Omg best birthday gift ever!!! Nina did my 80 min deep tissue massage and I almost said i love you at the end lol. Tahara gave me a tour and made me feel right at home. And just the entire staff was top tier!!!! The atmosphere was so relaxing, the establishment was clean, cozy, peaceful and just what you need to Escape for a relaxing time. This was my first vist but def not my last!! I wish I could give more stars.

I probably had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life from Beatrice. Tahara at the front desk provided outstanding service, make sure you ask for her. Clean, private, outstanding overall experience . Will likely get a membership

This place is so much more than just a great location for massages. The spa is inexperience. We got there early to relax and were treated to complimentary wine and champagne. We had a couples 80 minute massage and enjoyed it thoroughly. The room was the perfect temperature the music was relaxing but not distracting. The two ladies that did our massages were fantastic excellent after the massages we relax in the pool and enjoyed more wine. Overall an incredible experience that we were repeat at some point in the future.

Wow. Such an incredibly invigorating and relaxing experience. My husband and I spent our first wedding anniversary here and we had the best time. I absolutely loved the massages, the wine bar, the relaxation room and of course the jacuzzi. Cant recommend enough.

I had a great experience at Escape Spa. They gave me a quick tour then allowed me some time to relax in the relaxation room prior to the massage. After a great massage, I then utilized some of the other amenities such as sauna, jacuzzi, and cold water bucket. Can’t forget to mention the complimentary glass of champagne! I’ll be back again!

Not worth the money or the hype. My husband and I had Horrendous customer service, especially from the front desk lady. She was very rude and had an attitude. The massage therapists were not much better. Escape spa depicts themselves as a “luxury spa” but the service was far from luxury. I would avoid this spa completely. It was so bad we didn’t even finish our service and left early. Don’t waste your time or money here. There’s many better options in the Houston area where the staff are actually trained and know how to interact with customers in a respectful manner. Easily the worst spa experience I’ve ever had.

I visited Escape Spa for the first time. I was very impressed from the moment I entered. Everyone was friendly. I was given a tour of the spa and it is lovely. There are so many amenities. It was a great touch to have my robe, slippers, and towel in a locker that was prepared for me. Prior to my visit, someone called to verify my robe and shoe size.Prior to starting my facial, Suzie inquired if I wanted to be advised of everything she is doing or would I prefer silence. I appreciate being asked. The facial was very relaxing.I will definitely visit Escape Spa again.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the HypeI recently visited with high hopes for a relaxing day, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.The ambiance of the spa was pleasant at first glance, but my massage was anything but relaxing. The constant noise from a loud fan made it difficult to unwind, and the therapists repetitive focus on one spot left me feeling more aggravated than rejuvenated. While she was friendly, the overall experience was not enjoyable.After the massage, I was escorted to the relaxation room, which turned out to be uncomfortable. The super small shared jacuzzi and sauna felt awkward, especially since other guests were allowed to use them simultaneously. The sauna, which only accommodates two people, was a no for me.The locker and shower area was another disappointment. With only one shower available it was inconvenient and uncomfortable. To top it off, the water never got hot, the shower gel pump was broken, and the lotion provided had a strange odor which also the pump was broken.Overall, my visit was a letdown. The lack of attention to detail and inadequate facilities made it feel more like a budget spa than a luxury retreat. I left feeling more frustrated than relaxed, and I wouldnt recommend it to others seeking a peaceful spa experience.

This was a birthday gift to myself…The staff made sure I was well taken care of… they called the day before my appointment & asked me for my robe & shoe size. When I got there everything was so cleaned & neatly set up. I even had a birthday gift in my locker. ✨☺️Ronald was my therapist & HE WAS SIMPLY THE BEST!!! Escape spa is literally a breathe of fresh air my sisters and I had an amazing experience like no other. The customer service was top tier everyone was so sweet and nice to us we truly felt welcomed. My favorite part had to be the massage of course my masseuse name was Sydney and she was great, my massage wasn’t too hard or too soft it was just right. Thank you! I just booked a massage here for my birthday and I had a great experience…the staff was super nice and helpful . My massage was great and very relaxing. The place is super clean with getaway vibes. I will definitely be booking with them again! Don’t miss out on this escape!!

I had an appointment was there in time for my appointment. Was never asked to be there before my appointment. Got there completed questions are for my needs. Paid $175 for a 60 minute massage and I was out of there in 45 minutes.I had to tell the masseuse to soften up because it was very hard to the fact I was bruised. It was a painful massage. Did not get my full 60 minutes and on top of that they added a $35 dollar gratuity without even asking.Other than that it was a nice calming vibe. Loved that you have a looker full of necessities and if you’d like to use other amenities after your massage.Not sure if that is why I only got 45 minutes and I paid for 60. However communication is key and I stated 2 times at least that I did not get my 60 minutes I paid for.Massage envy would never!! SMH is all I can say

Probably the worst “spa experience” I’ve ever had. I had the couples spa experience and it started with a tour by the front desk lady. She was great. Then when we got to the relaxation room I tried to have some cucumber water (very little left in there) and it tasted like it was days old… not to mention we were there at 10am. I wanted to puke after drinking it. When it was time for the massage, our masseuses were very nice but I noticed I was freezing throughout the entire first half massage so I said something and I asked if we could turn the air down. She said it was not in there control unfortunately. If it wasn’t for my fiancé asking if my heated bed was turned on, I wouldn’t have even known that was an option. The masseuse realized she never turned it on. So I spend half the massage time not enjoying it due to how cold I was. She probably could feel I was ice cold… I left the massage still cold. Then there were a few noise disturbances which made it not a relaxing experience. Someone open and closed the door slamming it and the second disturbance was a very loud alarm of one of the masseuses that went off. Overall, I am very disappointed in this experience. Not to mention I HAD to pay a 20% gratuity at the end which I don’t believe was fair to be forced to pay considering the experience we had… overall just disappointing as I had very high hopes.

My wife and I I spent the day here for our anniversary. It was very nice and tranquil. We started off with facials and we enjoyed them, followed by massages. The massages were decent and very relaxing. I opted for hot stones and they felt amazing. Our next stop was the Halotherapy/oxygen bar session. We love Halotherapy, so this was my favorite part. We were unable to use the hot tub/sauna area as we both forgot our swim suits. I thought about going back for additional Halotherapy sessions, but they were overpriced @ $60/session. Overall it was nice, but I don’t think we would do this again anytime soon as it was very expensive.We did not purchase any Halotherapy sessions as we found something cheaper nearby. The $60/session was quoted to us during our visit.

I was looking into massage locations in the area and came across Escape Spa. I always look at reviews and was not disappointed by my visit. The front desk receptionist, Katie, was very welcoming, helpful, and sweet. That set a great tone for me to begin my massage session. The massage therapist was light hearted and made sure I knew that she was there to make sure I had a great experience. Everything was very professional. A huge plus is the two-hour access to their amenities after a service is done. They have a relaxing hot tub with jets, a sauna, and even a room for you to enjoy some wine. The bathroom for the women even has a shower with products for you to use with amenities like a curling iron, a straightener, and a blow dryer. I have only three negatives that I can report, with my first being that there is women’s hair strewn all over the floor in all the areas of the bathroom and even on the shower wall. I know as women we shed, but the amount of hair visible everywhere made it seem like they didn’t maintain a daily clean environment in this area. The second negative I found was that when I began to shower I found out that the bottles of conditioner, body wash, and lotion were completely empty, leaving me without the ability to fully cleanse myself after the hot tub experience which only furthered my belief that the bathroom area was not maintained or checked daily. My third and last negative was that the water dispensers they had in the pool/sauna area and relaxation room were completely empty, leaving me unable to hydrate on my own. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. I will definitely be coming back, and hopefully the negatives I found will be fixed upon my return.

Escape Spa has created the perfect environment for complete relaxation. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. I loved my massage and the complimentary champagne while I was there. They have a jacuzzi, sauna, wine and they offer many other treatments if you’re interested. You also get your own assigned locker with spa shoes and a very comfortable robe for the duration of your stay. Thank you so much for the much needed relaxation. I’ll definitely be back!

It was overpriced. Massage was relaxing but the therapists were not good they were inconsistent. Even after paying hefty amount for the service it would have been better if I had went to another place. Jacuzzi was outdated. Temperature was nominal and felt I would have felt better if I did at home. Only one shower room and it was little compact. They do charge gratuity but it’s not worth it. Would go to other place for sure

My experience from this beautiful spa was nothing short of heaven if they had created a spa for heaven. That’s exactly how it fell. The energy was amazing throughout the entire staff. Everyone was so nice and informative. Thank you again for an amazing time .. I will be staying longer next time.

Booked the Soothe Your Soul experience for Christmas with my mom. I had the BEST experience. I have been to many many spas around the Houston area and by far this has to be one the best places I have been to. The service was incredible, everyone was so friendly. The questionnaire at the beginning was incredibly helpful, I loved that we received a full tour, and I was in love with the Green Room. Not to mention… the massages were incredible. Cortni and Tommi were our masseuses and we can’t thank them enough. We will definitely be returning!

From the time we booked, walked in and was serviced we felt like we had the spa exclusively just for us! Lol the receptionist was so nice and caring! They personalized our experience with a box of goodies and a hand written note wishing us a Happy Anniversary! The massage was AMAZING! I had Damian and my husband had Ms. Teres and when I tell you Damian hands are BLESSED! The personalized tub session in the room added that special touch! Look just go because I can go on and on! Lol We have been to many spas from Cali, Georgia, etc and this tops it! 10/10!

I really enjoyed my Mothers Day experience! Upon entry, I was greeted by a kind and attentive front desk. Derrick gave me a whimsical and detailed tour of the spa. After the tour, I waited in the truly relaxing Relaxation Lounge. My massage therapist, Jordan, truly made me feel comfortable and reassured as this was my first massage. The massage was great and had a lasting effect, I felt great even days later! I definitely recommend this spa! I will be back for sure!

Hands down the best spa. From the friendly and welcoming staff to the personalized catered locker rooms and relaxation room. This by far has been the best spa I went to. The experience was totally worth it. Damian was my massage therapist and he was outstanding. I never had a male masseuse however, he made me feel comfortable and also ensured that I was comfortable. Atrocious customer service. Will not honor a gift voucher that expired a week ago. No reason given, just no. Unheard of in todays society.Responding to the owners reply to my initial rating: (1/10/24) There has been no attempt to reach out to me. As a matter of fact, I left my contact information with Katie for someone to contact me, and to date, nobody has. As for the cancellation of my appointment, a credit card was required to complete my appointment. If I did not cancel, I have no doubt it would have been charged given the apparent 100% adhesion to the archaic policy Escape Spa adheres to. There was and is ample time to engage in meaningful conversation as there was the day of the request, but to date, no conversation has been attempted by Escape Spa. I would be happy to edit my review if Escape Spa in any way made any effort to accommodate my request to use the $180 in funds purchased, but to date, no effort has been made outside of this reply to an accurately bad review of terrible customer service.

Found this spa in a convenient location living in Fairfield. I had my expectations blown. The price is very reasonable considering all of the complimentary amenities. Be sure you have the time to relax and make a day out of your visit and bring your swim suit to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. My massage therapist was Cortni, she did a great job working out my knots as i usually prefer medium to deep pressure. She also recommended great recovery tips. Will definitely be back for a couples massage next.

Took my mother here for Mother’s Day and we had a nice time. The facility was nice, amenities great, and staff friendly. The only downfall was the staffs confusion with my mothers appointment. They accidentally mistook her for another patron and gave her an extra massage, at my expense when I only booked one. It was not a major issue, but I’m glad I had the money and just hope they didn’t comp the other patron at my expense since she was unaware. We will likely be back as long as no more mistakes happen.

I would give it 5 stars if my massage room wasn’t freezing. Great massage but I could barely enjoy the 90 minutes because I was literally shivering the whole time. I asked could the air be turned down and my masseuse said no. Other than that all of the rooms were really nice and I enjoyed the warmer parts of the experience!

I spent time in the sauna and the relaxation room before Matt brought me to the massage room. He immediately made me feel comfortable and began the massage targeting my specific needs. After the most relaxing massage, I joined guided meditation lead by Niesha from Reiki by Niesha. This experience was so restorative. I can’t wait until I can schedule my next appointment.

HelloI was there on Monday the 4th for a signature massage and scalp treatment, the next day i noticed that my neck and head are hurting a lot. I call the facility and spoke to Derek and he said can give me a inferred Sauna for 30min. I told him let me see for a day how it goes. today is the 7th and my neck is worst. I visited Pure Vichy as a Christmas gift from my husband. This was one of the best gifts I received and the best massage I have EVER had. I have had several massages in the past, but Ronald was honestly the best and very professional. He made sure I was comfortable with everything he was doing. He had the perfect mixture of a medium and firm pressure. This was my first time receiving a massage from a male, and I was a little nervous at first. Ronald made me feel relaxed which allowed me to enjoy my two-hour massage even more. Then to top it off, I fell asleep in the relaxation room while waiting for my facial service. The relaxation room did exactly what it was supposed to do...it relaxed me. The soft music, waterfall, dim lights, and aroma scent gave it a vibe. Then to top off my experience, Tatiana gave me a Vitamin C facial. It was everything. She was very thorough and gave extra attention to my problem area in my face. Her hands were amazing. I would recommend this spa to anyone that is looking for an excellent massage and facial experience. Call Derrick and let him set up your service. I cant wait until I go back.

I love everything about Escape - Pure Vichy! I came to their new location today in Cypress and was blown away. For one, there is plenty of parking, which is easy to spot. I came in for a custom facial by Tatiana and was immediately greeted by her, Derrick, and Georgette. The customer service is outstanding. The professionalism is top-notch, and they all made me feel so welcome.The decor is fantastic, and the feel is very serene, which adds to the theme of an Escape to relax. I was able to relax in my soft robe with a glass of champagne, then taken to a beautiful room to get my facial. The beds heat up and feel like a cloud. Tatiana has magic hands, and my skin looks amazing! I highly recommend this spa; you legit will not be disappointed.

I went here today to get the CBD massage and it was amazing. As a matter of fact; the best massage I’ve ever had. Beautiful, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I even purchased some of their products for usage in between appointments. Highly Recommended!

I got a relaxation massage by Evelyn and a Sleek and Slim with LaTanya. THHHEEE BEESSTTT EVER!!!! They both took great care of me and I honestly cant wait to go back next month. I will most definitely be booking with them again! Lounge, restroom, sauna, jacuzzi, everything is perfect and the entire building is such a calm get away from everyday life. I almost didnt want to leave. They have a great team and awesome Amenities for their customers.

I absolutely fell in love with the people of this place right off the bat! You walk into the lobby and get greeted by the most happiest guy ever, Derrick. His smile and energy is so contagious. You check in on their tablet and Derrick takes you back for a small tour of the facilities. There is a Wet room (Sauna/Steam/Relaxation chairs/jacuzzi), Wine Room (a private club vibe), Relaxation Room (Water/Snacks/Lounge chairs with a fireplace in the center of the room, and Partitions between the chairs for privacy. He then shows where the locker room is for you to get comfortable in your faux fur lined robes and comfortable sandals. Each locker is equipped with a Make-up wipe, razor, ear buds, comb, and a towel. There is two toilet rooms in the locker room and a shower.After getting disrobed and changed into your spa attire, you go to the Relaxation room. You get champaign, there are snacks, water, and tea. A little of everything to accommodate everyone. You then get to relax and listen to music while you are waiting to get taken back by your therapist. The chairs are so comfortable they also have a faux fur blanket that you can use at the base of the chair. So comfty!!!Kimberly was my massage therapist. When i say holy cow, this woman is amazing! Im not saying it lightly. We get into the treatment room (Vichy Relaxation Massage Room), I got to pick a signature sent to be used throughout my teatment, after you get undressed and beneath the towel, the journey to a magical land of amazingness starts. She gave me the best massage I have ever had(and I am a massage therapist myself and have gotten a massage from people from all around the world). I never had to ask her to go deeper or lighter due to her amazing senses. She knew when my muscles could take more or needed less. Im a fan and she will be my go-to!TIP: dont wear any undies, the massage on your glutes, is the best! (just a massage therapists insight)After my massage, I received a water therapy treatment on my body. The pressure and temperature of the water was relaxing. After I dried off, I was ushered back to the relaxation room for my next treatment.LaTanya was my esthetician. She was so kind and she paid attention to little details. I did an ani-aging facial. Something that I didnt think I needed at 35, but here I am! Her flow was so relaxing, she tells you what she is putting on so you are not surprised. She also has a relaxation/mediation audio on to get you more relaxed and to get you out of your head. Once she was done with me, I didnt know what was down or up. I was a marshmallow. She brought me back to the relaxation room and told me to enjoy the amenities. There is no time limit. I felt I could spend all day there recharging to tackle mom/everyday life. I found out they have day passes, and thought this is the perfect place to hang with your spouse or your friends!!!

Ronald the massage therapist alongside the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The aesthetics were tranquil and serene. I cant wait to return for my next visit

OMG! It was the most relaxing day of my life. I drove an hour and a half to get there and Ron was well worth it if nothing else! I enjoyed every moment and have started planning a girls trip already. I can’t wait to go back!

Great service at the desk upon entry but for the prices they charge you really can go somewhere else and get 2 massages to their one. My masseuse was sweet but mediocre at best and talked so much that I couldnt fall into the comfort zone. The amenities included a small jacuzzi and sauna and Im assuming this is why my 60 min massage cost $160. Overall this spa looks pretty but falls short on actual experience and is extremely overpriced.

I absolutely love Pure Vichy! The atmosphere is so fun and relaxing, and they have the nicest employees! I’ve been to several spas over the years but never felt both welcome and appreciated except for at this spa. Tatiana is the best esthetician in the world and does absolute magic on my face and skin! She and Ronald are the best massage therapists too…. If you are looking for a fantastic spa, I can’t recommend Pure Vichy enough!!

Today I had the most pleasurable experience at Pure Vichy. I enjoyed a classic massage with Tatiana. My experience was pleasurable from start to finish. This is a full service spa and I love the fact they have a relaxation room to unwind in after your service. I hate I couldn’t enjoy it since I had to jet back to work but I will definitely return soon for a day of pampering and self care.

The staff was extremely amazing and so professional! My husband and I went in for facials and we both agree, it was by far the best. The details and the attentiveness to the skin was amazing. The Pure Strandz Beauty experience was amazing! The assistant Sha was very welcoming and personable. Before booking the email experience was quick and personable as well. The massage therapists Sha and Otilia were amazing as well. We booked the couples special, and the setup was set in an intimate, relaxing tone. The therapist centered the massages around our personal lives as well as tension spots. We also decided to do a hot stone add on which was refreshing and amazing. This was my first time at Pure Vichy Spa and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The energy was perfect from walking in, to walking out. Tatiana Greeted me, helped me with my paperwork, got me a yummy sangria, gave me a tour, and took me to the unwind room which was so relaxing. I then got one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten from Ronald, hands down! He listened to what I wanted and made my massage custom to me. He was very Knowledgeable on why certain muscles were in pain or tighter than others due to how I carry myself and daily activities. At the end of my massage, he ensured my problem areas were relieved, which I greatly appreciated. Ronald you are amazing!! If you haven’t been to Pure Vichy, get in there! Today I had 2 appointments, which one didn’t happen due to a staff member not being available ( which was ok because I was a bit scared) however , the service I did receive was superb. The whole appointment was awesome from the time I was greeted by the receptionist to the actual lash service. The tech was very patient, and quick, and made me feel very comfortable. The environment was so serene and relaxing. This was my first time getting lashes and most definitely wont be my last.

Just went with my husband to get a massage and we both LOVED our experience. We were in desperate need of some t.l.c. and the masseuses really listened and paid attention to those needs. From the outside, the place is super unassuming, but once you enter the halls/rooms and see how big and neat the place is, you’ll feel right at home. Everybody was super nice and attentive to us. The space was clean and linens were fresh. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a quality relaxing, stress-reducing massage.

Tatiana is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I’ve had problem skin since I was 12 and Lebrina has always told me when she use to do my hair that I should get facials and chemical peels. I went and got a massage but it was far away from relaxing..I was so tensed up..I had to tellher to go lighter..it Almost felt likePhysical therapy than an actual message..I’mSore and have some bruising on my lower back..I told her that I wanted to focus mainly on back..no butt area and she did the opposite..at one point she had me turn around to do some massage on my neck area..and she pressed hard that I had to tell her not this area..same for my side stomach..all I indicated not to do in the tablet upon checking in..she did. She was an Asian lady she did inform of wat ways to stretch muscles at home..that was informative but that’s really all.

And the treatment rooms are tranquil.I received a Detox facial by Taylor. My skin was severely damaged from having worked in Afghanistan for 10 yes. Ms Taylor advised me on what would be necessary for my journey back to healthy skin. The treatment was incredible. After 1 week I finally know what bright skin means. Taylor has been available to me throughout the week for questions and status checks. Five Stars for herI also received a Lilly Look eyelash extension from Ms. Kiera. They are lovely far more natural than othersAs a middle aged woman they were just what I needed to refresh my eyes, without being overly dramatic . They added freshness and a finished appearance to my face. My experience with Kiera was so so pleasant. I am looking forward to my next appt. Oh my, where do I begin?From booking my birthday spa party to the beautiful day of.My guest and I were welcomed with a smile by Tera and we were then shown to the locker area where we changed.We were escorted to the “relaxation room” where there were balloons, personalized decor, sandwiches, cupcakes, mimosa’s, sangria, & water of course. None of which I brought, totally all Pure Vichy doing.We were allowed time to mingle & enjoy the refreshments. Then either our masseuse or esthetician (depending if we booked a massage or facial). Since I booked 2 services, massage & facial, I started with Ronald for my massage. Let me tell you briefly about Mr. Ronald...his hands were basically made to for this. Although he’s very soft spoken, he was also very personable. He noticed I had tension & after my massage and once I was robbed, he shared some stretched to practice so I wouldn’t be so tense. I then went on to my facial with Tatiana. The facial was so relaxing I caught myself snoring on her table.All in all, the experience at Pure Vichy was nothing less of perfection, cleanliness, & great quality along with an amazing staff.I’ll be back!
