Have been going here to Alisia for about a year now and she is literally the best there is. Very time I leave I feel so much better and I feel brand new. Being a barber I never knew how much I needed a massage every month until I met Alisia. Thank you so much for helping me out so much !! SHE IS LIFE CHANGING !!!

Michael is one of the best masseuse that I happened to experience. He knows the anatomy and hall can adjust treatment based on your needs.

One of the best massages Ive ever had - Michael is an amazingly knowledgable & experienced massage therapist, and as a former ballet dancer I have seen many over my lifetime. I most enjoy the custom body work that mixes modalities. I try to go once a month & every time is a very unique and healing experience.

I had a lymphatic enhancement treatment a day before my surgery. After surgery, the follow-up nurse was surprised that I had no swelling and not much pain. At my post operative visit, the PA said my incisions were healing beautifully. Felicia did a fantastic job!

While the space is beautiful and the staff is welcoming, my massage left much to be desired. I don’t recall the name of my masseur, he was a friendly older gentleman. The massage felt unfocused and far from thorough, and I’ve had many massages in my career as an athlete. I felt no difference walking out. Left stars for kind service but wouldn’t waste $80 to be lightly tapped on again.

Michael was fantastic and gave helpful tips for staying in good shape.

I left my lymphatic drainage session feeling light and refreshed. I was impressed with the ambiance, the modalities used during my session, and the results. Michael is super knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. I am excited to return.

Man what a difference when a masseuse knows what theyre doing. I have had numerous massages that could never solve my issue. Michael hit it in 35 minutes. They are very well educated and caring

This review was done a year ago early 2021 through the pandemic. The establishment didnt have many customers and I was somewhat happy. My previous review outlined “I found out about Chicago Touch on Lake Street two months ago and I am in love with the customer service and Felicias hands. She gives tremendous massages. I told her what I wanted and where she should focus and she never misses a beat. I am a very difficult person to please and they have fulfilled my expectations. You must check it out. You will never regret it.As of June 2022 I have revisited my review. I still think this place is very good and their customer service is great but I realize my messages are getting less and less of a good experience. I am somewhat saddened because I spoke highly about Chicago, Touch, and the good experience I was having. I have reduced my rating from 5.0 to 4.0. after a few unsatisfactory massages. Additionally for the price I expect a good and satisfactory one and a half hour massage. I do think the populace should still attempt to get a massage here because everyones experience will be different. I personally will not go back. Thanks for the experience and I hope to find a good masseuse in the future.

I received a massage from Alisia to help with a hamstring strain. I felt amazing afterwards and even better the next day after following her recommendations. My Physical Therapist even commented on how it must have been a great massage when conducting our next mobility assessment. Very professional, knowledgeable, and attuned. This is a hidden gem featuring an amazingly talented lineup of massage experts. Ive had several of the therapists here on multiple occasions and found each had their own style and impressed me with their mastery of their craft. You cannot go wrong here. The prices are reasonable and the quality is top notch. Highly recommend.

Alisia was incredibly attentive to the areas where I was tight and sore, and she worked really hard to smooth them out. I felt so much better afterwards! I could tell that she really cares about her clients. I look forward to coming back soon!

Definitely the best massage I’ve had in Chicago. Skip the Groupon options and come here. Michael was fantastic he has been doing massage for 29 years and his experience shows. Also, the facility is nice and clean, adjacent to Smyth & Loyalist/ begins the gym. I’m looking forward to coming back!

I’ve been to Chicago Touch a few times now and each time the experience just gets even better. Alisia gave us my resident masseuse here. She gave me a lymphatic drainage massage a few weeks ago. It was wonderful. Exactly what I needed to keep myLymph nodes from inflammation. Alisia is always the refresh to my week. She helps keep my muscles from aching and my stress low. I absolutely love Alisia and my services each time I visit her. I would highly recommend to anyone suffering from old injuries or just looking to treat themselves.

What a remarkable experience at this magical massage place. Michael owns it. Im not sure if theres road construction on Lake anymore (Dec 2018). Its not that easy to see the place from the street. I think the name is etched in the glass. Approaching the door, you need to be buzzed in but it doesnt have Chicago Touch listed yet. Theres no telephone number listed on their signage for the place. I think I chose the chiropractors number and it went through to Chicago Touch. Once in the building, theres no signage to tell you to go to the far left hallway. The door is tucked in the wall. Its a really cool spot. Its serene. I did not even feel like I was in Chicago. I went on a Sunday. I mean really, how convenient!

My girlfriend and I booked a couples massage and had the most wonderful experience. Our masseuses paid attention to each of our trouble areas and were very responsive to us throughout the massage. I would highly recommend Chicago Touch.

I came in and it was very peaceful. This was my first time having a message and I took my mom and I got the couples package and just told them it was my mom and only spent 150$. I was so relaxed I fell asleep on the table. She woke me up all gentle. Its very affordable and professional and I will defiantly be back. I let her know that I work in a factory and where my pain was and when I got done all my pain was gone. I love them.

I came to Chicago Touch a few days ago after buying a Groupon for me and my beau. It was SUPER easy to schedule our appointments, and they were able to push back our appt by 30 minutes with less than 24 hours notice with no problem. The location also is super accessible by CTA.The massage was.......great. Spectacular. Risa was my massage therapist, and not only did she rub me in all the right places, but we talked the entire time too! I left feeling super relaxed and like I had made a new friend lol. I cant wait to go back!!
