COMMONS TOBACCO VAPE

I drive from Lake Norman to Concord to go to this vape shop. The staff is not only very knowledgeable and professional, but they are always upbeat, friendly, and personable. Plus, the prices are incredibly lower and fair compared to the vape stores in Mooresville.

If I could give them zero I would. Just left out of this establishment. I went in to purchase a carton of Salem cigarettes. I asked the price, and he told me $93 and change after tax. I then looked at the single packs and theres a sign that says $7 and change a pack. He then tells me the sign that advertised the $7 charge was wrong because someone failed to remove the sign. This is my fault as the consumer how??? I will never spend a dime of my money here again!!! Terrible business practice!

I brought 2 pods for our vaporessos and within 2 weeks they were burnt they will last us a good month before they burn out on us. I will never go back to this place ever again now the one on branchview I never have a problem with and thats the same company thats funny. And we dont hit them hard so thats not the issue so that cant be blamed Ive always had a 0.7 and never had a problem with it and same with his

I enjoy going to this smoke shop. The people who work there are so upbeat & friendly. They make you feel like family. Their prices are lower than some. Nice variety of items.

Best tobacco and vape shop around with excellent inventory. I have been exclusively shopping here for the last 6-7 years and they have always been very nice and helpful. They always have exactly what I need, and if not, Taha (the store owner) will do his best to order it for the next time you are in. All of the employees are genuinely good people. Ive been in other shops and they always feel a little skeevy. Not here. Im always greeted with smiling faces and respect. I will continue shopping here for all of my needs.

Very convenient store for when you’re shopping at local stores in that location. The employees especially Hope is such a pleasure to visit and get what products that may be needed on that visit. She’s very helpful and knowledgeable especially for someone that goes in very overwhelmed with such a wide variety of products to pick out from but she makes the purchase much easier and less stressful. This place is great. I go there for all my familys vape products. I bought my first box mod a couple weeks ago and the guy that runs the store was really helpful with questions and choosing the right product.

Very helpful staff. Clerk was more than willing to be helpful. Prices are average or lower than competitors. Conveniently located near several of my most visited stores. Nice selection of R.Y.O supplies as well as supplies for vaping. They also run some pretty good specials and they accept coupons paper and mobile. I usually get a free lighter when I go as well.

I saw all the good reviews for this place. Was looking for a cigar humidor. I call ahead of time,talked to a guy but not sure who, asked him they carried cigar humidors and he said yes. So I drove on down. I walked in and didn’t see an area at all just for cigars and found no humidors. I asked the girl behind the counter if they sold them. She said she was new to the job and didn’t think so but wasn’t sure. She said her helper was on the phone. I looked around more while I waited for him to be off the phone. Continuing to look around still not seeing any humidors or anything. Guy would not get off the phone so I walked out. I won’t be back.

Best prices and customer service around. I buy all of my vape supplies here. Quality, reasonably priced premium juice. Incredibly helpful and personable staff. I would recommend this store to anyone, on any given day. Go check them out!

I love going to this place. Every time I walk the staff welcome you with calling you boss and a smile. Cheap prices on the tobacco and papers, and they are very helpful. Other tobacco shops will charge 2 to 3 dollars more for the same size bag of tobacco without the friendly service.

Clean store. Always in stock of what I need. Prices are really good on Newport 100s. Lots of cool glass and the person working whatever day I go on is always helpful and nice.

They always have what we need. Customer service has gotten much better too. They have a nice selection if vapes more than other stores around town.

This store has a large variety of tobacco products and a great variety of vape products. The service here is great, The guy will get you anything you need if he doesnt have it hell try to get it in stock. I always go here for all my tobacco and vape needs because the service and prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Owner is friendly and always eager to assist and appreciative of your business. Very small town familiarity to the store which is greatly appreciated these days. They do carry a limited variety of kratom capsules and powder at competitive smoke shop prices. Kratom is completely legal in NC, is an herb primarily grown in Indonesia used for pain relief and withdrawals.

I bought a coil and replacement glass for my vape and was told if I got home and they didn’t fit I could bring them back. I got home and of course they didn’t so I went somewhere else to get the correct thing and proceeded to take the other items back. When I did, the guy made a big deal about giving me a refund but told me he could give merchandise instead. Then the next time I visited there I bought vape juice and opened the box to find the seal on the bottle already broke and it’s making my coil burn up fast. This place has cheaper prices but bad business!
