Great daytime store manager. Always helpful and informative. Great atmosphere. The Walk-In Humidor is Great. I come here for all my smoke related purchases.

In the last 12 months I have probably spent about $800 on glass pipes, bongs and vaporizers here. Yesterday after spending $200 I called because I had a question about the machine i purchased only to be hung up on. You lost a loyal customer I will be going to wild bills or another store for all further purchases.

Had to select a star to right this.I grab a bag of filters every single bag is price tagged for top and premier 200 ct at $2.99 they wanted to charge me $3.38 with tax. Then told me the real price is $3.19. I said your mistake isnt my problem I will pay 2.99 plus .18 tax as you have it marked. He wouldnt sell them to me. Thats ok your never going to see me or anyone I know at your ripoff joint ever. Yeah your reply to mine is BLAH BLAH BLAH the chance to keep me as a customer was when I was in the store now I go where Im respected later.

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a store in my life. The sales person was rude, rolled his eyes at me, and was aggravated that I was asking him to show me product. I would give zero stars if I could.

Went in looking for a rig, came out with a 40 dollar purchase and when I got home, in the bubble wrap, the neck and banger piece had been shattered completely from the piece. Called to see if they had any sort of exchange or replacement for the rig and to no avail. So basically gave these people 40 dollars for nothing. Most likely won’t be coming back.

Wow the sign in the window says be back in 5 mins and its been 20 mins. Theres 3 of us out here waiting. Not acceptable.

Lacking vape juice selection, expired juices openly known and sold..check your expiration dates if you shop here.

I used to go all the time but avoid the one in Brooklyn. There is a lady that works there that is just rude every time I have been in there. I finally stopped going when I went in soon after they opened and she acted like I came in 1 min before they closed . I went in for 3 vaps. I told her the first one and said I needed a min to check other stuff out. She totaled me up and asked cash or credit. I just bought that one thing and never went back. I used to spend $100 every 2 weeks but not anymore.

I live in Kalamazoo but visited this location looking for a small Hookah. IT WAS A GREAT experience. Large selection. Staff was warm and welcoming. I felt really comfortable as if I personally knew them. They are knowledgeable and I learned a thing or 2 about Hookahs. Fair prices too. Comparable to Hookah prices in Atlanta where I normally do my hookah shopping. I will definitely be a return customer over and over again.

Best Shop In All Of Adrian!!! My friend and I get our vapes here and the young ladies who work there are beyond helpful and make us feel welcomed every time!! We always leave there laughing. Love The Tobacco Shoppe!!!!!! 🙂

Great deals, great prices! Staff are usually willing to open those pesky breeze dispo boxes! Nice clean, bright stores. They dont carry Mr. Vapor which is a negative but they have new fresh on the market Breezo pro, Smok Novo bar and more!

Check your receipt youll be charged higher price than what is labeled on the shelf.And when you tell them there is a mistake they tell you there is no return and we are not trained to do refund even when it is their mistake.

I bought a $70.00 electric cigarette stuffer. Its defective. Less then 24 hours later I tried to return it. Nope. I have to pay to ship it to the manufacturer for repair. Poor customer service. I wont buy anything from here again. I wasnt offered a chance to try it at the store.

This place is the best! Last 2 times I went in, Ive gotten a free Breeze lanyard for my Breeze vapes. The 2nd time because I work in construction and broke the first one. So he gave me a second one;for free! I highly recommend this shop for all your smoking needs. They have such a large selection of whatever youre looking for!!!!

I stopped in here a couple weeks ago to get my favorite vape product. Junior recommended another one, and I ended up liking that one a lot better. This store has every smoking related product. Ill be back.

Absolutly love this place! The owner is so nice and friendly, the other workers are also very friendly and helpful. The selection for glass is AMAZING and the prices are pretty good too. They often have deals on top notch pieces, and they have every accessory needed to customize any piece just the way you like it. They also remove any stickers and clean the glass for you before taking care to wrap everything up in bubble wrap so the ride home goes smoothly. This will always be my go to smoke shop.

Great staff and great service, appearance of store is top notch and inviting, variety of product and fantastic/competitive pricing. Stopped in to buy my friend a gift for Christmas and walked out happy with a ton of stuff for a great price. Would recommend to everyone.

I went in to buy smokes but decided to get information about vaping.The owner im assuming but not sure was very knowledgeable she showed me many varieties and went over how each system worked, not just the high priced ones either. I left with a a whole system and am very pleased the amount of time she spent with me setting it up and telling me clearly the dos and dont. Thank you! Beautiful clean store carries everything. Do you guys deliver cartons of cigarettes. I come there all the time but just got out of hospital and cant drive yet. I will pay 20 extra for delivery

Good selection of bongs, but not much else. Asked about the vape juice I use, they said it was too outdated to keep stock. So I continue to get it from their competitors. I am also a caregiver and they didnt have really anything for my needs.

In Grand Rapids 6680 Kalamazoo employee refused 3$ in change told me to go to meijers to get dollar bills also didn’t check my id

They sold me a speaker half off that didnt work and wont exchange or refund my money janky place to shop

Make sure you test the product before buying. They don’t offer exchanges for deffective products. I’ll go somewhere else for now on.

Dont go there for your vape mods! They sell you defective equipment and then wont return it no matter what. Then they cant even tell you anything about any of it. Idk which person is worse the woman or the young kid. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!
