Terrible Experience at Loft BarLoft Bar disappointed on every front. Firstly, they sneakily tacked on a 20% tip at the bar. Drinks were awful, tasting watered-down and bland. To top it off, the place was poorly ventilated, making for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Not going back!

12/29/22 Thursday night 10pm initial entry Time of event 12/30/22 approx 12:45am Friday morning After patronizing the loft, I asked to step out to my car with my friend to get more cash. V5 greeter and loft staff inside said it was okay. The cash was to buy food at LP’s tap house. Both myself and my friend were fully sober. We were both hungry and wanted a meal before our hour drive. Upon returning to the establishment after retrieving money from my vehicle, we were told by the older caucasian bearded bouncer at the door that we would have to pay him $20 cash each in order to go to LPs to dine. He then started he would cut us a 50% off deal and only charge $10 each to enter the restaurant. It is to be noted that even if the establishment has a cover, it is collected by staff inside and not by the bouncers outside. Ever. At first I thought he was joking but he stated it was a new city rule. I informed him that this rule doesn’t actually exist. He then said it was a cpd rule in order to stop loitering. I asked him to identify himself since he was claiming to enforce a police order at which time he stated he was not going to. I called the desk Sgt. At 018th district to verify the bouncers claim. The sgt stated no such police order existed. I then flagged down a 018 district car as it their district and asked them about the situation. They started the bouncer was just trying to pocket our money and we shouldn’t pay him anything. The bouncer wearing the fake cpd looking security badge and the younger African American bouncer were both having a conversation with a couple girls a bit away from the door so I could not ask them to intervene. This action is unethical and illegal and may result in formal litigation it demonstrates fraud and theft through deceptive practice. This is disgusting and unethical behavior from someone placed there to protect patrons. Bottom line. This is illegal

It’s always a great time at the Loft! I brought a couple friends with last weekend, they had a dope DJ, great drinks, and a wonderful atmosphere with TVs, lights, and dance floor! Will be back again, and soon! You gotta check it out!

Used to come here when it was The Apartment. The best of times. DJs now can’t read the “crowd” of 5 people. This ain’t your bedroom time, play music people wanna hear.

Great food at their restaurant downstairs, L.P.s T.A..P, and a great environment. Bar tenders are very quick, and very good at what they do. The hostess and servers were extremely nice, and the security had me laughing for a while, very friendly guys and ladies. Great place to eat, drink, and vibe.

Wonderful club. I have attended three events here, the most recent was a celebration for Terry Hunter. I had a terrific time. The music was terrific!!

Bar tender woman on front bar at september 9, 2023 was inconsiderate and purposely did not acknowledge us for 20 minutes. i had a promotion and when showing the promotion to her she said she did not care about the promotion we had earned. Very disappointed with this service.

Great vibe, workers, and drinks. The atmosphere was amazing. When we we’re leaving the bouncer and workers waited with us until our Uber arrived, they all were amazing and went out of their way to keep us comfortable waiting, will definitely be back!!

You can get bottle service AND pizza together. Forget about discussing and not being able to decide where to eat after the club because you can get both here. The pizza is really good, you can tell it’s not frozen food. Great service, ambient and music.

The atmosphere was good , service was great . We didnt eat there it was late and we ate before getting there. Great night

This place is mad racist. Wouldn’t let my African friend in because he had a hat. Went to drop it off at the car came back and then “I tripped” so I was drunk. I was sober. Latinos shouldn’t support a racist establishment

Had 5 friends show up. Got Bottle Service and a VIP booth for $10 dollars each. Big dance floor and DJ Burr killed it.

Music is way too loud and my friend almost got her phone stolen. Doesn’t draw that much of a crowd, but staff and drinks are nice enough. Just tell the dj to read the room and not overdo it and this place will be fine.

This old crusty mayo receding hairline looks like he smells like old cheese white bouncer i believe is racist and all I asked was for hours which were still clearly open Based on their site and had a nasty attitude . I honestly think if you hate your job that much you shouldn’t work here like no one is forcing you. Dude is mad he barley knows English when people like me literally know more words in several languages.whatever he’s miserable that’s why he’s aging like milk left outside in Arizona summer heat

STAY AWAY!I watched the older white bouncer with the raggedy beard be a complete racist to two people of color today. He literally told them to go get food in some other neighborhood because they wouldn’t give him something like $40 for the two to enter THE RESTAURANT not even the loft lounge.Despicable

The door guys are nice and gave us a free drink ticket. however the music is all house and difficult to dance to. it was sparse on a saturday night, with people wandering around

We had a great Thursday night enjoying bottle service & a pizza for their BOGO deal!

The place is perfect but please change the DJs😩😩 the music is horrible. Nobody lasted more than 1 hour in the place because they couldnt stand how bad the music was.
