Z Spa Massage

I have been going here for about a year, sporadically at first but now regularly at about two week intervals after leaving my previous therapist due to declining quality. Jenny the owner gives a very good no nonsense massage. If you want a hard deep tissue massage she can deliver that, as well as medium and soft. She usually has one or two other ladies there, but they seem to rotate out fairly regularly. They have also provided good massages. Warm oil is used, can request hot stones. Most times you can get same day appointments if you are flexible as to time. The shop is clean and attractive. Only occasionally will there be an interruption, and they do not short you on time.

My husband and I went here today and I give them 2 stars because the first thing the lady does is ask for a tip once we arrive.. We said we have never been here before but we will provide a tip after the service. She went back and forth with us and was saying we needed to pay atleast 20% tip right now. We finally got it through to her that we will pay after the service… customer service was just AWFUL. This is our first time getting a massage and they just put us in a room with the lights off and shut the door without speaking to us. We had to ask what would they like us to do and what do we wrap ourselves in so we aren’t exposed.. the massage was ok. We laid down for our massage around 4:40 and they stopped at 5:29 (we paid for a 60 min massage).. would not recommend. Would not go back.

I went to the Z Spa yesterday for the first time. I could probably say this is the best massage I have ever had. Lisa was very professional and knowledgeable about what she was doing. She worked on all my trigger points and release all the tension I had. I will definitely return and recommend it to my friends.

What stood out was the therapists considerate approach regarding my post-surgery concerns—they took extra precautions to avoid any discomfort and consistently checked in to ensure the pressure was just right. Overall, I left Z Spa feeling extremely satisfied with the personalized and attentive service.

Lily did a great job with my massage. I had a spot in my back I had been trying to get worked out for a few weeks and a couple other massages did not help that she took care of. I would recommend her for sure. Clean place and friendly people.

Made an appointment for two of us and my partners massage was amazing he said, however mine was just okay. She left towards the end of mine to go talk to a client that came back to finish my massage and didn’t even make up the time on my massage for her being gone for about ten minutes. Also was really odd we had to pay cash before we even got our massages when the next client got to pay with a card and was $10 dollars cheaper then what we paid per person.

Great place I have been going here for several years for a massage. And some of the best massages I have ever had. Very clean, very professional, and great customer service. I have had massages all over the USA and z spa columbia is one of the best places for a great massage. Highly recomended

I had an hour full body massage with Julie, and it was one of the best massages Ive ever received. I was happy to discover they have a room with overhead bars where they can perform a back walk as part of the massage. She succeeded in working some serious kinks out of my back. The facility is very clean and well maintained with a relaxing atmosphere and a courteous, responsive staff. I will definitely return.

We booked an hour long couples massage and it was lovely. They even called us for us to come in a bit early which was nice considering our appointment was late in the evening. They were sweet and professional. I do think the deep tissue could have been harder but I also like abnormally hard pressure. Would definitely return to this massage parlor again!

Very clean, great customer service and left there feeling rejuvenated. A must try if wanting an amazing massage at a great price. I will be returning again and again. I have not been able to find a real Thai massage or a place that takes your well being serious, since I have returned from Thailand. They did an incredible job and made me feel comfortable.

I had a great 60-minute deep muscle massage here the other day! I first became aware of this place due to their Groupon. Everything was clean and I felt comfortable with my masseuse. She made sure to communicate with me the whole time. I will for sure book again.

This place is amazing went her around 6 with my wife and did a couple massage. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing! The owner was really nice and the massagers were perfect! Very high quality massage for the money they even added a few hot stones I will most definitely be returning!

The massage itself was probably the best professional massage Ive had. However, there was nothing professional about her customer service. At the end of the massage she asked for a tip which I found to be peculiar. I thought, whatever, she delivered a good massage. When we reached the counter she told me how much I was going to tip her. I recognized that was probably her way of kindly suggesting to me a fair tip, due to English not being her native language. When I told her that price was too high for me she persisted to give me reasons why that amount should be her tip. A bit pushy for my taste. I then told her that I would pay a certain amount, more than I had anticipated but less than she wanted. She ran my card, handed me my receipt to sign, and lo and behold the amount was exactly what she wanted. I asked her why and she told me the difference between my amount and her desired amount was a fee to run the card instead of cash. Well, that was the first time Id been told that and there was no sign stating such. As I turned away for the counter heading out the door she muttered under her breath not in English. The first and last time I go. Customer service is everything.

Absolutely the best couples massage. I’ve had solo massages and got to say Z Spa is the best that I’ve been to. From getting us in immediately, the friendly staff, amazing massages and welcoming/comfortable atmosphere. We will be back.

I would not recommend this place. My massage was rushed and the masseuse stopped massaging me three times to answer the phone and greet guests. How do you greet guests while in the middle of a massage?? I should’ve got up and left but I stayed. I won’t be back. She also promised me more time for all the breaks, I didn’t get it. She stopped at an hour. And then asked for a tip. DONT waste your time.

I was suddenly in a lot of pain and had called a handful of places to book a last minute massage. I was in within the hour! Im sure I just was lucky and caught a free space. I was immediately taken into my room. The table was heated which was fabulous. The massage was wonderful and very in depth. She used a variety of techniques and took her time focused individually on sections of me, including my face and scalp. I would definitely return.

We showed up for the appointment and the owner didn’t have us down. She said to come back in an hour. She called 30 minutes later and said she was ready.Just a weird experience. The massage itself was okay. They massage your face but not your feet.You get a really cheap Groupon right now for this otherwise I’d probably pass. The owner is super sweet and friendly.

Clean, quiet, and extremely professional. Not at all like those seedy places in town. Best massage Ive had in ages. I was able to make an appointment for the time I wanted, and when i arrived 15 minutes early I only had to wait 5. Nothing below board offered or implied. I highly recommend this place, I will be back soon.

We got a couples massage for our anniversary here. Both ladies were excellent in their technique and pressure. Honestly one of the better massages Ive had. They were very nice and actually quite funny. We will be coming back.

First professional massage I have ever had and made me wonder why I havent gotten one before. It helped release a lot of muscle tension and was very rejuvenating. The woman who I assume was the owner was very skilled and professional. Would definitely enjoy coming back to this business again.

My significant other was expecting at the time so we asked if they were able to give prenatal massages and they said yes. This was after having to explain it over and over as their english wasnt the best. I went ahead and pulled the trigger as it was our anniversary. We showed up 10 minutes early to find out that they given our reservation up to a different person. They asked for us to come back in an hour like we didnt have anything else better to do. We said no and decided that the only thing to do was reschedule for another day. When we did receive the massage it wasnt the best. My significant other felt like all they did was gently rub her which was something I could have done. So basically it was a waste of time and money. If you use this place only get the Groupon because paying a normal price would be an extra loss.

The woman doing my massage walked out multiple times during our session and talked very loudly through the thin walls. Not very relaxing but to make up for it she used hot stone therapy even though I had not payed for that. Might have just been there on a bad day.

BEST MASSAGE EVERRR!! Coco was amazing. She knew all the right pressure points and was really sweet. The location offers a single room or a couples room, showers, to freshen up after your massage.

Too many interruptions for phone calls and walk ins. Paid for 90 minutes. With interruptions never got relaxed . Miss Lulu being there. Probably last visit for us.
