Visually, I am a potato. I always feel frumpy and awkward when going places like salons. Im horrible at keeping my hair cut and styled, and I tend to dress down. The staff at Paragon never makes me feel awkward. They do an excellent job with my hair, the prices are very reasonable, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Potato successfully transformed into fries, lol.

I went in for a trim and she just cut my hair straight across the bottom but I have long layers so it ended up looking botched I had to go to a different salon to get a redo

I have been going to Paragon for several years and have always had a wonderful experience! Kicsi is the best! The people at the front desk are also very warm and inviting and always reach you with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about their personel!

Love my new cut & style from Marissa. Im new to getting Deva Cuts (dry cut). Both times Ive left beaming at the result.

I am a new client, but have visited on several occasions now and I will be a permanent customer! First of all, the salon is absolutely beautiful and every single staff member I have interacted with was professional, fun, and helpful!I saw Kisci for a Brazilian, and underarm waxing and she did and amazing job and made me feel so comfortable and so was welcoming and talkative! Which I think is nice when youre doing a service like that!My hair and makeup was done by Zoe and I can not say enough nice things about her! She was professional, knowledgeable and really listened to my needs and concerns about my hair and makeup. My trial went so perfectly that I asked if she could possibly do my wedding! She (thankfully) agreed and did mine and my maid of honor hair, makeup, lashes the whole 9 and did a fabulous job!!! I literally had so many compliments all night!Ive talked about color and other details with Zoe and Im excited to see what she does next!Highly recommend them😊

OK. I didnt go get a haircut, nails or anything, but DID get a gift card. People behind the counter were AMAZING, FUNNY, REAL. I can see why my wife goes here.

This place is wonderful! I have gone to so many hair stylists that just could not get what I wanted. I explained thoroughly and even showed pictures, yet it just was never what I was going for. I would always leave other salons feeling so sad and disappointed. I have never left this salon feeling that way. I always walk out feeling beautiful. I definitely recommend Bria. She is amazing!

Ive been going to Paragon Salon on Montgomery Road for years and love this place! The services are fantastic and Ive always walked away feeling great and knowing that whatever I had done; haircut, highlight, brow wax, or nails, it was done professionally and beautifully done. These women know what they are doing and they do it very well. Every visit has been a great experience not only because of the services, but also because of the people. Every person Ive come into contact with has been friendly, helpful, caring, professional and respectful in every way. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. This is MY salon for life. Try it, you will LOVE IT too!

The people at Paragon Salon is professional, respectful and friendly. Ive been there several times to get my hair done and also my nails and every time I get exactly what I asked for. My hair always turns out great and its amazing what they can do to your nails! They are very creative and I highly recommend this salon to anyone for any occasion.

My first visit to Paragon and they were super professional. I got a great haircut from Stephanie who was recommended by my neighbor who gets her hair cut there. I love it and so do my spouse and my friends.

Michele took care of me today and she was amazing! This is the first time I have walked out of a salon absolutely loving my hair. It is exactly what I was looking for. I feel healthy, relaxed and fresh. Definitely going back to see her again.

I have so much anxiety about haircuts, but honestly, Paragon changed ALL of that. The girls were all so sweet and my stylist, Zoe, was a rockstar! She put me at complete ease and gave great tips that were actually realistic for my routine. I felt amazing when I left, Ill be returning and telling all my friends ❤

Michelle Baker is a talented stylist — particularly skilled with color. I’m a difficult client with color & she always takes the time to ensure the formulation & application are just perfect. She is a lovely, caring person as well.The staff & atmosphere at Paragon: always professional, warm & engaging. Worth every penny.

Been using there salon for about 20 years. Very friendly and never came out with a bad hair job. Just know each stylist charges different prices, based on their experience etc. They also do massages and nails but Ive never done those services just hair. If Im going to do any coloring to my hair as its long and dark, I always go here. Its always done right and dont have to worry about issues.

Great salon, Michelle was awesome. She listens to you and asks questions. She explains what can be accomplished at your visit and how long it may take to get the look you want.

Had the pleasure of having Stephanie,from the Montgomery Rd. location, color my hair and cut my daughters hair. She did an amazing job and has such a great personality! Im beyond pleased. Finally found someone I trust! Cant wait to see her again.

This salon has dropped in service and quality. When I brought my concerns to Dee she quickly turned and the treatment to my son was beyond anything acceptable in any company. My sons haircut was visibly crooked and she treated him so poorly for sharing that. So please re consider visiting this salon. I had heard from my neighbors the service had dropped but unfortunately had to experience the situation before I believed it. I asked to talk to the owner, because I know as a business owner the pride I have in my company. She refused to let me speak to her, Dee called her, explained her side, so she was available, then told me to write my number on a piece of paper. When we asked her to fix the bad cut, she said... sorry we close soon. Come back tomorrow. Terrible service. I’ll post pictures to validate this story. Beware.

Called to make an appointment to dye my hair. They asked if I was going to do vibrant colors or something normal. I told them just blonde. They booked me for a 330 appointment. I get there and the stylist says that we only have 30 minutes together so she is only going to be able to do some of my hair. I didnt book an appointment for a partial. I told them what I wanted before I got there. So disappointed to drive all of the way there for nothing. And they really thought that I would be interested in booking an appointment for a different day?

Nice place (nicer than it appears from the street!) Rebecca is great, and Im sure the other staff are as well. I paid half of what I was paying at a fancier salon for the same great service and cut. Highly recommend this salon for anyone in the area. They offer a lot of services, btw! Ive only been here for a cut and blowout so far.

We LOVE Katie Smith! She really takes her time to understand what you want and give a cut and style you will enjoy. All my kids even say Mom I need to go see Katie.

I have been going to Paragon Salon for over 10 years to get my hair colored and cut. Several years ago I had surgery on my foot. Someone suggested I get a pedicure so I did. The technician was great! I get a pedicure about every 4 weeks now. Im getting close to being a senior citizen and Ive been a walker for most of my life. I feel good about my feet now. If you are a walker or a runner this is the place to go.I like the Ladies at the front desk. They are warm, friendly and always make me feel comfortable, and my 88 year old Mother!

I have been going here for 7-8 years now. I havent ever been disappointed when I left. Excellent staff, always friendly and courteous! Get offered a refreshing beverage every time I have an appointment. I get my hair by Carly. Shes awesome! And so are all the other people who work there!

This location is amazing, always feels nice and clean. Everyone is nice and courteous. Ive only seen Marissa but thats because shes awesome and the only person who has ever cut my hair perfectly!

Abbey is really good. I would recommend it. Nice, clean, good interior, washing heads and shampoo are included. Really good place, worth the money. I will come back.

My hair looked exactly the same when i cam in as when i left paid over 100 for highlights it didnt change one bit. I e been getting my hair highlighted for 17 years ive never been so dissatisfied. When i told them i just got excuses not a sorry or discount. Do not recommend.

My wife and child love this place and have been regulars for several years now. Feb 2022My wife and child love this place. So, apparently, does my money.As of April 2017 theyre in the middle of a remodel that should bring the place out of the 1980s . Great staff, even to a non-customer like myself.

As a guy with curly hair I cant recommend Marissa enough. She is quick efficient and does amazing work that grows out perfectly.

I semi-recently moved to the area and needed to find a new place to get my haircut. It was easy to schedule and they were super professional and kind. They also took extra covid precautions and took temperatures of clients.

I had only ever trusted one person with my hair for the last 15 years but since ive moved going to see her wasnt practical. It took me a while to finally try a new place and Im thrilled with my decision.
