MAKING UP LIES on the spot. Lady at the front desk fumbled trying to explain why they wouldnt honor my gift card. My friend gifted me two foot massages. I have used one of them once and the experience was good. I just tried redeeming my second gift card and the lady says it is has a 3month expiration date. NOT TRUE. I have used my first gift card well after 3months and it is against California law to have an expiration. She said she is new working there and tries to make a phone call but no one picked up. I explained to her that I have used one of the gift cards before just fine. She then says the business is now under new management starting a year ago and they cannot honor the gift card. I asked if she could call her boss and she said she was the boss. I said my friend paid money for this, shouldnt it be good for anything? She said she will need to call the previous owner and took down my name and number. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. If she was the new owner, why does she get to pick and choose what she inherits? What is a business without its INTEGRITY?

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve had. Clean, professional and amazing. I had Coco and she truly was fantastic. Would definitely come back.

I have been going there (almost) every month for over a year. I have ALWAYS had a great experience...it doesnt matter who performs the massage. They honor your requests about the level of pressure, and always ask for feedback within the first few minutes. They are professional, intuitive and talented healers.

I have been here multiple times. I go about 1x a month or so. But miss Bella. She was the best Ive ever had. Shiatsu massage with hot stones....I will never not do hot stones again lol

Ive been feeling stressed and needed a massage. Called to see if they took walk-ins and they said they did and then asked if they have availability if I arrived soon, they said yes. I walk in and choose the massage I want, the receptionist asks if I want a man or a woman and Id prefer a woman. She says it will be an hour. Next time I should call ahead. I said I called ahead and asked and then she says I should have asked for a woman as well while on the phone. Blaming me once and then twice in less than a blink of an eye. At that point no way was I going here. Treat people better and explain things before blaming someone for not knowing.Have you ever left a massage place more stressed than when you entered? This is the place for that.

Very nice people. My husband and I got 90 min, full body massages. The hot stones were fine but they both just sort of left to go get the stones without saying anything to us (Are we done?). I personally dont think hot stones are all that but now Ive tried them. As for the massage itself, it was great pressure, and didnt hurt at all. He did spend most of the massage on my back which left my back feeling good but the rest of me felt neglected.The rooms are solid wall but are open at the ceiling, so its visually private but not so much sound private. It wasnt a problem but more of an FYI.

Hidden fees... The employees charge a 2.00 fee when using credit cards. But no sign is posted nor is it posted on their website.Also, the employees speak to each other in another language in front of customers. Its rude. Especially when they speak English fluently.They also charge a fee for cancelation but find it OK to cancel on you minutes before you arrive.I will not be returning.

I tried Palace Spa first on a coupon and was impressed, so I have now purchased an annual membership for $25, which gets me an additional $5 or more off their already-low regular prices. I would never have done that, except their massages are so great. I have received massages from Ja-Li (Mary) and from Shirley, both better than any I have received before from either men or women. Ambiance is also just right for me -- low lighting, great background music, clean and pleasant rooms, warm towels for rubdown. Nothing fancy or extravagant, but good, basic quality. These folks know what they are doing.

This is the best massage in east bay. I come here frequently and they have the best services and staff. I request Allan for deep tissue!

I just found this massage spot today on google. I usually go to a place in Walnut Creek. I have to say that this was the best Profesional massage I have ever had. I have been to many spots all over California, this one will be getting repeat business every month from me. I am also planning on sending my wife and anyone else who might need a excellent massage. I have heard my friend introduce the Palace Spa very well. Today I finally have time to enjoy a 90 minute couple massage with my husband. It is a very good massage,very clean place, people there very friendly,James and Alina the strength is just right, they know their work,personally think that this is definitely the best massage place in Bay Area.

My wife took me here for my birthday. Not only was the team nice, they had clean beds. They even provided shorts for us to change into. The massage itself was an hour long and they were able to do hard pressure the entire time as requested! Iam a 65 athlete so I appreciate places that can do deep, hard massages. We will definitely come back.

This is my favorite massage spot in the Bay Area. Great prices and walk ins are welcome.

I would say about 75% of the time this place is well worth the money. Very nice people and the atmosphere is relaxing. Since covid the pricing for a massage fluctuates and definitely arent getting the same treatment as before.

Atmosphere very Serene. Lee was amazing on foot massage. Courteous staff. Let your masseuse know ahead of time what kind of massage u prefer, gentle, soft , firm etc. Tip, if ur experiencing any kind of discomfort please speak up and let your u masseuse know. I would recommend this place especially for the price and Serene environment.

Dont go here. The lady told me they would match the price for my Groupon for $34. When I got there she said I cant have a female because it would cost me and extra $10 with a table and oil. She said I would only get a male for $34 and table and no oil. I said thats not fair I drove all the way here and she tries and upsale me. She said I misunderstood because of her English is not good. I understand when someone is trying to cheat me to pay more $. Dont waste your money and drive there. Ugh! I hurt my back and all I wanted was to be relaxed and now Im just stressed out and in pain. Thanks for nothing Palace Spa. I was going to tip you and come back but now Ill tell everyone to skip going to this place. If you are honest you will have people coming back and tipping well. If you are dishonest you will get nothing.

My sister has been taking me here for over a year now. I am a big fan of their foot massage. Their prices are very affordable which allows for a better tip. Their massueses do a great job but do change from time to time. Very relaxing place. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. I was traveling here and tired. After doing massage here, I felt really relax. I will come to enjoy again when I come back.

Terrible experience, the guy who was performing my massage was rushing through the hour and half session from the beginning. He applied pressure with his elbow on my limbs and neck. Not only was he in a race, he continued bounce up and down while digging into my back, slipping several times. I asked him numerous times to slow down and not to just lean on my back with his elbow. After 25 minutes of this nausea induced hell, I just asked him to stop and I left nearly vomiting from the whole experience. Unfortunately this is not the first time Ive had this happen here. Once with Lisa and then with Jin, too much of a coincidence, theres no training for their staff. You never know what you are getting.

Okay this place is a bit overhyped. The membership is $25 and you gt discounted $40 massages if you pay cash. But go to either the nextdoor Far East Massage (equally good in my opinion) or Green Leaf Spa (far superior but further away) and it is $40 without requiring a membership.I just dont quite get why it gets such rave reviews. The massages are okay but they are exactly the same that you get at the 4-star Far East Massage place (which I actually prefer due to their hot stone massage deal). Ive tried this place probably 4 times, Far East probably 7 times, and recently have settled into Green Leaf Spa - their masseuses are the strongest of the three spas and the most knowledgeable.

4/16/18Honestly cant wait to return to Palace Spa. Harry and Natchi just gave us the most outstanding service. My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed the relaxing evening together and soothing massages. It was outstanding!Palace Spa sits at the back of the Park n Shop Plaza right on Market Street in Concord. The inside was quiet and clean, and they have killer deals if you call them and ask about pricing when youre scheduling your appointment. Ample parking too. Ill definitely ask for Harry again next time Im there.

They may not speak English but they have amazing massage therapist who get to know you and they really focus on what your body needs using translator person, gestures and pictures before your massage. The therapist can also feel where you are tight and have great skills to release your tight muscles.

I have been more than 4 times and Iam very thankful for Sofia and Tina. Sofia is very friendly and always helpful great attitude. Tina es an excellent professional, very good at what she does. Thank you so much😊

I felt very comfortable and relaxed, everyone was very friendly and nice. James gave me my massage and omg i cant get over how amazing he was...its like he looked inside of my soul and knew exactly what to do. I left feeling refreshed and energized. Definitely going back, hands down best spot in Concord to get a massge! Ask for James!!!

This place is very relaxing to go to. They are attentive to what you want done and there is even a little form at the front you can fill out so they can focus on those areas. The atmosphere is very soothing, all the masseurs i have used have always been professional.

Lucy gave an incredible deep tissue massage when I visited Concord back in March. I am visiting Concord again this weekend with great expectation that I can get Lucys deep tissue massage again!

Excellent foot reflexology! Very thorough on taking the time to hit all those pressure points on the feet and legs, and nice head and neck massage too. Have been several times and its never a disappointment!

Happy with massage every time. Place is welcoming, therapists are really good, i get to relax every time. I am in sports so i appreciate good massage a lot. Tried other spas, this one is number one and the only i go.

I would not return to this establishment. I waited 30 minutes, undressed on a massage table before anyone showed up. Massage was fair. Staff talking loudly on their cell phones in the hallway did not make for a relaxing massage.

My wife and I had a very pleasant and comfortable massage, the point being that it is very clean and hygienic. I will be back.

This is my go to place in the Bay Area. Clean and uncrowded. My favorite is the Foot Reflexology massage for $28 cash. I get an hour of comfort, calm and care. This is the place I reccomend to my friends.
