First, Mario was very accommodating. I was in desperate need of a prenatal massage after my original appointment with a sepeterate therapist was canceled. He fit me into his schedule within 15mins of calling to inquire about availability.Second, I got to choose the music selection and the color in the room. I got to lay on my stomach for the first time in forever via the tummy hole in the table!Thirdly, the massage was not only relaxing but relieving. I had specific pains and areas that were talked about prior to the start and they were taken care of. He made sure to ask about restricted massage areas and they were avoided.Customer service was great! The massage was great! And the prices were more than reasonable, especially when compared to other professional places.Thank you!!

We did a couples massage two days ago. Massages were excellent! We both left feeling relaxed and less sore from our occupations. Both staff members were very professional. Only talked or asked questions when needed. They didnt over talk us. Which allowed us to fully enjoy the moment.

Brandi was my massage therapist. She is really good. I usually have a very hard time relaxing enough for a massage to be useful as I’m just a tense person. However, Brandi was very intuitive and helped me relax.

They charged a clients credit card and refused a refund despite their online system changing the scheduled time. They never answered the phone when calling and their voicemail was full. Maters Touch only responded to one email of 3 sent to them and never followed up to the email (see photo attached). A refund was requested prior to the wrongly scheduled service because they never confirmed the massage time. Unfortunate that it could have been resolved with a refund, but their response was to charge the customers account. Cant speak to their massages but their communication and refusal to refund is frustrating. Now we have to go through a chargeback with our credit card. As a business owner, if a client has a reasonable concern I always try to accommodate them. I believe the request for refund for services not rendered (and never confirmed online) is reasonable.For the owner who may respond to this: please provide an email of the confirmation of both massage appointments. If you do that, then you are justified in keeping the money. I believe you cannot do that because we never got any email confirmation for the 2nd massage that your system changed the time on. It was supposed to be 4pm, but was automatically switched to 5:30pm. The we requested 4:15pm, but was never approved on your end.We are just asking for a reasonable refund and will update this review accordingly.

Amazing first time experience. I definitely appreciated Mario’s patience and attentiveness throughout the session, and the frequent check ins were so important. He listened to my needs and concerns, answered my questions, and made sure to keep a comfortable atmosphere. He was very intentional in addressing a lot of the pressure points and problem areas I had, which helped me release a great deal of tension. My arms kept sliding off the table because of how loose they got 😂 but it was worth the experience for sure. 10/10 highly recommend!

Okay I have never had a massage before, so I dont have a lot to compare to. I got my massage with Brandi, and Ill say this, it was magical. It felt like I was going in and out of a dream state. Although my partner was really excited about the ordeal, I was definitely more on the nervous side. A couple minutes in, I felt very comfortable thanks to the kindness and expertise Brandi showed. The room was beautifully constructed, the music was relaxing, and the massage made me feel like I was a child again being tucked in front of a nice fire. Honestly, would have come back the next day if I could. 100% would come again. Easy 5/5 stars.

My mom throughly enjoyed her birthday massage with Mario. I can tell he did a really amazing job. The customer in the waiting room was also bragging on him before we even got to meet him! He also has a great personality and very welcoming! We will be back!

Aside from the professional way in which she handles her business, she truly does have a magic touch! My son has gained so much feeling throughout his body since she started working with him and has recently added cupping to her repertoire to get deeper into his muscles. She will adapt her massages to best benefit your needs because she is truly invested in helping her clients be their healthiest and feel their best. Mario and Darrell were awesome! My boyfriend and I decided to get massages last minute and they didnt have any times available for a couples massage, so we booked chair massages instead to just work on our backs. Darrell called me personally and said there was an issue with the online scheduler so they actually couldnt fit us in that day, so I asked about the rest of the week. He called me back after looking at the schedule and said he and Mario would make it work and fit us in just before they closed for the day! They went ahead and gave us table massages too and only charged us for chair massages since thats what we had scheduled. I had Darrell and he was great at helping with a strain I had in my neck. He used the perfect amount of pressure and focused on the problem areas. He was also super friendly and easy to talk to- retired Army vet! We will be back!

My wife & I went for a couples massage. She received a prenatal massage from Anitra & I had a massage from Brandi. Both were professional & provided an excellent environment. We would definitely recommend & plan to return as well.

I tried calling, texting, and sending a message through the website but have not been able to get in touch with them. Im trying to book a session for my brother and sister-in-law, so I paid on their website, but the website set up the wrong time after I paid. I will update this review once I get a hold of them, but for now, Im having difficulty getting in touch with them.Note: review was edited after the owners response. Will update it accordingly after the service is complete.Update: The times on the website reservation were still incorrect, and not confirmed on the business end. They processed the payment and wrote no show on the receipt. Im a bit frustrated by the way they process their appointments since they require payment upfront and then didnt confirm the correct times (and didnt even confirm the 2nd appointment ever, but still charged my card). I am trying to communicate with them to process a refund, and will update my review accordingly.

Me and my girlfriend decided to give this place a shot for our anniversary [sort of last min]… and what a great decision it was! We typically get couple massages from Massage Envys of the world, but they hardly have reasonable times nowadays [unless youre booking a month+ in advanced].However, Masters Touch was a wonderful experience from being greeted at the door, the type of music we requested to be played during our massages [ocean waves], to them recommending an entrée at the restaurant we were headed to following our massage [which was in fact delicious also!]We blindly requested Darell Thompson and Anitra Askew who did a great job with the massages. I highly recommend Masters Touch to anyone, and we will be back again.

He communicated well, respected my privacy, and remained professional at all times. Besides him being great, the massage he gave was even better! I went to get my end of the year massage from MT for the first time and oh my, this was literally the best massage I had ever had! Brandi was absolutely amazing!! Me and my girlfriend came in for a couples massage. It was my first ever massage and she has had many massages before. The room was nice and calm with relaxing music and nice lighting. From what she told me Mario did an amazing job and she has said multiple times that was the best massage she has ever had. It being my first massage ever, Darell used nice deep pressure on me and relieved a lot of pressure on my back and neck. He talked to me and explained a few things to help me through my first experience. At the end of the massage they gave us a nice warm towel rub around or neck and face which was one of mine and my girlfriends favorite parts. This exceeded my and her expectations by far. This morning I had an appointment at Master’s Touch Massage Therapy with Darell. I booked him for a stretch and when I say GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I felt relaxed after my stretch. It was VERY clean and the atmosphere so relaxing. He was professional and provided great service. I liked how we discussed the problem areas PRIOR to starting. This might have been the best massage Ive ever received! (and Ive had TONS over the years) Anitra gets 5 stars hands down! No, 6 stars! I felt so relaxed and my usual aches and pains disappeared for days after - my entire body felt healed, just a kind of euphoric wellness that emanated for a long time. Ive never experienced that before from a massage. Anitra is a healer, period. You could tell right away that she has a kind, open heart and she channels this through her hands into your massage.Everyone was very friendly and professional. The entire place smelled heavenly. The massage bed exceptionally comfortable, the music soothing. My only constructive criticism was the carpets looked like they could use replacing, and I would advise the owner to invest in some sound machines outside the massage rooms as sounds from downstairs carry up to the massage room. Mine was at the top of the stairs so it was a bit noisy at times. Still super relaxing and the best massage. I wanted to give 4.5 stars (because of the constructive criticism I mentioned) but that wasnt an option. So I would rate 4.5 for the facility and more than 5 stars for Anitras massage!

Upon entering, your temperature is taken, and you are directed to your room. The set-up is very lovely and quaint. Since this was my first time at the studio, Darell asked some general questions about pressure and any areas that bothered me. On to the massage... OMG heavenly. Darells technique is fantastic, and he used the right amount of pressure. He also checked in with me during the massage to make sure the pressure was okay. Oh, and the music was bomb. I enjoyed the playlist. My only regret is not finding out about Masters Touch and Darell sooner and booking more time during my session. I went to Masters Touch a month ago for the first time. I was able to get in quickly. I did not have to wait for my appointment once I arrived. My massage lasted a full hour. Walking into the place feels less like a business and more like a comforting, spacious, clean condominium or art studio.Mario, the massage therapist who did my massage was friendly, professional and attentive. I went in after having pain and tension in my neck/head/shoulders for some time to get relief. I have had professional massages before, which were pleasant, but I do feel his skills and abilities surpassed the therapists I have gone to in the past in relieving pain. He is very accurate and applies ample, steady pressure in areas where it’s needed. Most massage therapists in the past have paid minimal attention to knots, whereas he worked them out until they were loose. If i could give more stars i would. I will be going back and highly recommend Masters Touch.

Ive been in search for a great massage therapist for several years now. After being stationed in Hawaii-(where the massages are/were so amazing); I NEVER thought I would find another massage therapist like the one I had back there, ever again...well...UNTIL TODAY! Mario Parkers therapeutic massage was phenomenal!Where I currently reside, I had no interest of finding one in my area, as I wanted a massage therapist that could leave an ever lasting impact memory until my next upcoming session! In case youre wondering..I already booked my next upcoming session! Im sooo grateful to have FOUND him!!!Im a little picky on where I receive my massages as I suffer from a chronic multisystem disease..(i.e., Rheumatoid Arthritis and Brucitis, etc.); and Mario was able to manipulate some of my hot spot areas, that are highly sensitive to touch, by releasing tension in those areas!I literally was in tears approximately 2 days ago, as I have some compression discs in my C1-C2 area of my neck that was causing similar like symptoms of a tension headache. I also, have a herniated disc in my L5 area, so its really important to me that the massages I receive are from people who pays attention to detail on what I need and apply the right amount of pressure.If youre wondering if hes worth your money/time...I drove over 2hrs to come to him! This experience was absolutely fantastic, professional interaction prompt service. I received a 60 minutes massage this was a mistake I should have gotten the 90 minute it was magical. I felt absolutely amazing afterwards I had no pain at all. So when I got to Master Touch I was stiff and could barely move when I received my massage it actually improved my range of motion.

And (Smack my mother!!) guess what!?!? For a small service fee Mario came to my home, set up my loft... table, oils, music...perfect!!! 90 minute of In-House Heaven!When my massage ended, he actually educated me on the stress babies body go through while the are learning to roll, crawl and walk! He gave Penelope Maze a complementary itty bitty baby massage!!!! She was so mesmerized by Mario! Too Cute! He enlighten me also on pressure points to put her to sleep at night ... she went to sleep last night at 10 and woke at 7:45 a.m. (some of you guys already know that info was priceless!!) From the moment we walked in we were greeted professionally by Darell and the other therapist who would be taking care of us. Our session times was at 4pm and we started on time. Now, my wedding party all stated that they were WELL taken care of by their massage therapist but I can only speak on my service. I had Darell as my massage therapist and let me tell you all, WHEN you book, BOOK DARELL!!!!!! I put this on EVERYTHING you WILL NOT be disappointed. Now Idk if I got the bride special or if his massages are like this always but hunnnnyyyyy! I left out of there on cloud 9! Of course wedding planning and prep is STRESSFUL! I had a week long headache I was trying to shake before my big day Saturday and when I say Darell massage that headache AWAY! I am a resident of Charlotte NC and during my massage I was trying to plan when I will be able to come back and see DARELL!!!! Ive been bragging about him SINCE I left to anyone who would listen. From the moment I step into the room he took care of me professionally. He explained what would be taking place, answered any questions I had, and even set the room to my favorite color. The right music was playing and I promise the MASSAGE was BOMB! I wont go into detail about what all he did I PROMISE you HAVE to experience it yourself but I can say you will NOT be disappointed! I have had a professional massage before but NOTHING like what I experienced at Masters Touch Massage Therapy!!!! Once Darell was finished my sister asked if he took care of me and Darell stated he would leave that reveiw up to me. Soon as I came out the room I said IM COMING BACK!!!! Darrell is extremely professional and good with his hands. I was nervous my first time, but he made me feel extremely comfortable with being there. i will definitely be going back and recommending my friends to get there as well.

I had the LomiLomi Massage with Anita Askew. Literally the best message I’ve ever had, and I usually get massages about 3 times a year. She was very informative and went into detail about the importance of this type of massage and how it completely heals the body of toxins and connects us with the earth. Will be going back!

Disappointed with their services and communication. We were trying to book online, but the online service reservation system requires payment, then they never confirmed. Their response: charge us for payment despite their website showing the masseuse hadnt accepted the time slot. Plus the time slots on the website were changed on their end after payment.

My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary! It was absolutely amazing!! Mario and Brandi were very friendly and welcoming!! I would recommend everybody to come!! It was so relaxing and we’ll definitely be back when we get the chance!

The location is nice and the place is clean. The setting was calming and sweet smells in the atmosphere. Durell attended to all of my high tension areas and the pressure was perfect! I was so relaxed and he was so attentive the entire time. I really needed and enjoyed the service.

This was my first experience at Master’s Touch and it won’t be my last. Went in for a deep tissue massage, and I must say Darell did an awesome job. Had some issues with my back and shoulders, and after the massage I felt a whole lot better.
