Hi Five Tobacco

Not open when they say they are 9/25/23I ran out of vape juice, Google maps said this was the first shop open at 8:00am, so I show up to wait at 7:55am. Sign on door reads 8:30am, well Im already here so I decide to wait. 8:30 comes and goes, 9:00 comes and goes. It is now 9:15 and I am leaving to go to another shop. I know family emergencys etc happen and this could be a one off thing so if the owner messages me with a doctors note or some valid one off reason I will come back and replace this review with a new review unbiased by this experience, if this doesnt happen, I wouldnt count on them being open when they say they are.

Just left this place. Cant even describe how kind they were to me. I am new and wanted to know about the area, etc and they were so awesome about telling me where to go and what awesome things to see! Totally forgot his name but a younger employee made me feel super comfy, helpful without hovering. Def will return.

I dont usually leave reviews but after an amazing customer service experience I had to. Mike and Jordan were in the shop when I came into buy a couple vape products. Mike and Jordan were very helpful in making sure that I got what I was looking for especially when it came to not breaking the bank. If you are in the Chico area and looking for a good shop to buy your tobacco or vape products look no further. Thank you guys.

This is the best shop to go to. They work with what your budget is no matter what. They also carry very well quality clothings as well. If there is something you need they will order it for you on the spot. Mike and everyeone else who works here is very friendly and are very helpful.

I had an issue with the price of a item I bought. But the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this place to everyone
