I was told about Bells House of Tobacco and wanted to see what they had to offer. My wife and I went and their courtesy and service far exceeded any expectations. Yvette and John are extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Their selection of estate pipes was great and I left with an excellent selection of pipes and some tobacco at prices far better than I would have expected. They have definitely earned a return customer.Next trip will be for cigars 🤣

Greatest cigar shopping experience ever!!! I went in with my brother in law and my daughters fiance, who were visiting from out of town, we were just looking to grab some cigars not expecting much.We were greeted by the nicest employees and throughout our stay we were checked on and educated about cigars, but not in an obnoxious sales way. I will definitely be back, skip the other places and head straight here. Thank you for impressing my family, we havent stopped talking about our visit!

Very pleased with the service and they are very welcoming, yet VERY patient as I explore choosing between pipes. Bell was a great welcoming manager allowing me ask very interesting questions about his pipes, knowing what pipe is best for the price! Found my pipe that I loved the best which was Savenelli Italian made pipe! He has all types of pipes made from European manufacturers and American pipes! He has his great experienced sidekick employee who was also welcome too questions!

You will love this place. I stopped in for some information about estate pipes that I had, and John was incredibly accommodating and kind in sharing his knowledge. We had a wonderful conversation about tobacco and pipes. Thank you John!

Friendly, knowledgable staff, great selection

So I stopped in 15 minutes before they closed. Im fairly new to pipe-smoking and had a lot of questions. John walked me through everything I needed to know, made excellent recommendations, and even stayed open about a half hour late so I wasnt rushed. I am extremely satisfied with my purchases and I left there feeling more educated and confident about my new interest. At no point did I feel pressured or looked down upon because I didnt know something. The shop was very well-stocked, clean, and inviting. Just a really great experience all around and Im already looking forward to my next visit. I wont go anywhere else for my pipe and cigar needs. Try this place, you will not regret it.

Bells is the best place in the area for cigars. Not only do they have grade A hospitality with customers but are leaders in selling the perfect cigar with tons of knowledge in specific preparation of different cigars from around the world. Not just cranking a humidifier like others and hoping some dont mold...lol. I have never seen a staff care more about perfecting their craft. You can totally tell the difference in their hard work. Try them... never been let down. Customer for life.

My new go to shop for pipes and pipe tobacco!! Im new to pipe smoking and had many questions. John was amazing and full of knowledge. He pulled me up a chair and sat down with me explaining all the basics of pipe smoking. I left with a beautiful Savinelli pipe that I couldnt love more. Yvette was terrific and helped me pick out tobacco. I felt so welcomed in the shop and Im so thankful I stumbled upon this great place.

Im fairly new to cigars and havent had a good experience at any cigars shops up to this point as far as education and suggestions go until today. John (the owner I assume) stopped what he was doing as soon as I walked in to greet me and offer help. I told him I was new to cigars and he took all of the time I needed to answer the questions I had and also educated me on what types of cigars I might like. While we were talking a few regulars came in and he knew them by name and seemed to have great rapport with them. That is rare in business currently and I appreciated the fact that this business is being ran this way. I plan to be a regular from now on and hope others in the area will too.

Stopped in today for the first time. Not the biggest shop I’ve been in, but they had everything I needed. I picked up a few tobacco’s for my pipe along with a new pipe (he had probably 60 or so on display) and some cigars of which he had a lot. John had answers for all my questions including some about suggested blends, but took pains to remind me that tobacco is personal to each smoker.A business, to me, is as much about the people as the merchandise. John is a good man; what kind of man? He treated me like a regular and we chatted about tobacco, kids, grandkids, schools... freely and easily about whatever was on our minds as I browsed the offerings. During the discussion, about kids, I couldn’t avoid mentioning that it was a sad day for my family as it was the birthday of a child we lost a few years back. At checkout he added a gift that I tried to refuse. It’s his livelihood, I expected to pay full price for such service, or for no other reason than to help a small business in these times of quarantine reduced sales. He told me I had no choice, it was what he could do to help brighten my day a bit. It did.

It had been years since I had smoked a cigar, but I had always enjoyed a good one. So on a whim I stopped at a small local place, and while the guy was nice he had no knowledge. I went to another larger shop, but there it seemed like they didnt want to be bothered with questions, even though the selection was good. That only works if you know what it is you want. Then I called Bells, asked a few questions, and a day later went up. Met John, and he was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. That was six months ago, and there is no place or people Id rather do business with. John is quite a guy with a great sense of humor, and makes you feel like you are the only person that matters when in the store... If I could give 10 stars i would..

Visited this great shop while in Cinci for the Flying Pig marathon, yup. Mr. Bell made me feel like I had been a longtime customer. Will definitely be ordering by mail. His house cigar was absolutely delicious... very helpful and gracious staff, thank you all for a great experience.

I went to Bell’s as soon as I’d turned 21. Was greeted with a friendly welcome, and kind of stood there not knowing where to start. So many different cigars, and humidors, cutters, etc. just as you’re walking in the building. Go deeper they have a pleasant selection of hookahs and other smoking accessories. But the real magic is in the humidor room. The collection Mr. Bell carries is magnificent. Cigars of all different price variations, flavors, smells. It’s astounding! I have yet to choose a bad one, and mr. Bell really knows his cigars. Kind man, really has a care for his patrons, and great staff. Great place 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good cigar at good prices.

Great little brick and mortar shoppe. The owner is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. They have a great selection of cigars, accessories and if youre into it, pipes and pipe tobacco. He also has his own line of cigars rolled for him. The ones Ive had from the Jazzy Q line are delish!

Bells has the best selection of quality cigars in the area. The owner, John, and his staff are very knowledgeable and are always friendly and helpful. Bells prices are fair. You may be able to find better prices online, but there are other factors to consider, i.e. large-volume sellers with less overhead, unknown quality/condition of products prior to shipment, etc. Also, I take pride in supporting local small businesses and I encourage others to as well, especially ones as great as Bells.

Wow where do I start. I found this wonderful place on line, Not knowing what to expect. Upon arrival, I was greeted by John the owner, and Steve. The selections of Cigars where outstanding, and fresh. The hospitality was even better. I will be definitely going back, Ive found a new home, away from home.

This cigar shop is the best. John takes great care of his customers, and his staff is the greatest. He believes in backing our military and our men, and women of any uniform.

Made an afternoon visit and I cant say enough great things about this place!! I was promptly greeted and then given a quick tour before going into the humidor (kept at 70% RH for those that want to tuck newly bought cigars immediately into their home box). Bought a bunch of their house cigars and smoked the ugly duckling right outside. I think it was John that had the umbrella opened for us, and also sat with us for a few minutes to talk about his cigars and his establishment. Its a 30 minute drive for me to get there. While there are places much closer to me, I will only be going to Bells from now on. Its how you treat people, and Bells does it 100% the right way. Thanks for a great visit guys, looking forward to the next!!!

The products are engaging and the the people here have always been knowledgeable and willing to educate me along the way. I am only a tobacco hobbyist and have always enjoyed conversations on tobacco and tobacco products and always leave with something new to consider. I love supporting a locally owned, private business such as Bells- nit to mention they are always listening to some cookin music every time I seem to be there!

Excellent place with knowledgeable and courteous staff. I was running late and asked if they could stay open another 5 minutes which they gladly did... when I got there I expected them to ask me to hurredly pick up what I needed but they took the time, listened to what I was looking for and took their time helping me with a few choices. I wouldnt go anywhere else, these guys know their stuff and have a great selection.

Decided to keep an open mind after calling the store and finding a staff member to be very abrupt with me when asking if they had any up coming Fathers Day special offers as it was only a few weeks away and that their website was not stating any specials. Hello! Fathers Day!!! Cigars!!!! Your business!!! Was going to be out their way so decided to find their place anyway...after all their reputation spoke quality...hummmm... give it a chance...ok...just and FYI!! Dont blink...if you do..you have passed it.I found that the would be entrance,parking? and exit was insane. I do hope their reputation makes this undesirable location a success for them...went elsewhere for all of my male family cigar smokers. Judge for yourself of course.
