I updated to a five star review because I will say that the massage therapist (Michelle) is very good and I would highly recommend her. I moved back to five stars because Massage Envy heard me and others about the management of this location and took action. I received a message to contact this location and was very impressed with regional manager, Tyanna Smiley, who apologized, rectified and satisfied the situation quickly and professionally. The employees of this location are great and deserve model management.

Kierra is my therapist and she is the bomb! Im going through a stressful patch in life and it lives in my shoulders and traps! I schedule 90 min sessions and we cry, laugh, and get to know each other. Ive only been a member 3 months, but Im so elated I chose the year plan. As soon as I leave I schedule my next appt.The staff at the desk are knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. I missed a massage and when they found out it was a tragedy in my life, they were not able to credit me the session but, 😔 I got a hug! 🫂I recommend the StoneCreek location to anyone who needs to add self care to your regiment and thats ALL of us. When youre a member massages dont expire and you are able to transfer them to a friend! 🧡Hows that for customer service? What are you waiting for? You cant rub that stress out your lower back yourself and guess what? Those teenagers are NOT going to stop ferrying on your nerves!Mine are 21 and 23 now, and parents of any age will tell you... we go twice!

The Colerain location is one of the Best! It’s Always Clean and Relaxing. The Staff are Always Upbeat and Welcoming! Great Job Message Envy

Ive been a member of the Colerain location a year and a half and always had the same therapist. She was perfection to me and I didnt want anyone else to touch me. When she left unexpectedly I thought about not going back. After speaking with Jerome I decided to try Mia. Mia could feel the arthritis before I told her where it was! After working with her a few months the tension is gone and I feel better than I have in MONTHS. Also, a nagging pain is gone and I have Mia to thank. If youre new at Massage Envy Colerain you should book with Mia!

Highly skilled massage therapists who listen to your needs. Great facilities. Easy to use online scheduling. Great location near shopping.

They let someone use my card to book, and when I told them it was not me, they said aint anything they could do that the person who used the card have to call and cancel and I told them they never had Permission to use my card. Now I have to dispute all the charges.

Ive been a member of Massage Envy for years now, and this is definitely one of the best locations Ive been to. Jovan gives the most amazing massages, is very empathetic, and I just feel like I get so much physical and emotional healing from his sessions. Jerome the manager is a great person and very efficient and understanding. The staff are all super nice, and the waiting room is very calming. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for affordable massages!

03/29/24Kiera has the anointed hands. Since I have been going to Kiera and I do not have back pain anymore. She’s able to do various pressures in the area where need it. Marlisa is very talented. She has a friendly and warm personality. She wants you to have the best experience. The young lady who helped me at front desk was knowledgeable and answered the 100 questions I had about the membership plans with a smile. 10 out of 10 overall.

Would have totally been 5 stars, Drew’s massages was outstanding. However I arrived at 3:25, checked in and waited in eating area until 3:40. Then when she left me to undress another 10 minutes went by meaning it was almost 4:00 before the 90 minute message started and still stopped promptly at 5:00. Like I said the massage was great itself she did a wonderful job. Just felt a little cheated on time.

Merlisa is the best masseuse that I have ever had from any Massage Envy location. She is not the typical cookie cutter masseuse. She moves fluently to each body area and provides equal time to those areas. Her massages never feel rushed. She takes great care and consideration in making sure you are comfortable and that your hair is always out if the way. You can definitely tell that she is highly skilled and her massages are absolutely amazing! Will absolutely book with her again

My experience was phenomenal! Front desk staff was kind, Jermone checked me in and was professional and proficient. I felt very comfortable from checking in through the entire experience. Marlisa was my therapist and she did a wonderful full body head to toe massage.

Javon was great during the whole service! The pressure was perfect and he made sure during the entire massage that I was comfortable and that pressure was okay. Even after the massage he made it a point to show me a couple stretches to help me out. I will definitely be going back!

Kiera is AMAZING and seriously one of the most skillful therapists I have ever visited. She listens to you, is very thorough, knowledgeable, and skillful. She helped get me through some of the worst back pain I have ever had. She has great open communication and changes her pressure and style based on your needs, for example, she added some leg stretching into my back spasms that made for such a great relief in pain. She can read the body very well and adjusts to what it needs. She gives great folllow up suggestions on how manage pain and areas that are causing issues. Truly an asset to this location, I always seek her out when I can. She has taken care of my family members as well and when shes not available always points us in the direction of other like-therapists. The front staff is friendly and attentive. The location is clean and Kiera always has her space clean and tidy. If you cant get her Jovon and Marlisa are also great. Book ahead though because these guys have a following and it can take a while to get in with them, but they are very worth the wait.

Michelle was the greatest. Im a first timer and she made me feel so comfortable. Her demeanor and skill was perfect, she paid attention to my problem areas and made me melt away. Thank you Michelle for a great experience. 5 thumbs up...

The front desk is HORRIBLE at answering the phone. It always takes me about a week to get in contact with them to book a massage and/or facial. The only reason i go to this location is because they are closest to me and the best massage therapist out here is Jenifer. If it was for that, i would completely dismiss this location for lack of the front desk customer service.

Ive been going here for about 8 months now. Absolutely love it! When you get the time to know the staff, you will learn the ropes. Ask questions first. They will and do treat you like family. Dan is the best! Compassionate about his work. And gives one heck of a deep tissue massage. Will be going back. And highly recommend the yearly package. Unless you can pay cash in advance! Thats even better.. Good job Dan for making me want to continue with my massage,s.

Kiera is the BEST massage therapist Ive experienced. She is very in tune with her clients needs including physical, mental and emotional. She intuitively understands people on all levels. She is a rare, precious gem!

Drew was very professional and accommodated the massage to my individual needs . She was very pleasant to talk to and respected the time when I just wanted to enjoy the massage. The only suggestion I would make would be to massage a little slower and more liquid as she moves from one area to another. Otherwise, I was very pleased with her technique.

Great massage. Shorted on time. Therapist Worked on what I asked. But very short for paying for 60 min. I was led to the room at 1021 for an appointment at 1015. Given a few min to be shown the room and change. I started my timer after I changed. Massage therapist came in a couple min later. Massage ended and I stopped my timer. It was 50 minute in. Which means my massage was no more than 45 minutes long for a 60 minute massage. I was Led out of the room around 1110 before the 60 min would have ended without being brought in late already.Very Disappointed in length. Definitely not a 60 min massage at all

My massage by Marlisa @ Massage Envy was EVERYTHING that I needed! She gave the proper amount of attention to my trouble areas & still made sure that my full body felt amazing! You know that your massage was all of that when you simply want to sleep on the afterwards. Request Marlisa & you will not be disappointed!

When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist was professional and polite. She appeared to be new.. Marlissa was great. I was going to cancel my membership because Jessica had left. I decided to stay, because of Marlissa.

Marlisa was wonderful. She put me at ease and did a great job. The next day, my back pain was greatly improved still. I would highly recommend her work.

Michelle is fantastic, very experienced and great technique. She is really intuitive and even when I dont feel like Im in bad shape, she finds the knots and works them out. She is truly skilled!

Jinefer is absolutely amazing! I have a membership and I go to her monthly. She communicates well and makes sure the pressure is good throughout the massage. My body and muscles always feel so much better after my appointment.

6/26/21... My fiance got me a gift card for Christmas and I decided to redeem it for a massage. My massage was nice! Ive been going through a very stressful time and it got me off of my feet for an hour, which was very much needed. Drew was thorough and professional. She followed my instructions in terms of massage pressure and answered all of my questions. Im considering going back for other services.

Marlisa is awesome! She does all of my massages. She does a great job and has given me great advice on how to handle muscle pinches and pains. She listens to your needs and has no problem adjusting her pressure if it is too soft or firm. I definately recommend her!

Javon is very professional, I don’t normally get a massage from a male. But he made me feel comfortable. He took his time and didn’t rush, I felt very relaxed. He was firm but still gentle, lol if that makes sense. I would definitely recommend him. My best massage yet!!!

I’ve Been Going Here For Years And The Therapist I Liked Ended Up Leaving That Practice. But Now I Finally Found Another Massage Therapist That Understands What I Need Each Session. Jovon is Awesome! He Is Very Professional, Knowledgeable And Has So Many Different Techniques For Each Muscle! The staff was friendly, and establishment was very clean. Jovon was great! He applied the right amount of pressure and made sure I wasnt in pain. He was knowledgeable about my injured shoulder, and spent more time in that area. I will return.

During my massage, I was reminded of a line from Field of Dreams, “Is this Heaven?”“No. It’s an appointment with Michelle C. at Massage Envy.” But pretty close!!!Michelle has really helped me with my headaches and a compressed nerve in my back. I can’t say enough great things about her or the staff and owners at the Colerain location! My only complaint is sometimes I have to schedule appointments way in advance because she’s so great and popular she books up super fast!

The entire checkin process was great, building was very clean and the massage was the best! Kiera paid attention to my focus areas even down to my sinuss. They create a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere! This was my first visit, so I’ll definitely be returning.

My massage was done well, and my masseuse was professional. When she started my massage it was 4:15 and she got done at 4:50 which I was confused about because I paid $120 for 60 mins and didn’t get 60 mins. Unless I misunderstood something I’m not quite sure why this was the case. Other than the time being cut short and the price being a little high, the front desk staff was super friendly & very helpful. Probably won’t be back due to high prices & not worth the money spent.

My experience was excellent. Jennifer the massage therapist do a excellent job she make sure youre real comfortable & she is professional. Every time I go to see her she do a different technique. She is the best massage therapist I ever had.

Unprofessional staff. I drove nearly an hour to this appointment and sat in the waiting room excitedly awaiting my rare hour of relaxation. Jenifer then scurried past me, avoiding eye contact. Shortly after, I was called back to the front desk, the setting reminiscent of being called to the principals office in school. Jenifer exited the receptionist area and lurked in the corner, staring at me whilst the receptionist kicked me out for being pregnant. The dismissal felt like a scold. There was no apology. No sorry you drove an hour and wasted the one hour of free time you get once every four months. I left feeling dejected and sad, my back remaining in excruciating pain, with no other hope of getting in elsewhere. Thanks Massage Envy, for wasting my day and making me feel like a pariah. Aces.

I went to Sara. It was the most AMAZING massage I have ever had. I went in feeling awful, terrible headache, neck pains, knots. She did an awesome job getting all the knots out, was so personable making sure I was doing ok and liked the massage. I have had a couple other massages and this one was by far the best. I came out no headache, back and neck feeling so much better. Also the staff was really friendly and the facility was very clean and nice.

I went there today and was extremely disappointed in the service that I received from the front end staff. I had a gift card for products only and nothing was available to choose from and the manager was in the bathroom for like 20 minutes and could not answer staff questions as to when more selections would be available. I was cool with that until 2 white ladies walked in and were addressed immediately. The red head ignored me completely and attempted to hand me my purchase without a bag. I mean really and I still have spa treatments that I have to redeem....I only hope that that visit goes better....

Jinifer is the Best!!! She is so personal and really cares about her clients. I have been looking for the right person for awhile now but no need to shop around anymore . I now have a membership and go monthly to get all my kinks out from Jinifer. Highly recommend her.

I just moved in the area and booked a massage at this location. The establishment is clean the staff was friendly. I did have a small concern and was directed to the Mgr Paris. She was sweet and very professional going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.. My massage was with Dan he too, was professional and I felt comfortable as I normally dont receive massages from men. My experience... I will be back☺

If you have not seen Jovon you should! Very professional and kind. Not a big talker (works great for me) does ensure pressure is appropriate when starting different areas of the body.

I had a contract for years with the Colerain location. Then due to Covid it became rough continuing with them due to mandates & business closures so I cancelled my contract. I then noticed they reopened so I scheduled with them( I had received an Xmas gift card from my son) and was told NO OPENINGS for over a month so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for FEB so I could at least get on the books. I get a call the day of my appointment and was told I would have to be rescheduled…..so I did FOR MARCH22nd….NOW AGAIN…the day of my appointment, they confirmed and JUST SENT A MESSAGE I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. I ask to speak to the manager WHO DID NOTHING AT ALL but try to reschedule me for another month out 4/23.I explained they need to schedule an appointment that I can actually get or refund the money on this CHRISTMAS GIFT CARD…..YES CHRISTMAS AND ITS ALMOST SPRING AND THEY HAVE YET TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I think it is safe to say the level of customer service & professionalism is not going to improve at this point.SAD😢

Dan was great! He asked many questions at my first appt with him about my job and lifestyle to help better address my problem areas and help alleviate pain. Would definitely recommend.

I love coming to massage envy especially to see Marlisa. She knows exactly what to do to make me feel better. I will be coming to see her long term to help my chronic pain. I see this as a great blessing to have found Marlisa.

DO NOT GO TO MASSAGE ENVY - COLERAIN. Massage Envy - Colerain is awful and they treat the long time customers terribly. I was a member for several years. My therapist left because she was only making $16 a massage, They charge $70 for members and $90+ for non-members, you do the math. I put my cancellation in over 2 weeks prior to my next scheduled payment and their lazy management team failed to process it. When i called to get a refund they would not do it. Then you only have 60 days to get the massage and with kids and coaching them in sports plus working full time i wasnt able to get a massage until a week after my 60 days was up they would not make an exception. So their mistake, my money, and no service. PS: My former massage therapist told me they have insect problem (I never saw an insect personally). The Massage therapists and Front desk staff always treated me great but i will definitely never go back to Massage envy again.

Very frustrated. I had a massage and a facial and was told everything would happen in the same room so I would not have to undress, dress, undress and redress again. Both appointments did not happen in same room, plus the facial in front of mine was running late so my appointment started 20 minutes late. Any time I have been late to an appointment, my time has been cut short, not sure why this rule didn’t apply yesterday! I should have told Abby I had a hard stop at 6:45, but didn’t so end up being late for another appointment bc Abby was trying to give me the full time.

I joined Massage Envy in 2020. I have found them to be good at communicating, professional and all of their therapists have used care in their therapy. I am a woman and I am very old fashioned. With this in mind, I had my apprehension about having a man do my therapy. I found that the male therapists have been above and beyond gracious and professional.

Drew is Amazing, Very Professional and knowledgeable. My lower back has not felt this good in along time . If you need a Great Massage ask for Drew .

Went to get a massage which was awesome and after was talked into a membership which I was told would last for a year and then roll over to a month to month membership until I cancelled. I never went once in the years time and when I decided to go after I was told my membership was cancelled. When I asked if they could do anything to give me my visits back I was told a manager would have to call me which never happened. Definitely a waste of my hard earned money $700+!!!

This was my 1st massage ever. Everyone was great. They let me know what to expect and made me feel very comfortable. I went for a back issue I was having. I will definitely have to go back for a stretch.

All the Lmts that Ive seen, Keira, jess, marlisa, and, jinefer are awesome,highly skilled, friendly, and fantastic at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone. Omg! Omg ! Im 54 years young it was my very first time. Also a birthday gift.. when I tell you all , the fabulous massage was phenomenal I cant Express enough how good my body feels. I suffer from a long list of body issues. If I knew all I had to do was get a massage..omg! Omg! I would have done this years ago, instead of taking meds for pain. The service all the way around was epic! I will definitely be going back. The staff was amazing.. the atmosphere was phenomenal. Babyyyyy its eveythg I always wanted to do, but was soooo scared. Strongly suggest mr. Joovon, hope I spelled name correct.. lorddd sent me an amazing massage man.. he is joovon the massage bomb. Com I feel so free .so super duper congratulations to Envy massage but super duper congratulations to joovon the bomb massage king.

Their contract is an absolute joke! Had to freeze mine last spring due to COVID and was out of work with no pay (self employed) for over 2 months. Last time I was at massage envy at the end of sept I was told my contract was up in oct and signed the papers to end it so I didn’t get charged each month. No one ever said anything about it being extended due to the freeze. I ask the front desk employee more than once if she was sure my last payment would be in oct. she assured me it was. Well now it’s nov. and I got charged again... without any warning. Called abs spoke to the assistant manager and she said the best she could do was end it December. This place is a joke. I was never informed payment would continue. So now I have 2 more months of payments coming out.. I want my money back for nov and I want my contract ended with this place. I will never be back.

Customer service horrible . Due to the “oversight” of front desk my whole Valentine’s Day weekend plans ruined because per the manager the rep didn’t look far enough over on the screen to give me correct information keep in mind I was given all this information pertaining our massage therapist as if the appt was booked correctly. The manager showed no sympathy as she said the driest “I apologize”. What made it worse the manager tried to make it my fault until I stopped and told her we will not do that and she replied your right because she knew it was wrong. My opinion choose Hyde Park if possible I hate that I didn’t stick with them.Update- After posting this review Management reached out to me and talked about the issue. They sincerely apologized and for that I have regained faith back in them. I’m not one to only write bad reviews but good ones also because I don’t like when people seek only the bad and not the good. Thank you Massage Envy for fixing your wrong and making it right that’s what business is all about.

First I want to say the massage therapist my son and I had were great. My issue is my mother, son and myself has a scheduled appt to have a relaxing day together only to find out the therapist my mother had was not going to be there due to a personal situation, I get sometimes life happens, but to me when you schedule a massage it’s for relaxation, and there’s nothing more unrelaxing 😠 than being told at the last minute it’s not going to happen, there should be a policy to have an option of someone else being able to assist, this is the first time this happened to my mother but it happened to me at least twice. Keep your fingers crossed that when you do schedule an appt the therapist shows up. Cause all the people standing at the front desk can’t do anything other than scheduling perhaps they should staff people that can schedule and be a stand by therapist?

Dan was awesome. He was very in tune as to wear my pain was and very helpful advising on things i can do to prevent it. I felt much better after I was done. Thank Dan!!

Lotions & Oils they switched to are cheap leaving you feeling gross when you leave. I guess the $55+ they make per massage (Yes the therapist doing the work gets $16 dollars per massage) doesnt allow the owners and management team to make enough money. So I hate it as Management & Ownership do not care about their employees or their customers.

Abby is absolutely amazing and really works with you to achieve your end goal. This was my second time with her and my skin changed so much in between our two sessions.

Marlisa listened to my needs and did an amazing job. I would like to have her for all of my appointments if that’s possible!

The staff working the front desk are always friendly and helpful with scheduling. Matilda works out the kinks in my old, tired body leaving me ready to face the world again.

Do not sign up for monthly payments. It’s apparently a contract that you can’t get out of. I was told I could freeze my account I was under the impression that meant freeze it Incase you didn’t want to cancel it. I was wrong, but if you do ever go and you want an amazing DEEP tissue. See John.
