My cousin and I are from out of town and we came in to Planet Vape to get a vape. Chinah was absolutely wonderful, polite, and super patient with us. She walked us through every flavor including the individual flavor profile of each vape. She’s such a sweet girl and very helpful. This has hands down been my best vape shop experience and we left super pleased with our flavors. Thank you Chinah for being amazing!!!

Very clean store with great looking products. Navo, the employee on shift, was able to answer all of my inquiries with ease and was extremely polite and honest. Great store and it has a points reward system as well.

Went to get the same brand juice I always get and when the guy rung it up he said it was $28 and some change for one bottle I asked him was he sure he said yes okay well keep it. That’s over ten dollars more than what it normally cost. Went to the store in Walmart shopping center and got two bottles for $36. Planet vapor is way overpriced

They sell good products here, but more importantly, they have great people here. I walked in today and presented to the staff a couple issues I had with my mod/tank, which had been bought elsewhere. They could have sold me a whole new setup, but instead they took the time to inspect my current setup. Sure enough they found the culprit, and sold me exactly what I needed to make it run properly.This type of customer service and attention to detail is what keeps customer coming back. I had plenty of questions, and not one went unanswered. Would recommend Planet Vapor to anyone around.

I love this place. They always have what I want. Zach is always here to help me out. He give out very go information about what’s in stock and sales. He also gave me some quotes on refillable vapes. Love the personality.

Me and my girlfriend love coming to this store not only for the great prices on juice, but for the very helpful staff; especially Jay. No matter the issue I’m having or whatever random mod I bring in, he knows something about it. He also always has a good attitude. I usually come in and need a lot of help, and when other customers come in he politely asks if it’s okay if he helps them, instead of just walking off when I’m not directly talking to him. Also I noticed whenever he’s working the store is especially clean. Everything is very laid out and easily accessible. Also shout out to Xavier for always being very friendly and helpful.

This location is my go to! Everyone knows what they are talking about and are very helpful! Zack is a cool guy and has helped me pick out some great flavors! Highly recommend! Great service! Great products! Great people!

Last Saturday I went into to the store to just grab a couple things. I saw CBD being advertised and I felt silly asking because I had no idea about it all, and was a little embarrassed of my ignorance. Krissy was helping me and answered all of my questions and even explained the dosage and how to use the product properly. Everyone there is always super friendly and helpful. I appreciated the exceptional customer service I was given last week. Thanks for always being awesome!

The guy who helped me out (Cody/Kody), was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He even helped me put my device together quickly and efficiently. Thanks guy! Overall, great service and friendly staff. The second trip in was to determine why my pen was not working properly. The guy was not very helpful and said the pen only needed to be charged and everything was working fine. After 2 days I returned to the store because the pen stopped working all together. Thankfully, I had a better experience with the staff and I will be going back.

By far my go to vape shop! Doesn’t matter which shop I walk into I am never disappointed in the quality of service I receive by the staff. House juices are always very affordable and flavorful, and the big name juices are always well stocked. Very impressed with the selection of mods, from beginner to advanced. Big shout out to DJ, Dylan, Steve, and Pearl.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Matt has previously helped pick out the right vape juices for me and was helpful and finding the right device. Had a problem with a device I bought recently and had no trouble resolving the issue. Definitely recommend Planet Vapor and they’re awesome staff!

Brad goes above and beyond every time I am in the store. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to assist me. I havent received good customer service like that in a long time. Hes top notch and so is that store!

Joshua served me this evening. Returned to the store to take advantage of the $5 discount I received via text. After telling him which vape I wanted, he started a sales pitch on another brand which he said had more flavor & more smooth for $3 more. I agreed to try it & then when I went to pay for it, price was more than $5 more. He told me there was something wrong in the system that wouldnt allow for me to take advantage of the $5 off. He said about a mth before I made a purchase, which was untrue. My bank app verified this. I asked him to just forget about it & to give me what I originally asked for. He pulled a diff brand & told me to open it to make sure it worked & started servicing another customer. When I realized that it wasnt the brand or flavor that I had asked for, I told him and asked if there was something he could do to fix it. He told me NO, I had already opened the pkg. I was obviously angered b/c of the time I spent to end up w/ something I did not want with no discount promised. I will be contacting mgr to have this rectified. I suggest skipping this store; unless he or the owner changes its belief that customer is always right. Smh

Im new to Vaping to quit cigarettes. The gentleman named Matt helped me out tremendously. We talked for about twenty minutes and he answered all my questions to find the right device for me. I will definitely go back there.

Been going here over a year. Great juice selection at reasonable prices. Great customer service. Only downside is not as many mod choices as some places but they truly do make up for that in every other way.

I have been vapeing for awhile now and have tried many different vape shops in the Columbia area, but none compare to Planet Vapor on Garners Ferry. It is not the merchandise or pricing which are great it is their employee Brad that makes it unbeatable. His knowledge and eagerness to help are amazing and because of this Planet Vapor will be the only vape shop I stop at. My only complaint is they give him days off.

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about their products. It did help that she was easy on the eyes and cute. She answered every question i had no matter how insane the question was. I learned alot today! So thank you.

I was totally illiterate when it came to vapors, but my dad loves them. I went to the location on Garners Ferry Rd, and they were so helpful, and my dad loves the unique flavors. They were so helpful that I think Im gonna get him another one for Fathers day! Thanks again for all the Great help!! 😁

I honestly love going here! The vibe from the moment you walk in to just talking to the staff is memorable in the best way. The staff are great with breaking down the products and helping you understand how things work and what fits you. I definitely recommend this place!

I very was unfamiliar/shy with what I was looking for but Chrissy helped me out and even shared funny stories of when she first started working here which made me feel so much better about my ignorance. I think it’s safe to say that I’ll become a regular soon!

My husband drives truck and we both vape so finding a vapor shop that is easily accessible for a big rig isnt always easy. Thankfully this place was within walking distance of a Walmart. The staff was friendly and very eager to help us with our vapor needs. We both walked out of there very happy customers. Will definitely shop here again.

Great shop, second location. Customer service like no other, they always try to help as best they can.The e-juices are also killer and they make their own juice. Since theyre first location open have not been anywhere else! Stop on by, it will be worth your time for sure.

Ive always received great customer service. Ive bought a vaporizer here and when I had an issue they were extremely helpful to resolve the issue, even though it was past their 30 day policy. The juice Ive bought has always been top shelf.

In my humble opinion these stores are WAY overpriced. I guess the customer is supposed to pay for the huge unused space in the stores. Tried the one off of I20 and the one on garners ferry. Decent juice, but just priced to high in this day and age.

Its beyond me how there is any bad reviews on this companys customer service. I travel all over the country and I often make a habbit of visiting vape shops on the road. most shops are missing the customer service side of the business. I was extremely suprised with how knowledgeable and helpful the employees where. they had me try many flavors and in the end they custom made me a blend just for my Atlantis. I dont typically review places but this one deserves it. keep it up guys!

Its actually a good place to get vape products, very friendly staff. But...the hours of operation are horrible. Seems like they never want to actually be open. Dont open till later in the day. Then even when they are open alot of times the doors are locked with a sign on the door that says theyre using the rest room....forever. so cant get there early...closed...or get there and wait outside for 30 minutes while the employee takes a dump.. theres another place across the street that is open before mid afternoon and someone is always there working...go there insted.

I got here at 10:07 Am on Tuesday. The sign says open from 10 am on Monday-Friday... The worker JUST showed up at 10:50Am... Very disappointed... Also, I went in when they finally opened the doors and I asked to try a vape and he said no they dont do that. As well as I have a account with them and he didnt put my purchase towards My account I had to tell him to go back and put it towards my account. Yeah I dont know if I will be coming back here again. Pissed off now...

Ive been vaping for a little over 6 years. Things have changed a lot since I first began. It used to be that vape stores would go out of their way to make a sale. Anyways I suppose those days are gone, and it is apparent here at Planet Vapor.All I wanted was a juice blended at 60% PG and 40% VG since I use cartomizers, and high levels of VG dont play well with them. The young lady at the counter refused to do it, and the bearded fellow tried his best to convince me that I was wrong.I know you guys are big on selling tanks, and thats fine. However do realize there are many of us who do not use those things, and we may need a more traditional blended juice. Once you folks figure that out, I might return. Until then, you have lost all business and referrals from me.
