The staff both over the phone and in person are very friendly and helpful. Also, Sarah did an amazing job with my massage. There was no pressure to purchase additional products or services, but everything was offered and explained to me. I had a great experience, would recommend to anyone, and hope to go again myself!

Great service, very kind massage therapist who walked me through the treatment giving advice on what add-ons would best help me and which would not. I found that honesty reassuring and liked how she helped make the massage best for my bodies needs. I liked the atmosphere of and the location is perfect for me to come back too. I look forward to my next appointment here!

First 2 massages have been underwhelming for very distinct reasons. I’m booking prenatal massages here and the first massage itself was fine, but unfortunately my therapist was breathing directly onto my face and with my heightened sense of smell it was very hard for me to relax, especially with her periodic quiet burping (I know that sounds high maintenance but the rooms already have a unique oil smell to them so that was a lot for me). The second therapist didn’t use enough pressure for me to feel relief from any of my problem areas, it didn’t feel like I got a true massage even though I selected the “medium” pressure when booking. Trying one last time before I call it quits and cancel my membership. Front desk service is pleasant though and rooms seem clean!

I have been a member of Elements Massage since they opened in College Station. For the past several months, I have had Sarah as my therapist. She is attentive, knowledgeable and has a very genuine spirit. Extremely professional and seems to understand the science behind her practice.

Really great service! The manager was kind professional and focused on helping address my request. Sarah one of the therapist which I booked with was absolutely wonderful. Even if you aren’t a member go get one and treat yourself. It is worth it!

Good to hear from you my issue was not the denial of service I completely understand if the massage therapist is not able to provide the service I was told yall could do repeatedly! I provided the receptionist with all the details of our surgery as well stopping by the day before our appointment to double check yall were qualified to do the service offered! I told her repeatedly that we were draining, however I understand why the service was denied. The reason for my enragement is not only did I drive there twice for the denial of service but these massages are extremely important for us only being days from surgery they can cause lumps and be very pain to the stomach and because yall assured us yall could do them we were not able to book anywhere else because of short notice! What frustrates me even more is that y’all charged us each $45 a total of $90 as a cancellation fee when we NEVER cancelled!

Excellent customer service! I had an issue and they went above and beyond! Also, Austin is amazing! I highly recommend their subscription. It is no longer an indulgence for me. It helps me manage my chronic pain.

My first massage there was subpar. I felt like this person was either brand new or not sure what he was doing. Very inconsistent massage, never touched my feet, which I thought was strange. He didnt do the same things on both sides. So one side felt more worked than the other. I was left disappointed. The second massage was even worse. I said I wanted medium to deep pressure, and she said, But youre here to relax, right? Right then, I knew it was going to be another $100 for someone to lightly put their hands on me. Again, I was under the impression that these people dont know what they are doing. Another inconsistent massage that was too light to be even considered a massage. She would take long, uncomfortable pauses in between each thing she was doing like she was taking a break. I literally thought about excusing myself from the massage and walking out. A waste of 100+ dollars.I told the front desk that it was the worst massage Ive ever had. They recommended another massage therapist to rebook, but I think Im done here.

Thus far I have had a massage with Brittany at the Bryan location and with Amber at the college station location. Scheduling was easy and very accommodating. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in to both locations. Both massage therapists were very skilled professionals and asked if had any areas of concern. Environment was quiet and relaxing! My experience was great and needs were met perfectly!

Loved, loved, loved, my massage and the therapist. Front desk receptionist was very polite, she greeted me right away. As well as offered selection of services and or products. The atmosphere is very soothing and relaxing.

Booking is easy, and a couple of months ago, I had a family emergency. It was so upsetting and i needed to cancel my appointment. The staff was SO sweet and understanding. I really appreciated their flexibility. I truly MUST say however that Edwina is the BEST and most important reason why I like the services here. Edwina is an absolute wonder for my muscles but also for my heart. Shes so professional, but also kind - I always feel that she genuinely cares for me and my well being. All the staff is so sweet, but if Im being honest, I continue to come back because Edwina is WONDERFUL.

What an incredible experience, Ive never had such a massage in my entire life. I feel brand new. The masseur was very professional, careful and gave me an exercise to help fix my posture!

I was looking at places on Yelp for a massage in the area and found Elements along with a promotion for $30 off my first massage. I got called to make an appointment within the week. After making that appointment I realized I had to leave town so I immediately called back to reschedule it, and they did so with no issues. I had Tanya and she was AMAZING. I left feeling so incredibly relaxed and refreshed that I signed up for a membership. I was most impressed with their membership policies that allows you to pay month to month, cancelling at any time, and your massages roll over.A few days later my financial situation changed and I realized I had to regretfully cancel the membership. I called and they told me to come by the office to sign some paperwork before the end of the month so that I wouldn’t get charged for two more months (there is a 30 day notice). I was worried about that process but they were so patient and understanding, and I was able to cancel while keeping my second/last appointment.Perhaps the best part was that I suffer from really bad migraines, and since I got that massage I haven’t had any migraines at all. It’s the longest I’ve gone without a migraine and if I had the money I would literally go twice a month just as a “treatment.” I’m greatly looking forward to my next/last session and if my financial situation changes I am definitely coming back as a member.

Where do I begin?…. I first tried to schedule a massage for myself on a day I had off from work about a month ago and they call me about 15 mins as I am in route to appointment to say they wanted to push back my massage an hour due to the person who was giving me a massage was still at her dental appointment. I had other appointments that day so I could not push it back to work around her schedule. I mean who schedules a dentist appointment when they know they have to be at work… She was not apologetic. It was like this was no big deal and the young girl was like these things happen we can reschedule you. So then I book a massage for my husband for his anniversary gift and he took off work to go to it and then as we are leaving to go to his appointment a young man calls to cancel his massage because he said the person called in sick. It was a Saturday and I am not sure if she was sick or hung over but either way enough is enough when you can’t even redeem your gift card to get a massage. Not everyone can reschedule easily and some people work for themselves and it is hard to make time to take off. I don’t know how people can maintain their jobs canceling appointments like they do. I called to ask the have the manager call me but still no phone call from her. This place is not ran on a professional level and their staff needs to be more reliable. What I also find is odd is that I called to confirm my husbands appointment the day before and the young girl who I spoke to ask me if we could push his appointment back and I was like no we are going out of town for our anniversary and have other things scheduled why do we need to push it back? She couldn’t give me an answer so she left appointment at the same time. Then the next day she is sick and can’t give the massage so I feel something was up and she didn’t want to get up early to do massage at 9:30am. Don’t waste your time here go to other places where customers are treated right. What a joke!!!!! Preston your manager/owner still hasn’t called me… Wonder if they will ever call?

I am thankful and blessed to have a place like Elements Massage. In the last year I have incorporated walking an hour per day and gym activity and a weightloss journey. Austin A. has been very good at addressing my muscle soreness and works hard to figure out the best techniques to help whatever stresses my body is going through. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I always recommend Austin A. and Elements to my family and friends.

I had a massage at the College Station establishment roughly 2 weeks ago, booking was relatively simple, safety precautions explained and a confirmation was sent to my email. I booked a massage for myself and my partner at the same time, we arrived and were asked to fill out initial paperwork explaining why we were visiting and what areas we would like focused on. Both myself and my partner were called back at the same time and went into our respective rooms. Once in the room, I had a short consultation with my therapist and then he left so I could change. The massage started off well enough but I quickly realized that I was not getting the deep tissue massage I had requested, nor was my therapist focusing on the areas we had discussed. I also added that I would like aromatherapy added and there was no aromatherapy rendered. The majority of my therapists time was spent on my back, little to no time dedicated to my legs, no time on my shoulders or feet. My arms were inconsistently massaged (one focused on more than the other). All of a sudden he stopped, said thank you and walked out. The experience lasted about 40 minutes in total and I had booked 60, once out of the room I waited for my partner to return from his massage for 20 minutes. My therapist left to go home before my partner was even out of his room. I was left feeling incredibly underwhelmed and more stressed than relaxed. Additionally, I was enormously upset that I had spent $160 for the quality I received. The room ambiance was subpar, the music was so low that you could hear vehicles driving by, I would have gladly paid a little more for a better curated environment.

I love Elements Massage! Great therapists, cozy ambient and friendly staff. Perfect place for relaxing or muscle tension and pain relief! My actual therapist Angela is amazing! Super careful and she has magical hands! She has been helping me a lot with my muscles pain, after every session I feel much lighter and my muscles super relaxed!

I love Elements!! Incredible staff and a relaxing environment. My go to place for massages. My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas so I could relax, and I was able to do just that. I had a deep tissue massage and it wasn’t too deep nor too soft, it was perfect. Next time I’m adding Himalayan salt stone & cupping!! I can’t wait!!

A very fair experience, I went for muscular pain because of some back problems and it did help, but not quite as much as I had hoped for. I know they wouldnt have been able to fix everything but I was hoping for a bit more pain relief. A bit costly in comparison to a few other places in town as well, but it does come with friendly faces and convenient hours. Over all a great place to go for a massage.

Easy scheduling and check in! Happy with the COVID precautions. Mary was amazing! This was my first massage postpartum, and I feel so much better. She was thorough, listened to my concerns and found some major issues in my body that were kinking up the whole works.

Some of the therapist are better than others, but thats all in your personal preference. VERY easy to make appointments. Love the atmosphere and it is a nice place to relax.

Wonderful, professional, attentive, and pleasant service all around from the front desk receptionist to the therapist. The ambiance and feel of the entire facility resonates with relaxation and rejuvenation created by the synergetic elements of the music, lighting, room temperature, aroma, and service. This was the absolute best massage experience I have ever had.

My husband and I love the convenient day, evening and weekend hours. We appreciate the cost effectiveness of having a membership. Therapists are talented and professional and receptionists are friendly! The email reminders are also helpful.

Barb is amazing!!!! She always knows just what needs to be worked on and takes her time doing it. The girls up front always make you feel welcomed and are super helpful with making follow up appointments with the crazy schedule that I have.

Therapists are sincere and concerned for your well being. Will listen to your needs and give honest recommendations for follow up visits. Different lengths of therapy are available pending your need for the visit. I wont go anywhere else!

My daughter scheduled a online massage for me for Mothers Day only to get a text message to say it was doublebooked which is a common error but was given open availability times, picked two different times with two different locations that the staff said was available but wasnt. Very unprofessional to send a text also if youre not sure of times thats available dont give any. You have to think about your client as well who have a schedule also.

I’m in town on a business trip and scheduled an appointment with Tyson. When I showed up for my appointment I was told it was never booked so it had been filled. They have record of my three minute phone call, but said there was nothing they could do other than schedule me another day.

Barb has helped with my issues tremendously. She listens to my perception of the issues which have been ongoing for years and gives her best effort to help. She is also explaining what she is doing as she does it. The process has taken time (just like it took to get here) but has been worth it.

Poor customer service! After prescreening for COVID and temp being checked in lobby, sitting there for 25 mins listening to receptionists gossip about this and that. The proceed to tell me that the massage therapist won’t perform my massage cause I let my mask off one ear. No one within 10 ft of me at any time, and no warning from anyone working there. Just an excuse to not do his JOB!

After weeks of energy zapping tasks, an ad for Elements Massage showed up on Facebook. The special price was too good to be true!! I booked 2 sessions, one for my guy and the other for myself. Val and Daphna were the two therapists who walked into our lives that hot Saturday afternoon. After an hour we emerged completely relaxed. Their professionalism was extraordinary!

My husband and I received 1 hour massages from our daughter for Christmas. We called and scheduled our appointments as we were told they dont do couples massages but they could get us in at the same time just separate rooms. They asked what kind of massage we wanted, I requested the Swedish massage for myself and my husband wanted the deep tissue. When we arrived to our appointments we again went over the type of massage we wanted and got all our paperwork filled out. As my husband was called back into the room with he was advised that she doesnt do the deep tissue as he requested. She was not even able to work with any pressure at all or get leverage because of height (just my opinion). I looked at the clock as my guy started and it was 1:10 when he said he was finished and left the room for me to get dressed I again looked at the clock and it was 1:50 so according to my math thats 20 minutes short of a 1 hour massage. Upon leaving the lady in the from was friendly and tried to get up to purchase a membership but we expressed our concern with the service and she stated she doesnt know why my husband was scheduled with that lady they must have misunderstood when I was making the appointment.

Angela is a newer therapist but I couldn’t tell by her skill and awareness to my body’s needs. She is tender yet effective. I don’t always need a deep tissue session sometimes I just need a lighter massage when I’m hurting. I felt absolutely cared for.

Tyson is always friendly and attentive to any concerns I have with my back and body. He is also certified prenatal therapist and has been with me pre and post both my girls! Definitely returning more frequently based on his recommendations.

Whoever was the receptionist April 29,2019 between 945-10am is the reason we will not be using elements and took our business else where. After their website said couples massage we asked as she responded rudely to my wife about how they don’t and are you sure we are on the correct web page. Then after telling her what we wanted she kept responding very rudely and like she had no clue of what she was talking about. Not spending money on a business where they treat you with disrespect and have no knowledge of their own business.

I like the time that is spent before my massage to see if I would like to just relax or is there a certain area that needs work. Im on a monthly membership, and they always try to accommodate my needs the best that they can.
