Closes at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday night? I dont know what kind of crowd theyre trying to push stuff towards, but I think theyve got something confused.

Came here for the longest time. To get elf bars. They used to be okay. With exchange the bad ones. Now they make big deal about it and I have walked out of there 5 vapes that can not use. No money back neither. He says to charge them but that doesnt fix the problem. Not okay. We wont be back anymore. There a shop in spring. Im willing to take my business there.

Awesome lil vape shop. Convenient as far as location, and the staff is super cool and laid back. I really enjoy this location and the one by lake conroe used to be pretty cool too. This is now my go-to vape shop. They have the Reds Apples brand most of the time, which is getting hard to find so thats awesome

The owner is cool. White dude with the red beard is straight trash lied straight to my face! You can get vapes cheaper online. The lie was about shipping and handling. If that guy is in the get prepared to get screwed over. he convinced me it would be cheaper buying in store. i bought it but kept it in the box there at the store cus i wanted to check it out online. that is where i caught his lie and wanted to return it cus i would have save 30$ in the voopoo drag 4.. only go in if the owner is in.. Plus didnt tell me all sales are final.. no waring fist like hey if you get this theres no return,.. dude is a crook stay far away from this place!!!! If I could 0 stars I would!! For the the dude lying and scaming

Love the convenance of being so close to my house, customer service is generally amazing but there prices are so inconsistent all the time. One day I can get 2 vapes for 55 bucks and less then 24 hours later I get the same two vape and there 63. Its time to find a new vape shop cuz that is just suspicious to me.

Everyone that I have encountered here has been great. I like the variety of juul pods but whoever is in charge or ordering their products needs to seriously look at their forecast and set better line points. Literally, half the time I go in they are sold out of the exact same items. Every employee knows that they sell out but yet nothing changes.

Got on the phone with Chris after dealing with two previous stores of this company and finally got the answers I needed. Someone knows what their talking about. He was also polite and sounded like he was interested in talking unlike some chick at the main store who didn’t even give me her name. I’ll drive the extra distance from now on to get the service I deserve.

Really enjoy going in this shop. Rob is great. I havent been going in for very long & I am new to vaping. I have been in a few shops where they act better than you or make you feel dumb for asking questions. Rob does not & he is the reason I will bring my business there. Had the pleasure of dealing with Lance too. Both are great guys!

They never ask for your phone number so you get ripped off on points. Every other Vape shop ALWAYS ASKS IF YOUR A MEMBER & FOR YOUR NuMBER! I have purchased here several times I spent $100s & forgotten to put my ID # & only to remember after the sale which Im told they cant give me credit. The employees should always ask b4 ringing up the customer even Krogers & every other Vape Shop asks this!

Im not sure about all the employees, but the one on duty the day I went was fantastic. Very friendly, very knowledgeable etc. The prices were okay. I ended up getting some vape juice, and a vape kit. They also had a pretty good inventory on all products.

Don’t waste your time or money here. I bought two bottles of juice that tasted like they had been sitting in the sun for years (metallic) and I showed the “manager” my tank, he sold me the wrong pack of coils and when I called to let them know I was told they can’t refund or replace coils but they’d give me 10% off my next purchase. Bro, what next purchase? Thievery….

Came in on a Sunday night to get coils for my tank. The gentleman that was working that evening convinced me to try a higher wattage mesh tank instead of my desired lower wattage traditional coil. Said the flavor would be so much better. He also said that if I did not agree with him, to bring them back and he would exchange them for the coil that I originally went in for. Needless to say I returned the next day with the coils. The guy that was working on Monday said that they do not do returns on coils. After explaining to him what the gentleman told me the night before, he called that guy on the phone. That guy then changed up his story and stated that he said if they did not fit to bring them back. He knew they were going to fit because I had my whole set up with me on Sunday night. He even offered to install the coil in my tank if I had my juice with me. So basically I am now stuck with a package of coils that I will never use and are worthless to me. First and last time coming to this place. It shouldnt matter if it is your policy or not, you should do what you say youre going to do

Chris was awesome. Helped me browse the selection of juices and helped me troubleshoot some leaks I was having. Got me all fixed up and didnt break the bank. Ill definitely be coming back.

I had mixed emotions about this shop until Lauren started working there!! She was so sweet and extremely helpful. Definitely a great addition to this store!

Girl I dealt with was very nice and seemed to be helpful but did not listen when I said I didnt want the flavor with lemon in it. She let me smell a few kinds and the one I picked out was not the one she gave me and now Im out $20 and stuck with a nasty juice I wont use.. 😩

I just got into vaping recently and decided to stop in to this location since I live close by. The staff was very friendly and was able to explain to me how different devices work. Ended up leaving with a Smok Morph and corn bread pudding juice. Will definitely be back!

Ok prices. Clerk seemed uninterested. He kept yawning and after I referred to the store having a good liquid variety, he said it was just a headache. Maybe I came in on the wrong day. I still bought the multi prebuilt coil pack. Probably wont go back.

Decent exept when you come during normal business hours and the door is locked.

The staff here is so wonderful and friendly. They are incredibly helpful and patient when it came to all the questions I had. Would definitely recomend this buisness to anyone looking for a new shop for their vaping needs.

This is my go to store, the service there is the best!!! Rob and Lane always know how to help me get EXACTLY what I am looking for!!!!! I am fairly new to the vape world, I love that no matter my question, it is answered even if I can be so confusing. I highly recommend this store for all ECIG needs. PLUS the store and selection are HUGE!

I had bought a juice from there and within one tank it was hurting my throat so badly that I couldn’t hit it. I went in and this dude with long hair helped me find a better juice and was so nice with helping me try to figure out what was causing it. Made my day

Partner broke his tank rolled up after dinner at 9 to them just closing up and the employees were so nice to let him after the doors were locked took their time getting him set up with the perfect tank. Thanks for saving our night.

I had a vape that was defective, and went to exchange it. At first they wanted to test it, which I then wouldnt have anything to use. after leaving a bad review they got me a new one. I appreciate that, so I am editing my review. thank you for resolving this.

Do not come into this establishment with any questions or concerns they will lead you in the wrong direction. Asked for help to buy a coil and I was told this one was I’ll work just fine bought a pack for 20 bucks and it didn’t fit walked directly back inside and she said I can’t help you sir I’m sorry no refunds.

Nasty store bugs all over the floor and even some in the display cases. Also they told me I had to fill a form out to buy batteries which asks for wayyy to much information, good chance this company is selling your information.

Love this place! I’ve been to the shop in Montgomery too. Every time I go they always have something new..it’s hard not to buy it all LOL!

This place is awesome! The gentleman there was able to answer all my questions and even went above and beyond. Great selection of mods and juices. They will definitely have what you are looking for.

Overall staff were helpful. Though prices a bit higher I do appreciate supporting local businesses.

Prices are great quality of liquids also had a small issue with the card reader doing credit instead of debit your staff helped out knew how to fix it without delay having a problem finding the app tho

They sale a product thats suppose to be two bottles in one box and they open it and sell individually not very happy about it also they dont give receipt will never go back ripping people off I will wait until my vape shop opens again to get the best out of my money and awesome people there too

Mods and Vapes are very overpriced, they dont even offer you a thing of free e-juice whenever you buy a starter kit, Vape Texas does, you should just go to vape Texas the people theyre all around better with their customer service and the prices are much more reasonable.

Came in because the ecig I bought in Illinois for travel crapped out after a mont, the cool dude behind the counter new exactly what I was looking for after I explained my situation and I was out of the store with a new device in less than 5 minutes.

I have popped into here to pick up stuff for my significant other. Staff is helpful, always in and out pretty quickly.

Cart prices very high sooo many other way better places to buy from that will even work with you :)
