Elements Massage

Went in for a HOUR prenatal massage expecting the best and feeling relaxed and satisfied. But that wasn’t the case. My massager started on me at 5:07 and she ended it at 5:54.. that’s not a full hour. And when she was massaging me she didn’t do full body. I was just feeling a bit overwhelmed to say anything and was sad and annoyed. Didn’t ask what my preferred pressure was as well..

I regularly see Dave, master massage therapist. He is fantastic and knows where my trouble spots are. He is very responsive to when the pressure is too much and will ease up. I always feel so much better after a massage.

New mother turned away without warningTo ensure I provided a measured review & clear-headed response, I waited months & finally felt it necessary this time to share my negative experience. I attempted to get a massage here in 10/2023 for my birthday as a gift from my husband. He booked me an appt & I showed up for my allotted time. The front desk staff member sat me down and kindly, professionally chatted with me as I did the paperwork. I told her I just had a baby 2.5 weeks ago & she congratulated me, etc. I completed the paperwork & turned it in. She went to get the therapist for me but as I returned from the restroom I was informed that they were canceling my massage. The specific person I was to work with has a policy against serving postpartum mothers up to a # of weeks (maybe 6, I dont remember 100%). I was told I could attempt to get a note from my doctors office with approval to get the massage but that it was already too late to do the massage today (yes, I had shown up about 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment time to complete the necessary paperwork). I felt completely humiliated, embarrassed, ashamed, & just sad. I left the office and through tears in my car I contacted my doctor, who was able to get me a certified note by the time I got home stating that I was 100% ok to go ahead with the massage. I had not had a C-section, nor did I have any stitches. I was not on any medication, nor did I have any complicating health factors besides just having welcomed a new life. Release paperwork from the hospital even suggested massage for relaxation.I left the office embarrassed for myself that my birthday gift was rendered void & I had left my baby & arranged childcare just to be turned away. But to top it off with a gut punch, the staff member I had been dealing with proceeded to tell me that she may be charging me 1/2 cost for the visit. Umm, what? This is the visit that I showed up for on time and was promptly denied. I was told that some of the staff were in a meeting & once she found out, she would call me to let me know if I owed anything...For the massage I never received. She asked for my phone number & I told her I did not want to be called about this but they could contact the person who scheduled the appointment & whose card was on file to be charged (my husbands). After calling them & not getting answers, my husband finally got the call back the next day that we would not be charged this time. Of course we should not have been charged!! Which brings me to this: I dont presume to know about massage therapy, but nowhere did anybody ever say: new moms not welcome. I left the shop feeling like an idiot, like everyone around me knew that massages were somehow forbidden, unacceptable, or taboo for women who have recently given birth. While I spent the rest of my birthday crying in bed after being rejected in such a way, my husband combed the internet & the Elements website to find all of these articles & medical warnings saying how massages are red flags for new moms. Nowhere was there any mention of this. We asked friends, family, newly postpartum mom friends (some of whom work in the massage industry), even my obgyn herself, & no one had heard of this. I felt much less stupid after that but after my birthday had been basically ruined so harshly & abruptly & with the threat of having to pay for services not rendered, of course I was not going to reschedule with the doctor note. I wasnt given the chance to get a massage & review the actual service. My family & I will not return. Moms beware. Elements, please have tact. Put a note on your website warning new moms not to bother. I was treated like this was my fault. As if I intended to waste your time. I respect fine print, but I did not see a word in our agreement or on the website discouraging postpartum mothers from showing up. Elements, potentially charging someone for your choice to cancel is very backward, considering there was no blatant breach on my end. I hope something has changed since my visit because this was a serious disservice.

I have a membership and another massage place that my husband and I go to. However, I got a gift card for my birthday so I scheduled a massage on Mothers Day at elements. This guy named David did an outstanding job. Deep tissue and broke some of my knots. I highly recommend David. The front desk people are dumber than a box of rocks.

Definitely worth your time. The masseurs are friendly and attentive. Tom and Mace are my preferred masseurs but I’ve had others and they are all great. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service and super sweet staff. They work with you to make sure youre comfortable and are being taken care of. Absolutely love elements massage and highly recommended them.

I love the atmosphere and experience at Massage Elements! Ive seen Mace twice and plan to see her many more times, she is an excellent therapist with a skilled touch and a relaxing and friendly manner.

April is so sweet and she is great at her job. I have been going to her for 2 years and she always does a great. I always feel great after getting a massage with April.

My wife and I got a couples massage by Tom and Lisa. They were amazing. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Tom was helping me with a full body massage. He gave me some tips to loosen up and gain the mobility I have been looking for. He was very good at not exposing anything. He saw I marked glutes not to be touched, but after talking to him I realized how important it was for mobility. He didnt pressure me, just informed me and let me make the decision. My wife also got a full body massage and really enjoyed her experience. We plan to reschedule and would definitely recommend them to others

Aside from her incredible work shes so fun, kind, and enjoyable to be around. My massages with Caroline have become a happy and restorative experience for my mind, body, and soul. I plan to come to Elements and see Caroline at least monthly for as long as Im able to.

My husband bought me 12 massages for the year , best Christmas gift ever! Tom did an excellant job and I cant wait to go back next month. Self care is everything!

I loved being able to talk to another adult while relaxing. It was a massage with a bit of therapy essentially. I’m a stay at home mom so I don’t get a lot of adult interactions. Tom gave me a massage. I asked him to work on my upper body as I was very tight and getting tension headaches due to emotional stress. My headache was gone by the end of my 60 minute session. I also added cbd oil and Himalayan salt stones into my session. I slept like a baby and have been feeling great ever since.

The front desk was fantastic and professional, and Lisa who did my massage was very skilled, knew how to target what I needed and very pleasant to be around. What more would you want! I love the whole experience!

I am from Portland Oregon visiting my family. My niece booked a massage for me on 9/10 with another business and told them what I needed. They guaranteed her that I would receive a full body deep tissue massage. They never provided that service. They gave me a pressure point. My sister knew I needed a good massage after the bad experience I received. She gifted me one of her massages. They got me in the same day. I told them what I was needing full body deep tissue massage. They put me with Patrick. I can say he listened and did what I needed. Thank you Patrick.

We got a couples massage with herbal ritual and Himalayan salt stones with Dez and Dave. They were both fantastic! The hot stones felt so nice and the herbal ritual was so relaxing for our sore muscles. We are from out of town and Dave had some great recommendations for hiking spots in the area. Dave and Dez asked about which areas were troubling us and asked a few times about how the pressure was while we were being massaged. It felt wonderful! It was just what we needed after hiking around 25 miles in 5 days! The receptionist was so kind and cheerful. The entire facility was very clean and welcoming. It was also great that they fit us in on such short notice. I called on a Monday afternoon and they were able to get us in on Wednesday morning!

I enjoyed the message and the staff was great. Made me completely comfortable from the beginning to end, even made me laugh. Recommended for all in need of a relaxing body.

Booked 1 hrs massage. Talked to them before I left my house. They called for varying reasons twice on the way to the appt which was fine. Walked in to check in only to have them cancel. Drove over an hour and talked to them 3x and they wait until Im there to cancel! Absolutely ridiculous and quite the waste of my time. Birthday plans straight down the drain! Thanks elements. Wont ever book again and definitely never recommending!

They had a variety of services available and I like how the massage therapist focused on my concern areas while remaining quiet during my massage session. She had asked if I wanted the room heated and provided me with water. She also asked me how her pressure was in the beginning to check if I was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Lastly, I enjoyed the recommendation card from the massage therapist which informed me about simple lifestyle suggestions like hydration and stretching along with frequency and type of massage I might want to try next.

Been trying to cancel for 2 days now and no one I mean no one has gotten back to me. This is ridiculous. I’ve called and left messages. I haven’t gotten a massage in almost a year and there’s no need for there services. I’m highly upset and it all seems very strange to me when they increase your amount and you try to call to cancel they basically ghost you. I guess next stop will be taking legal action. Good luck to whoever goes, this was a hard lesson learned. Get a massage great! Be charged more and have your card be charged more. Also they will continue to charge and refuse you to cancel.

I called the day prior and they were able to get me in the next day. They recommend someone and she was perfect for what I needed. The lobby was very clean and had friendly staff. The massage rooms were warm, with nice lighting, relaxing music and very clean. The massage was wonderful! I suffer from severe migraines and neck trauma and I felt better almost right after the massage. She did an amazing deep tissue massage. I will be going back again for sure!

This was my first visit to Elements in Colorado Springs. I needed a massage to help manage some shoulder pain and headaches so I booked Adam for a one hour session. He was very attentive to the areas I was concerned about and also provided a wonderful full body massage that left me totally relaxed. He was a fantastic therapist and great personality. I booked another session with Adam and highly recommend anyone have a session with him as well.

I have had awesome interactions with the staff and therapists here. I appreciate their great attitudes, willingness to help and the massage was amazing. I signed up for the membership and am already looking forward to my next massage! The staff at the front desk is friendly and kind. Always so accommodating. I would recommend Des (massage therapist) to anyone looking for an enjoyable and effective massage. Awesome group!

The staff is always so friendly! I had a membership all through my second pregnancy and it was the best thing in the world! Ive recently started my membership again and the perks of being a member are the best! Ive never had a bad massage or bad experience at Elements on Stetson Hills! Ive also taken my mother and grandmother there for massages and both had a great experience! Highly recommend!

The entire staff from front desk to massage therapists have always been pleasant and professional. I always feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer, the monthly club is a good value, and I think there are some very skilled massage therapists at this location. I really cant complain, and I appreciate the extra effort that you all put in to give me this level of experience. Please keep up the good work and dont change your model. I believe that if you continue to treat your customers well, everything else will take care of itself.

Elements is more than a place to get a great massage - my therapist took the time to explain the areas of my body that could be improved by continued massages. She was experienced and knowledgeable about where I carry stress. She could tell that I had scar tissue in my shoulders and made recommendations on how to improve my range of motion and reduce pain and tension. The staff is so friendly and accommodating - they genuinely care about the well-being of their clients. I have recommended Elements to all my friends!

Cannot recommend this place at all my girlfriend set up a 1 hour massage for my birthday and got in a minor fender bender. Immediatly called they said get there as quick as possible then we drove all the way from elbert walk in get told sorry we cant see you. So many better places than this to go-to.

I have had wonderful experiences with this location. I receive massage on a regular basis and love the variety and support I get from all of the staff. The front office is always helpful in getting me scheduled and set up with the right therapist, and all of the massages I have received have been wonderful. Sometimes I need firmer (deep tissue) massages, and other times I just need to go in and relax. Everyone has been so great and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My daughter and I had a fabulous first experience at Massage Elements!The quality of the therapists was great, the decor of the facility was very calming, and the service provided by the staff made our whole experience very special!The rate provided to us was well worth it😉 We WILL be back again soon!

This location is very accommodating and when their schedule changes, they do their best to fit your needs. i’ve been seeing chris for a couple of months now and he is very friendly, excellent with pressure and very informative. definitely recommend him!

My wife and I decided to go for a couples massage. This was the best massage experience I have ever had! My masseuse was absolutely amazing, she tailored to my every need, and I felt like a million bucks when I left. I would highly recommended this place for stress relief.

John wasnt rude but not super friendly. Front staff was friendly. Full body doesnt really mean full body. I filled out a paper that said I was fine with certain areas being massaged, i.e. glutes, pectorals, and scalp. None of those areas were done and when I asked the front afterwards, they said I needed to request those areas during the massage, it was a little confusing. Also aromatherapy was added but I didnt seem to smell anything, not sure how they incorporate it. Overall, not amazing but not terrible. Probably wont return.

My therapist Christie was wonderful. The quiet soothing atmosphere combined with her soft voice helped me relax the whole time. That was my 1st massage in over 10 years and I will definitely come back the next time I visit from Texas. Thank You so much

Ive had several massages at Elements in Stetson Hills. Their monthly membership program is great for reminding you to take some time to care for yourself as well as saving money. They do a great job at recommending the therapist that can best fit exactly what youre looking for in your massage. The front desk staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommended!

The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. This was my first professional massage and Rafael made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I left feeling way better than when I got there. I can’t wait to go back.

Everyone was super friendly and really listened to my needs. They had certain masseuses that they recommended. I brought my 11 year old daughter and they paired her with a perfect masseuse. I was also paired with someone who listened and understood my needs. Ive never had the Himalayan stones done, and that was an amazing experience. I made sure to re-book for the next week.

My therapist was Cassandra and she was just beyond excellent. She understood that as a mom to 4 I was tense and exhausted. She asked me what I wanted And I simply told her I wanted to relax. She incorporated deep tissue with less pressure and relaxation was the prime focus. It was the best massage I have ever received and I would recommend her to anyone!

I enjoyed the option to lay reclined on my back for part of my prenatal massage. Normally there is only the option to side lie, which can become uncomfortable after too long, but having the option to mix it up felt nice. Christi had amazing pressure throughout my entire massage and relieved soo much tension in my body. I will definitely be back!

I called the day prior and was able to schedule an appointment. The rooms and lobby were very clean and well kept, no clutter. The environment was calming and the staff were kind and professional. Adam did an amazing job. Adam was recommended when I called specifically for the neck pain and head pain I had been having, this was very helpful. The screening process due to CoVID-19 was simple and not a hassle.

I’m unbelievably grateful for my experience today at Elements. My welcome was kind, warm and clean. Coming out of quarantine has challenged most of us physically and mentally, right? My therapist Melissa was so aware of this and present enough to feel that my heart and my soul were a bit achy too. The space she created just for me was so safe and so healing. From the moment I entered the door I felt relaxed and welcomed. The friendly front desk staff were warm and helpful. Ryan, my massage expert, put me to ease by asking about my concerns and desired results. He took the time to listen and it showed. After just an hour aches and pains vanished. I left Elements feeling like a new woman. I signed up for monthly treatments and cant wait.

I have been a member here for about two years maybe more! I have seen therapist come n go but continuously find new ones I love. Right now a few of my favorites are Arrika, North, Adam and David! Highly recommended any of these therapist!

Staff is rude and act like everybody is a burden. Sorry for calling and sorry for stopping by. There was 4 of you looking at me like “oh great… another person” when I walked in and the girl on the phone seemed PO’d. Ok.. You’re “busy”.. imagine how busy you’d be if you stopped telling people you’re busy when you’re not. People appreciate the service here but nobody likes feeling unimportant.

Great until you try to cancel. They keep trying to charge my credit card even though I have cancelled my subscription consistent with the terms of their service agreement. Manager wont get back to me. Next stop is BBB.

My Masseuse at Elements was great! I was around 22 weeks pregnant when I had my prenatal massage, and it was great! I love how you can lay face down on the table, because of the hole for the stomach, and how they focus on all the right areas that need special attention, from the aches and pains of pregnancy. I would highly recommend this place!

Recent 1st time visit 2/21/21 using a Spafinders Gift Card. Confirmed the acceptance of the card before the visit. Upon check out Mattie the Receptionist was rude and refused to return the card with over $20.00 bal. And according to her the bal could not be applied to the gratuity. I ask for a manager, non was on site. She went to a private area and spoke to a manger who disagreed with her decision. She gave the card back without an apology.Spoke to a manager today who wasnt acceptance of her staff limitation to be professional at all times. The manager initially said she was new and later said she has been there for quite sometime without any complaints. So hey, if you go there enter at your own risk. Rudeness out weight a good massage. This is the 1st negative experience with the front desk of any massage establishment Ive patronize. Planning on letting everyone know.

Elements Massage is amazing!! CANDACE IS A STAR! You can tell shes super knowledgeable and is all about catering to what you want. I felt like she listened when I mentioned certain areas that needed special attention and tried to fit all that I wanted into an hour. Ambiance is great and we (me and my husband) loved our first-time discount. My husband also really liked John and thought he did a great job. Would recommend Elements, and especially Candace, to anyone. Will definitely be back if were in the area.

I am a regular at Elements and see my massage therapist every other week. That said,I must book her more than a month out as she books up fast. There are probably 3 therapists I would see there, so schedule early and often. Massages are great, environment is clean and super friendly.

Took my wife for a little surprise couples massage. Scheduled the day before. Receptionist was incredibly polite, and asked thorough questions to assess which massage therapist was right for each of us, and what kind of massage style was appropriate. Next day, got right in, with no hassles, and the therapists were amazing. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Im disappointed more than anything. I really thought that I was going to get some help with injuries that Im currently working on trying to rehab, one of which is permanent from when I was in the Army. I did experience some progress while being seen here, but unfortunately, theyre just not reliable. After 4 cancellations, within a short period of time, I had to cut my losses.

The Stetson Hills location is beautiful. Grace and Gina were amazing. My mom and I were there for a mother’s day massage and they provided excellent care and service. Sarai and Tracy were also wonderful in checking us in and out for our appointment. We will definitely visit again soon!

Chrissy has been my massage therapist for a while and does an awesome job. She is like a breath of fresh air when I leave. I leave feeling less stressed and totally relaxed. She digs in to determine what area to focus on and her style is like artwork. She put passion and dedication to understanding my specific needs. Really enjoy Element Massage and will continue to get my massages from Chrissy. Thank you Element.

Ive been a few times now and just love Adam. Hes so good! Very attentive, sometimes it honestly feels like he can read my muscles better than me. I keep coming back because of Adam. He just hits all the spots.

Ive been going to Elements at Springs Ranch for several years now. I started it as part of a physical therapy program and was very pleased with my massage therapist. I continued after the requirement was met because I felt so much better and I wanted to keep that feeling! The massage therapists Ive had have all been great! They ask questions, listed to your answers and help you to choose whatever therapy may suit you best at that moment. I will continue my membership and recommend it to others as I have for years!

The massage was ok. The person that gave the message was friendly. I was very turned off when dealing with the front counter though. I told them I wanted to leave a $20 dollar tip and they charged my card extra very well knowing what I said. Then acted like it was taking them a while to try and figure out how to take the extra money they added off while helping other people that came in after me. Seemed pretty unprofessional. Also when I first got in the building I kept hearing the girl at the counter make sure the customer before me was leaving gratuity.

A big shout out to MAGGIE, who provided a fabulous massage, working around my physical limitations. From check in with the very professional and kind front desk ladies, to the pre-massage consultation, to the actual massage, everything was top notch: clean, respectful, helpful, attentive. I would highly recommend Elements to anyone in the COS area for a massage and/or regular massages with their program. I was visiting from the ATL area, so the program would not benefit me, but I will definitely be back. At the end of the massage, Maggie wrote out a card with information about the areas where she focused, including names of two other therapists with whom I could work next time.

The employees are so welcoming and kind from the time you step in until the time you leave. Extra kudos to Yetsebel, the absolute best.

Ryan really knew what he was doing. I came in with low back issues and he made sure to pay special attention to that as well as gave me great relief. The studio itself is warm and inviting. I felt great leaving and would recommend this to anyone with low back issues, along with chiropractic care.

The ladies (Melissa & Christi ) were wonderful . I took my 6 years old who was over the moon excited, as this was her first Spa Day...she just loved everything, and I am so grateful we found this place. If you are stressed out and want to have a delightful day, I can not recommend this place enough.

The therapists at Elements are great; I have yet to have a bad experience. My first visit, there was a power outage, but Erin didnt miss a beat and finished my massage. The rooms on the left side of the hallway are right next to a food establishment, and loud music can be heard through the walls...I wish that could be resolved.

Very nice staff. Annette is wonderful. Really listens to what you need and adjusts. Has been able to help me a lot with a shoulder issues I have. Pays attention to what she has done in the past and where issues have shown up in the past. Is able to get deep into my shoulder to help work the damaged and weak muscles.

The staff is professional, caring and happy-taking reservations and making follow up phone calls. Patrick is the best therapist! He cares about his job and it shows in his work. He has helped me with low back pain. In four weeks he had me pain free again. He does his homework and it shows! He goes the extra mile to make a difference in the quality of my life.

Dont sign up for their over priced membership. Its proving impossible to cancel. I have gone in person and called many times. They are still charging me. Magically, there is never a manager there. I have been told several times that I shouldnt be being charged and a manager will call me, but I have not received a call back. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and blocking them from my credit card. This is ridiculous.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel like your swept away from the chaos that is out daily lives. Its warm and the staff are very welcoming. There are many different massages to choose from, so youre bound to find one perfect for you. I havent had a single problem with any aspect of Elements. They are professional, courteous and comforting every step of the way.

I always have a great massage and experience. The new location is clean and spacious. I would recommend Gina, as Ive always had an amazing experience with her! The staff is friendly and they have always been upfront about the billing situation. I wouldnt go anywhere else! =)

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage appointment with Christy and it was money well spent. I enjoyed it so much I signed up for their membership at the conclusion of my first appointment and re-booked for her services as soon as I could (she was booked out more than 30 days). The atmosphere was very tranquil and inviting. Receptionists were also very friendly and made me feel welcome as I waited for Christy and re-booked concluding my appointment.She was able to find problem areas that I had no idea existed. She took the time to explain what she was doing and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She was also very friendly and personable - this is actually very important as the more relaxed you are the better the overall experience will be. At the end of the massage she took the time to discuss her prognosis and offered several recommendations that can help with my tension and soreness.If you are new to massages please ensure you prepare by doing the following:1. Drink plenty of fluids, before and after your massage. Im not qualified or knowledgeable enough to dive into the science, but just understand you are going to be extremely sore if you are not well hydrated. In fact, you may be sore no matter what. It is normal until your body is adjusted. Dont be put off if you wake in the morning with a little soreness.2. Hygiene. Common sense, but not everyone has the same standards for hygiene. You are going to have someone rubbing all over your naked skin so please be courteous and dont spend 2 hours at the gym and immediately head to your massage appointment.I hope this has been informative. I highly recommend this place. I rarely complete reviews/surveys and when I do they are typically on the other end of the spectrum. Just make sure you book with someone other than Christy so I dont have to wait so long! (Only kidding).

Michelle is an incredible therapist. I appreciate how elements focuses on the things important to a great massage and not some of the frills that spas do. I like the membership program, the heat pack that Michelle uses on my back, the heated table, and even the hair ties. I’ve already recommended elements and Michelle to coworkers, my esthetician, and am even purchasing a massage as a gift for a friend. You guys are awesome!

My husband and I went for a couples massage yesterday, and after our massage was finished and the massage therapist left the room I noticed that my necklace was no longer hanging on the rack where I hung my clothes and jewelry at, so after about 10 minutes of my husband and I looking for it the massage therapist came back into the room and I mentioned that I couldn’t find my necklace. Patrick the one who had given me my massage had my necklace in his pocket. He nonchalantly said he found it on the floor and wasn’t sure if it was mine or the previous clients, but never mentioned to me that he found a necklace or even asked if I had lost a necklace. Very unprofessional. Makes you wonder how many other clients personal belongings were taken by him and they didn’t notice or they just didn’t say anything. I definitely will not be going back.

Excellent customer service, upon signing in, the receptionists were very polite and engaged in conversation with me rather than stare at their computer. Tea and water were offered. Massage Therapist was also extremely polite, she explained what she was doing, and asked if I was comfortable. At the end of the massage, I was given recommendations such as stretches, and what areas she would like to work on next time.

Edit: almost another year later and this company is still charging me for month to month service. They changed the paper work and are trying to say that it was a suspension of my account which is not true.This place is a joke. Just received a phone call saying that I have been charged since last June AFTER I CANCELED MY MEMEBERSHIP. Then the lady general manager had the audacity to say they can refund me up to 3 sessions. Avoid this place AT ALL COST.

Elements Massage-Springs Ranch offered a unique experience to reduce and relieve the stress of traveling a long distance. I loved the friendly, professional atmosphere, the cleanliness of the facility, and the soft, relaxing music. I did not try the couples massage, but will definitely try that out on our next visit. After my massage, I felt instant relief from muscle tension and a renewed sense of calm. I highly recommend Elements Massage - Springs Ranch.

This place was great. Got my first prenatal massage. My hips hurt really bad getting the massage… not sure if the massage was too much on my hips, but it was great on the back and legs!

I picked elements massage out of the listings on Google because I was desperate and it was a Sunday, when many places are closed. I woke up with severe pain in my neck and shoulder. They sent me to their therapist named Sanza and he totally fixed me up. Ive been getting massages monthly for years and Ive never had such an effective, professional, competent massage. I highly recommend him. He totally cured the problem in my shoulder and I have never had a single massage do that before. Im sure to be back because its chronic, but boy did he do a great job. In fact, even though Im not used to paying this much for massages, I immediately booked another one with him and got a membership solely so I could return to him.

Drove over an hour to come in for 2 massages, was told 15 minutes prior to the massage (at time of check in) that the therapist would not be coming in. Regardless of the reason this is highly unprofessional and should have been communicated well in advance. Late cancelation fee waved on the second massage, but that hardly makes up for the 3 hours of wasted travel time. Very bad taste in my mouth off that. Will be going to another location in the future.

I had one of the worst experiences receiving a massage here! Everything was great until the therapist started working. She talked constantly and was very rough! It wasnt an issue of pressure. It was a jarring experience and not one I plan on repeating!

I originally scheduled an appt. online, when I showed up for my appt. I was told that the system had a glitch or something and I was not properly scheduled. Although I was disappointed, the receptionist promptly rescheduled me for the same week, with a discount. When I came to my actual appt. everyone was very welcoming and friendly. To make things even better- I had the best massage ever. Sara was amazing! When I was finished I was told about the wellness program but never pressured or made to feel guilty. Thank you!

My massage was Great! They were very accommodating to me being pregnant as they had a special table and wedges that I was able to use. Very relaxing and helped with all the aches and pains Ive been feeling

The staff is so sweet and helpful, they take the time to find out what you really need from their therapists. Adam is the BOMB, the man has magic hands. I am a floor nurse and and amateur MMA fighter and my back is jacked, Adam relieved all the pains in my back and legs amazingly well. I love this place!

Theres nothing like a massage after spending a week hunched over at a desk. GREAT THERAPIST, BUT LOUSY SHADY RUDE OWNER AND SCAM MEMBERSHIP THEY MAKE IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL!!! WHATEVER YOU DO DONT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP!!! (PLEASE READ & SEE SCREENSHOTS FOR EXAMPLES)I went to this location once and am so very sorry I did! I have to say again that this has NOTHING to do with my experience with the therapist. My therapist was great, it is the Owner of this Elements Massage (hopefully just this one) that is horrible! After completing my massage the lady behind the front desk started talking to me about their Membership Program which is $89 a month. I told her no at first, but she continued that I could cancel at anytime. I said no again and that I didnt want to spend the money on it that day after already paying for a massage in which she responded she understood & offered to have me pay nothing until the following month. At that point I felt that I might as well sign up and cancel later if I didnt want it. Turns out a couple weeks later, I found a Massage place I enjoyed more (Place is called Simple Therapeutics. Amazing therapists, owners, and way better prices BTW) so I called to cancel. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get thru to anyone at this location (see other comments regarding this) so I decided to email my request instead. 3 months later, I notice on my Health Spend Account a charge from Elements. Assuming this must have been an error I called to advise that this had happened and I needed to have the charge returned seeing I had cancelled their membership 3 months earlier. Of course I had to leave a message since no one answers. I received a call back later in which I received a voicemail stating that they never cancelled my membership, that they dont take cancels over the phone, any cancellation requires 30 day notice, and because they didnt receive my May or June payment (My health spend funds were being designated elsewhere during these months so there were no funds in the account for their withdraw but they werent supposed to anyways since I had cancelled) they needed to collect those and then August (since they needed 30 day notice) and they could cancel (Below is a screenshot of the visual from the voicemail I received). I have now had to cancel my health spend card in fear they would continue (something I never thought I would have to worry about with a massage therapy company, but there ya go) and will be going thru my health spend bank to dispute. I decided to read thru the reviews here to see if anyone else had gone thru anything similar and found that a few people have and even found one in which the owner responded quite rudely to the customer who left the comment (See image below). Again, the therapist here was NOT the issue, he was great, but per other comments, it seems the therapists are turning over as well (Im sure due to the owner). There are many great massage places in the Springs to choose from, but if you do choose here, take my advise and steer clear of any so called Memberships.

Poor Poor Poor business practices.I am not one to do this, but this companies policies are very sketchy. After holding a membership at elements for months I called to let them know I need to cancel my account because I am changing jobs and will no longer have a flex account. The employee insisted I put the account on a three month hold and said someone will call me at the end of the hold and confirm if I want to cancel the account. Ok, maybe things will be different in 3 months. Today I get a call saying I suddenly owe them $60 and what card would I like to use? When I say no, I dont have a flex account I wanted to cancel back in June and I was told to put it on hold and if I have a new account I could set it up, if not I can just cancel free and clear so I would like to cancel. Basically the employee I talked to today insisted I still owe $60 of my personal income even though I was told back in June that I could cancel at the end of the 3 months. If I was able to cancel in June like I wanted this would not have happened. Employees are poorly educated on their own policies and clearly the management has no problem setting up ways that allow them to claim that I owe them money for services I have NOT used and had already informed them that I wanted to cancel!There are lots of great therapeutic massage establishments in town. Skip this one and look up someone else!! I will miss the massages but will NOT miss the management or red tape!!

I have a membership with Elements, and I think its completely worth it. Emily is one of my favorite masseurs here, she worked miracles on my quads. Everyone is friendly and understanding. They really care about their craft.

Dont make an appointment online. By boyfriend made an appointment for my birthday online. Hey made a profile and even put in his credit card information. When i went to my appointment there was no appointment for me on their end. I got a email stating that my appointment request was received, and on my birthday i got an email saying today is my massage day. But yet i was not schedule on their end. Kinda put a damper on my birthday.

My first massage at Elements was the best Ive ever had. The therapist was attentive to my needs and concerns, addressing every problem area I discussed in the consult with recommendations for me personally post-massage.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money. I have a very hectic work schedule and can’t always make an appointment weeks in advance. Try to call when I have some time available and can’t ever get an appointment. I ask to speak with a manager and there is never one there. I am trying to cancel my monthly membership and it is turning into a bigger scam than the monthly membership itself. RUN FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

The environment that Elements provide is a very calming and peaceful. the workers we very friendly and want to make you comfortable. I enjoyed my message with Jarred (whom does a deep tissue message), and I am looking forward to going to him again.

Karri is top notch and incredibly skilled. She always goes above and beyond to give her clients a well-rounded experience. Her sensitive nature and intuitive presence provides a massage that is not only therapeutic, but also representative of her ethics as a massage therapist. While there are a number of highly qualified therapists here, Karri is my all time favorite. Love, love, love her!

I was visiting from out of town on business and was only in CSprings for about 24 hours. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcome and relaxed. My massage was incredible and my therapist was attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this place!

I have the worst trouble with my neck and it causes me to suffer from migraines and chronic pain. Ryan was excellent. I could finally move my neck and there are no words for the relief I felt! He also told me that my neck was out of alignment and I should consider seeing a chiropractor. Ive been thinking about it for some time and this was the motivation I needed to finally make an appointment.

Every therapist Ive been to here has been great, very professional and I always have a positive experience when I come here. My girlfriend was telling me about how unhappy she was with her current spa and it was a no brainer to recommend Elements Springs Ranch to her!

Great place but scheduled a 2nd massage for myself and wife and mine was canceled with no consideration or accommodation for reschedule for the 2 of us. Instead we cancelled her appointment as well. Will likely reschedule elsewhere.

Great business, great service, and AMAZING massage therapists! Id recommend them to anyone, for therapy or relaxation. It can occasionally be difficult to see your preferred therapist, but to me this only speaks to their great service and reputations.

Walk ins not welcome. When you walk in you walk in to make an appointment. Dont expect same day service. Definitely need to make reservations. They should remove from their website that walk ins are not acceptable. Wish I could get my money back for the gift card I cant use. Lesson learned, make an appointment.
