The store should be open according to business hours, but it is closed, this is a very gross violation in my opinion

Absolutely the worst vape shop in all the greater Sacramento area! The business is very unreliable when it comes to being closed during what is supposed to be its regular business hours! Yesterday I show up around 2pm to find the sign in the window saying open, but the lights were off and the door was locked! So if any of you are looking for a reliable vape shop, this ones not for you, go somewhere else!

You should update your Google hours to reflect your actual store hours. Google says youre open currently at 11:58 am on Thursday the 10th but your door says closed on Thursdays.

There are certain places where a friendly attitude from the staff is absolutely necessary; at least in my mind.A shop for smoking accessories is one of those places.Over the years Ive shopped at at least three of the Twisted shops in the Sacramento area.Ive never had a bad experience, but some visits were less pleasant than others.I stopped by this store to get a question answered about a product I had previously purchased.The gentleman working tonight answered my question and then showed me alternatives.Im probably going to go back and buy that unit later.In the meantime, he actually engaged me in conversation and I spent more money than I had planned. Its funny how that works.This visit was better than the last visit to the antelope store(less friendly).I will be shopping at the San Juan location for the foreseeable future.Sorry I forgot your name young man.As told you, you are a good damn salesperson.

Not bad not great. they just started selling salt nkd juice which is awesome, they have just about any kind of glass you want. a basic head shop. would like to see the employees become a bit more knowledgable about the products they are selling though. if you ask them a question about anything, most of the time their response is im not sure.

No stars, Huge waste of time!!Called twice within an hour with no reply. They hung up on me early on the second call. Went down there in person thinking theyre busy. NOPE. Open signs on but no ones home! All locked up! I guess they dont want any business💁‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I went to the cone on old auburn for an item they said that the other location had it and if I zipped over there they would have it get there they didnt the whole thing but if I drove BACK over to the other one would have the battery to make the rig work I needed so I then drove back over to the other one when I got there they didnt have the proper battery there that I asked them to make sure they had and both people said they had it.... this has been a 3 month process to try to get the whole item together and nothing came of it👎🏻 Ive been a customer for over 7+ years and have spent 1000$ there Im very disappointed and dont know that I will ever shop here again... staff has been far from par lately too services as well dont know whats going on here anymore:(

Not bad when their not closed, this shop obviously doesnt make the owner any money otherwise it would be open when it says it should. Theirs always a paper sign that says sorry were closed please go to our other location. No thanks Ill go to one of the 6 other shops in between your 2 locations. Gives smoke shops a bad name

The owner is awesome, the deals were amazing, so all the stuff i wanted was dirt cheap. I stocked up.

Never open when they say they are. 630 on a Friday this would be a prime time to be open. Close if your not going to be open or adjust your hours

Everytime I go there its closed when its supposed to be open. I want to spend my money there but since they dont seem to want my business Ill take my money elsewhere. You all also leave the open sign on so it looks like your open but no one is inside. Ill take my business and money somewhere where they want it.

Drove there and it was closed as what everyone has said should have read the review before driving. Also said that it was open at 1am but i got there at 2am and it was still closed.

Open sign on, but no one in the building. Note on the door stating “be back in 15 minutes” didn’t specify a time. You are losing money and potential customers due to this.

They have a great selection. I dont use Pachulia oil and hate hippies, but they have great prices and selection on everything - vape to smelly pothead stuff lol

Terrible management with open and close hours. Showed up when shop was suppose to be open and door sign says open but lights off and doors locked.

Don’t depend on sign for open hours. Been there at 10:30 and another time at 4:00 and wasn’t open. Need to hire someone to at least make a sale, when late, or out on a break.
