I recently got a lymphatic drainage massage by Anet! She was so amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. I thought she was very knowledgeable and just the sweetest woman ever! She told me that I would feel a significant change in my energy levels following the massage, and I have to admit that I definitely did. First, she started out with dry brushing my entire body, and then she moved onto the actual massage portion of the treatment. She massaged my legs and my feet, as well as my arms, my abdomen, and my face. I noticed the biggest difference in my abdomen and my face. She specifically told me where my lymph nodes were and I thought it was an extremely educational treatment. I would love to go back and get another treatment soon because she told me she recommends that people get a massage every six weeks if possible. I’ve definitely had a number of massages in my lifetime, but I felt like this was an added bonus with the whole lymphatic system being the focus. It also gave me an extra piece of motivation to go to the gym because I want to upkeep how my abs look.

I had the most incredible massage with Anet. I had my second son in October and was holding onto a lot of fluid. This is the real deal. Anet is nothing short of a magician. Ive been working though a Stage 2 breast cancer diagnosis since July 2023, with five months of chemo and multiple surgeries since then--all of which caused water retention and toxins to build up in the body. After my last surgery, I gained 5+ pounds of water weight over night due to the bodys response to injury/trauma. After being cleared by my doctor, Anet worked her magic and was able to restore my body from head to toe. I took my husband for his very first lymphatic massage yesterday and it did not disappoint one bit!!! He was sooooo relaxed. He said it was the best massage ever and he couldn’t believe how much he had to urinate all the toxins out afterwards. I got a Brazilian lymph massage from Brenda right after my vacation and it was amazing. I came back feeling bloated from my trip and the massage definitely helped decrease the bloating as well as aided with my digestion. I would absolutely recommend trying it out, it was a great experience, the spa had a calming ambience, and the staff were very friendly. I also appreciate that during the appointment she explained to me everything she was going to do, as well as answered any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back!

It was a rejuvenating experience and I felt her working out the kinks, literally and therapeutically. The cupping seemed to relieve stress and tension as well. The reason I’m giving three stars is because I expected to see a significant difference in my midsection post massage like the influencers have posted about this particular massage on Instagram. I understand not everyone can have the same results, but just setting expectations for anyone else who might not respond like the other before/after photos you see on social media. I prefer a typical massage because I can immediately feel the benefits. Overall, a nice experience but unsure about the investment for this style of massage given my results.

I visited Brazilian Lymph Spa post travel for a face and body lymphatic drainage massage. My body was in need of a refresh and detox.
