Angelia with the knee brace😊

I loved this shop in the beginning however I developed green spots under my acrylic which the owner said is from water getting under the nails I did go to a doctor and the doctor said it was fungus and the owner wanted me to get a second opinion while agreeing to pay for my fungus medication in addition I felt like it was fair to recieve a refund for the services and her response was for even if it is just from water I do not like how it was handled at all she offered to pay for the medication the cheapest thing you can offer and did not offer to pay for my doctor visit fees or a refund didnt consider maybe I missed work for this or anything and when I was supposed to meet with her at the shop with my information I was told she was running over 2 hours late to the agreed meeting time in addition to this my birthday was in December and I had a lovely young lady do my nails and one of them broke the next day so I called to see if I can get that one nails fixed and I was told she cant squeeze me in for one pink plain nail and that she would give me a call back that upcoming Tuesday and it was a Saturday long story short she never gave me a call back and I walked right into a asian shop and got my nail fixed in less than 10 minutes when this took place I shouldve stopped coming seeing they have no customer service skills and arent considerate of the customer time or finances they are over priced and have poor costumer service skills

Earlier this week I enjoyed my first Serenity experience. Kim not only did a thorough job on my pedicure, but she was friendly and professional. The cozy vibe and the warm customer service made everything absolutely wonderful. I cant wait to try their other services. I would recommend this place!

Went here today and I must say I was very impressed on how they were handling the Covid-19. Taking temperature, continually Sanitizing the shop I felt very safe and comfortable while visiting this business. Oh and the atmosphere was amazing it was very clean, warm and welcoming. I was offered wine or water while waiting for my nail tech ( which was Diana) once it was my turn to get service Diana Sanitize her entire workstation before she even came to walk me to her work area 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. The customer service wasn’t fake or forced it was genuine and Diana listen to everything I wanted done she has an amazing spirit, very professional and does amazing nails she didn’t rush and used all brand new nail utensils for my service. Diana really made me happy I absolutely love my nails I will be back must definitely. Thanks Serenity Nails and Beauty Bar🥰

Amazing salon. My maid of honor and I (bride) got Mani/pedis the night before my wedding. Everyone working there was so kind, friendly, and professional. They went out of their way to make our experience great and their skills are also fantastic. My friend said thats the best Mani/Pedi Ive ever had and I agree. Prices are also very reasonable. Would highly recommend checking them out.

This day was my birthday and a surprise which my son over did himself. I didnt know where I was going but when I walked into Serenity I got the feeling of happiness. Still unaware of what was to come I must say that the service was beyond measures. Chelley made my massage experience beyond my wildest dreams. The music, friendliness, service was all excellent. This is the place to take someone special on a trip without a plane or train but all the getaway experience.

I was so happy when I heard a black-owned nail salon had opened in my neighborhood. This was my first time there and I was very pleased. The staff is very professional but I was most impressed with their cleanliness. They sanitize the workstations thoroughly after each service, all manicure utensils are fresh from sealed packets, and they dispose of flip flops and toe separators after each use. I took my elderly Mother and the owner, who did her mani/pedi was very patient and attentive with her. Oh, and our nails look cute, too.

I scheduled a nail appointment a week in advance on a day off I was looking forward to, they called 3 times to change the time of my appointment which I was perfectly okay with but ended up canceling my appointment altogether , 2 hours before the appointment time. I work a lot so my schedule isn’t very flexible so i was really upset that no one could take me in today. No apology either.

Great black owned establishment! I received a pedicure by Merrissa and I love it. The owners are very sweet and personable with customers and they want you to enjoy your experience there. Will be going back!

Beautiful place, found this nail salon off of Instagram. They are patient and have talented nail artists here! They can literally almost do anything design you want, the price is worth it. I highly recommend coming here for manicures and pedicures. I will be coming back for all my nail appointments! 🤍 Staff are super caring too. They even offered me a water bottle when I walked in. All have great personalities and no attitude, I LOVE IT. So grateful you guys opened up. 😻

Absolutely beautiful experience from the moment I walked in. I love that its black owned and operated 🙌🏾 Customer service was top notch, beautifully decorated, great conversation, music was boppin and my tech did a great job on my pedicure and face waxing. Will definitely return for a facial soon!

Good morning owner, how convenient of you to come and respond to my review 5 MONTHS LATER AND THEN LIE ABOUT THE SERVICES I REQUESTED. I requested a POLISH CHANGE NOT A NO CHIP. I understand how nail polish works there was no need for an explanation about alcohol based anything regarding what was done to my nails. Point blank you basically was trying to make money instead of retaining a customer. Im sure little old me didnt compromise your business. You really could have just given a simply apology or better yet, said nothing at all. INTEGRITY... None...

I am definitely a fan of this establishment. The owners are very welcoming and the atmosphere is very relaxing and beautiful. I have been coming here for awhile for a no chip manicure and a pedicure. I will continue patronizing this establishment as I am very pleased with their services.

Great black owned nail salon! All the techs are so friendly. They do designs too, which is definitely not common at asian nail salons. You can count on your nails to look like the picture you showed them lol! Highly recommend
