I would give zero stars if I could! He was friendly, polite, and very informative when he was selling me the product. Talked how good the Gene chip was for automatic hits. Then the first week it stops automatically hitting. So they told me there was a 30 day warranty in case the Gene chip went out or any other problems when I purchased it. So I go back and explain the problem and well theres nothing he can do about it he tells me. So they didnt honor the 30 day warranty and basically told me Im beat. I even have the receipt and all packaging as well that he told me to keep in case I have to return it. I said so it was a waste of money even buying the vape with this special automatic hitting feature that he hyped up so much and made it seem so nice to have. And his answer was yes. Well thats not the tune he had when he was trying to sell it to me. So with all this being said, personally, I do not recommend that anyone bless them with your hard earned money. The products they offer are junk and they WILL NOT hold their word on the 30 day warranty they claim to offer. Now I see why anytime you walk by the business its empty of any customers after my experience.

Shannon and James are so helpful! They answered lots of questions for us and were so nice to talk to! We found a ton of different juices on sale and everything else was cheaper than the stores we have bought from in the past. This will absolutely be our store from now on! The man working there, I think, either the owner or manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to my hubs, who was out to buy a whole new vape set up after he broke his.

Theres a nice feel to the place but it just isnt my cup of tea. I like being able to choose my own VG for my e-juice so it just makes me a little nervous about spending the amount of money I did in there on a juice that I turned out not to be fond of. So all in all I gave 2 stars but would recommend if you like 70)30 juice mixes.

Seem to be very limited in terms of available inventory, Ive been in multiple times for coils for a vape I purchased here and each time they havent been available. Staff are nice, just hard to get anything here outside of my usual maple butter juice.After having poor experiences in the past, my last trip has renewed my love of this store. Boatloads of juices, vapes and coils are back and Jacob is awesome! Cant wait to stop back in!

They are chill I do not like their flavors they just taste burnt, they say it’s your coil, but it’s not it’s their juice

I love the customer service here. I do miss their home made vape juices, but theres a lot to choose from. Service is so awesome, I always leave a tip

One of the best Vape shops I have ever visited. I was in town on a trip, and was worried I wouldnt be able to find a reputable and knowledgeable shop. My worry subsided when I found the Vapor Room. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The juice selection was fantastic, flavors made at request. Ive visited hundreds of shops throughout the country and this was by far the best!

Really knowledgeable staff! Everyone is so friendly and its a nice atmosphere. They always can answer any questions that you may have and always have good recommendations and let you know when there are discounts or specials! Highly recommend!!

This is, by far, the BEST store to go to for anything related to electronic cigarettes! Not only is the staff very friendly & helpful, but their products are amazing and are fairly priced, unlike the other eCig store Ive been to in Cumberland. Highly recommend The Vapor Room for any of my fellow eCig smokers!

I used to do most of my ecig shopping at vapor room, but since the FCC changes caused them to stop making their own store mixed oils, I have had to switch stores unfortunately. Its a crying shame what has happened to this long standing local business! Im not sure which came first, the FCC regulations or Covid19, but I admire these folks for staying afloat through these challenges. And, although gourmet oil is not really my choice, I try to support this business as often as I can! They were the first ecig store in our area & they deserve to succeed!

Great little vape store with very friendly staff. Parking can be a bear so allow extra time. They mix juices on site as well as offer a good variety of gourmet juices and equipment for both traditional and medical Marijuana vaping.

Good place for e-cigarette products. They have discounts and a decent rewards program. I particularly like the tobacco flavors. Its a convenient location and they now have parking in the back.

The staff are polite,helpful,an knowledgeable in regards to their products... Their not pushy either...Ill continue to do business with this store... Thank you for a great visit... Be seeing you again soon...

I love this place. The parking lot is painless, the glass is clean, the young men working are all cordial to my face and probably make jokes about me behind my back because I’m weird. They always have mid quality meth pipes for a straight five, not even an up charge when you pay in all change. Legit.
