Went here Sun 1 June, 2024. Beautiful shop. 1st class. Super clean. Wood floors, super nice.Very good prices compared to ordering it via mail. They stock everything & probably serve sandwiches in the back if you ask nicely. (?) Who knows. Low on cash they sell just for you. You can buy more, got you covered. Worth it just to browse. Reddish hair guy particularly nice. Owner? Don’t be afraid to buy Kratom. Been using it for years for Fibromyalgia. I work In the music business in LA & the most conservative people anywhere use it for those pesky backaches, menstrual cramps, aching knees, bogus neck pain and other strains help with energy & calm and sleep. It’s not illicit or scary. If you live in Cleveland (Great, rockin city) it’s a must to drop in and check it out. Thanks guys. 🌿💕

Wouldnt recommend buying any vapes from there. There faulty and malfunction and they dont offer a solution. Not only will you be throwing $ away they offer to open the boxes so they can keep the stickers and resell them........

Both times I stopped by I just happened to be in the area at the time. Each time the customer service has been positive and awesome. Today, Tony and Sebastian helped me locate a CBD pen. I brought a piece home and upon first use of the glass i spent $150 on the base just snapped off. maybe stress in the glass? no clue. i tried calling because i was sold a defective product and was told i couldnt get my money back. Theyd offer me a deal on the next one, which Im gonna guess will have the same problem.Complete waste of time and money.

Great customer service best smoke shop in town hand down!

Ive had some good experiences in the shop, its nearby and the staff have always been nice. Big issue for me is the prices. For instance I went in recently to buy a new vape pen. Rather than coming in a retail box, they keep them all in a plastic container. The ooze pen was $20 dollars which I thought was reasonable since the battery was larger... until I realized that they split the battery and chargers on their units so rather than buying the pen for $20, I spent about $25 since the chargers (that come in the retail box at any other store) are $3.99 a piece. They did not give a receipt. The battery didnt work long and was defective after a couple days. I went to another shop and the new pen came in the retail packaging WITH THE CHARGER for a cheaper price. Selling a defective pen happens and I would have returned to them, but ripping me off doesnt sit well with me and I think I will take my business elsewhere

I purchased an item from this store and had to return it a week later. When I went into the store, I was met with the best customer service and not one but both of the store employees committed to helping me figure out how to use my device. Nick was extremely accommodating and the other young African-American male in the store was knowledgeable and could multitask perfectly while interacting with customers. FIRST VISIT, FIRST IMPRESSION.Whelp, I started off having a good day before I walked in to grab a Breeze. I overheard the other customers interactions with the associate J. We shared a few laughs, I got to learn about a few other products that caught my eye, had an overall pleasant experience before making my purchase. It was very helpful how they broke down the details of the hookah products for us and did not rush us because it was our first time purchasing any hookah products. And there selections our unique and exotic. Id recommend them over any other hookah spot.

Have had some great experiences. However some of the employees are just flat out rude and snotty. Their insulting attitude and condescension towards their customers is pretty remarkable. I used to own a nightclub. If one of my employees ever acted that way towards our customers they would be kicking rocks in a second.Just because social media has lowered peoples inhibitions about how they express themselves towards one another does not make one a tough guy. Do you understand? Anybody’s brave over the phone or online think about that.

I’m older and started using a vape pen for medical marijuana. I had many questions; the latest about replacement parts. I have continually been treated with respect. A manager stayed late one time just to locate a part. Plus, prices are cheaper than some and competitive with others. I highly recommend them!

I am out of town this weekend, and forgot to bring coils for my vaporizer. The employees at Twisted Minds were extremely friendly and helpful in figuring out which coil was the right fit for my device, as I did not know offhand. The employee helping me made the right call in having me go out to my car to get the device; there are so many different sizes even for the same model, that having a conscientious employee work with me to figure out which was the right fit made all the difference in having a functioning vape while out of town this weekend.

Miles was great! They had the item I needed in stock and at a great price. Everytime I visit there its nothing but good service and cool vibes.

The product is high quality, the employees are well informed and super friendly, and you always leave with a smile and more knowledge than you had before. Berdt has taken care of me multiple times and he’s always just a well of information. He’s changed the way I take care of my glass and generally how I shop. It’s nice to know that I’m going to walk in and not only get what I need but also have a friendly conversation! I love this place and will continue to come back, you should too. :)

These guys are amazing. My boyfriend just moved here and they steered him toward some amazing alternative products that have all worked in ways he didnt think would work without pharmaceuticals! Not only that but he was treated with dignity and respect. I highly recommend this shop!

My boyfriend and I purchased a “vape more” two days ago, and it went out literally 12 hours later. There’s no way either of us hit it close to 2000 times. After thinking back about it we realized, the store clerk never fully unpackaged anything and it was pulled out way to quickly completely unwrapped. I’m not sure if it was defective or they are using vapes and then selling them to customers. either way not okay!

Coming from out of town and the store was super clean with nice staff. Everything was well organized and employees were happy to help out and answer any questions.

This place is awesome!!! Huge space and large selection. The staff is very helpful and polite!!! I purchased some Hemp cigarettes. I really like the Wild Hemp brand. The Shaboinks were ok but too reminiscent of light cigarettes. Not my cup of tea. Overall,I had a great experience and Im already planning my next trip to the store in the near future!!!

Had everything and man behind the counter new just about everything there is to do with vapes. Even turned me into HYDE chargeable disposals as well as the Raspberry Watermelon flavor!

Great shop, the guys are very knowledgeable about there products. Ive bought a few items from them and all good advice on what to buy. I just got a new product and it was defective for the manufacturer. I called the owner and told him what the problem was and no questions asked. He replaced it right away and I didnt have to go through the manufacturer which was awesome! Thats why Ill be back

These guys are amazing. They always take care of me when I come in. They have great vape products and are very knowledgable. On my last visit, the owner helped me find coils for my vape that he was sure would fit and he said were better than the ones I was using and wow was he right. They work great and fit properly. I called around 11 on 4/20 and asked if they were still open til midnight like the website said cuz I was gonna be cutting it close. I broke my quartz banger and wanted to snag a new one before the holiday so I drove a half an hour, got there at 11:55 and the door was locked, knocked on the door and saw some dude counting money, he looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I looked at the time and it said 11:57. So basically I drove here for nothing hoping they’d actually be open til midnight I didn’t think it’d be an issue because I knew exactly what I needed. I get wanting to leave but don’t tell me you’re gonna be open til midnight and then close early. Used to stop in every now and then but I’ll go somewhere else for the banger. Happy 4/20 👎🏻Edit: NOT FAKE. Skinny Asian man with long hair at the counter was counting money 3 minutes til midnight if he would’ve stayed open til midnight I would’ve gotten my banger and I’d be writing a positive review. Terrible customer service. Maybe check and make sure your employees are doing their job before you chalk up poor customer experience to “fake review” it’s honestly pathetic. Check the cameras and tell your employees to do better instead of denying. Real professional.
