I’ve had a wonderful experience time & time again! If asked to share my favorite massage within 30-45 of Cleveland I would 100% pick RG foot spa. Thank you to the wonderful staff who are always extremely polite and do a phenomenal job. I always leave much more relaxed and cannot believe how much of a reduction I see in a migraine after visiting.

Ive always had great massages and professionalism at this place. I have always left a tip. Tips are showing gratitude on a service provided. The prices are definitely competitive. It was disappointing to see the review that an individual posted not giving a tip. Smh...Also, I do not agree anyone asking for a tip. If a service is preform the minimum tip is 10%. If you cant afford to pay 10% give what you have or wait until you can afford to tip.

I took a friend to get a one-hour massage as a gift. After paying for the massage, while my friend went to get ready, the front desk staff asked for a tip. I explained that it was a gift and we were only paying for the massage. After my friend was done with the massage, an employee from the establishment was outside smoking and asked my friend to come back in and leave a tip. I quickly realized what was happening and told my friend that a tip was not necessary as this was a gift, and we were unaware that it was expected. The employee who was smoking became very aggressive, repeatedly asking if we were going to leave a tip for the massage therapist and even coming directly into my face. We had already paid the fee and thanked them for their service. I would never use this place again, and they should inform people if tipping is mandatory. I am considering pressing charges because of the aggressive behavior and harassment as we were trying to leave.

Went in December23 for the first time with a few girlfriends to enjoy ourselves and it was a good experience. After I brought my 17 y.o. to try a massage for the back, she complained about pain after sport at school. And next thing we booked it for 1 h. with my husband for St. Valentines. 5 visits for me and my family only in 2 month says a lot good about Rg foot spa. Well organized, cosy, affordable place with a great relaxing massage!

That was the best foot massage ever!!! I also appreciated the rest of the attention paid to my full body while my feet were soaking, oh, and that scalp massage was top tier! One tip, ladies, do not go with a fresh hairdo lol because they massage your scalp, and the product is wet.

My husband and I just left RG Foot Spa. What a wonderful experience! We had a gift certificate for two foot massages. I was expecting just a foot massage but I also got a full body massage with my clothes on. The therapist did an excellent job but I wish I knew ahead of time because I would have worn a tee shirt and yoga pants. The room was very clean and the heated table was very comfortable.

Best bang for your buck massage in the area! For the 60 min massage, they’ll spend 30 mins on your feet and 30 mins on the rest of your body. I’ve been 4-5 times over the past few years, and the massages are consistently good quality with strong pressure applied (unlike some places - even ones that cost double this - where the experience is hit or miss).

Great experience and very much needed rest and relaxation. I informed staff I would be late and once arrived, everyone was super accommodating and pleasant. I was happily surprised to receive all of the massages (face, neck, hands, feet, back, legs). I will definitely be back. Worth every dollar spent.

Incredibly clean and well taken care of!! They know what they represent and go above and beyond! So lucky it is near our home. So good I can not even articulate it into words! Tremendous staff, so insanely good! Great atmosphere, way better than any commercialized massage. They work all the points of pain/tension in your body without you even having to tell them! Food for the soul! They just know, the most professional and pleasant place I have ever been to in the Ohio area and out! They’re so above the rest quality wise, they’re professionals. Just insane! I hope they never leave! Will ONLY be coming to this place for the rest of the time they are in business. The owner/manager and staff get gold stars!

After experiencing excruciating pain in my lower back and neck. I took prescribed pain medication but, it failed me. So I stop by and got a message at RG Foot Spa. Boy! was I impressed with Michael he was attentive, gentle, and relieved me of all my pain. I plan on returning in the near future. I highly recommend RG Foot Spa.

This was a wonderful experience. I was so relaxed when I left out. The atmosphere was so peaceful. The staff was so friendly and professional. I will be back I feel like a new person! Absolutely the best massage for the price for the atmosphere for the personnel. Relaxing calm environment! One negative, about this location is it is filled with plug-in air fresheners, every outlet and two in the bathroom and in every massage room. If you have any sensitivity to inorganic smells fake fragrances this may not be the place for you. I highly recommend and wish the plug-ins were removed and replaced with essential oils. Please please take out the plug in fragrances !!!

Very nice and clean location, come here about once every other month. Sometimes massage can be too hard, just request that they lighten up. Otherwise, great service.

I have been going to RG foot spa for several years, even before the pandemic they were always a very clean place. The staff are courteous and if you have a place you cant or dont want done you can request when scheduling - like 1 hour no back. (I had brain surgery three years ago and had issue with my head being touched for over a year)I completely recommend them. Pricing and quality are great here.

Four of us came in for the first time today. We had the full 60 minute massage package, and it was just wonderful. The staff was extremely polite and attentive. Dont forget to tip these folks! Very nice of them to offer bottled water after massage, as it is important to hydrate after any massage to flush out toxins. Amazing experience; well be back!

Amazing value for massage including hot rocks, heated cushions for the lower back, some Thai style stretching these are all extras at many places. Very vigorous and strong with lots of checking in. Fixed my husbands thrown out back. One note, please leave a tip that reflects the quality of the experience. Workers can’t possibly bring back much with these prices. It’s the ethical thing to do. You can tip on a credit card which we did but cash is better if you have it also wear a sports bra or tank top if you’re a woman so they can reach your upper back and neck easily.

Outstanding experience. $64 for an 80 minute stress relief extravaganza. From the first moment the clean, peaceful and solemn environment promotes relaxation and healing. The gentleman are strong and knowledgeable. Worth a try for a novice like me and I would bet you will choose to be a regular like I have after your first visit.

Decided to surprise my husband for our weekly date night. Never expected this wonderful service. Well worth the money for an hour!! We will be returning!!

Hello RG, sorry we couldnt make it to our appointment today. You guys are great but it was snowing so bad my wife was afraid to make the trip from Lake County. I dont blame you if you never wanted to massage us again as you said to me on the phone. Love your massages.

I was very happy with the 1 hr full body massage. I plan on making it a every other week treat for myself. Today was my first time going and I already recommended to several friends.Very clean and professional, and the price was awesome

I had an amazing experience and thats important because I have been seeing different massage therapist for the last 25 years and today I found a fast and easy way to relieve stress and feel much better for a very good value! I had my first massage this morning and Im ready to go back next week already! thank you to the staff there who took care of us first thing in the morning my wife and I were able to share a room. Best massage I have ever had...and I get massages every month!Wong was absolutely amazing. I had 90 minutes and he started with the head and shoulders. Then the feet and legs. Then the back and finally ending with the back of the head.My sinuses cleared up and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Incredible value at $75!!!

I love massages!! I also love reflexology and feet massages! This is the best of both worlds.....for an hour, they soak your feet for 15 minutes as they massage scalp, forehead, sides of neck and shoulders. Then they work on your feet, one at a time for 15 minutes each foot/leg. The reflexology is so healing for your entire body.. They also use hot stones. After that half hour of foot work, you turn over and get a wonderful back massage that lengthens you back and is like a mini adjustment....

Its so much more than a foot spa! The 1 hour package is worth every Dollar. I feel wonderful. And they were very kind and professional. Owen was fabulous.

The place was very nice the massage even was great but I felt so violated. I know Im not crazy but as I was getting the massage I felt like I was being poked with something. As he was working on my shoulders I was being poked in my head. I asked him what was it he said he didnt know what I was talking about but as he ran out the room upon completion Im sure I know what it was. That was so disgusting. These are privately owned so there is no where to file a complaint. That was my first time and last time going there. I didnt come there to be humped. Gross

Its a locally owned business that does a good job. It has a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere. Their staff is competent and attentive. My wife and I have been going there since we moved up to this area, and we been pleased with their level of service.

Clean, professional, relaxing atmosphere. The set up is very comfortable. You sit in a leather reclining chair with your feet soaking in warm water and a hot pillow behind your back. They massage your scalp, arms, and hands. Then your feet and calves. Then you flip over and they work on your back with very deep massage. Wear comfy clothes as you stay completely dressed, besides pushing your pant legs up to your knees. The price cant be beat. Highly recommend. I will be back.

I’ve gone to RG for awhile now and I always leave a healthier person. The environment is clean, very quiet and comfortable. The technicians are extremely skilled. I go often as a measure for good health.

Very nice atmosphere but unfortunately not much for communicating. Not sure if Max was having a bad day, but he was a bit over the top rough. Angry. Three days later still have back, leg and knee pain. Unnecessary!!! I have many massages, this was one of the very worst!!!

Have been coming here for some time now and I always ask for Max. Today I tried someone else her name is Lisa and she has MAGICAL hands!!!! Amazing!! So relaxing and very timely & professional

$40 for a 1 hour massage. Cant beat that.And I like a deep pressure massage from my feet to my head. You just have to tell the masseuse to turn-up the pressure on the massage, and youll get what you ask for.Also, as of October 2020, the masseuse wears both a mask mask and a clear face shield. I felt very safe there.They also give you a repeat customer card. Your 10 massage is a freebie.Lastly, you get a free bottle of water on your way out the door.
