Great place for smelly, locker room rub down. Choose from hand sanitizer or up grade to Dollar Tree lotion for an additional $15. Would you prefer the room to have aroma vs. gym feet, that will be yet another $15. Short on time? No worries they will cut your massage so short you’ll be back in your car within the hour! Still tipped $20 and wanted a membership, but couldn’t get any clarification from reception other than the owner own the wax store next door as well. The hands on part of the session was mediocre to good. The sweaty hands, 2 blowing fans and warm room did bother me as much as the lack of oils, cream or lotion. Would you enjoy spending $75 +tip for as a first time customer?

I was gifted an hour-long massage following five days of house renovation work. The check-in online did not work properly for my visit although it appeared to be just fine for my companion who had booked our appointments. The staff was attentive and skilled. My experience here was soothing, relaxing, and quite personally satisfying. I was able to pinpoint areas that I needed worked and my therapist was able to work exactly those areas allowing for nearly complete pain relief and muscle relaxation. I would be grateful enough for another appointment that I am very willing to go back to the house renovation projects in a couple of weeks!

Environment was very relaxing. I love that they have later appointment options. Rachel was amazing, she made me feel welcomed and super comfortable the whole appointment. My massage was great! The receptionist, I wish I would have asked her name, was awesome too! She had great energy and told me about a deal to save me money on my future massages! Id never gotten a massage before, and admittedly was kind of hesitant, but a doctor recommended it after I mentioned some shoulder/back pain so I decided to give it a shot. I dont think it fixed anything (nor do I think they claim it will), but I definitely felt a lot more refreshed and relaxed. I was surprised that I really enjoyed it. The entire staff did a great job making me feel comfortable with something that was new to me.

Shyanne is a wonderful therapist! She listens to me and works the areas giving me issues. She also remembers my issues and asks me for updates on my following visit. I enjoy visiting with her and she gives a fabulous massage!

Haven’t been to massage envy in a long time so I was unsure who to book with. I ended up with Aria and she was AMAZING! Hands down the best massage I have ever had. I was so relaxed after I went home and slept like a baby! Thank you Aria!!

First visit in Columbia, but my therapist Drayton was amazing !!!!!!!!!!! I usually always get a female but he was great 😊 very impressed. Front desk receptionist was super helpful as well and friendly will be backFor sure!

While Aria was a great facial provider, I don’t believe it’s fair to charge 2 units & say ur getting a 60 minute facial, when it only lasts 20 minutes. I don’t think it’s fair to limit your facial to only two levels “just because you haven’t been there for a long time”. The provider should be able to do each level, and “based on the pain/discomfort levels” - be able to decide whether you could go to further levels. Seems like a “policy” is followed, instead of reliance on the customer input & estheticians judgement. So, I left feeling really like a didn’t receive the full value of service, for the units charged.

Amanda does an amazing job listening during the consultation and she always tailors my massage to accommodate the areas we discussed. She does an excellent job overall!

Thanks to Sara who made me feel way better. She been helping a lot with my shoulders tightness & my lower back that is bothered me most everyday. She did a good job & always gave her best to make her client feel so much better. I will highly recommend Sara. Thank you again!

I went to Massage Envy to hopefully get relief from a tension headache I had experienced for three days. I told Drayton about my headache and he focused on tension relief in my massage and now my headache is gone. Very grateful for the help I got!

Sara M is one of the sweetest people I’ve encountered out in the wild. Her demeanor and personality is phenomenal. The massage was great, and I’ve already scheduled my next visit with her.

Loooooved working with my esthetician Ellie but a front of house staff member assured me over the phone that management would be in later that night and would cancel my membership, only to find out later that they continued to charge me and now don’t want to give a refund for their mistake.

Had a 60 minute massage with Rachel! Omg was blown away at how good she was. Found several spots I didn’t even know existed!!!

The massage was a 5. The front vest service was a 3 at best. There were three at the desk. All on their phones, eating and drinking and no smile or interest in helping. Very disappointing.

This business called to reschedule my friend and my appointments. We were told to come at 5 and subsequently were called and asked why we weren’t there at 4. The text reminder said 6. We left right away to go in. The receptionist was exceedingly rude and we only got half of the time we paid for.

Not knowing any better this place was great for a first time massage and maybe just a quick relaxing appointment. Seems like they have high turn over, corporate rules so the therapists can only do so much, and the place just doesn’t feel that welcoming when walking through their front door. I’ve had gift cards for massages, thank goodness, nothing personal… but the overall experience just wasn’t worth it.

Sydney is a good massage therapist for relaxing but if you need deep/ firm I suggest another therapist! Again , shes great but for lighter pressure and I need deep to firm.

I had my first chemical peel done by Michelle and she was wonderful. She has top notch customer service and she was very down to earth and relaxed. She was very client focused as well. Constantly making sure I was comfortable. It was a 10/10 experience thanks to her.

The aesthetician and facials are incredible , with best results than what I expected . Te restrooms and facilities are really dirty . I hope I dont catch a weird virus . Mary the owner always try to over charge you for every procedure .

Michelle is wonderful! She explains everything she’s doing, her touch is so soothing. In fact it’s not uncommon for me to take a little cat nap during my appointment. I always come out feeling refreshed and my skin looks amazing.

Excellent customer service!We’ve been with Massage Envy for years. We’ve used many different locations while on vacation and switched to this location as our base after moving. They have consistently provided the best support of any location we’ve visited. They even took it upon themselves to correct issues created by our prior base location. I’ve been very impressed by the level of care and professionalism provided by the desk staff. (Obviously, we’ve been very happy with our massage therapists too. I go to Eric every time because he knows how to manage around all of my medical complications. My husband has several favorites.)Book early, they’re popular. Cancel before 24 hours if you need to cancel. (Cancel sooner if you can. Be respectful of your therapists time!) But rest assured that you will be well cared for!

Had the best experience at Massage Envy. Atiyah was one of the front desk receptionists and she was so friendly and very knowledgeable and provided me with tons of details prior to my massage which was needed since this was my first time. I saw Kat and she was seriously the best! I will be going back to see her next month. She is so calm and soothing to talk to and she made me feel super comfortable. I highly recommend.

Ryan at Massage Envy is wonderful! He always does a fantastic job and is excellent at making clients feel comfortable. He remembers things that we talk about and my concerns. He also does an excellent job of managing-up the other staff. Ryan’s deep muscle tissue work on my shoulders leaves me relaxed and with better range of motion.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Kat H. is my regular massage therapist, and she is wonderful to work with. I prefer to zone out and relax during my massage rather than chatting, and other than periodically checking my comfort level, Kat lets me have my quiet time. Shes also great about concentrating on my trouble spots so I get the most out of the session.

Kameka is a wonderful therapist. She takes her time to listen to and verify my wellness goals and take into account any changes I might have from session to session. She’s very skilled and knowledgeable and such a wonderful personality. Getting my appointments set up (or changed as needed) is always easy and I appreciate the great service I’ve always received!

Started calling this morning (7:50 am) to cancel an appointment for 7pm due to a family emergency. I left a message, knowing it was before they opened, requesting a call back.Left messages again @ 10:00, 11:15, and 12:55Asking to confirm they received my message.No response. Finally @3:15 pm they answered the phone. I asked if they had received my message. Of course they say “No” and refused the cancellation as it was same day and I would be charged 50%. I have been going to Massage Envy for a few years now and have never missed an appointment. I think it was very unprofessional to never return my call and deny that I called (evidence on my phone). I tried to explain it was an emergency but the person on the phone, who I’m sure could not speak in full sentences, and I got “um and like well”. Over the last few months the front desk and customer service are HORRID. I will miss my massage guy ~ as he is outstanding! ~ but I refuse to be treated poorly and disrespectful by the front desk staff!

Maeve listens closely and gets right to work relieving my stress points with quiet attention to detail. She is a lovely lady who is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in her work. The only challenge is getting another appointment with her as her schedule is packed...I look forward to seeing her again!

I had a ninety minute facial with three add one and supposed to have a 20% tip for Michelle and then I bought two items that were buy two get one free but I am wondering if I got charged enough. It was only $90 and something and maybe I had credits that was used but I would really like you to check as I don’t want to not pay for a service or other things. I didn’t get a receipt. I guess I should’ve told the girl I would take one so then I would know how I was charged. I just want to make sure I paid for everything. Thanks.

I’ve been going to massage envy for a while now, and have always had great experiences. I most recently got a deep tissue massage from Ryan and it was exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what muscles to work to release tension. All the staff at massage envy are extremely kind, helpful and easy to talk to.

Ivy was amazing. First time I’d gone to see her. I’m having an extremely hard time scheduling massages in a timely manner. Her next appointment wasn’t until mid January. And you seem to have a really high turnover of people. But I really enjoyed my massage last night. Ivy did an amazing job at working out the tension in my back. I can’t wait to go again. I’m just sad I have to wait til mid January.

Ryan did an exceptional job. He listened well and was able to work with my needs.Far as the facility goes, it was nice. The rooms were very clinical in decor more so than relaxing. The table was softer with chest bolster. Tables could use a layer of padding.Rates were affordable.

Im a long time Massage Envy member in Chicagoland. Was in town in CoMo and booked a massage. Sabra my massage therapist was terrific. Hit all the needed areas. Medium to firm pressure was perfect. A relaxing and soothing massage. Thank you, Sabra for a great massage experience.

Ryan was awesome. Massage Envy customer service & corporate management are subpar at best. Customers with a monthly subscription cannot even use their packages because there are not enough therapists (huh, why not, I wonder). Ok, I understand, but concessions need to be made on behalf of the customers--Massage Envy is not able to provide the services they promised when offering the monthly subscription package. My next available appointment from June 30...is October 5, BUT I have 60 days to use my 13 credits if I cancel my subscription! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤬

I had a 60 minute massage. The masseuse was great. Before the massage, I was able to share my comfort level and areas of concern with the masseuse. She was very attentive and professional, and gave me the massage I had communicated through the initial survey. After the massage, I felt relaxed and like my stress was gone. I would recommend Massage Envy.

Had a session with Katherine. Did the stretch and rapid tension release. Followed that with a massage. Very professional. Asked me what I wanted her to focus on for the massage and tension release. Excellent communication explained as we went what I needed to do to prepare for the stretch. Also made sure the stretch and the pressure throughout the session was good. Felt amazing afterwards. Cant wait for my next session.

Michelle is always so calm and kind! My skin care sessions with her are always excellent and she explains the products as they’re applied. She also gives an awesome neck and arm massage during the process! Highly recommend!

Sadie is absolutely amazing. Ive gone to Massage Envy for quite a while now and always booked with any therapist that was available, until Sadie. I often have specific issues that need attention and even if I dont tell her she finds them and gets to work. Very knowledgeable, very warm!

Bought a massage for my GF and her mom. We showed up 20 minutes early and they’re closed. It’s 6PM. Store closes at 9. They cancelled their massage and didn’t let us know. This place is awful! Go somewhere else. Who does business like this? Moving appointments without letting people know? Insane!

Sadie is AMAZING! I work in EMS and therefore have chronic back, neck, and shoulder tightness. Since I have been seeing her monthly, I have not had the debilitating lumbar spasms that would make me have to lie on the floor. She is professional, personable, and a very well-educated Massage Therapist. The front desk staff are very nice and very accommodating to my impossible schedule.

I had my first massage at Massage Envy a few days ago and was impressed from the moment I called to schedule the appointment. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and helped to a room away from the lobby to relax while I was filling out my paperwork. Having someone personally take time to go over my expectations before the massage was nice. My therapist was Trina, she was absolutely fantastic. I will be going back on a regular basis!

I had an excellent experience at Massage Envy. I was running a few minutes late for my appt., but that did not affect my experience. The staff was extremely friendly and and exuded positive energy. A warm, nicely appointed lobby and waiting room made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist gave me a quick easy forms to fill out and I was introduced to my therapist and led back to the massage room with no delay. The therapist, Trina, had a welcoming smile and a wonderful bedside manner. She communicated very clearly and had excellent therapeutic skills. The office appeared to run very efficiently, and I was in, out, and on my way without any undue delay. Thank you, Trina! I would return to this business without question.

I have had a membership here for a few years. The service is always good. I feel I get my value for massages and the facials. In the past 6 months or so it has been hard to get bookings- it seems they need more staff

I had a chemical peel today with Maggie. It was very enjoyable. My esthetician had a relaxing tone, knowledgeable in the products she was using, she also made me feel very comfortable. I had some reservations as this was my first chemical peel, but everything went flawless with no discomfort! I highly recommend any services with Massage Envy. They are polite, professional, and go above and beyond anytime I walk in the door.

I came in needing help with my cystic acne. Michelle helped me become acne free with her care and knowledge of skincare. We are now working on my hyperpigmentation. She’s great!

I have been getting facials for YEARS at other big name spas and have never frequented Massage Envy until today (Im new in town and I had a gift card). I had a one hour facial with Michelle and she was AMAZING. I explained to her my issues and she addressed every one of them in my short visit. She also explained the importance of daily maintenance in a way that I understood and was very reasonable with her recommendations since I am someone with little to no daily skincare routine. After talking to her, I truly felt that my skin goals were attainable with minor adjustments and she was polite and informative the whole time (didnt make me feel like I was being lectured or talked down to). I walked away from the session not only with my skin feeling great, but with an arsenal of information that will hopefully help me establish a better skincare routine.Thanks, Michelle!

I dont usually leave reviews, but I thought this experience was well worth the time. Meredith at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and courteous. The place was spotless and quiet. I was picked up on time by my therapist Trina, who is quite experienced in massage therapy. We had a great session, a wonderful conversation, and an excellent massage. She was professional throughout, started and ended on time, told me what to expect in terms of massage brain, and was outside the room waiting for me when I stepped out to guide me back out to the front desk. From start to finish I felt VIP. Im sold.

Most of all, I want the option of a2-hour massage reinstated! It should be an option if a therapist chooses to do that. OPTION - there should be no company pressure! A new therapist might not be ready for that. A long-time therapist might want a break from doing them, because it’s definitely hard to do.I’m still looking for the preferred therapist, since my long-time favorite left in January. The one I lean toward has the worst schedule for me to match up to, so I’ll still need time to weigh how important it is for me to have an appointment that easily fits my day.The questionnaire required for keeping an appointment is useless. Some people are asymptomatic; some will lie. Most of all, even if one were to become symptomatic today, the time when that person was most infectious was yesterday (when I was there).

Kathrin always takes amazing care of me. She is aware of my history and checks in before, during, and after to make sure I am in good condition! She is excellent at explaining what she is doing and keeping contact so you know where she is. An absolute Jewel.

Love going to massage envy and seeing Sadie. She listens to me and focuses on areas that I need. She asks great questions and takes the time to make sure we are hitting problem areas. My massages are relaxing and necessary especially when my muscles get tight. The store is clean, reception is nice, and Massage Envy offers a lot of packages.

I have only had positive experiences at ME. I have been going to ME for about three years. My facial skin has only improved. My esthetician, Michelle, has been able to customize my facial at every visit, depending on what she feels my skin is needing at the time. She has helped me pick out the products that I can use at home, between visits. I especially have appreciated her warmth, skill, and knowledge in caring for my skin. I also treasure the trust we share. As long as I am able, I will continue a facial regime at ME.

I LOVE this Massage Envy! The people are nice and professional and the spa is very clean and inviting. I had a 50 minute massage done by Gretchen and it was just what I needed. I carry my stress between my shoulders and around my neck, and Gretchen focused on those areas for me. Another nice service is that they gave me a special pillow to lay on, as Ive recently had a bilateral mastectomy and laying on my chest can be very uncomfortable. Great attention to client needs! Im definitely coming back for more.

Walked into a very warm and friendly environment! Very easy check in with custom plan for your personalized massage experience! Eric did a 90 minute stone massage on me and WOW! I received feedback and future recommendations on what massages I may need with my active lifestyle. My room was very cozy and calm with wonderful music. My massage therapist asked several times if I was comfortable and always put my needs first. Very clean overall and I would recommend to many friends, especially my crossfitters. DO NOT SIGN UP AS A MEMBER.I have been trying to cancel my membership for OVER a month now due to one of the employees making me feel uncomfortable. I have spoken to the manager personally and multiple associates and they still charged my card. The therapists here are great, but the management is horrible. DO NOT SIGN ON AS A MEMBER. Im so upset, this should not be this hard, especially when one of THEIR EMPLOYEES crossed a boundary he should not have. Im currently in contact with my bank trying to figure this all out. Please take my review as a warning. I dont like to leave bad reviews, but something needs to be done about this.

The front desk at ME is super friendly with efficient and stressless booking and checking-in procedures. For several years, therapist Sadie has been an integral part of my care team. Her knowledge and exceptional care help me tremendously in the fight against chronic joint and circulation issues. Her compassion and commitment to her clients well-being are unmatched.

Donna is a very nice therapist. However, the rigidity of the house rules at this business are less than customer friendly. I called on the day of my appointment to ask if my sister (who has been battling breast cancer for over three years and had a very rough night) could take my appointment that day. The answer was no, which I accepted. However, the staff continued on with an unnecessary and ludicrous explanation that sharing of ones massages needed to be done ahead of time so that the staff could plan accordingly. No is an answer I can accept, but listening to some ridiculous reason for the refusal is beyond my patience. What difference would it possibly make if I showed up for the appointment or another individual as long as the person arrived fifteen minutes ahead of time? If you have rigid rules, dont try to cloak them in some ridiculous explanation. Just say no. Despite enjoying one massage from Donna thus far, I will be cancelling my membership at the close of six months. There are other more accommodating therapy businesses in Columbia, and Ill be returning to one of those businesses in the near future.

I had the best massage from Gretchen at Massage Envy! She was professional, knowledgable, strong, and talented. We talked before our session about some aches and pains that Id been having and she focused on those and helped me work out the kinks. From the administrative staff to the clinical staff, I have been treated with respect and professionalism. I have enjoyed many services over the years from massage to facials and have never been disappointed. I can’t say enough good things about Eric. He gives a great firm pressure massage, can really work the knots out! It’s definitely not a massage you can doze off in but you will feel amazing after. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for months so I could use my gift card. Was finally able to book with one of the managers however she neglected to actually book my appointment and the only reason I found out was because I called to confirm the appointment. I have no interest in ever doing business with Massage Envy. Poor management and communication. This is beyond ridiculous.

Kameka has magic hands I swear!! I have fibromyalgia and have a lot of trigger spots & super sensitive areas because of this. I also have chronic back issues. She takes great notes about my health & refreshes her memory before my appts and always asks if her pressure is too much etc. She always listens to my concerns or requests and always does her best to fulfill my requests. I wish the app was more user friendly so that I could better manage my appointments in the app versus over the phone or in person.

Ohmygosh, I booked an appt bc they are newly opened with the current circumstances. Sasha was my lady that provided my massage. I felt so comfortable, and her medium deep tissue was on point. I almost fell asleep, the mask kept me from total relaxation, but that was not her fault. I will be booking with her in the future, she is wonderful!

I purchased a membership which I did not fully take advantage. The few times that I did utilize the massage services, I had a good experience. I do not recommend buying into their membership plan because it is difficult to cancel due to disorganization of the office staff and management. The communication between the front desk and management is extremely poor and messages are not relayed in a timely fashion. My bank account was charged for a full months membership fee after I had clearly stated in an email that I wanted to cancel my membership. There were multiple excuses given by various members of their staff and management as to why this happened, but it still was a unsatisfactory experience. It was only after I completed an online survey and stated that I wanted to file a formal complaint that I finally received a call back from their management. I am pleased to report that the manager was able to assure me that the membership fee for the last month would be refunded and that my membership would be canceled. I am satisfied with the massage services provided, but overall dissatisfied with how this office is operated. Because of this, I would not recommend Massage Envy.

Im not sure this is the place to go.My husband and I recently each got a membership. Or first massages were good, but not great. We decided thats ok, since an OK/Good Massage is better than no massage.This past week I called on Wednesday to get 2 apts for this weekend. Sorry, they are booked. No problem, I already had an appointment for the following thursday (booked 2 weeks prior) so Ill keep that. I even had a babysitter booked!Today (Tuesday before my Thursday apt), I get a call. They are cancelling my apt. Why? They werent supposed to book an apt at this time for that masseuse. Is there another apt available that afternoon (when I have a babysitter)? No. Also, the woman on the phone was not apologetic at all. I even had to remind her that it wasnt my fault I was booked for a time I shouldnt have been...I asked for an appointment and was given one.So... The reason you may put up with having an OK/Good massage (but not great) is that you can actually get the massage. If I cant even get the massage...I guess I go back to the smaller companies/independent people with more limited schedules? At least I do eventually get a massage with them.

I was greeted at the door by a friendly staff, offered a drink and ushered right back to my room. No waiting. 😊 I had my first chemical peel and the esthetician, Maggie, did a great job. 👍🏼 I never knew Massage Envy did more than massages. I’ll definitely be returning.

I bought a 3 month membership for my girlfriend. Called a few times to speak with management about a poor massage she received. I could never get the manager to call me back. Finally went in there to talk to her myself. Im sure she was in the office and told the poor receptionist to tell me she wasnt there. She is just pathetic and cant believe she is able to run a business. A few days later I finally got a hold of her and she was rude and unprofessional. I regret spending my money here. Horrible, Horrible business!!!

I have been a member of Massage Envy, for many years, I became a member in Chicago, to Nebraska, and now here in Missouri…. Always having my favorite massage therapist but here in Missouri I haven’t found that true ! because as soon as I find a massage therapist, I like , they move on. Then I start the process again. I find a massage therapists I like and she only works two hours a day at 5 PM so you need more people working for you just a little frustrated and finding a good massage therapist that will stay with you. I have been here 3 years. You have a high turn over of people.

This location has demonstrated the best customer service! I had an issue with my payment and Cordero resolved it promptly. He made sure everything was corrected and was incredibly pleasant while doing so. I tell anyone who will listen that they should sign up for the membership (monthly massage). It is a great act of self care and the therapists here do a great job!

I had a prenatal massage scheduled as a present from my husband, so I took a personal day off work and a babysitter for my 2 year old lined up. The morning of my appointment they called and said my therapist called in sick and that I would have to reschedule. Of course, none of the available times would allow me to not have to take off of work yet again. Im a teacher, so this is nearly impossible. They refused to offer any discount or anything even though their cancellation policy says that if I were the one that canceled that I would still have to pay half of my bill. I only got 2 hours in advance and no one even tried to make it right. I would take my business elsewhere, but as a 7 months pregnant teacher who works 50+ hours per week there really arent any other options for me. So thank you, Massage Envy, for showing me just how important your clients are to your business.

This was the best massage I have ever had. No doubt. Ryan was fantastic at working on the areas where I was experiencing pain. I loved it and would recommend Ryan to everyone. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan.

The staff are usually very friendly, however, their policies are crazy. I am a member and pay the monthly dues. The morning of my appointment I found out I was unable to make it due to a work schedule change. I thought I would be nice and give my appointment to a friend. Why cancel, when I can do something nice for friend who could make it. I was told they couldnt transfer the appointment because the only appointments left were for members only. I said I am a member and want to give my appointment to someone else. I already have the appointment scheduled. The girl goes, thats our policy. I am shocked. I am a member, so I cant be nice and give my appointment that I have had scheduled for a month to a friend? So, they would rather have an empty 1-1/2 time slot where their employee is not making any tips instead of keeping it filled? Because according to what the girl said a non member could not call in and take that appointment today. Don[t you want to grow your business? I will be cancelling my membership and going somewhere where I am not locked into all these policies. This is supposed to be a relaxing, stress free zone. I will be taking my business some place else.

Massage Envy has numerous massage therapists so you are bound to find one right for you. Eric has proven to be an excellent choice for me to get a truly therapeutic massage. He can find areas of soreness and tension I wasnt aware existed and he isnt afraid to use a firm, steady pressure to stretch sore muscles. I must enjoy the pain, I have another appointment in a few weeks!

Let me start by saying I never write bad reviews. But the Doctors and I are certain I contracted MRSA at this Massage Envy location. I had a massage here on 12/31/18, and 2 days later I had an enormous infection on my forehead that grew by the hour. It is red, swollen and painful to the touch. I went to both Urgent Care and the ER and they both diagnosed with MRSA. Today is 4 days since the massage and my forehead is still swollen and painful. Again, were certain I got this from the massage table at Massage Envy. Its absolutely disgusting that they would be that unsanitary. Ive paid $140 in medical bills and medication. The staff were friendly and the massage was good, but safety and cleanliness are more important. As a result I am cancelling my membership, I will never return to Massage Envy, nor will I ever get a massage anywhere ever again because this has been such an awful experience. Im considering filing a complaint with the State Board of Therapeutic Massage.**UPDATE: Woke up this morning a with an allergic reaction in my eyes from the medication, they were so swollen I could barely open one eye. Had to go BACK to Urgent Care in get a steroid shot and get perscribed another medication. None of this would have happened if they had properly sanitized their beds.

Sadie is great at what she does, Ive been coming here on and off for 9 years and when I started coming back I lucked out because Sadie happened to have a cancellation when I made an appointment, now you have to make an appointment 4 weeks in advance or youre not getting in with her. Shes definitely worth the wait!

Before committing to a membership with Massage Envy I read several reviews that complained of billing issues, one even went as far to call this franchise predatory. I brushed these complaints aside and I got burned. A year after my membership was cancelled an unauthorized charge was made. I have emailed and called for 3 weeks and I keep getting lip service but not the refund. They have claimed 3 times that the refund has been processed but no refund.In my opinion this goes beyond a disorganized or understaffed business and lands securely in the category of a dishonest business.

I have found a great massage therapist at Massage Envy. Eric is very professional and knowledgeable. He listens to what’s going on and is able to address the muscle/muscles that are acting up. I highly recommend him.

I was having serious pain in my hip and back on my left side. She worked diligently so resolve a bunched up muscle knot that was causing the pain in my hip. She was always concerned about the pressure being to much for me to withstand. This was yesterday and today the pain is very reduced and I can put weight on my left leg again. She does an AMAZING JOB resolving my trigger points. She has MAGIC HANDS!!

I booked 2 massages by phone for the 27th and someone texts on the 21st requesting a confirmation. Sent a R back as requested to reschedule. No response. I call and cancel 1 appt. by phone. I booked both on my credit card. Card charged 65.00 for a on-call no show which was not discussed with me when making the appt. Call and Jordan says an email has been sent to her boss and she would call me the next day. What a joke. I dont want the money or the credit I just will cut ties with them altogether.

I am always very impressed with the professionalism of the staff here! The front desk is always welcoming and accommodating. The estheticians and therapists are knowledgeable about the products they use and the services they perform. I’ve enjoyed my experiences here and always leave feeling relaxed.

I usually see Ryan W who does a great job of helping me with tension and pain from my job and workouts. I definitely notice a big difference when I don’t make it in for a while in terms of mobility and tension. I always appreciate my time here.

I had my first microderm infusion today with Maggie. When I came to my appointment I was greeted with enthusiasm, the staff is professional and curtious. Maggie was very polite and thorough, the process was quick and very relaxing, hope to come back soon.

I have been getting regular massage sense 2001 and even then i was paying $55 per hour. There $49 rate is the best in town and no one comes close. They have a very intelligent staff that pays attention to my health needs and also educate me in my body and its needs. Ill be a member for ever.

Not horrendous, but there are much better massage parlours in COMO. I booked an hour long deep tissue since my regular place was booked up for the week. The place is a no frills shop. A used car dealership equivalent of a massage parlour. The room was very boring, but the table was heated and comfortable. The cheesey ads on the wall brought me back to the hour long waits in a dealership service room. Anyway, lets cut to the massage.The masseuse was courteous yet curt. I felt rushed, and the deep tissue was mostly soft and far from therapeutic. Perhaps it would suit a Hollywood Barbie whose hardest days are comprised of reservations at Dorsia and beach side mojitos. For this healthcare worker, I needed the dethklok massage, and not the Sam Smith. I did get about 8 minutes of the muscle crunching action my tender muscles needed. I noted several times that the areas I mentioned were the main reason for the visit. The feather light touch on the scalp could wait.I will, recomend, to take my business back to Hands of Healing Touch. Amazing atmosphere and amazing masseuses that listen and take their time. Not to mention their rebar like fingers are sure to loosen up even the most tense of muscles.

Im so irritated. This is literally the 8th time Ive had a massage scheduled over the past 2 years and they have canceled because the employee was sick. 😡 I work two jobs so when I schedule a appointment its because thats the only time Im free for maybe 2-3 weeks. I had to cancel my membership because of this! I got a gift for Mothers Day to them and thought it was a gift so why not give them another chance. I get a call this morning saying my person called in sick for today and they cant get me for another 6 days and the time would be 7pm-9pm. Who gets a message that late?! If I schedule mine at 2:30pm then maybe you should try to get me in at another time close to that. Im so upset. There should be a discount or something for when someone cancels on you. Its not my damn fault theyre sick! Why should I suffer!

My experience with Hot Stone Massage has been EXCELLENT.My experience with 2 different Myofacial Release massage therapists, have been troubling. But the 2nd one probably did get a good psoas release & it took time to walk normally afterwards!

Funny when reading reviews recognized Tessa as the massage therapist who actually did a horrible massage a couple monthes ago saying how great the therapists who worked there were. Hmmmmm......Any positive review on this site is obviously an employee who is desperate. They are rude, unprofessional and unskilled and I have had massages many places all over the world and was not only disappointed but shocked at the level of fast food like service and professionalism and being pushed into trying to get me to sign a contract for more of that? Do yourself a favor and find a professional, you get what you pay for.

I have been coming to Massage Envy for years. My theraptists keep geeting better & better. Cody is outstanding! He is very skilled & knows to to make massages truly theraputic. I hope he never leaves! One thing I like about Massage Envy is the flexible hours - later evening times as well as weekends. Being a member helps keep the costs affordible. I highly recommend it if you need routine massage therapy like I do!

Donna, Maeve, and Bekah are amazaing massage therapists with healing hands and Taylor is a very knowledgeable esthetician who gives a great massage in the facial sessions! Just watch out for the sales pitch on your first visit!

If you think you are ever going to close your account, dont even open one! They will tell you that you have to use all your free massages, which apparently is a lie. They wont tell you that you have to provide written documentation asking to close your account. Messages wont make it to managers and they wont document everything, so they can continue taking your money until you finally close/change your credit card number. I dont know if every franchisee is the same way, but dont do business with the Massage Envy in Columbia, MO.

So redeculoiuis....charge me 45 for missing my first ever appointment when they told me it would be 25(50% of intro). Then rescheduled because I had a gift card went to.Then told me it would 60 for my next appointment of I scheduled same month. And turn around to tell me the day before it be 90.took my whole 125 gift card basically from one visit Total bs!

Products is suppose to be Medical grade but it was burning my face and skin was very irritated afterwards. You dont snap your fingers at someone like you training an animal to get them to do what is being askfor them. Manger is always never available to address any concerns.

This location continues to have problem after problem - they either get your appointment wrong or call and ask why you arent at your appointment - when youve CANCELED the appointment - they just dont check their voicemail. Obvious poor management when the consistent excuse is new employees or being short. Thankfully there are other locations - this one needs help!!
