Zenith Day Spa

2 stars for unprofessionalism. This was my first time at Zenith and upon walk in, the place smelled of smoke. I’m guessing because the suite next door sells incense. They didn’t take my name for appointment booking nor did they make me fill out a sheet explaining where I’m experiencing pain. It didn’t feel as though my experience was going to be tailored to me, but that I was just another paying customer. Throughout my massage, the woman, who never introduced herself, kept talking to another lady in the hall. About 30 minutes into my massage, she let their cat inside the room and let it jump on the massage table. I like cats, but she didn’t even ask if it was okay to let the cat in the room. The cat kept biting my hands and finally, she pushed it down, and when she did, the cat left a cut in my arm. I know it looks small in the picture, but cat’s claws are like razors so it stung pretty bad! After my massage, the lady checked me out and as I handed her back the merchant copy receipt, she basically insinuated that I didn’t tip enough and that since I got the 90 minute massage, I needed to tip more. Totally unprofessional all the way around. I guess I’m just used to Hand & Stone or Massage Envy. I was trying to find a new place that doesn’t cost an arm & a leg to get a massage, but I will not be back after this experience.

On a whim, I walked into this place just wanting to do something nice for myself. “It’s my birthday,” I think. “Go for a 90 minute massage, hot stones..the works!” I tell you, Lili leads me to a room, very petite and soft spoken. I’m wondering if she is going to be able to really work on my knots. Holy moly! That woman is STRONG! Even more so, you can tell she is experienced and can really target your problem areas. I was extremely pleased with her service and can tell that she really wants to provide a therapeutic experience. I will be a returning client in the future.

Im SO glad I found this place! Its hard to trust people with your body but these ladies set me at ease! I feel confident trusting their expertise. Here is the best massage I ever tried.

Hands down the most amazing massage ever!!!!! All amazing positive words for this place! If you need to relax... do it here!!! Worth the money.
