Vape Militia Cypress Vape & CBD

I visited this shop to find relief for hand pain from a recent injury. After a brief discussion I left with a CBD tincture that really helped once I applied it topically. I will go back to shop again, very professional and the prices are competitive. I prefer to buy in shop as opposed to online for items new to me.

I just have to say, this place is amazing! Whoever worked on Sunday and today(Tuesday) are the most helpful people ever! Me and my wife just moved from Michigan and we’re looking for a new vape shop and we have found it! I will go here for all my vaping needs! They got me set up with a new mod and new tank to help me quit smoking! If you are looking for the best vape shop in cypress, this is it!

Great shop, I do not have much experience vaping and had a lot of questions. They answered all of them, then I shopped all the other shops in the area. Came back to Vape Militia to make my purchases, best shop around with quality products. They have my business from now on.

Great Prices and a great location! This may also be the only vape shop I have seen that has a couch with a tv and a pool table to use while at the shop! Great Prices and really honest people to deal with when buying something! I went in to Buy a new mod and was looking at some online, when I went in to Vape Militia (even though they had that particular mod) they told me there is a better option that is cheaper and puts out just as many watts. They also threw in a couple extra batteries! I will always go back to Vape Militia for anything I need

Very friendly staff, great selection with extremely fair prices. If you are new to vaping and looking to get into it, because you’re tying to quit smoking, do yourself a favor and get the right information with the right equipment from these guys..won’t regret it

Ive never had a bad experience coming into this establishment.. Very present and knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond for customer satifaction and repeat business. Vape militia has a satisfied and grateful customer. They have made my vaping experience pretty damn awesome. .

Had a horrible experience here. My mother and I went in and to get her a replacement pod and I started talking to the guy about cbd and every question I asked him he was rude seemed like he had better things to do then help us. Someone called he goes Im to busy right now can you just email me... when there was only me and my mother in the store. He was so into the computer i dont know what he was doing but was not very professional. I would never go back to this place if you paid me. I was thinking about buying something but with his attitude no thank you Ill keep my money and go somewhere Im treated with respect.

Great vape shop they have anything you could want, very large selection. The customer service and people working there are very understanding and can help you with any questions! Would highly recommend going here

Been going to various vape shops for the past couple years and by far the worst vape shop around. The guy at the counter is very rude and when you ask a question it is as if you are hassling them by asking. Very rude will not be coming back to a vape militia even if it’s the closest to me. Would NOT recommend the cypress location.

Thank you Scott!!! Great service and very informative! He did not try to sell me what I did not need even when I made inquiries. He was very honest about products that might not have worked. Now all I have to do is wait for the drops to work their magic. Fingers crossed!!!

The store clerk kept tying to argue with my friend about cbd instead of taking care of me and what i needed to buy. I had to interrupt thier argument to ask him about a drip tip. He also seemed to have some strong political views that I had no interest in hearing. In general he didnt seem like he knew very much about the product or anything about customer service. Whoever was working on the night of 12/28 needs some help with customer service. Yalls store seems nice but i dont like the people behind the counter.Edit: Changing my review to a 1 star. Now they are blaming the customer for bad customer service. Also i feel honored to have one of the only owner responses to a bad review that wasnt copied and pasted.

I went in one day and the hours that were posted no one was there. Then when i went back there was virtually no juice choices. Very rude when it comes to other stores. Will not be going back.I will not email you due to the fact that i do not give out my personal email address. I just dont think your staff is very professional. I dont believe that them bad mouthing other stores ib front of customers is appropriate.

I’ve been to several vape shops in the area and by far felt I had the best experience here the staff was extremely knowledgeable with helping me answer my questions and the selection of products available is by far second to none. Would highly recommend to anyone needing there vape questions answered or just looking for so nice new mods!

Worst customer service, when asked about some prices he said “it’s on the paper” I asked because I couldn’t find it on paper. Came in telling him about my awards I got on my message and he said “we can’t do anything about it that software is new so you’ll have to sign up” (even though I have already signed up and been a member for over a year) after I explained he said “well read what it tells you and do it right”The guy seem as if he was annoyed I was there from the start, horrible attitudeIf I could give no stars I would.This is a customer service business...In the middle of talking to me someone called him and stopped talking to me without saying anything and answered the phone

So I went to cypress Vape store and said that the guys at Vape Militia over price everything. We asked for one battery and the guy said 15 dollars for one. We went to Vape Militia, Toole the nice man what the other guys said, he said his batteries are 8.99 to 12.99 depending on what you want.

Great place to get ejuice and just hang. The owner was very informative and answered all the questions I asked, he even made some suggestions. Will definitely return!!

Awesome shop. Great selection of juices, mod kits, mods. For the rebuilders, they also have a selection of RTAs, RDAs, and RDTAs. For the Vaporesso users, they have the hard to find GT CCell coils.

I live right next to this shop and have got to say that it is by far the best priced, most stocked, and most informative vape shop I have ever been to, I will continue to be visiting this shop for any of my vape needs.

They had what I needed. But the guy working seemed irritated that I was there. When asking him any questions about his product he was very short with answers. Was very quick to end sale a rush me out the door.

The worst customer service ever! The guy here is super rude and seems very annoyed if you ask him a question. I will never go here again. Take your business somewhere where it is appreciated. This is not that place.

Visited for the 1st time and staff was helpful, store was clean, nice selection of juices, and I will be coming back.

I walked into this establishment thinking hey it was an decent place but once I went in and met the extremely helpful staff I walked in and I did not know much about vaping and mods and they found me the perfect and affordable mod for me I didn’t feel like they were out for my money they actually wanted me to leave Happy and you can just appreciate a business who values customer happiness

I have been to this location 3 different times and never left feeling like i have been ripped off or mis treated as a customer the customer service was top notch and the gentleman was very informative and i would recommend this vape lounge/shop to anyone looking to vape wisely and actually go about it the right way please rate them 5 stars for their great service and huge variety of liquids,mods,tanks,coils and just great welcoming enviornment and staff
