Do not shop here. I spend so much money in this place every week and they will refuse to do any exchanges with or without a receipt all sealed items. I purchased four things and was only permitted one refund with my receipt and discovered after the employee rang me up that I was granted a exchange and was not given the remaining money they owed me. I boycotted the store for about 6 months and just started buying online again. Which is sad because that takes money from our community. I managed stores the Cleveland for over 14 years and while I want to continue keeping my money local it wont be here. SHOP HERE OF YOU WANT TO GAMBLE ON THEIR PRODUCTS AND LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I went there on 4-20, got a few things and went home. Spent about $80. One of the things I got didnt fit, so I went back to get the right one. The 2 lazy girls working sold me the wrong piece again. I walked out to my truck, saw it wasnt gonna work and walked back in. Was outside for about a minute. It took 20 minutes for them to get the right one. Even though they sold me the wrong piece, they wouldnt exchange it. She said hey g.m. Josh said not to do it, to just sell me another one. 4 people in my family all went there, but no more. Just lost 4 customers over a $10. Find another vape shop folks. These people are lazy and stupid. I dont expect anything to be done its obvious they value money over morals.

The manager Josh picks money over morals. His lazy employees sold me a part that didnt fit. Was the second one they sold me claiming to be what I needed. I bought the second one, walked to my truck to check it, saw it was wrong again, but Josh told the girl working not to exchange it and to just sell me the only one left. So over $9.99, they lost 4 customers... This place really pissed me off. I asked for Joshs contact info, but the girls working refused. I need to speak to the owner.

This place is awesome!I needed new juice and a new mod and they’re always so sweet and helpful!!They found me exactly what I needed and truthfully I wasn’t even sure what I wanted but they’re always so nice everytime I’m here even when I don’t know what I’m looking for!Definitely recommend this location!

Horrible place we have been customers for a while have all our receipts are on the points system. We have been loyal customers. My daughter went in to get a vape they screamed at her and accused her of stealing they refused to talk to her or show her proof so she could prove it wasnt her. I would like to speak with the owner. Wont be going back. We go there weekly but hey theres other shops to be loyal to. Their loss not ours .Update: after contacting the corporate email as directed, they were able to investigate and vindicated my daughter of any wrong doing. I understand mistakes happened and I appreciate that you value your customers enough to take the time to help us, we will continue to shop at vape City stores.Thank you for correcting this mistake.

First and for most the customer service provided by Tony was amazing! He helped me and my husband out to the fullest extent, hes very educated in all aspects of the business from juice to, mods, to glassware. Working in customer service myself I would say he goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience from the moment you walk into the store. I definitely recommend coming here if your looking for any of these items not just for the amazing customer service but for the reasonable prices as well.

Female employee was very rude and unprofessional, also really ditsy, ignorant to their products, and just really idiotic overall. She knew nothing about the availability of their products, and was acting like a know-it-all. On top of that, every product Ive gotten from there has been absolutely trash, and has malfunctioned within 2 hours of buying it. Bad store w bad employees.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The two girls there are literally the best and when they are there I get super excited 🥰 they are so nice and always recommend the best products ❤️~ Heather❤️

I have had a bad experience with this business everytime I have went in. The workers were rude and not very welcoming on my first visit. The next time, my wife came in with our son and was forced to leave during a transaction. Their prices are a lot more expensive then the shop down the road as well as bad service. I would not recommend this business as they treat their customers like they are an inconvenience. I hope this is not a reflection of ownership.

10/10 would definitely recommend. always have what i am looking for when come in, and the reward system helps whenyour balling on a budget.

Went to buy an herb vaporizer, person there really didnt know anything about any items in the store other than the price tag. You dont have to like or use an item you sell. Your staff should know a little about some of the products at the least. Bought a small bottle of eliquid instead.

Lol, first off i will say i have never been to a smoke shop where the only person there knew nothing about what they were selling. Didnt even know how much stuff cost. Weird. At least they had more products than the store at the end of the street. They had nothing i needed.

My advice is to stay away from this store. Theyll charge you twice as much for their products and a couple of employees were rude as well.
