Massage Envy

This massage envy sucks!!!! I booked a session online and drove over and they said the therapist is no longer available…what a joke then why can’t you call me ahead instead of me driving over there….and is the online system just useless for booking? I have been to different massage envy locations in Dublin, Hilliard and Powell and this one is just particularly bad. The front desk person gave me an attitude too for not having a therapist for my appointment. Way to go to provide service to your customer. I will never come back to this location.

I have had multiple great experiences at this location. The staff are all super nice to work with. The facility is super clean and the environment is very relaxing.

My experience at this location was unpleasant. The person who was to give me a massage was rude when starting. She said I didnt fill out my form on what areas to work on, then within seconds actually told me them. Next, she told me she was going to explain the dress code policy to me again (hadnt ever explained it to me a first time).She said she would be doing a relaxation massage. I declined and said I wanted much more pressure, like a regular massage. She agreed to this. As we started, I asked her 3 times for more pressure. My 3rd time was after she rested her hand on each leg for a few minutes without doing anything. (At this point, the massage consisted of just light strokes along my skin with no massage ) This is when she informed me she only does light pressure. I asked to stop and then went to the front desk to ask for a refund or credit.The girl at the front desk was hesitant to help me. She said she couldnt do it and would need to get in touch with someone else at a later time. I asked if she could call the manager as I was barely in the room and did not get an actual massage. Then she agreed to do it.Once this became more of an ordeal to even have cooperation, I said I wanted a refund vs a credit. The girl did call the manager and I could make out her side. It was agreed that a refund would be issued and that the manager (Reagan) would take care of it that night.This did not happen. A charge of over $90 still went through. I called the next day in the afternoon and left a message as nobody answered the phone.After not receiving a call back and needing to head out of town, I decided to stop by and check on what was happening. The manager was visiting with another employee at the front desk. (No customers to be seen)The manager shared she was busy with a consultation and couldnt do a refund without my card (of course no phone call to tell me this). She said she was busy and apologized for not getting back to me. While Reagan did apologize many times and shared with me (as did the other girl from the day before) there were multiple issues with this massage therapist and a meeting was already scheduled to talk about some issues, I felt frustrated that no effort was made to actually do a refund.It is a day later and even though my card was scanned, no refund has been issued.

Brian was awesome. Strong, firm hands made for a great deep tissue massage. We had a lot of nerdy interests in common so great conversation as well. I wish he had more availability!

I stopped in at the Bethel Road Massage Envy to get some assistance on getting a refund for when I was wrongly charged for a service that should have been taken out of my membership. It was from several months ago. It was the front desk worker’s mistake when she charged my credit card rather than taking from my membership account. The front desk worker at that time was rude and ordered me to leave the premises when I tried to explain to her the error. She threatened ti call the police if I didn’t leave without the issue being taken care of. I politely left after getting the name and phone number of the manager. That manager was contacted and said that she would credit the account but never did. That employee is no longer working there, nor is that manager. I was delighted that Ren, the current manager, took the time to research this and refunded my credit card for the charge for the service. Ren was extremely kind and professional. I thank her for her kindness and helpfulness in this matter. A+++++…

Probably one of the best massages I’ve had! It’s been almost a week since massage and my back/shoulder pain had not come back. Jazmin did a great job and also taught some great stretches to keep things under control after the massage.

What a lovely Sunday pampering treat. My facial was awesome as always with Su! She is the best. Tried the high frequency treatment and my skin is so soft! Even a friend commented that my skin looked nice and bright. Cant wait for my May appointment.

My massage was great, thank you James! Unfortunately, the price was not. When I made the appointment online I had two choices 60mins for 75 dollars or 90mins for 113 dollars. At checkout my total was 125 dollars and i was asked how much i wanted to leave for gratituity. I was confused and it was then explained the 75 dollars is for first time customers. So why isnt that on the website when I log into my account? I was told if I sign up for a year membership it will 65 dollars but I cant cancel. I shouldnt be made to get a massage every month whether I want one or not. So I will stick to the other place I go to where its always 65 dollars. I know now I cant procrastination with my apps. 150 dollars is a lot for a 60 min massage.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Multiple services were cancelled the day of appointment. One massage was cancelled after I had checked in with the receptionist. Will never return.When calling and talking to manager Chelsea, she was zero help and only way I was going to receive the credits I had already paid for was to resubscribe for another membership. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Went in to purchase a few gift cards for Christmas. Waited patiently for the lady at the front desk to take care of the customer before (took about 20 minutes). When they were finished the lady at the front desk took an entirely new customer without even looking in my direction. Other employees were also just standing around. To be fair I dress poorly so they probably didnt want my business

My facial was even better than I expected. I scheduled a 60 minute facial but would go for the 90 minute next time. My skin was so soft and clean. Su was phenomenal and explained the process with time to answer questions. I left feeling so relaxed. Highly recommend!

I had 2 treatments yesterday and was very pleased with both of them. First was a massage which addressed all the areas of my aches and pains so well. The second was a relaxing facial . I felt like all the tension I was holding on to just melted away. I could have stayed on that massage table for at least another hour! It was a true treat for myself. Thank you!

I’m only giving four stars and not three because the therapist was so great. At the front desk staff had a very hard time wanting to assist in scheduling future appointments. I felt like I was inconveniencing them greatly and that they had better things to do.Update to my previous review: The provider has only improved and listened to my current issues and addressed accordingly. She also has greatly improved her door knocking skills. They were once awkward and now full of confidence and good pacing. 5 stars this visit!

Massage Envy on Bethel road is a greatplace. The front desk staff are friendly and so accommodating.Jill is my massage therapist. She can actually work a migraine out of my shoulders, neck and head. Jill has also shown me stretches I can do to release the tightness in my neck and shoulders.She is the best massage therapist I have have ever experienced.

Ive been going to the Bethel Rd Massage Envy for about five years except for two years during the height of the pandemic. I had painful sciatica when I started going to Massage Envy and got good relief from my sciatica. I got a membership and I try to go about once a month. Everyone has been both professional and friendly, the facility is always clean and tidy. I always feel welcome and comfortable and that they really do care about their clients. I do have a favorite therapist but all that Ive seen have been very good.

Doretha was excellent! She was professional, concerned about my individual needs, asked often whether I was comfortable, adjusted pressure according to my requests, volunteered to do my feet, which turned out to feel great! I appreciated that she honored my preference for no chatty conversation.

It’s very difficult to find people that are dedicated to their profession. I am happy to say that Su has shown this dedication and professionalism in providing me with a customized facial.I look forward to each therapy session each month. My facial skin has been enhanced and appears very healthy with continued expert treatment.. I would strongly recommend her services to anyone that is expecting great results!

Beverly never disappoints. She always works to have ultimate results and is attuned to finding and loosening. She is really a valuable long-standing therapis. I hope ME is valuing the commitment especially with her travel time!

Bethel Road location has always provided very, very good massage therapists and front staff is very friendly. I have been with this location for a couple of years and have probably booked with every therapist at least once. But hands down, Paul is the absolute BEST. His knowledge of the body is evident in massage. Every time I walk out feeling completely out of back pain. He is a true pro!

This is my first time using Massage Envy, and I booked with Bev. My whole body was so incredibly tight, and Bev really dug in and worked every single issue out. She is very booked up and I see why. I recommend this location and Bev to anyone!!!

Juan is a new massage therapist at this location. She is knowledgeable and asks good questions before your session. I like her technique.LaQuanta has an excellent rapport with her clients. Also, quite knowledgeable and has fantastic technique.

I would love to have had my scheduled facial- a gift from a friend. But the appointment times got mixed up and ME charged for my gift anyhow. Not only was I disappointed, but I was treated poorly, humiliated. The “person” at the desk made me feel the lowest of low. No accommodation was offered to make this situation positive. I left vowing not to return.

Sam is a wonderful therapist and very knowledgeable. She completely wiped out my impossible migraine. I would recommend her to anyone!

Andrea at the LC location is one of the best massage therapists I’ve had over the many years I’ve been with ME. Sue at the same location did my facial and it was Ah-mazing. I almost don’t want to share their names bc I want to be able to get it when I want an appointment 😂 I’ve booked our several appts with each so that I have a spot

I had my first facial with Su and it was incredible! She was so kind and knowledgeable. She let me relax but talked just enough at the same time. She’s very good at what she does! 10/10!

This is not a review on a massage because unfortunately I never got one. I received a giftcard from a loved one so I tried to book because lord knows I could really use a massage..but they are always booked months out in advance and my schedule is unpredictable so I only know when I can book two weeks out. The giftcard is of course non refundable so I doubt Ill actually ever be able to use it. The icing on the cake for me was the rude and unprofessional customer service. I know staffing is an issue everywhere so I guess its to be expected.

Very nice experience. I was checked in right away. My massage was amazing. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helped me with scheduling and answering questions.

Debra does a great job at deep massage. Always willing to adjust to my needs from week to week. Highly recommend her and the Bethel Rd location. Staff is friendly, efficient and professional.

I went to Massage Envy a few years ago and was not impressed… The therapist did not seem personable and it was very uncomfortable but I got a gift card to return and I have been very happy with the current person I see! She’s very kind and caring about where my body hurts and is willing to give extra attention to shoulders and hips feet when I ask her to her tell her where I am particularly hurting or having discomfort

I always get a wonderful massage with attention to detail. i leave feeling so much better than when i arrived. Massage Envy has a well-organized, efficient system from booking to massage to rescheduling. Those of us with arthritis can get relief from the pain and tension caused by arthritis. i do look forward to my trips to ME!!!

I love the Bethel road location everyone is always friendly and welcoming when you arrive. My massage therapist Ms. Laquant is the best. She is very good at her job and when I leave I feel as light as a feather. I live in Canal Winchester and drive all the way to this location because of the employees. I live close to the Pickerington location and had a couple bad experiences and refuse to go back.Lets just say good customer service goes a long way.

Very relaxing atmosphere, and highly professional staff who treat clients with respect. This was my first full body massage and I was so pleased with the experience that I signed up for a membership plan.

Angelina targeted my sore hip (tendinitis and bursitis) and worked magic! It was a huge improvement. When I walked in it hurt to touch- when I left it was moving freely. Thank you! I only wish I lived nearby.

The therapist and staff are great, my only issue is how difficult it is to get an appointment. I am on the monthly plan, and because of staffing shortage it’s often hard for me to find an appointment each month so I have a bunch of credits that are becoming difficult to use.

Massage was great, therapist was great. Only issue is they have no timeslots for evening and/or weekend for more than a month. I work 9-5 and travel for work. I just cant come in at 3 most of the time.

Felicia was very professional. She targeted my problem areas and she used the appropriate pressure. I do wish she would have spent a little more time on the areas I indicated were the worst. I have plantar fasciitis, and I did not feel as if that part of the massage was as thorough. After, I inquired about pricing and a membership with the receptionist. I appreciated that she was not pushy; she answered my questions and didn’t make me feel pressured to make an additional purchase.

I enjoy the facials at Massage Envy. They dont have all the toys that my small business esthetician had (light therapy, etc.), but they use Jan Marini products and the price is really good!

Su is a fantastic aesthetician. She’s got loving, rhythmic hand movement and makes the whole experience feel very Zen. Wonderful neck and shoulder massage technique. I felt so cared for! I’ve had facials at other Massage Envy’s and Su in my opinion is the best! I can’t wait to go back for another facial!

I would recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a really good facial. The esthetician they have there is so good and does a very good job finding out what your needs are in terms of skin care and recommending what would be good for you. I had her my first time going and she took really good care of me. She made me feel extremely relaxed and made sure that was very comfortable.

Love LaQuanta! She books out in advance but she is most definitely worth the wait. Received the exfoliating foot scrub just in time for sandal weather. Very relaxing!

Brian listened to my description of sore shoulders, upper back and neck and took extra time to work out the soreness and explain how I can better stretch out my neck. I felt better after the massage and much better the next day. Excellent job.

My service was provided by Sue. She was very professional and did a great job. Only thing I would change would be a little firmer hand massage but she was so perfect with the pressure for my facial.

I have been a member of the Bethel Road Massage Envy for over 3 years. Every time I go for a massage the facility is clean and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. I have had a hot stone treatment which was fantastic, relaxation massages, some deep tissue work and every technician is skillful and I leave feeling fantastic. You can talk about what you need with your technician before your massage begins and that way each session can be customized to you -- something that is really great. They ask you about your needs and then listen to you...and check with you during the session to be sure they are meeting your needs. I would recommend Massage Envy Bethel to anyone.

My wife is 10 weeks pregnant so I thought it would be nice to get us a message together. Our original appt needed to be rescheduled. After 10 minutes on the phone and getting all my requested times denied we finally landed on two appointments at the same time, 14 days out.. No more than 3 hours later I get a call my appointment is cancelled AGAIN (no reason given) and if I want a message at the same time as my wife we have to wait over 3 weeks.. Is that normal? I got the sense over the phone they did not want my business so we are going to look elsewhere. The experience was not welcoming and pretty frustrating.

My massage therapist at the Bethel Road location was very, very good. I was aching with so much pain from the workout I got in my garden. She put my body right again. The treatment rooms and the waiting areas are very nicely decorated. They get you calm right away.

Doretha is the best. I have been seeing her about once a month for years and look forward to always feeling so much better after my massage

Outstanding massage by Deborah, one of the best Ive ever had. Thats the most important thing to me, she helped my severe back pain immensely.

The facility is really first class and it’s conveniently located right off Bethel Road and a great Strip mall. But the low rating really is because of the staff answering the phones they really are subpar. Setting my appointment I called in on two separate days because the same guy answered each time and he sounded like he didn’t want to be there and he certainly sounded like he didn’t care if I ever came there. I had been there a couple years ago in the past and thought the insurance was great at this go around not so much I read it a C -

Its so good to be back on schedule with Massage Envy after too long of a break. The service and therapists are the best there, for both massage and facials!

I have been a massage therapist for 4.5 years now. The last 4 years have been working at Massage Envy on Bethel. I honestly cant imaging myself anywhere else. The staff and management have created a family atmosphere that I have not found anywhere else. The quality level of my fellow Therapists and Estheticians is amazing. I find myself inspired daily to grow in my field. And as much as I have enjoyed the past 4 years I cant wait to see what the next 4 bring.

Booked two appointments online. Showed up for service but only one booking is listed. Showed the staff my confirmation and screenshot still did not offer any type of accommodations nor a service. Charged a fee to cancel a service that we never got. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION NOR STAFF TO A DOG!!!!

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Brian. He was great! He focused on the areas I specified and was very attentive. I highly recommend a deep tissue massage with Brian!

I only go to Laquanta. I like that she remembers me and details about my life. She seems more a friend than a masseuse and she always listens to what I need for my massage. She deserves a raise!

Terrible, the staff doesnt know what they are doing the therapists or the office. Apparently they pay these therapists like McDonalds workers so surprise you get bottom of the barrel therapists and its a revolving door for good ones who leave asap. Only a person who hasnt had any or hardly any professional massage could be satisfied at this place. Spend your money at place that is actually quality otherwise it is like throwing your money in the trash and wasting an hour of your time.

I have been a member for years. Staff is super nice and accommodating. I have a current favorite MT, but have been able to get scheduled with others that fit my personal preferences (massage strength).

I have been a part of the Massage Envy staff for 6 years. Everyday is a new day at Massage Envy. I have an amazing group of talented coworkers and the best clients that anyone can ask for. Massage Envy Bethel Road is more than a job, its a career and a Family.

I have been seeing the esthetician Monica for about a year now. I have noticed a transformation in the way my face feels and looks. Before seeing her my face was very dry, red and patchy. At the end of my first session she recommended and guided Murad products, as well as a daily skin regimen based off my skin care needs, which is a step by step guide on what products to use in what order!!!! So HELPFUL!!! I could tell a huge difference in my face within the first month of using the Murad products. Monica is AMAZING!!!!!!!

Buyer beware. Both Massage Envy Corp and this location are absolute liars if you decide to get a membership. They will pitch you one thing, you sign up then all of a sudden, the terms suddenly change. Stay away!

Shelley Weber is the best in the world! She is at the Bethel Rd location. I have been seeing her for 10 years now.

Great staff with some of the best massage therapists in the city. Theyre esthetician is THE best in Columbus and was a nominee for Esthetician of the Year, within the nationwide network of Massage Envy franchises.

Masseuse was great. Front desk staff okay. Few times while in treatment room the wall was hit and made loud noises.

If you have the chance I always opt for a full body massage this is my first place I went to the staff is very friendly quite knowledgeable and they will take the time to explain stuff to you not to mention afterwards you feel like a new person all the tension gone all this stress released its a nice thing to do for a treat for yourself once in awhile

I was excited to buy a massage as a gift for someone’s birthday. The lady explained nothing to me and did not answer my questions. She loaded a gift card for me to buy quickly, I said I’ll think about it and left.

Ask for LaQuanta, but be sure to schedule well in advance because shes always in demand and heavily booked. You can thank me later. Its five stars if you get her.

Very good massage therapist. I looked around at different locales to find the current therapist I liked. I’ll go back again.

I work as a hair stylist and so I am always on my feet bending and contorting to get the perfect cut or color for my clients. At the end of the week I am beat. Massage Envy is my heaven on earth!

My husband and I have been trying to cancel our membership for 2 years. We thought we had cancelled a year ago but they only cancelled my husbands! The manager is the only person who can cancel memberships and they aren’t in the office everyday. No sense of customer service.
