Im new to Arkansas over the past year I came to this place. Andrew is perhaps one of the best in all of Arkansas. Customer service. Knowledge. Care. Smiles and offers to befriend everyone. Ben the gm is so disciplined. Caring always smiling very encouraging and I count both as my good friends. I love to stop in and say HI. THEY ARE MY FAMILY! THANK YOU CRAZY JS FOR GIVING ME A PLACE TO BELONG.

Talk about a complete 180 degree experience. After having the worst smoke shop experience of my life being completely robbed, cheated, and generated by MANAGEMENT at Cloud 9 Smoke Shop. I decided to give Crazy Js Vape Shop, which is literally half a Mike distance from Cloud 9. Completely opposite experience. Incredible customer service, understanding and patient attendant/employee, He was very kind and offered help in finding the best option. Also allowed me to charge and check the device with a cart just outside the door so I didnt go home with a faulty device. If you want to shop juice, para, or any other smoke/vape supplies and products, please do yourself a favor and forgo any other shops in Conway, and just go straight to Crazy Js. Shout out to England for all his patience and assistance today! Yall are crushing it, keep up the good work

They were very helpful when I called lost. They have a great selection. Glass. Silicone. Vaporizers.... Oh my those prices tho! Patience is key here. Service is slow at best. Wandered the cases for nearly 45 minutes and never once was approached. I walked out and drove to Bungalow Bills in NLR where the prices are on point and the service is top notch.

Great place, the guy helping me was very nice and took his time out of his morning to go pick the right item that fit me best. Very happy with the store and is my go too vape place in conway now.

Andrew was super friendly and informative. He was able to show us what our different options were and answer all of our questions.

They didnt have the exact part, but they took the time to try and find it for me, and gave me information on where to look for it. I now have parts on the way.They are helpful and knowledgeable.

Best head shop in Arkansas. Lived in Colorado for 3 years. If they could sell Herb they would be comparable to the best headshops in Denver.

Needs new staff they always hire people that don’t want to work instead of people with good customer service if you have a question go somewhere else and the smoke shop on Dave ward has more real and better glass and better prices everything here is overpriced

Listen to Customer Stories and have very interesting ones to tell themselves. They make you feel like you are the reason they are open, while true, not many places make Customers feel this welcome. Very knowledgeable about their product and have one of the best selections Ive seen in a Store in Arkansas. Very clean and organized. Will definitely be back as often as I can.

These guys are the best in town. If they dont know a lot about the product youre interested in, they find someone in the shop who is or they are just honest and say they havent tried it. But they never try to BS you into buying something that you might end up disappointed with. They offer suggestions on the things they are sure of and 9/10 times I completely agree with their opinions. Awesome selection, and if they dont have what youre looking for they will offer to attempt to get it. A+ service and A+ experience every time.

This store is awesome! They have a huge selection of all things necessary to meet your smoking needs. While it was my first visit, it will not be my last. They seem as though they’re always pumping out good vibes with upbeat music and happy and very helpful employees. I would highly recommend visiting this establishment!

The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. If one of the associates doesnt have the information you require, theyll find someone who can give that info to you, or will work to get you said information. The store is also very clean, well-managed, and set up in a way that where ever you are, you can always grab the attention of an associate. I wish I could leave more stars.

This place is my go to head shop and vape shop. It’s at a great location. I’ve never had a problem with staff or the manager, they’re all so fun and nice. They even have a loyalty program + on top of social media coupons. I recently got to meet the owner, he was a kind and humble man. Keep up the good work guys.

They have everything you could ever want when it comes to smoking products. I had a glass bulb broken on my water pipe, and I had been looking online for a replacement for weeks. But, they had it in stock and I was able to fix my piece immediately. I love this place, best smoke shop in Arkansas

Store had a really neat layout, the staff were courtous and helpful will all and any questions. Lost track of time and ended up staying over half an hour talking about the new technology of the E-Pens. Truly interesting place more to offer than just smoking accessories.

They even explained to us how to use the product we purchased. very clean and organized shop period. This place is amazing! Ive been to every other vape store in Conway and Crazy Js is by far my favorite place to go. The manager and staff are always so friendly and helpful, no matter what problems I run into. They never run out of the juice or pods I need and their prices are waaaaay cheaper than the majority of the other shops Ive been to. Highly recommend!!

Have done business here for months & never had any problem except for the price of what I purchase being higher than other places around the area. Today I did not get what I asked for & realized it after I had left the store & checked the bag. No exchanges & $50 down the drain later, I will not be going back.

This is what other stores should model their customer service from! Excellent service everytime I walk in the door. I drive all the way across town to go to Crazy J. Even though they never have spearmint gum LOL!

Between this and going 40 miles to LR..thisll have to do kind of place. Out of the two headshops in Conway this one rips you off the least. Everything is almost exactly $20 or more overpriced. Just google the item and ask for the name. SELECTION is limited. Ive head oh, we can order that for you so many times and so can I is what I say. All the products in store are online. Google it. Employees are very rude and think because they work at a cool place it therefore entitles them into an attitude of I know everything there is to know about everything, so dont even ask me because Ill laugh vibe. The new place is NICE. Thats it. Too much space and its so spacey that its almost not worth the walk to go investigate how much their gonna rip me off and if its worth the drive to LR instead. Been a customer since early 2014. Sad to say I wish there was another place to take my money..The 2 star rating is because there is nothing else in town or around to compare it to. If you take the drive to Little Rock, Id give this place a 0 if I could. Put it in the middle of nowhere, I would give it a 5 because it sells needs. So considering there is no close option thats worth it, a 2 will do.

Went back yesterday and got the coolest Ironman rubber ring for my vape glass. Love their service and got a free Keychain!! Such cool stuff in there. This is my new favorite vape shop.They were very nice helping me buy my first vape. Unfortunately the one I bought was menthol and they didnt tell me. 😕

The guy I talked to was really chill, friendly, had great knowledge and helped me pick a pretty good ejuice. The prices are wayyyyy better than alot of other stores and the option to customize flavors is a great aspect. I am thoroughly satisfied and will be returning again to try more flavors!

Great place with a wide variety of products. It obviously has smoke shop products but they also have a great selection of energy products, CBD and vape mods and e-juice. The employees are very friendly and knowledgable. They are always happy to help if you have any issues. There is a loyalty program and text messages with coupons if you sign up. 10% to 20% off.

The service you get at Crazy Js is outstanding. The workers really know what their talking about and will help you with whatever you are having problems with. They have looked over two of my mods I was having problems with and instead of trying to get me to buy another mod or some really expensive parts they helped me to fix the problem by taking mine apart to determine what was wrong and got me what I needed as cheap as possible. Plus they have a rewards program to help u save as well. If your in or around Conway Ar and want or need anything to do with Vapes I highly recommend going to Crazy Js. They have a wide selection or juices, mods, vape accessories, and more.

Very helpful and welcoming employees. I never feel ignorant for asking a question and never get an Idk response. They just revamped the inside where the vape lounge is and it all looks really sleek well organized and nice. I frequent this shop rather than other local places for a variety of reasons. Stop by and youll see for yourself why.

Other than not being allowed to sell to legal adults of age, and restricted to 21+ (Arkansas state law) Crazy Js is your one stop smoke shop, vape juices of all strength type and flavor, pods, papers and wraps, handmade glass as well as budget glass. They also have a few skateboards, while I dont think their skate selection is very good they do sell boards, its a start.. SK8 or die boys 🤙

Bought a vape pen from them and in 3 months started not holding a charge. I had the receipt and I brought it into exchange it for one that was not faulty. The guy behind the counter wanted me to hang around and troubleshoot it instead of just doing an exchange for one that failed before the one year warranty.

Michael was a huge help in my search today at Crazy Js! Super cool dude and really nice shop.

Their detox kits Do NOT work. Took the 50$ drink they sell and test came back as deluded. Next I did their 5 day detox which was 59.99 and that didnt work either as it came back as positive for THC. Do not waste your money on their detox products as they are overpriced garbage.

Crazy Js and The Vape Shop are both great! The store has a really chill environment. Every employee Ive ever met is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection. Its fun just looking around at crazy Js! The Vape shop has always had the coils and Vape Juice I need in stock, so thats been really nice. Theyre really good about keeping things in stock, especially if they know its something you like. When I quit smoking cigarettes and started vaping, I talked to Kevin at the vape shop. 6 months later, Im still a non-smoker, and Kevin is still the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in the Vaping world! If Tesla and MacGyver had a baby, and that baby loved Vaping--well thatd be Kevin!! 🤣😂🤣 Bobby and Bradley have both been awesome too! They just hire good employees, I guess. No joke, its a 5 Star shop!! ✌💚

Oct 17th was helped by the friendliest, most knowledgeable, eager to help associate since Ive been shopping at Js. Mans name was Cody great guy!! Bought a sutra mini and it does exactly what he said i was very sceptical after buying the yocan explore (the dry and concentrate one; cannot remember name) He also told me he hasnt personally used one but read articles, websites, etc... He does his homework. Thanks again Cody money well spent.
