Went here to check out some wraps and stayed to browse the collection. Great help at the front and (I forgot his name) was very helpful in showing me options that would fit my smoking needs. I come here for anything related and would recommend it.

This is my go to place for disposable vape products and accessories. The staff is always kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting to see what they have to offer.

Got a nice looking spoon pipe for 60 bucks about 5 yrs ago. Just dropped it on concrete from about 4ft up. Not even a chip. They sell quality glass. Highly recommend.

I was super impressed with my first visit to Roots. They were pretty busy being that they had just opened for the day. That didnt stop the guy behind the counter at all. He easily gave attention to each person there. I love the tasting bar they have set up! You can try as many flavors as you wish. He even told me about some special deals they had! I wont hesitate to go back.

Great and knowledgeable staff. Omar is great. Im a novice at vaping but he made me feel really comfortable and talked at a level I could understand. Answered every question I had and let me sample a few different flavors, making sure I got to try different profiles (fruit, custard, tobacco, etc). Their prices are very reasonable compared to what Ive seen in the suburbs.

My experience here was great! I came in knowing nothing about cigars, and they helped me pick out two for my boyfriends birthday. He was helpful and made recommendations without trying to upsell. My boyfriend was really impressed and it was overall a great experience and I would go back. Thank you!!

Even tho I get turned off by the Chicago prices on juice, this shop is pretty straight forward and even in bad days they have good juice selections. An X-men looking fellow took care of me and recommended one the best juices Ive had in a while ( Fruit Monster Passionfruit + Orange Guava). Price was decent and they mixed it really quick. Highly recc!

Omar was very helpful. We came in a couple days before and bought a kit and we’re thinking about upgrading however he was very patient and showed me a few options and tweaks that changed the game. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great selection the environment is very calm and friendly. But yea Omar is my guy.

I stopped by this place to pick up a bottle of juice to hold me over while I waited on my larger online order to ship. I was pleasantly surprised by what this shop had to offer. They had an excellent assortment of juices available to sample. Some popular brands, some more obscure.Walking in, I was rather indecisive on what I wanted to taste. The one employee working (I wish I got his name) was very helpful walking me through their selection. I sampled about eight flavors, and the employee genuinely asked what I though about each juice, and then helped me pick out what I might want to try next. I am really happy with my final selection, Element Dripper Series Pink 6mg 80/20. I could tell the guy working knew his stuff, and he was really polite and easy to talk to. Excellent customer service over all.The shop also had a nice selection of the latest vape equipment and the prices were all very reasonable. Personally, I like the convenience of shopping online but I will definitely be back to this shop to pick up coils or juice when in a pinch. Great location off the blue line. Keep it up guys!

This place is great! I went here to get a new Vape and some new juice. The guys were great and I love the piece they recommenced. They had a bunch of juices that they let you try before you buy. Id much rather try the juice before I spend my $$ on it. Cool vibes in this store too! Say hi to the puppy behind the counter!!

I had a blast in this shop today. You are welcome to take a seat at the bar and sample new juices and have a great conversation, to boot. I only quit smoking a couple of months ago and vaping has been instrumental. This very knowledgeable staff seems able to help the novice and expert alike. I dont think Ill go anywhere else now.

If you are looking for high quality CBD products, then this is the best place. The staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The store is clean, bright, and always smells nice!I had a particular product I needed that only they carried. I called them ahead of time and they kept it on hold for two whole days!! Love this place. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The place has a great vibe in what is a pretty simple set-up. Nearly every vape juice flavor the sell is on the sample bar to try out before you buy. And the prices are pretty reasonable! As with all vape and smoke stuff, youll get better prices online, but youll be missing out on a really nice place if you do.

I found the employees very pretentious and snobby. Havent been back since my first visit, and have no intentions of ever returning.. Two words.. On line.. Cheaper juice. Better prices on gear, and if youre going to a place like this.. You must know at least to find what you need online.. If you need advice. There is plenty of sites that can explain it with just a little reading. These people are jerks

The most wonderful place. Knowledgeable, friendly, open, and inviting. This is the ONLY place I go for e-liquid and vape supplies. Whenever I run out and have to see what’s available via other stores, I appreciate the owner and staff of Roots even more.Abundant options and supplies. Ability to try (with no nicotine) new flavors. Since they mix it into the liquids, you can choose the level of nicotine you want. I’ve gone down from a 9 (switched when I was smoking 3/4 to a full pack of cigarettes a day) to a 3. I’m even trying some flavors without any nicotine.This is the best and only store I would go to.

Very cool guy; doesn’t up sell; simply listens and accommodates. Very happy with my new vape and will certainly go back for pods/juices.

The employees are always kind, but they never seem to have anything. The last three times I went they were out of stock of what I needed. This is exacerbated by the fact that the shelves are barren. Great shop, with great employees, but an abysmal selection.

The second you walk in you are greeted. Friendly staff. Customer service is superb. A plethora to choose from. The knowledge the staff has in all of their juices and flavors. A place I would go again and again. This is a place I would recommend to anybody.

I went here on a recommendation from a friend. He said they were extremely helpful when he came in for his first vape and they were not condescending at all (vape guys can get a little condescending at times.) My friend wasn’t wrong. The guys at the shop were patient and so willing to help. They also let me try several different vape juices so I could choose the correct one. And they gave me a new, sanitized mouthpiece every time I tried a new one. Highly recommend.

I only been here once.They didnt have much juice for me to pick from but Im picky person hahaPlace was very clean, people there are very nice and helpful. Fancy looking chill zone. Seen a few people just sitting there hanging out so nice place to Go.

I have been in this shop 5 times and they NEVER have what I need due to being out of stock. Always get the same excuse “we should have some next week” How are you going to run a business when all your products are depleted? That is just lazy. There are better options in the area.

Went in and was extremely anxious upon walking in due to this being my first solo dolo experience shopping for more juice. A buddy of mine convinced me to quit smoking and vape instead and was always by my side whenever we went. The owner at the desk, Omar, did a fantastic job keeping me feeling relaxed and comfortable, provided a detailed tasting experience and even convinced me to up my nicotine content in the bottle I bought to help with the slight desire for a cigarette every now and then. Also had a customer in there, mike, that I chatted with for about 30 or so minutes. Great place for both novice and experienced vapers to come to!

Very laid-back, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, the shop itself is clean and bright and not the least bit cluttered. Most importantly, the guys here got me set up with my first vape and I was able to leave behind a decades-long cigarette habit, and for that Im deeply grateful.

It was my first time going here. I wanted to really just come in and know what the hype was about smoke shops. This place is nice! I think one thing that kept me out of going to a smoke shop in general was that they normally have this weird look, and christmas lights all over the window frame.Im glad I randomly stumbled in. Its very inviting, and even looks like a place I would want to hangout in!

Seriously the best damn vape shop in all of Chicago! They have a million different types of flavors that you can try, and they are very knowledgeable about helping out those who are new to vaping finding the perfect machine as well as flavors.

This is my vape store. I actually refuse to give my business to any other place. Any needs I have, I walk over and grab it. They only carry the best devices, they have a HUGE selection of vape juices, all ready for you to try, and the prices are unbeatable. Every staff member is knowledgable, and I couldnt help but just leave a review so people can know. I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for anything vape.

Usually never had any problems of spent a few $1000 with you guys personally went to do a last minute shopping at the location and Sheridan to get carded for the 1st time ever and told that I would not be able to even stand in the shop because I didnt have my ID is embarrassing humiliating and I dont know if I will bring my business to this location at least with the gentleman that was

Cook county tax is to much per. Mg on nic. But the owner is nice and if he cant he suggests to another shop in area if possible and that great for the shopper.

Love this place! Omar is extremely knowledgeable and remembers who you are. I got a CBD oil bath bomb here that was super relaxing.
