Ive really liked this place & have been a customer for a least 10 years. Always friendly & knowledgeable. Great customer service. I enjoy the homie feel & comfortable vibe @ Vaporizit

Was just here, 2:40 pm 2/15/24. Asked about a 70/30 blend and small bottles of house blend to get a sense of the house blend flavors. Was informed that they no longer do that. Only for old customers. Dont really want any new customers. So I took my business to Krazy Ape.

This was my first time at this particular location. The store itself is very clean and maintained. They have a large selection of house and premade juices. The manager Taylor at this location is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Not welcoming. Didnt get a chance to buy anything. Guy seemed like I was annoying him.

The gentleman we had the pleasure of dealing with was absolutely Amazing!! He was extremely knowledgeable on the products in the store. He explained everything to us and made sure we knew how to use our mod before we left. I have been to other vape shops and this one was, by far, the most helpful and friendliest. We will definitely be returning 😊

I tried this place twice. Absolutely appalled. The customer service is so bad! My first visit I was looking for a new juice and a possible mod. First a bald guy with tattoos was helping me and when he walked off to the side to check something for me, another man stepped in and helped. Weird. They should let the workers help who they started helping in the first place. This guy was just rude and not interested in what I was looking for.Yesterday I went back to find a new juice because what they previously mixed for me was not very good. I tested what it should taste like, and its very different than what was made for me prior. So I asked the guy some questions about the mix and what other flavors he has. They offered me 2 selections I might like...2! Why not more options out of all of the juices they offer? I like dessert/creamy flavors. Im not picky. Again, this other guy acts like Im bothering him and just not interested in helping a customer.I dont typically give bad reviews, I like giving places a few chances before I write a review. But this place has driven me to make it known, that if they hire people who care, this place would blossom! If you are a first timer, please dont go here. I have been to many different vape shops that would spend at least an hour to help someone no matter how much of a pain in the butt you are, WITH a smile on their face the whole time! I spend 10 minutes here and I am already frustrated that I wont find a thing here. Owner: you should want everyone to find something to buy at your shop. Please hire quality people that want to work, and know what they are talking about/doing.

Who ever the guy was on staff tonight was amazing had a really tuff day. This shopped provided all my equipment to stop smoking and chewing. It been two weeks and today I broke my rig so not the best thing waited it out even though I was upset flustered the gentleman behind the counter made it a good day let me have a seat and got me hooked up with a new tank. I only visit places that treat there customer right and this is one of those stores.... The prices are a little high but there is a sang you get what you pay for and all there stuff has lasted me a long time one year before I replaced the tank I broke. Good job hope this store has great success in the future.Not to mention I left my card there the employee that was there had it there for me when I got back your one bad azz dude!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They quickly sorted out my needs and gave me a great deal on it as well. If youre looking for suggestions or just want to talk about vaping, this is the place to go.

Been a customer since they first opened. So many house flavors to choose from and the prices are just right. Plus, the staff is very polite and are more than willing to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Also, they are growing at a fast pace and always end up coming to their shops only to find another new thing in stock. I dare say Im spoiled now as I dont dare go to any other shop but vaporizit.

Fixed my vape without charging me! They are big on customer service and getting your returning business. Excellent work, great selection, seems like fair to good prices, tidy store and excellent customer service! I highly recommend!

So why ask me if I want a receipt when you refuse to take returns. Typical dont know what to tell you bro and point to a policy sign ripoff. Product worked upon return, just didnt fit my cartridges. Cant return a $20 product? Thanks for the paperweight! Dont go here they will rip you off!

A vary good business,been going to the Conroe location for the past 6+ years, wracked up hundreds points on the rewards systems. But unfortunately for the past year or so the reward system has changed and now all my points where demand no good. Fine it’s ok it happens with new rewards systems being applied to businesses. Understandable, but now the new rewards systems they use says you have to have 200 points in order to get a 20% off discount!? You must spend +10$ in order to just get one point?? So your having to spend 2,000 dollars in order to get a discount!!?!? That is extremely outrageous!! I’m saddened to say that I can no longer conduct my business with vaporizit.

I went to this place today to buy a aegis vape. I have been here a few times but I have to say today was my best experience! I forgot the guys name that helped me but he had really good customer service! They have really good house juices and really good prices! I’ve been to other vape shops but for sure pick this one as the best!

My name is George. Been going here since I started to vape about 4 years ago. Every mod I have bought from them was great. I know nothing about vapes lol all I need to know is does it give me nicotine... They tell me the rest. House juice there is very good, prices are good, and all the staff are very laid back informative fun people that I call friends now. Hell I go there sometimes just to bs with them after I buy juice. I would very much recommend this place to anyone who vapes or fixing to start vaping these people are awesome.

My boyfriend and I went there this past Sunday and the guy behind the counter was being rude. We are some what new to vaping and the guy was condescending to us. We will never go back to this store. If I could give zero stars I would.

Always knowledgeable and friendly staff at ones service. Always carrying precisely the wares one seeks. Never can one muster a shade of discontent. The location on FM 1488 equally quells ones lust for all things vape. Behold ye unworthy weak and wanting mortal masses! The establishment that dares you to DO what you have always DREAMED! I recommend Vaporizit without reservation. Excellent customer service, tasty e-juice, reasonable prices...and they reward customer loyalty with discounts/freebies based on purchases. I have bought batteries, canisters, coils and juice here for the past year and have never gotten any defective merchandise. Yesterday, I bought three bottles of juice and ended up with the wrong flavor and they made it right. If you havent tried the Vaporizit in Conroe and you like to vape, you are missing out!

Great place. Great selection. They make in house juice that is really high quality. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I love these guys they give birthday juice. Meaning if you sign up and link your phone number you get notifications and earn points for free juice. On your bithday you get free juice.

I have been coming to this vape shop for over a year and recieved nothing but excellent quality and service, anytime I have gone to a different vape shop to try a new juice, I always end up right back here because nobody can beat the taste of their house blends and the owners and staff treat you like family!

The only vape store I go to for juice. Mark, Rob and Robert are very experienced and helpful along with the other members. The rewards program is also a nice benefit for customers

Ive tried every juice you can think of and Vapor-iz it is the only shop that will create and deliver a juice based on what the customer wants. I moved from Conroe to Dallas and I still order my juice from these guys.
