My husband booked an hour Swedish massage and an hour osmosis facial for Mother’s Day. It was amazing! The atmosphere was very relaxing. When I walked in I was greeted and offered a glass of water with cucumber. I filled out my paperwork and maybe waited 5 minuets, if that.This was my first massage experience. Danielle did my massage and it was amazing!! I could have laid there all day. She made sure to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable and that the pressure wasn’t too much. I felt very safe and relaxed.I can’t remember the name of the lady that did my facial but I know it started with an A. She was very sweet and explained everything that she was using. It was very relaxing as well. My skin is flowing and feels great!I will 100% be returning! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I left feeling so great and relaxed!

We booked a couples day out and everything was incredible! Danielle and McKenzie were professional, communicative and very good. The lunch was delicious and very large portions. The atmosphere was soothing and calm. We both left relaxed and very happy with our experience.

Went here for a spa day: massage, facial, pedicure. Place is clean and everyone was really nice. The massage was the best part, I don’t know her name but she did an awesome job focusing on the areas I asked her to and applying the right pressure. The hot stone pedicure was great and the woman who did it was so nice to chat with. I do wish they did the pedicures in a more private/spa like room since it was done in an office. The facial was very relaxing however I wish she had done pore unclogging. That’s always been a part of facials I’ve had in the past and I did think it was included however when I asked her about it she said she didn’t think I needed it. While I respect her opinion as a professional I do wish that was included because I have some clogged pores and love that feeling of leaving the facial with a nice clear face. Overall I would be most likely to go back for a massage but not sure about the other services.

I received a gift certificate to the Columbine spa for a facial, massage and lunch package. I’m sure my friends paid a fortune for it and I was really looking forward to the special treat. The first negative experience with that I could not find the business. The address is North Academy but actually it’s off of Tomah Road and very difficult to find. When I finally figured out where I was going by phoning them, which made me stressed and late, I walked in and have never felt such an unprofessional and lack luster environment that is supposed to be relaxing and luxurious in my life! The first thing I had was a facial, which was beyond disappointing with someone named Annette. She talked throughout the facial, did a halfway job, and I left not ever wanting to return for the massage. I did, however return because I had money left on the gift and had a massage that was 90 minutes with Danielle Sena. It was truly the best massage of my life! Despite the bad surroundings, despite the yucky place, I just experienced the most luxurious, thorough, professional, relaxing, and fabulous massage of my life! I would recommend anyone go to Danielle in spite of the surroundings, but if you’re doing other services there forget it. I’m also not sure the money on the gift card was handled correctly. I’m not a person that writes reviews, but this is an honest assessment.

My sister and I both LOVED our massages. Danielle and Marie were exceptional and the whole experience was lovely. The only disappointment is that Im not local and cant be a regular. Will definitely visit again when Im in town.

I have been using Columbine Day Spa for years, and I am always impressed with the clean, professional and welcoming atmosphere. Above all else, Danielle is the absolute BEST massage therapist, and is the main reason I’ve remained such a longtime loyal customer. She is attentive, personable and always delivers on an amazing massage! Can’t say enough great things.

I went here as a after Mothers Day package..I got a facial and a massage from Danielle..who in my opinion is the VERY BEST AT HER JOB..I dont think Im going anywhere else..12yrs in the game and I can say this is her gift from God. Shes loving.. knowledgeable and respectful. Her spirit is wonderful. The staff here is fantastic. I got home and felt like 25 lbs was lifted off of me. Im so relaxed and I feel free. Ive gotten quite a few massages in the last year, but I think Ive finally found my perfect masseuse. Danielle was absolutely incredible. Very skilled and paid attention to details and small muscles. I left feeling completely refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed. My neck and shoulder pain is gone. I will be returning to Danielle for all my massages now.

I got a massage from Mariana on Thursday (I don’t have her card on hand but I’m almost positive that was her name). Not only was this place clean and calming and comfortable, but the staff is super super sweet. My massage therapist was incredible. She paced conversation so I didn’t feel obliged to talk (though I’m pretty sure her and I could’ve talked all day) and talked enough that I didn’t feel awkward. She made me feel really confident in myself too which wasn’t something I wouldn’t have expected from getting a massage. She also had strong hands which was a massive plus for me as the last two massages I got at other places were very soft and didn’t get rid of any knots. She worked out every knot I had. The thing I’m most excited about, though, and that inspired me to write a midnight review, is that since she massaged me I can touch my toes and do yoga positions that have been very hard for me to get down! I have not been able to touch my toes in three years because of how tight my back always is. I will be going back there as often as possible from now on! Also they’re super reasonably priced! Thank you guys so much!!

I had Danielle as my massage therapist. She was exceptional. I felt she really listened to where my problem areas were. Her technique was very detailed, rather than just using broad strokes like many therapists do. I will definitely be going back there again.

They did a wonderful job on my wife and I doing a couples massage! I suggest Danielle to take care of your massage needs. They also served up delicious cucumber water while, during and after your massage. Highly recommend them.

Our daughter bought us a couples massage with a lunch for our birthday. This place is FANTASTIC! We were greeted with ice water and cucumber. Our wait was short as we had arrived early, but still slightly ahead of schedule. Larry and Marianna were the team who did the massages. They were professional to the core respecting our modesty. The tables are heated with a sheet and blanket on top. We were given a choice of citrus or lavender for aroma. The ambient lighting was perfect, and the music was low yet relaxing as well. The spa is very clean and small discussions of rooms that needed clean supplies could be overhead. After the massage we were put in a private room and served with our lunch. It was a VERY pleasant experience.The overall feeling of the environment is that they take their employees skill and character serious. We were treated with respect without hesitation from the second we stepped in the door to our exit. I absolutely recommend this spa to anyone! I will most definitely revisit for myself and gift certificate to loved ones!

Danielle Sena’s experience and knowledge is presented in a respectful and professional manner. I just concluded a couples message with my girlfriend, where I met Danielle. She independently identified at least 3 muscular problem areas I was unaware of. I will be returning as just after a 60 minute appointment I have significantly more neck and head mobility and range of motion.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for Mothers Day last year that I finally got around to using. Courtney was my massage therapist. She did a great job! She was very thorough, focused on my neck and back where I have issues that we discussed, and the pressure was perfect. I felt leaving very relaxed and not sore at all. The facility was clean, covid guidelines were followed, and the staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely be back!

This place is completely SHADY. We had a $366 gift certificate for a couples deluxe spa day. I called and spoke with whom Im presuming is the owner (?) to book and she looked up our gift certificate in the system to book our appointment. The next day I was able to get in touch again (which is difficult to do to begin with, I had tried to book with them on numerous occasions but they seldom answer their phone then, somehow, are always fully booked); I asked if we could opt out of the lunch that was included in the price of the certificate and keep the credit to use at a future date - this was confirmed.After going to Columbine and receiving our 90 minutes couple massage (where the male massage therapist made me feel slightly uncomfortable), we went to tip (quite groggy at this point, mind you) and were told that our gift certificate was expired. Confused, we showed the email that had no expiration date in sight. She told us that we were wrong and that the massage therapists would not be paid (even though she received a full $366 when the gift certificate was purchased). She said we needed to pay at least $110 for each massage therapist in order for them to receive anything for their service. She made us feel terrible so, still confused, we paid the $220.As soon as we got home we found the attachment on the email of the actual certificate, which had the day of our massage listed as the expiration date. We then looked at our credit card bill, which reported a charge of $264 (not $220, which she said was being charged as a tip so should not have been taxed etc).We are completely disappointed with her deceit, her not telling us anything about an even alleged expiration date when we booked with her, and waiting until we had a 90 minute massage to bamboozle us, threatening that her employees would not be paid.So unprofessional, please consider another day spa to go to that will honor their word.

My daughter and I went to this establishment on October 24, 2020. I will admit that I let the look of the place gave me pause. However, let me say that the service that we received was amazing and it was clean. We got massages and facials. The massage was wonderful, but let me say that the Osmosis Facial was AHHHHHHHMAAAZING. My face had a nice natural glow and it was super soft. My face was so soft that I just wanted to keep touching it. I will be returning.Update: I visited Columbine again on 5/26/22 and the visit was as wonderful as the first. It is only fair that I give another review as time has passed since my first visit. I enjoyed the same services except for this time I used a gift certificate. I scheduled my appointment online without issue. I appreciate that the owner followed up with me several times to confirm my appointment as well as confirm my preferences to ensure my comfort during my visit. I know people like to go the chain establishments but dont sleep on the small businesses. As I previously reviewed I will be returning.

I had a five star experience with Danielle at Columbine Day Spa! Getting a massage is a rare treat for me, but she did not disappoint. I had such knots in my back, they were raised when I lay down. But she took it as a cheerful challenge to take care of that pain and alleviate the tension, and was genuinely happy to help! The environment was totally serene, but not weird or dulling. I could not have felt more comfortable and relaxed. Corrine targeted my problem points just perfectly, effectively but not painfully, and she was just a joyful, sweet person to be around. I highly recommend, and would go back in a second!

Scheduled a couples massage and it was beyond worth it. The masseuse focused on the areas I told him I had issues with, very relaxing and comforting environment. They even worked on muscle groups I didnt realize could get sore. Pretty positive the knots in my shoulders no longer exist lol, and I told him I strained a muscle in my neck/jaw and he made sure to pay attention to that so now it no longer hurts. My boyfriend also says the woman working on him really came through with the firm deep tissue massage. Afterwards we got cucumber water and a glass of wine. I feel so refreshed and it felt as if they pulled all the negative energy right out of our heads. If I lived here if definitely make this a frequent visit. 100% worth it! Also they werent able to get us the whole lunch menu so we decided not to eat lunch and they took that off the charge. Very accommodating and great company.

Went in today for a “mommy and me” massage. The woman who greeted us was lovely, I assume she is the owner 🙂 the two therapists were great! Pam worked on some sore spits of mine which felt so much better afterwards. Nadia massaged my 6 yearOld daughter and gave her a great massage! My daughter and I cant wait to try their facials. The spa is beautiful and clean. We had a great experience and will be back.They also gave a whole mommy and me package where they serve you lunch and do both massage and facials

I called a month in advance to book a couples massage and facial package. I show up, they said oh they ended up canceling your appointment because you never called us back to confirm. I didn’t have a voicemail or missed call from them. She gets the phone number they have on file for me…it’s not even my phone number in fact it’s a Boston area code?? I explained that it’s not my phone number and I don’t even know how she got that number down. I asked if they would still do the massage since she said the therapists are there. She went to check with the massage therapists. Makes us sit and wait over 10 minutes in the lobby. Then she comes out and said “yeah I don’t think they will do your massage you should leave.” Didn’t even apologize at all or seem sorry. We felt so uncomfortable. I have NEVER received such terrible service. You make us wait then just tell us to leave!? I understand they made a mistake and somehow wrote a random number down, but it’s the fact that they Didn’t even offer to reschedule or provide a discount next time. Nothing. Just kicked us out. I could hear them making lunch in the microwave in the back and they didn’t have the slightest decency to hurry and give us an answer. Instead just took their time making us wait just to kick us out. I was extremely patient and nice considering the position they put us in, I finally said “this is really disappointing and ridiculous” and as she is waving us out the door she said “yeah it’s embarrassing”. I guess that was the apology?? Not even BASIC customer service was provided to us. I’m especially disappointed because there are so many great reviews so I’m shocked at the experience we had. This was my boyfriend and I’s big Christmas gift to each other and we were so excited. I am so so disappointed and disturbed with how awful they treated us…two customers who were about to spend over $300 plus gratuity. They literally pushed our business out the door, we did nothing wrong THEY messed up. Yet didn’t even apologize just quite literally waved us out the door.

I walked in feeling tired, parched, stressed, and just generally feeling down.I left feeling like 2 million dollars. Kind, compassionate, mindful, meditative. This spa is absolutely amazing! We booked appointments for 5 of us girls for my sisters Bachelorette party weekend and they made it so special for us. The massage therapists were VERY good and made us VERY comfortable and relaxed. Vanessa was my massage therapist, I am pregnant and she was very knowledgeable when handling my situation. I highly recommend this place!!

Danielle gave me the BEST prenatal massage! I was relaxed and comfortable for my whole session. She also worked on some sore muscles that Ive been having for a while. Highly recommend her to anybody.

My boyfriend and I impulsively decided to visit this day spa on our vacation and boy are we glad we did. The massage was very soothing and got many of my problem areas to relax. All of the staff was friendly and made the experience even better. The biggest thank you to the two gals helping us out (we couldn’t remember names, sorry!). We’ll be back in the future with many recommendations going to friends and family.

My wife an I had a great time here! We came for our anniversary and got a couples massage. They were polite and treated both of us like royalty! I have to say the showers are amazing! They had like 4 shower heads all shooting from different directions and a steamer! It was amazing! All in all best massage my wife and I have ever had!

This place is far from luxurious. Its located in the lower level of an unmarked building and nobody there was able to give directions to find it. I called saying we had followed Google Maps to the location, but that we were having trouble locating it and all I got for help was a disconnected call (they didnt even call me back) and after calling again to ask which building I should be looking for I was told to look for like, three buildings and there might be a black car. They didnt know the address and they didnt know the name of the building they were in, all they could tell me was that no, there was no signage for the actual spa. Despite calling and saying we were having trouble finding the place before our scheduled time we were not offered a discount or for any of our time to be made up, just told that we should have used Google Maps so our time was cut short. The place is small and obviously just a converted office. The fellow at the front desk was frustrated with us and only managed to snap that it was our fault for having difficulties finding their basement spa in the basement of a building with no sign. I asked if we could just pay the cancellation fee and leave, but nobody knew the cancellation policy! Eventually they reached a manager, who would not speak with us, but they claimed that cancellation fee is equal to the full service fee. We decided to stay since we had to pay full price anyway. The suite was just a plain old office that they had thrown a hot tub in. There were huge windows at the ground level so youre completely exposed the entire time youre changing clothes and trying to relax. To the credit of the massage therapists, the massage was fine, nothing exceptional, but fine and they strove to be as pleasant as possible. If youre looking for a romantic or truly relaxing experience at all, I would recommend going somewhere thats actually worth the cost.

Best deep tissue massage I have had in years. My therapist listened to exactly what I said my issues were, and then worked on those. I am not one that needs the full body massage, but prefers to have someone target specifics. It was wonderful. Worth every penny. Love that you can make online appointments. My only complaint is that I should have made a 90 minute appointment - but that is my fault! You will not be disappointed in this salon. Peaceful, quite, and relaxing atmosphere. I made my next appointment before I left.

I purchased a couple’s package as a surprise for my my husband-it was our anniversary, and the staff ensured we enjoyed a quiet, private and thoroughly relaxing morning at the spa. We were greeted at the door, escorted to our private room where we first soaked in our own hot tub then thoroughly zoned out under 90 minute hot stone massages. Then we padded down the hallway to the body wrap room. This is one incredible treatment that includes mud, a space-type blanket and a multiple-headed rain shower. ABSOLUTELY try this!Finally, we were treated to lunch and a lovely steam. There’s no doubt we’ll be back-next time: facials & pedicures!!

I have to say it was a good experience overall for mine and my wifes first massage. I think there was only one hiccup throughout the entire experience and I feel like that boiled down to some kind of clerical miscommunication. (We didnt bother bringing it up with them) when we made a reservation we had selected two female masseuses and for whatever reason (not that it ended up being a problem) there was only one available, but again that really isnt much of an issue at all as we were both satisfied at the end of the day.Tldr: place is great I recommend, they were great for our first time.

My husband has made, at least, three (3) couples massages with Columbine and NONE of them was disappointing. The lunches were from a delivery restaurant not far from there and their food is so good we wish they delivered to our home, too. The facial treatments were so soothing and calming that it would be fabulous to have them weekly, if not every day! But! The massages...perfect! We have had a couple of different massage therapists each and weve loved them all. They take into consideration your needs and wants...my husband prefers a very light touch while I LOVE deep tissue.There is only one thing that we both would like to have changed...after a massage together (in the same room) and lunch together (in the same room), we dont want to have facial therapies in different rooms, which is what they do, at this time. That is the only reason why I gave this review 4 stars.The people are all fantastic, check on you whenever you arent involved in a treatment, offer wine when you are between treatments, and treat you like royalty. In addition, I once had there steam shower and it was out of this world!

Scheduled a couples day spa treatment for my girlfriend and I as a surprise gift for valentines day and Columbine Massage made it very special. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left nothing but satisfied. The Massage and facials were very relaxing and comfortable. I did fall asleep several times lol soothing atmosphere.

Everything about Columbine was amazing. Sue was very accommodating in getting me scheduled and Danielle worked out knots I’ve had for years! Super friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely recommend it to my fellow stressed out nursing students!! 💜

I am not a spa guy. Never stepped into one before. But, at the end of May, my wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary in Colorado Springs. I wanted to do something special for her so, I decided on a couples massage. Sue encouraged me to do the hot stone massage, so I went with her suggestion. I did not disappoint! I actually may have left my body at some point! Sue and her staff were sooooooo sweet and kind to us. I have pretty bad psoriasis on my legs. I told the young lady who was doing my massage that she didnt have to touch those areas. Her reply, Oh, no. The oil will be good for your psoriasis. She was so kind and sincere and I really appreciated it. When we go back to Colorado Springs again, we will DEFINITELY be paying them another visit. Every massage Ive had in the past was uncomfortable and painful. My massage today with Danielle felt so relaxing, that I will request her the next time I come in. Overall, the staff was friendly and professional. I am looking forward to my next visit!

We come here as often as we can. We have a physically demanding job in which we are in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time throughout each day. We have specific therapists we prefer, but even when they are not available (we make last min appts sometimes) we are not disappointed with any other therapist. Every since time we are in we have been treated incredibly well. They are very professional!! I decided to get some gift certificates for my daughters teachers this year. Cant wait to hear about their experiences.

The massage was okay. The professionalism was mediocre. I would like to suggest moving the large mirror on the wall in the couples room since you do have both male and female therapists. When my wife was asked to roll from her belly to back the therapist had her roll toward the large mirror and as a result her privacy was compromised.

Ive been going to Columbine Day Spa for over four years and its been the best experience eve I will never go to any other placer. All their services are excellent you will not be disappointed DONT go to the mall or the grocery store to get your nails done. Also they have the best skin care products to fit your needs you have to try. Truly Columbine is the best spa in town!

Flew into town on business woke the next day with a very tight back and shoulders found this place on the internet and they had a opening best massage ever if you need to get worked on and feel great after,you have to see Danielle at this place she is fantastic you will not be disappointed

Went here for a massage awhile back and never returned. I have been to several places in town, and get massages frequently due to an injury. At most other spaces, you are on a table with a heat pad, covered with a sheet and a blanket to stay warm and there are proper techniques to make sure you stay covered in the proper areas and warm. At columbine, they only used an old towel, my feet stuck out at the bottom, I froze for the entire massage and felt very exposed and uncomfortable. So much so that I cant even recall the massage experience because that it what stuck with me and I never returned.

My child and I did a spa day for our birthdays here. It was wonderful. The services were lovely and extremely relaxing. The staff was super friendly and attentive. It was a great experience all in all. I would do it again.

Annette has given me great facials for several years. Her knowledge and recommendations for good skin care are important to help me keep my face looking its best. Very nice facility, too.

I got an awesome birthday present from the boyfriend. This entailed a head-to-toe massage facial and pedicure. Everybody here is professional in a location is lovely. I would recommend this to anybody who needs an all-day spa.

Was not happy! I scheduled a day for my wife a surprise anniversary gift, and drove from outta town to bring her. Im not very knowledgeable on how spas work or whats considered normal, and when I started to ask questions I was completely blown off, and basically told to kick rocks. I felt extremely judged for my concerns and questions.

Do not buy a gift certificate for this establishment. They will not honor it and give you a guilt trip about their “massage therapists not being paid” even when you have already paid $350 for a gift certificate. So disappointing and unprofessional.

I really like this place. I travel alot and need a deep tissue massage at least once a month. I always leave feeling like the knots have been worked out. Their pricing is fair and the staff are always friendly.

AWFUL! DONT GO THERE IF YOU NEED BIKINI OR BRAZILIAN WAX! The service lasted over an hour (when it really should have only lasted 20-30 minutes at most), and I still had a lot of hair left over. Ive never had to actually help the esthetician by holding my skin. She dripped wax on my leg and still had wax left over at my bikini area. I was furious when it cost $80 for a bad service. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

My wife and I got a couples massage and we both got very good massages. The staff was very friendly and the establishment was very clean. Will definitely return.
