This location has everything you could need including pipes, hookahs, tobacco and rolling machines to Delta and CBD products. Also one of the few places in the area that still charge a reasonable price for disposable vapes and vape products. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, this is definitely my go to place now.Update 8/9/24: Been coming here for a few months now and whenever I walk in the gentleman working asks if I want the usual items. The fact that he remembers me and what I get every time I come in is a great testament to their service!

This is a really nice smoke shop to check out. Great selections of kratom. And a plethora of other things to que your interests. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to take time and show you everything. Stop in if you find yourself in Jefferson Park.

Rudest worker ever came in asked if he had a product he lied and said no when it was behind him I showed him what’s behind him and then asked him what flavor it is and wouldn’t tell me the FLAVOR without showing ID clearly he was Islamophobic since I had hijab on no other reason it’s not illegal to tell a simple flavor he was just being rude and lying from the start

I have been going to this shop for about 3-4 years now and I will not go to any other shop. Their customer service is top tier and they have all the products you need. I would highly recommend this place the employees are absolutely wonderful and very very friendly. Nothing but good vibes. I would rate this shop 10 out of 10. I actually drive 25 mins to get to this shop due to there friendly service.

I went in earlier today to hard rock for the first time. (4-7-2022).They have the absolute best prices around and online for quality kratom. A kilo of multiple kinds of different strains are only $90! You can buy smaller quantities if you do not want that much. The staff is extremely friendly also! The store is very clean and in a great location. Free parking instead paying along Milwaukee Avenue. I highly recommend this store to everybody interested in their products.

I would recommend this place, it’s very clean and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I went in here for a vape and also bought some Kratom. Great neighborhood smoke shop! I had to walk over one night after just moving to the neighborhood and they had a great selection and were super friendly. Open late night and pretty early. I now know all of them by face and I have a nice relationship with them. Love the friendly feel and they always check in about your day, etc. I walk the few extra blocks over every time cause they’re worth it!

To whom ever is claiming the workers are selling to minors, that statement is completely false. Amir and Ahmad would never do that. In fact I’ve sat in there multiple times conversing with and watched minors be denied and or carded because they were too young. Eh, not sure what to say about this smoke shop. Im a cigar smoker, their cigars are okay. Not much of a collection and despite their cigars being stored in a humidor, it feels dry, not a good sign.Appreciate your feedback, will definitely stop by in the near future to look at your cigar selection again.

Walked in and asked a couple questions about the Freemax Fireluke coils, a couple different juice brands (Transistor and New Norm) and the guy working didnt seem to know anything about what I was talking about. Decent selection, and I may have gone in there on a day where they didnt have someone knowledgeable about vape, but regardless it was definitely a turn off. Great place to buy juice, prices are a little high, but decent enough to skip an online purchase.

Hard Rock Smoke & Vape is the best place in the city to get your vaping and/or smoking needs! Not only do they have quality products, they have a huge variety and very awesome prices! They also have awesome holiday sales! Most places in Chicago charge ridiculous prices for Juul pods. Here, they sell two packs for $30! Ive been coming here since August 2018, and I have never had a problem with their service! Customer service is always friendly and transparent about their business. Mac is one of the regular workers behind the counter at Hard Rock. He will strike a bargain with you on certain merchandise and he shows appreciation to his long time customers.

Today i had a great experience. I had bought some nic salt vape juice and got home to realize i wasnt able to stomach the taste. I sent them a message asking if i could exchange it for something i know i liked and they didnt even hesitate to help me out. So pleased with how awesome they were to help me out. These people have the worst service. Clear states that there are no refunds only exchanges tried to give me a hard time about exchanging my posh plus that I clearly bought 2 mins prior. He had to call his manager and ask if it was ok to exchange the item. Than he tells me that the sign isn’t his problem. Horrible service

I really feel like you guys have a pretty bad way of selling e-liquid, considering the fact that not only do you guys not sell bottles with 3mg already in it, but charge extra just to add 3mg of nicotine.
