Woodhouse Spa - Polaris

This was a very nice pedicure! I did the Farmhouse specialty pedicure for $80 with SHANNON. Started with 30 min in the relaxation room because I arrived early! I definitely recommend. I could have had tea, coffee, water, wine, mimosa etc .. By the time I was taken back I was already relaxed. I asked for a warm weighted neck pillow and robe to keep the chill off. She expertly cut and filed my nails and did cuticles, callous treatment, and salt scrub. Then oils with hot stone. The massage chair helped relax all of me. I spent 15 more. Minutes in the relaxation room to dry. I definitely recommend!!!

My experience at Woodhouse Spa was top notch. The service and the staff were so sweet and kind. After an extremely rough last few weeks for me personally, they all went above and beyond to deliver a memorable experience. Passion is incredible in her art and I can’t wait to come back for more!

This spa was phenomenal! We came here during our girls trip. Very relaxing and calm aura. Most importantly clean. Jay did an amazing job with my massage. Never felt so relaxed. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend to friends !

I took my future sister in law here last weekend with the rest of the bridal party ( 4 women total) as the matron of honor and paid the entire bill which was extremely expensive (almost 1,000). While the service was great, after paying and leaving the spa, I received a phone call from the front desk advising me that one of the bridesmaids selected a polish dry or something to that effect that did not come with the manicure (I was in the massage area so I had no idea what they were referring to) and they were going to charge my credit card an extra $20!!! AFTER ALREADY SPENDING ALMOST $1,000 and leaving each person a 20 % tip. I was in shock. I even said that. After a few seconds of silence and realizing they were not going to budge on this fee, I realized NEVER AGAIN. I have never left a review for any spa before but for this one, I felt others needed to know. So after already paying, you may get a call advising of some additional charge. As a former business owner myself, there are times when you simply bite the bullet. This would have been one of them. $20 or negative review and 4 ladies on social media.....hmmmmm

We did our first couples massage for our 36 wedding anniversary. The 2 young men that did our massage were very caring and wonderful. This is a very clean and calming place. Thank you again !

We brought our clients in for an appreciation celebration. The staff treated us wonderfully. Jordan gave a great massage. I received a very thoughtful facial from Marissa. And Trinh’s manicure was impeccable. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is friendly, professional, and they want to make sure you have a great experience.My gel nail polish; however, started chipping by day four...disappointing. I wont use their nail services again.

Lynn gave me a lovely deep tissue massage. I had a glass of champagne before and after my service, sitting in the Quiet Room. They have water, tea and snacks too, if you’d like.

I really enjoyed my .50 minute Deep Tissue Massage today at Woodhouse Spa 💯Javon was exceptional working out every tensed area on my body. I definitely would recommend this spa!

This is now my… 4th or 5th time going to the Woodhouse. My first experience was amazing- zero complaints. This review is for my most recent visit on 11/18.The Woodhouse has a lovely facility. I really enjoy the aesthetic of the quiet room and the retail shop is a super cute set up. They sell the most lovely and luxurious robes in there- I bight one w few years ago and love it!I will say I find them to be overpriced for the level of service I received yesterday for a dermaplane facial. I was grateful for the last- minute appointment but I found my facial to be just basic. No steam, products applied so lightly I wasn’t sure anything was being done, a very lackluster arm massage… It just wasn’t worth the $180 price tag (this doesn’t include a tip)And I’ve had many facials in my day at this price point and higher. It was just kinda… okay.Also they have this lovely, inviting quiet room where they request you keep it down. But no one seems to care, as it was extremely loud in that room. People were talking and laughing like they were at the bar. I begrudge no one for having a good time but if you’re looking to relax peacefully, the chatter and noise can definitely take you out of your zone.I will say all of the staff was kind, professional, and attentive. But I feel like the Woodhouse’s inflated prices are mainly due to the relaxation area. And I’d be fine with that if I could actually relax in there.

One of my favorite places in the entire world! With a husband, 3 adult-ish children, 2 elderly parents and a full time job, I especially appreciate the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful music and “Quiet Room”. Highly recommend.

A couple of weeks before running my first half-marathon, I went in for an 80 minute sports massage with Lynn. She personalized the service by addressing both my tight running muscles and helping work out the muscle spasms in my back that were bothering me. On my next run I was looser and able to run faster. I successfuly completed the half marathon and ended up running it faster than any of my training runs - I truly believe this was, in part, due to Lynns excellent care in helping me reset before race day! The Polaris location is always very relaxing and all the staff efficient and kind. I will definitely be returning for post-race care!

I just want to say I had Trish and she is amazing!! I didn’t know the cost of my massage because my husband booked it for me and a friend. And so I didn’t tip her as much as I should have 😔 she did such an amazing job. Guys she’s truly awesome. I have never had a my legs and feet rubbed so good!! Thank you Trish for you’re amazing massage! Also the place is so soothing and we stayed for like an hour or more after just relaxing and talking because it was so beautiful and relaxing.

I would like to begin by saying my experience at Woodhouse Spa was excellent. I chose a Mens facial, which I get about once every 5 years, and felt very refreshed and relaxed afterwards.However, I brought in a gift card that I had in my possession for some time and the staff was unable to find it in their system.After several phone calls back and forth with the manager, I was told it was a gift card from many years ago offered as a new homeowners promotion. I was offered no discount as a result.The price of the facial was $160 which I thought was pretty steep considering I received no discount with my gift card.I just feel like some sort of discount shouldve been offered as a courtesy given that I would not have chosen their spa or even scheduled a facial without it.

My husband and I got a couples massage from Brittany & Stephanie and it was AMAZING!!!! My husband got a deep tissue from Stephanie and I got a body balance massage from Brittany and they both were very professional and great at what they do. The facility is so calming, peaceful, and clean. The staff was very polite and professional. Upon arrival we were directed to the changing rooms and provided with robes and slippers. The charging rooms were so nice and clean and had bathrooms and private lockers for our belongings. We were then offered wine, champagne, and mimosas while we sat in the very peaceful quiet room to wait for our massages to begin. After our massages we werent rushed out of the spa, instead we were offered another glass of wine and we sat in the quiet room until we were ready to get dressed and leave. We will definitely visit again and request the services of Brittany and Stephanie!!!! I recommend this place and will recommend this place to everyone!!!

My mother and I visited this place for a pedicure, facial and massage. The spa itself is very warm and welcoming with a relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist was sweet and welcoming and made us feel right at home. I had Justin as my masseuse. He was very kind and I felt very comfortable with him. By the time my massage was over I felt like butter! So relaxing. The facial and pedicure were absolutely amazing! The ladies were friendly and attentive explaining everything that was asked of them. There was absolutely nothing about this experience that we didn’t love! Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

I dont have enough words to describe how amazing my experience was. I work at Honda therefore Im always on my feet and because of the process that I work on I sometimes have to bend over; a massage and a pedicure was exactly what I needed. Adam did my massage and I feel sooo relaxed, it was a miracle that I didnt fell asleep. Honestly he was amazing, all the knots in my back are gone, and my neck doesnt feel stiff. Tori did my pedicure and I just have 3 words: NO MORE PAIN. It also helps that the color that I selected looks AMAZING, but honestly I could have sat in that chair another hour and it still wouldnt be enough. It felt so short because it was sooo good.If I could I would go every month.!!One thing that I would like to suggest is, it would be nice to have nature sounds playing while getting a massage. I feel like it would make the experience 100 times better.Thank you, and I hope to come back soon.!!! ❤️❤️❤️

While I enjoyed my service, and my nail tech. I had an old gift card. There was no expiration date on the gift card so I thought I could use it. Turns out it was old and they wouldn’t honor it. I asked for a reasonable discount (10%) since there was no expiration date on the card. I was offered some cheap kit (with sample body wash, gel etc) and told no. Had they honored my request for a discount, I would have considered going back but now do not plan to do so.

The Woodhouse Spa on Polaris provides an overall excellent experience. From the first step inside an aroma begins to set the tone of relaxation. I recommend arriving early, taking advantage of putting on a fluffy spa robe and sitting in the quite room with a relaxing beverage before your spa appointment. Each massage I’ve had, all with different therapists, has been excellent. The environment is clean, beautiful and relaxing. Easily a 5 star experience!

Was gifted a relaxation massage, exfoliation, and bath for Father’s Day. I typically get a massage one or twice a year on special occasions, and usually frequent Penzone. However, after this experience, I prefer Woodhouse. Thier atmosphere, amenities, and aesthetic is more conducive to what you’d expect from a relaxation spa. The therapist was professional, communicative, and friendly. They provide a superset changing room, lockers, showers, and refreshments that really add to the experience. I recommend Woodhouse, and will opt for their services again in the future.

This was my second time here at the wood house, which my first experience was phenomenal, I was not satisfied with this visit, my massage therapist smelled like cigarettes, it made it very hard to relax and enjoy the service. She applied very little to no pressure, she did not offer water at the end of my service. I spent almost $500 on a couples massage and they accommodated me only $20 off my service. Poor experience!!

Uhm, not going to tell you who to go to lest their unavailability increase for ME, lol. But the calm room is top notch and service is always with a smile. My first experience at this location, the Vichey massage went cold after 10 minutes, so that was a bummer but THIS service more than made up for it. Grab the Meditative Soak, 80 minutes while you can!

Went to Woodhouse once I was provided with a gift card. Reserved a massage, and did not realize it was 350! Upon request, I asked to not have a deep tissue, I dont like the soreness the next day. The masseuse continually pressed hard throughout out the massage. I was extremely sore the next day. The young lady at the front desk was also very cold, and not welcoming. I will not return, the atmosphere was just perfect though. Some of the employees need communication training!

Beautiful spa, I had an amazing experience. I got the Lazy Days Renewal Ritual body treatment with Evan. It was one of the most relaxing services I’ve ever had. Evan was amazing!!! I also receive a pedicure after which was also relaxing.The spa itself is very clean and well kept.This would be great for large groups of people (wedding party, birthday, etc.) or just by yourself.Can’t wait to go back!

The whole experience was marvelous, from check in to check out. The woman who took me back and got me settled was very helpful, your robes and slippers are super comfortable, and your locker system is pretty neat. I also definitely appreciated the complimentary mimosa!Ive gotten standard massages at other places but really wanted to treat myself this time, which is why I picked the woodhouse escape experience.Adam did such an amazing job, it was one of the most relaxing massages Ive had in a long time. I definitely felt like he got some stress knots out of my shoulders, and by the time he was done my body felt like jelly from being so relaxed.I would definitely recommend Adam/the Woodhouse/ the woodhouse escape for anyone who wants to treat themselves. Totally worth it!

I LOVED my experience at woodhouse spa! I received a gift certificate from my husband for my birthday, and decided to use it towards the 80-minute deep tissue massage and a pedicure. Immediately upon check-in, you get changed into a comfy robe and shoes and spend time in the quiet lounge with a beverage of your choice. My massage was amazing, she did a great job really pinpointing specific areas I needed attended to, and my pedicure was awesome. Overall a beautiful oasis with great service. Miss Passion knows what she’s doing!!Go to Her if you want that PRESSURE.The three breaths , idk it does something positive to your spirit before the massage.This was a great first time experience here. I enjoyed my bathrobe , the big flip flops , atmosphere,mimosas and my favorite trial mix. 12 ft ceilings definitely make you smaller and more relaxed in the quiet room.The shower was dope too. My husband and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary yesterday here, and thoroughly enjoyed the couples massage!!! Javon was my masseuse and provided an AMAZING deep tissue massage that hurt so good - if you like deep pressure massage, then you know exactly what I am talking about!!! The ambience was soothing and we felt totally pampered. We will be back!!!

Great experience getting pedicures. My friend and I laughed our heads off chatting with the ladies doing our nails. They were so personable and fun and the whole spa is very plush and relaxing.

Courtney is an excellent masseuse and I highly recommend her for massages. I did not enjoy the vischeys shower because it was really uncomfortable lying in the sand grit. I love to try new things but won’t be doing this one again, haha. But Courtney was great! I will def be back for another massage from her!

Loved the girls in the nail department. My pedicure was very nice. The spa appeared very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Concierge could’ve been more attentive but overall a good experience, I’ll be back for sure.

DO NOT go here for manicure or pedicure services. Very disappointed by the quality of my mani-pedi, especially for the price. Ive had way better mani-pedis for half the price. For a spa I expected it to be way better. Didnt even get cuticles trimmed, lotion, or oil for my manicure, let alone a hand massage. The woman who did my mani-pedi was very kind and I enjoyed talking with her, but the services quality was not there. I will not be returning for any kind of service based on this one and only visit Ive had here. The girls at the front desk when checking out were not the most friendly either, and acted like I was bothering/disrupting their conversation when I walked out to pay. Very very disappointed today to say the least.

Very relaxing, calm environment, staff is focused on your satisfaction. Would recommend to anyone. The hydro facial was amazing. Beautiful faculty feels like you are in a a well taken care of, comfy home, very hospitable.

By far the worst service I have ever had. Wasn’t told about pricing for the 30 min I would be there before the service. Also got finished with the massage before my time was up. Ladies at that front desk were terrible. One specifically was very rude and had no understanding of my situation and spoke on it. Also the phone call I received after my visit didn’t fix anything and she was also very rude.

Very professional staff, courteous, and respectful! Would highly recommend their services. Bought the classic spa package for the wife and she couldnt have been happier! She will be back again :)
