Easy Garden Relaxation

I moved to town recently and decided to give Easy Garden a try-- Ive been back 3 times now and its the best massage I have ever had! I do the 90 minute, which allows for plenty of time to focus on all my tension points, including a generous amount of time on my feet. I feel like I have new feet. Love this place!

Fantastic therapeutic level massage received at Easy Garden Relaxation behind the Whole Foods on Lane Ave, a mile or so from Northwest corner of O.SU. campus. Shared that neck was tight, and carrying a lot of tension in my back. Was treated to a vigorous deep tissue 60 minute plus intense massage. The masseuse worked hard, really putting her heart into it. Included a bit of hot stone work. Highly recommended- without reservation.

The massage experience here is so so so good. We did a couples massage that was on Groupon, which I’ll start giving as a gift as well. They are STRONG. The moment a knot I’ve had for months was finally dissolved felt like I’d been reborn! Highly skilled and friendly, I will definitely come back for more and to fill up my new punch card. Also, great prices for services. Be sure to bring cash for a tip!!

Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had. My husband and I did a couples massage and were well taken care of. Was asked which pressure limit I wanted and received hot stones, hot packs, and a foot massage. It was a peaceful and private environment. We will be coming here again!

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I love this place is tucked away in a plaza so it’s generally quiet (unlike other places in malls, etc).My wife and I get couples massages pretty routinely at new places and this was by far one of the top. Her wanting medium pressure and me having deep tissue was perfect. We feel brand new and refreshed. We will be back! :)

My husband and I got a 60 min massage from this place. It was small but quiet, comfortable, and smelled good inside. My massage was good! And my husband enjoyed his as well. My favorite part was the heated stones. I gave them 4 stars because even though my husband did tip them, after spending $120 on our massages. I felt like the cashier was expecting even more. Like the tip he gave wasnt good enough. They took cash only for tips after we paid with a card. So he gave him all the cash he had, which was $10. But oh well. At least we gave something.

My old massage parlor sold about 2 years ago and Ive been on the search for a new place to visit on a regular basis. I have finally found it. Amy did an amazing job today! They were very friendly and professional. Its been a long time since Ive had such a great deep tissue massage. Thanks again Amy, Ill definitely be back.

Massage was great and staff was friendly! Great prices too.4 stars because of the environment… its inside an indoor mall, and its just partitioned off inside, so you can hear everything going on around you. Hard to relax. There were kids running and screaming in the halls, and other customers talking loudly with the cashier.

She is very good massage therapist! I try to go there every time I can! I suggest this place every one in Columbus. Every time i call try respond me fast and kindly!

Amazing massage! The staff are very professional and great at what they do. The couples massage is a lovely experience that leaves you feel calm and relaxed. My body felt so relieved after. They use lotion, oil, and hot stones. The rooms are clean and organized. They add a few romantic details for the couples massage. It’s kind of hard to find, it’s tucked away in the back of the little plaza on lane. Go a few minutes early so you can find it. Enter in the door with the big shoppes sign above. I have went twice now and will continue to return.

Got a wonderful n’ relaxing experience. In the cozy and clean environment I was enjoying real impressive deep tissue and getting rid of last week fatigue. I got refreshed having an hour’s body work.

Really excellent massage, the only annoying thing is that they really are more of a cash establishment or Zelle. If you pay with a credit card here they have a processing fee, I had a 90 min massage and this was close to $10.I would definitely come back here. It was easy to find an appointment via text. The location itself is inside the Shops on Lane mall building. It doesnt have an exterior door or signage from the parking lot. Inside it was easy to find looking at the store numbers.They were very thorough, I initially booked 60 min body, then added 30 min foot massage onto it. It was wonderfully relaxing. The hot stones were great, and my hard/firm pressure preference continued through the whole massage.Another tip, when you enter the private room- just go ahead and undress and get on the table. They take the details about what you are looking for that day after you are situated. It was a little unclear when I was first shown my room.I am looking forward to returning!

This place is amazing! The best massage I have ever gotten in America! I struggle with shoulder and back pain especially being a bedside nurse. He took his time and got into my shoulders and back. Hot stones at the end were an amazing relaxing touch! Then she came in and massaged my face and stretched me! I feel like a brand new human! I will forever be coming back here! This was my first time and they were so welcoming and gave me water to hydrate after! Got to check them out

Not the place to go for a chair/sitting massage. The chairs are partially broken so they dont adjust correctly and it makes for a very uncomfortable experience. Massage itself was kind of meh, as well.

We loved our experience at Easy Garden Relaxation. I had been there once on my own, and my husband and I came in for a 30-minute couples massage yesterday after work. Its so nice that they offer evening hours. The masseuses are very kind, talented and responsive, and we especially enjoyed how they incorporated hot stones into the experience. We definitely will be back!

We went in for a couples massage and left feeling so relaxed! They take such good care of their clients and I told them of a spot I am still recovering from a procedure and they were so careful throughout the entire hour! We will definitely be returning here for another massage!

The husband and wife who own this small place are very friendly, there is a language barrier but I didn’t find it to be an issue. The place is difficult to find, look for Vio MedSpa and there is a door next to it, enter the building. This was a great massage and would definitely return!

The place is little difficult to find but once we did we were in for a treat! One full body massage for my friend and one half full body / half reflexology for me. It is a simple place but very clean and comfortable. The masseuses were thorough and checked in about the pressure they were applying. Hot stones, towels and bean bags were added bonuses! Excellent value for the price. Check them out!!

Great experience here with our couples massage. The hot stones, and hot bags were the best part but the whole massage was great. I left feeling extremely relaxed and ready to enjoy the rest of my day! The masseuses were really kind and intuitive.

My partner and I had a Groupon for a 50 minute combo massage and it was wonderful! I didn’t realize they would use hot stones, and it was a very pleasant surprise :) The hot stones were probably my favorite part! The owners are very talented at what they do. I also really appreciated that they checked up on us every now and then and asked if the pressure felt good. Will definitely come back 🥰

First time visit, and one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My partner bought us a couple’s massage for my birthday. It was his first massage and my first after many years away from the table. Needless to say, I’ll be back. It was WONDERFUL. So relaxing. So thorough. A nice mix of relaxation and trigger point/fascia massage. 5 stars, easily. I’m so relaxed lol

Amazing experience. You can pay for more fancy locations and extra candles, but you won’t get a much better massage than at this place. Relaxing and deep enough to work on tough spots, with heated stone massage too! Just fantastic.

Can a massage be described as detail-oriented? This place is family- and locally- owned, the customer service is amazing (in spite of a language barrier), and in just 2 massage sessions, they totally eliminated my persistent lower-back pain!!So I booked a massage with them through Groupon, as Id been having some pretty severe lower-back pain for 5-6 weeks. I could tell it was a strained lumbar muscle but no matter how much I stretched, strentghened, or rested, I could not get the pain to stop. I was hoping a massage would help or at least feel nice, but since the pain had been so persistent, I wasnt exactly optimistic. Especially since the marketing seemed more relaxation-oriented and spa-like than therapeutic, but I figured I could tell the person doing my massage about the pain to see if they could focus on it.When I arrived, I quickly discovered that it was a small hole-in-the-wall place operated by a Chinese couple that didnt speak much English. We used phone translators to communicate a little bit, but I decided it would be too difficult to try and explain the pain I was having, and that I should just relax and enjoy (I have a little bit of social anxiety, and constantly worry about being difficult).Suprisingly, it only took a few minutes for the gentleman doing my massage to pinpoint what was wrong and he ended up focusing the rest of the massage on the affected muscles, then performed some body manipulation and stretching. He checked in regularly to make sure I was doing ok. I left feeling about the same as when I got there. Maybe actually a bit more tender.Afterward, he used google translate to explain I had a lumbar strain (which I had figured out) and that it would require 3-4 more sessions to resolve, and recommended coming back in 3 days.I woke up the next morning with noticeably less stiffness and pain. The morning after the 2nd session, I woke up with NO PAIN, and it didnt come back. I still had some stiffness and soreness in surrounding muscles that had been compensating for the lumbar strain, so I went back for the 3rd, and feel brand new. I mean, literally could barely bend over far enough to touch past my knees and now I can almost touch my toes again!!The day before my 2nd appointment, my husband pulled something in his shoulder, so I texted them to schedule him a massage at the same time as mine. They were able to squeeze him in, and he had the same experience--the therapist doing his massage quickly identified and focused on the affected area, and his mobility was back to normal almost immediately after we left.Im recommending them to EVERYONE I KNOW. I also love the very casual, quiet atmosphere. Dont let the humble appearance of the place fool you--they are absolute experts and will give you the best (and probably least expensive) massage of your life.Also, they are super nice and were very excited and encouraging when I tried to practice my very limited Mandarin with them. I like them so much Ive started brushing up on it for future visits!

They were very kind but my experience was a lot different than the comments. There were bugs flying around, they give you a towel to cover with not a blanket, and theres no music or privacy. I dont think the man has any clue what he is doing. They had Suave lotion and whats worse is he didnt use any so his hands were dry and Ive never experienced a massage that rubs you actual butt very uncomfortable not to mention I asked 3X for a neck and shoulder massage. Also he stopped my massage and answered his cell phone. I do not recommend if youve ever experienced an actual massage before.

The massage itself is decent, but its the most annoying massage Ive had. The person giving me the massage also takes appointments, so their phone was constantly going off full volume, which they answered at full volume, and then paused the massage to go schedule several times. The 2 people working there also talk to each other at full volume during the whole massage. Very annoying.

The Massage was ok it was during my service that got a two the girl who did my massage literally got on the massage table with me and had her private area on my freaking head then when I told her this was unpleasant unprofessional and rude her and the other person laughed and was like oh oh like this mess was funny. I will not be back!!!

We used a Groupon special for couples. Very clean and accommodating environment. The use of heated stones and towels was my wifes favorite. The language barrier was no problem. They are nice, hard working individuals. We will return and probably do some shopping next time. Maybe even grab a bite to eat. Very nice location.

Great experience on my first visit. Really took time and expended great effort to work out issues with my lower back.Communication is sparse with English not being their first language. They have Google translate and once your going not much communication is needed (or desired) anyway.I hope they fix the website and make it possible to book appointments online. I just showed up and got right in though so its a great option if you need help NOW like I did. Its hidden a bit inside the little strip of stores there on Lane but Maps will guide you there.

I woke up yesterday in so much pain and barely able to lift my arm due to a severe muscle spasm in my trap,shoulder,neck and peck muscle. It was even worse today. I gave Easy Garden a call. I was a bit confused when they said call back, I didnt understand. I did call exactly at 10am on the dot though. They texted me and asked what kind of massage I needed, for how many people and for how long. I told them exactly what I needed and that Id be there right quick. The place is a bit hard to find because its in a mall inside of a shopping center. Its quiet, pleasant, relaxing and the gentleman who greeted me was professional. There is a language barrier, but that is overcome by doing the Google translate on their phone. Just speak slow and clear. Next, the masseuse was very pleasant and professional as well. She kept asking if I was ok, if the pressure was ok. At one point we needed to translate an issue of where I couldnt be touched or how deep the pressure couldnt be due to past spinal surgeries. She was a very lovely lady and did a great job! I had a huge knot that she was able to relieve, which let me work my 10.5 hour shift today as a waitress. I will be coming back, and Ive already told several others if this place.

One of the best and most affordable massages I’ve ever had. $15 for 15 minutes of bliss. Wang and his wife are excellent at what they do. Have your translator handy though, as they primarily speak Cantonese.

Very popular during the weekends, appointments are definitely required! The environment is very clean and relaxing, sheets will be changed for every customer. An VIP experience from start to finish — definitely coming back here every month now. Highly recommend the full body massage, its heavenly.You need to make a reservation in advance, and sometimes you have to wait a little on weekends; the environment is clean and new towels are provided for each guest. There are both male and female masseurs in the store, and their hands are strong and not sloppy. From now on, I will come here every month for a full body massage to tone my muscles and bones ☺️

After a 60-minute full-body massage, the previous fatigue and soreness completely disappeared! I have never felt so refreshed in my life. It is very comfortable and I will come back again in the future!
