I took my mother here for the first time tonight. Google says they close at 10, but speaking directly with the women in the shop its 9-9:30pm. I got there at 9:08pm. Two women took my mother and myself for 40 minutes. I loved every bit of my massage. Their hands were so soft, gentle, and hard with movement. My body is now relaxed. I will be coming back for more and Im very thankful for allowing my mother and I service.
Im usually not the one to post a review, but I personally felt some type of way after interacting with the staff at this spa. Ive been looking for a new massage location to visit, and I often check the reviews prior to visiting. What made me book at this location was the review the lady said about how the massage felt heavenly, there was another review about the time, and I understand we can give a person grace, we all arent perfect. But in my experience, I will never come back because of what happened after my massage. I paid $60 cash for an hour massage, I gave the lady $100 upfront, and she gave me $40 ( 2 $20 bills). The massage was okay. She didnt massage my hands or feet, but it felt like a sweedish massage. After the massage, I thanked the lady and said I would like to give her a tip. I asked her for change for my $20, ($ 10,$ 5, and 5 $1s). The main lady and massage therapist looked at me with a shocking and surprise look and said to me, Her clients only tip her $20. I looked back at her and repeated the same question to make sure I heard her correctly. She responded and said the same exact thing and, in addition, began to say Well, theres tax, and my clients always pay $20. I work in sales. If this woman believes she is worth $20, then thats her prerogative, but with all respect, please hear me, not to put anyone down, but the math was not mathing! I couldnt see how she justified the $20 tip and included a 10% tax, which tips arent taxed and 10% of $60 is not $20. So i gave her $10 and left. I dont know if they were trying to capitalize on my kindness or as an african american woman or if they saw my Tesla pull up. I dont know, and I cant assume. But it wasnt right. So, just a fair warning. The massage was decent, but Ive had better for the price. They gained a clinet and lost one over greed.
No..no..no!!!don’t waste your time and money in this place!!!I set up app for 6 pm,when I arrived the lady that she supposed to do my massage wasn’t there..she called her,and arrive in 10 min..this he wasn’t a problem..the big problem it’s that she asked for money before start my massage, and she says “you pay now and tip later”I paid $60 for hr!!before I left I gave to the lady that she did my massage $10,the lady that she took my money before, ask her haw much I gave..and she counted the money..I never had this such a bad experience..and I just want to run for that place!!!I definitely won’t recommend it!!!

The ladies at Lavender 7 Massage in Concord always deliver an excellent massage. I go almost every week. My favorite place for sure. Thanks 🙏
Didnt really enjoy the massage, she kept yelling at her coworker through the room and kept leaving the room to do stuff and almost shorted me by 10 minutes.Id find a better place
I find their people are very professional with high quality of service. The communication still is excellent. The establishment is very clean and welcoming. Best of all is their standard of honesty and work ethics is uncompromising high. I have no problem to introduce my friends there.
Very good message. I have scoliosis in my back so I come often and get great service
