Edit 7/8/24A great selection, staff, and pricing and quality on the higher end, but very competitive. If you sort the menu by price and thc %, in just the right way, theres always a great unique selection on both the high and low side, budget friendly!Have been 3 or 4 times since my last review, and the store has revamped their membership, Cloud Club, and its easily above and beyond most all dispensary loyalty programs.At 1501 spend you get 1.25 points per dollar, at 2501+, you get 1.5 dollars back.I have yet to see such a generous loyalty program. A regular head like me is easily going to max that out in a few months!I have been to one of their Cloud Club events, and it was Top Tier, high-end restaurant catering, lots of freebies from the Club! Cool swag(that you actually use!)

Excellent customer service something you just don’t see nowadays. They have a great selection, they take their time with you, and they make you feel like you’re part of their family! I highly recommend and of all the dispensaries, grasshopper club is the best!

DONT BUY DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS HERE!! IF IT IS BROKEN OR NOT WORKING, YOU WILL NOT RECIVE A REFUND, NOT AN EXCHANGE-NOTHING! I purchased a pen yesterday and when I opened it, nothing came out. Came back to ask for either an exchange or credit or something. But no. Their policy is to walk the customer out of the building away from cameras; they told me that Id have to make a video (?) and send it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer might take care of giving me a new product even tho i purchased the pen from Grasshopper (?!?!?) And when I showed that the pen wasnt working properly compared to my old pen; I was told: well something is coming out of the new pen therfore it works, therfore we cant give you an exchange or credit. And she said was conducting this entire interaction OUTSIDE THE STORE ON THE SIDEWALK. What kind of business conducts business on the sidewalk!? SO to recap, I paid $90 for a disposable pen, that CLEARLY did not work, they have my $$$ and Im just S.O.L with no product and no refund/credit!! NEVER SHOP HERE EVERYONE!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES!!!

Everyone is so amazing! I quit going to my other dispensary even though Grasshopper is a little more expensive. Its totally worth it! They have amazing selection, very knowledgeable staff, great specials, and a loyalty program that is really worth it! Stop in and say high!

Perfect location for those looking for a dispensary downtown or near the lake. It’s minutes from the Roosevelt L station and also not far from the museum campus metra stop too. They are also vegan friendly! I was so happy to find vegan gummies here.Jason the GM was really nice and helpful, and all the budtenders make great suggestions. The history of the owners/family is really inspiring, I’m glad they opened a second location and in such a perfect spot.

Had an incorrect price online and was not willing to offer the price! Also no tap pay for debit card. And never any promos. Save money and time and go elsewhere. Also doesn’t take change.

Love this place! Harley was SO helpful getting me exactly what fit my needs and budget. 10/10 experience will be coming back for sure!!

Super helpful staff, good products. They were able to answer my questions about which flower, the difference in vapes, cash only but wasnt an issue with it at all. Would definitely recommend and return again

I love Grasshopper Club, but this location has its issues. First one, no parking. If its not Trader Joes you wont find a spot if you drive. Second issue, this staff is still a bit more fresh than the Logan Square location. The enthusiasm is there, but everythings a little clunky and inconsistent. (One of the staff forgot to include part of my last order in the bag.) Lastly, lack of space means lack of events highlighting POC in the industry which is a big part of what makes the Logan Square location so special. Helps me feel better about the prices, too. I look forward to seeing how they grow, but its a 3 1/2 for me right now.

This place is garbage I walked in. It looked like no one has ever been in there before, I bought two pre-rolls the first one I light falls a part as soon as i light it!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!

The customer service here man was top notch!! Nae who was manning the kiosk and Jordan were awesome. Nae gave me plenty of space while also checking up and letting me know all the offerings. I am visiting from out of town and Jordan was a great welcome who even dropped some recommendations on food. Only thing that kept it 5 stars was they said they had no disposables with battery only disposables without battery?? And then there was some people working on their devices hanging out at the counters but they weren’t checking anyone out so they sent me down the line. Should probably move numbers crunching or self work to a office or somewhere instead of having a hangout section of employees. Really loved this selection and service! Will be back but got to find a disposable somewhere else first :(

Its a toss up if the credit card machine working due to federal bank regulation. And sometimes the ATM machine doesnt work and you have to go get cash back at the gas station across the street so I would suggest only using cash. They run out of stuff a lot so i mever get the same thing twice. Other than that, great location, the discounts are 🤌🏾, and its Black owned so I will continue to support

I placed an order online I get here. They tell me all the order you put in the item was a mistake and the pricing like what it took me 45 minutes to get here you public transit and you totally wasted my time first time coming to your establishment and I will not return and I will not be referring you to any of my friends or associates.

The grasshopper in Logan Square the manager Brittany Soto is a big liar she lied on me like she had to ask me something twice which she didn’t security told me I corrected the problem right away and after that I visited twice with no problem! I went to try to buy some today the light skin security lady say she banned not to me but to another lady like I wasn’t right there so I asked how I didn’t do nothing she said I was asked multiple times to move the situation but I didn’t I told her that’s not true I’ve been back twice since then the manager Brittany Soto lied on me to get me banned so I snatched my ID and left I’ll take my money elsewhere! Watch that manger Brittany she’s running your customers away she’s a lying evil person!!! I spent $50 or better each day! I don’t appreciate the disrespect of being lied on!!!

AMAZING AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I accidentally bought gummies with gelatin (Im Vegatarian) and I reached out. They were very understanding and we figured out a solution without me returning the product (returns are prohibited). The service is easy and the place is clean. So glad they are in the neighborhood!

This club is the coolest club hands down! Every time I go in I am treated with kindness and respect. The vibe is chill and cool and the employees are top of the line friendly, Eric specifically! I have been helped by him several times and not only is he kind, but he is helpful and super cool! I HIGHly recommend The Grasshopper Club!! felt like a member as soon as I stepped in the establishment. Ever since I moved to Chicago, I used to do all my Cannabis shopping at Verilife in River North. Overtime, however, its become what feels more like a car dealership, than an actual dispensary with expiring products being pushed on you almost daily! Walking into Grasshopper Club last night, I was greeted at the door by a lovely gal with a large SMILE!Upon entering, I got the choice to be assisted by a Cannceirge, and was told I can browse through the tablet, or place my order with the gentleman assisting me.(Even let me check out as John Doe for those that want to stay anonymous)After placing my order, I got the big surprise of being checked out by a familiar friendly face(shoutout to Eric for the good vibes!)and was told I qualified for $1 cart! How awesome! This place is DEFINITELY A VIBE, and not one person looked like they hated being there! Best of all? They take APPLE PAY! ($3 surcharge) how cool is that?9/10 due to the limited drinks/disposables available, but overall a great shop!

Very happy to have a dispensary in the south loop. Clean and inviting, but the products are on the expensive side. I expect this from new dispensaries, from my experience. I’ll continue going to my usual dispensary until they get their prices dialed in. Welcome to the neighborhood!I typically go to Zenleaf in greektown or ascend in river north.

Top Tier. Much Needed for the South loop. Clean Aesthetic. First Dispensary I’ve been in downtown that actually feels like it’s from Chicago. My only ask is that they have more whole zips and 1/2 zips.

Im so happy we got a dispensery in the South Loop!! Stopped in tonight to pick up some live resin and got a sick battery!! Eric is great 👍 he gave me a discount because Im over 55!!

This was my first time visiting the dispensary and unfortunately my first encounter was an employee rudely slamming the door in my face without an apology. It was my error to still purchase from them but trust I won’t return.

So happy to have a dispensary nearby whenever Im in town! Eric was so helpful and answered any of my questions with ease.

I came in with my husband and needed an extra second to look for my ID. My husband and I asked the male and female if i could stay in the foyer to look for my ID. They said yes. As soon as my husband went back, the woman says you can’t be in here. My husband would not have left me on the street alone but they waited so they could get his money to tell me to go outside to find my ID. I found it within seconds of them kicking me out of the building. The woman proceeded to be rude when I re entered with my ID and acted almost like she still wouldn’t let me in. DEPLORABLE SERVICE.
