Purchased a Mango Peach Vape this morning & employees were very kind and helpful. Not to forget very friendly! Thank God for people like this! We need more workers like this not the arrogant and spoiled with money that play too much because they can.

The establishment in question offers subpar vaping products at inflated prices, making it the least desirable vape shop in the Corpus Christi area and its surroundings. In contrast, I highly recommend Vapor Vault as a superior alternative due to its courteous staff, superior products, and overall more favorable shopping experience.

It has gotten to the point where this location is absolutely the worst store i have ever had the displeasure of visiting and because of this i will never use vape city again if i could give 0 stars i would (As disgusting as it is this girl named Fran was trying to seduce my husband of 9 years i swear the old staff would have never tried some nasty stuff like this Vape city is no longer a place I would recommend)(Unfortunately I have heard that my two favorite employees would be leaving the company soon Joshua and Mathew. They will be missed however with that being said i will no longer frequent this establishment as they were the last 2 that i trusted Unfortunately this business has declined incredibly bad and the judgment when hiring is so bad that i would rather spend more for the same product at mad monkey that said please vape city figure out what it is that your doing wrong so customers like me dont have to suffer)(I went in there yesterday morning to grab some coils and the woman was very rude and disrespectful with me this is unacceptable i have never had a bad experience at vape city before so hopefully they can get her back on the right track )This is honestly the most professional and helpful vape shop I have ever been to Joshua and Gabby are so polite and very knowledgeable went in for some vapes this last time and they gave me some amazing recommendations. I absolutely love this place and will most definitely be back because of them

Easily the worst vapeshop in the cc area terrible selection mostly cheap Chinese vapes that dont work half the time and an incredibly rude and incompetent staff highly recommend going somewhere else

I used to go here everyday and laugh with the employees. But, yesterday they tell me I cant shop there anymore because some lady said something. I dont know what they were talking about. It sucks. I thought we were cool. I spent lots of money there, and that short lil girl with the glasses is kind of cute.

Friday night the guy working around 10 pm was high out of his mind and name-calling customers because he was so disoriented he could not comprehend simple questions about products the store carries. I spoke to others about this location and they have had similar experiences, the only reason people go here is because it is 24 hours. Take your business elsewhere.

Zeke and Jen at Vape City is an excellent customer service representative, she went above and beyond to show us all the products they provide and showed us the best flavor we were looking for.

The last few mornings I have gone in I have either had a very rude cashier or a very flirtatious one please bring the regular staff back.(the flirtatious one wasnt there this morning however the lady that cashed me out was so rude that I will never be back) from now on out I will only go to Vapor vault

The prices and employees are always decent. However they NEVER keep the same things in stock it seems, so I’m always having to try something new and a get disappointed far too often. Might as well just throw my money down the storm drain at this point.

Claim they got number one inventory in the game but always sell out of geek bars?!make it make sense

I used to like this place but after tonight, im no longer a customer, because of the employees on 11:40pm, at tonight, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I’m a regular customer and I truly recommend this spot to all my smokers you have your choices of different smoking pieces, vapes and mods, wraps and rolls all that you can think of they have it all!!

Last time I went it was great. This time was about noon on Monday. 2 girls working, Neither one had a clue about anyones questions including mine.I was asking for help from a young girl who was on her phone while I believe supposed to be stocking the glass shelves on the bottom... She completely ignored me.I usually dont have many complaints about vape city but I believe its the southside location.At least in the middle of the day it was awful.Stop leaving with 2 Vapes, As usual except 41 I didnt know how it was really gonna be and the staff didnt have knowledge either, Turns out it wasnt what I was looking for.And the second was one Ive had before but not a favorite but at least I knew what I was getting.The airs location Kix butt compared to the southside... JS!

I normally come her for cigars, but recently there have been slits in the packages from box cutters, and whole packages of broken rellos, you most then likely wouldnt be able to tell are broken tell you left the store. I hope they take better care of the product in the future.

A great atmosphere with nice employees. Clean every visit I have. My only problem is the inconsistency with their devices. Nicotine or not one purchase the device works and the next it doesn’t. The return policy is only a day so make sure you are vigorously testing your product every hour to ensure you can return it within 24 hours if it doesn’t work or else you’re screwed!

Ive never met a rude employee here ever. I dont see myself as a person that fits into standard social groups, and I always feel like Im around good people here.

The lady wasn’t very helpful at all. I literally bought something that was just awful. She didn’t seem to care about her way of doing business when I asked questions. I’m sure they have better service, but I’ll never go at night again.

My husband called up there and kept getting hung up on mid sentence. When I called up there to explain that my husband was just trying to explain that he was disabled, and that he was trying to understand, she hung up on me again. When I called to speak with the manager, come to find out this chick was the manager!Totally unprofessional, incredibly rude. Her boss will be hearing about this.I’m not a karen, I just don’t tolerate the way she spoke with my husband and hanging up on him when he was just trying to understand.My husband likes going there, hopefully she apologizes to him when he gets there to pick up his coil.I give her customer service a rating of -10She could have been nice, but some people are just awful human beings.

Amazing prices on delta 8 and lets you exchange vape batteries IF you brought your previous battery from there. The people are extremely friendly. My only complaint is they dont answer their phone. EDIT: NVM They answered the phone this time. This is my top shop.

Employees were nice, but sold me the wrong coils. After reading reviews seems to be something that happens often here. I’ve never had trouble anywhere else with buying the right coils.

First visit seemed promising. I loved the variety. Second trip not so well. My boyfriend went for an emergency battery run to get a couple for my vape. After paying for two brand new batteries he looks at them and sees one is completely torn. He turned around and asked for another one or at least a refund and they declined both options. Apparently they can only refund if it’s damaged but this wasn’t damaged enough even if it can cause an explosion. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Now have to go all the way to Ayers for an exchange. Huge inconvenience. Thanks y’all.

I usually don’t have a problem when I go but today the girl gave me wrong prices, didn’t tell me the ones I was gonna buy are the worse ones till after I paid didn’t wanna give me a refund then she tried to charge me full price for 2 when one was supposed to be half off I had to correct her on how much the difference was because she was saying it was less than it actually was. Don’t know if I’ll be going back!!

I went to the one on Saratoga & Weber, No one seems to know about the product’s they are selling. I think they need better training. Been sold the wrong coils. And today I was asking about a vape pen. Someone else at the store told me some are just for the salt Nic. She told me today you can put anything in them that you want. So what’s the correct answer? Just spent 114.00. Who knows

The young lady working the counter had the personality of a dead fish. Didnt know much about product. Prices way too high, of which she said Yeah, we are kinda high, and they had no bags in which to carry my purchase out with.Will I be back? Doubt it.

Me and my friends came here (Saratoga and weber) to buy some vapes because they have a huge selection. My vape is fine (at the moment), but the first two my friend got were broken (1st busted and leaking, 2nd misfiring), they gave us free replacements but not even a month later it’s also leaking and misfiring again, and they don’t offer refunds. Waste of money.

I came into this shop because it is super close to my work. I needed some coils, batteries, charger and some juice. (I know -slacker.) I have been putting it off for so long because my normal shop is out of the way.So I stroll in with the intention of making this my go to shop. I walk in say, Hello. -No respone back.- So im just kinda standing there and the lady is on her phone texting. I say, Wow, you guys have a great inventory. -No Response.- (Maybe she is trying to become one with her phone? I just dont know.)I stand there for a few more seconds. Finally, I ask if they carry chargers; to which the lady responds that she doesnt know and kinda whispers about some being over there ( to which no clear direction was given). Um....okie dokie.At this point I have already decided I am not purchasing so in an effort to get her involved (and feel like I hadnt waisted my time), I have her price a charger for me. (Youre welcome.)Anywhoo, I ended up just leaving and will continue to go to my normal shop. I gave 2 stars because of the inventory; inventory is nice. Personality and sales service is um....just non existent here.

I came in to buy some vapes before work. One wasn’t hitting right so I had my husband go in to trade it out. The girl who was working put her whole mouth and lips on the vape without cleaning it off and without asking me if she can try it and told him it was working fine and that he couldn’t trade it out. GROSS!! who knows how many other vapes she’s done that to. I went in after work to tell another worker the situation had happened and he called the general manager to see if I can trade it after that girl put her mouth on it and she said no. What a bummer I know he’s just trying to do his job and ask but that’s a big health risk. Worker told me that’s not the first time someone’s came in and told him the same thing happened with the girl that helped me earlier and that is just straight disgusting. She could’ve passed me an illness by that by the way she hits other random peoples used vapes too.

As some one part of the vape community for 6 years here are my honest findingsIf its after hours for actual VAPING they have a large selection of mods tanks Batts and chargers.As far as juice is concerned you will run across this place as lacking in selection. No bigger name brands or large variety of flavors.Price is regarded as very high on juice35 bucks for 60 milThis is for me; an emergency vape spot which is why I gave 3 stars. I suppose if they brought in some bigger names of juice added to flavor variety. Adjusted prices to be locally competitiveIm going to deduct another star for talking down on local vape shops.This place is more of a head shop

The last 2 times I visited this establishment I’ve receive burnt coil taste from their disposables, usually the coil doesn’t taste burnt till after the 24 hour return policy. Taking my business else where.
