I have been going here for literal years. The staff and customer service has always been extraordinary. No matter what day you go in its amazing. Also to include the best variety in the area. So if youre thinking about going in stop second guessing yourself!

I called on 4/20 because I was looking for a job and asked professionally « I was wondering if you or anyone there would know if you are hiring » and the lady rudely responded with « do you know what today is??? » and I was like yeah I do and she responded with « yeah I’m having a huge sale today so yeah I’m not hiring » so I’m assuming this is a manager and this was not the way to handle this interaction. I can only imagine how the employees are treated by this person.

This place should be a destination. An eclectic and carefully curated collection of unique items. The people who work there are very knowledgeable, and as nice as they can be. Well worth the time.

First time in the store, Q was very helpful. He gave me more insight on the companies selling the specific products I was browsing. Doesnt feel cramped like other shops. Open space, chill environment. 5/5!

The gentleman that helped me with my purchase was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had and was very polite. He even got something down from a wall display that I wanted that was the last one with that design on it. My ticket says he name was Jack. So job well done Jack. Ill definitely be back cause of Jack.

At this point, theyre a local staple of the alternative scene. Been going here for a decade or so now and Ill gladly say Ive never been disappointed by the staffs recommendations or the products available here.

I shop here for the awesome staff and large selection. Every single time I come in, I am greeted and someone comes to me and asks if I need help. Every. Single. Time. If they are busy it might take a minute but someone will take the time to come find you. They have one of the largest selections of pipes Ive seen recently. Great place! And now they take cards which eliminated the only reason I didnt make them the first place I went.

Great staff with a wide selection of products and even cool board games and other merchandise that may interest non-smokers as well. The store layout is very neat and organized. This is a go-to smoke shop! Prices are reasonable and they finally got card readers! This is the only shop in the area that I know of that has a rewards program available which is so nice for someone who makes frequent trips to head shops.

Absolutely love this place. Not only do they carry the hard to find items, but they are a lot cheaper than any other local vape shop. The staff is great and knowledgeable about their products and they have a wonderful YouTube channel. If you are in the Columbia area, this is a MUST VISIT.

I LOVE this shop! I was just here a few days ago while in town & picked up some schtuff. EVERYONE there is super friendly, willing to help, and explain products you are not knowledgeable of but are thinking of purchasing. There are great gift ideas here as well! Used movies in case in really good condition for cheap, and if you like Star Wars or Rick & Morty, or ANYTHING comic related- they’ve got you. - I purchased zombie (rubber) duckies for my (now) 17 year old son, and he still has them & loves them! Gotta be 18 to enter, so buy those kids all the cool things that you loved!

Always enjoy going to Seven Sense they always have really cool stuff and friendly staff. Got my minion clip and a candle. Will have to try their next time and go back for minion friend.

Great store with a HUGE variety of choices for whatever you need ! Customer service is ABOVE AVERAGE and they don’t try to upsell you. Awesome novelty/smoke shop. It had a huge variety of items to peruse and a knowledgeable staff. Lots of collectors items, pipes, and things you wouldnt find in many other stores. Was easy to access off the main road and very professional.

This place is pretty great. It has a lot of great geek and nerd merchandise. It has nostalgia stuff as well. Video games and consoles for older consoles. The staff is pretty nice to. Im not a fan of drugs and a lot of shops well sell smoking paraphernalia and advertise for tobacco use only but everyone knows the drift. So its a pretty cool retro nerd comic shop with cool stuff and stuff for stoners and tobacco or vape users. They sell piercings to. They have a turtle that randomly roams the store to.

My favorite store in all of Columbia. The staff always have a smile and ready to help. And the Batgear? SO MUCH BATGEAR!!!! My inner child screams in this store

Over the years the selection has improved but still but overally lacking in their custom glass selection. Most of their items can be found at other similar shops. Where they do separate themselves is with their unique selection novelty items and memorbilia (shirts, posters, classic movies, incents, etc).The staff is either hit or miss. Some are more than willing to help while others have tendency to hide behind the counter for you to seek out their help. Same goes for how knowledgeable they are. Some staff can be very helpful while with others I find myself knowing far more about the products than they do.My biggest gripe with Seven Sense is they do not accept debit cards. May seem like a minor inconvenience to some, as there in an atm in the building. For me personally, it has caused me to take my business to establishments with more conventional transactions. Doesnt make sense to only accept cash at a retail business in 2017. Quite frankly comes off as a shady practice.

I was normally very happy with this place until last week. The cash only is a pain because the ATM charges $2+ just to use it. I go in to by 2 coils, I watch the guy cut 2 sealed coils off a pack of 5. I then ran out to my car for cash and paid and left.When I got home the bag contained 1 sealed coil and 1 coil was unsealed in a small plastic bag with a 7sense sticker on it. Under the sticker was another sticker for a belly ring. I have no idea where this coil came from because the 2 the guy cut were connected. Kind of shady if you ask me. I had no other coils on a Sunday so used it....as soon as I took the first pull it tasted burnt. I will not be back if this is their practices, preferred customer or not.

Nice selection and good prices. I wouldnt buy any large pieces here, but for the smaller things its great. Much of the stuff they sell is from the flea market.

Do not shop here. They do not have public restrooms. You want to take my money, but not allow me to use the restroom. Take your money to other shops. I would have given it zeros stars if I could have. Shame on the OWNER of this store who is asking his workers to inform paying customers of this.

Always something new. Friendly staff, management truly cares about customers. Willing to answer any and all questions. Only place I know that throws parties for the customers
