Massage Heights Cypress Towne Center

I went in on June 28th, around 7pm. I still have muscles aches and pains from the massage. The masseuse was talking the ENTIRE time to me about her personal life. I wanted to go get a message to relax, no to play therapist for someone else. In return I started venting to her because I just wanted her to stop talking. She clearly didn’t like that because she couldn’t wait to get me out of there towards the end. I get that we all have things going on in our lives but it just felt like an energy dump from her. Very disappointed with the service….I will not be returning to any massage heights ever again.

Tamy is wonderful. She knows my problem areas and addresses them. She gives me the option to chat or lay quietly and when we do chat, she takes the time to follow up or ask about things we discussed previously. What a memory! She truly cares for her clients!

My experience at Massage Heights (25845 Northwest fwy) was underwhelming to see the least. I’ve had a few massages before and they delivered not even the bare minimum. My therapist showed up almost 30 minutes late. She was highly recommended during the booking process 48 hours before my appointment so I specifically changed the day and time in anticipation of a great massage. This was not the case. There were no pleasantries, no introduction, no questions to find out where my trouble areas are and a plan to address them. At the end of the massage, there was no offering of water, there was no advice, post massage , so I question why she was recommended and why I waited for her. My hour long deep tissue massage was actually a 50 minute training session as it seemed. When asked why it wasn’t a full hour. I was told they instantly deduct 10 minutes for getting undressed, even though I showed up more than 15 minutes early as they suggested to fill out my intake form and get ready for the therapist ,on top of her being 30 minutes late. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I caution anyone patronizing the business to be careful. The place tries to deliver an upscale experience, but with budget products thank you but no thank you

Paige with the red hair she was a counter manager terrible Bianca , who is also a retreat leader, absolutely unstable, rude, unprofessional, Tina, absolute drunk… Adrian absolutely rude and professional. This is a messy establishment Orlando absolute narcissist Abby was nice Daniel was nice

A good massage therapist is hard to find. I am grateful Cory has returned to the Massage Heights -Cypress Towne Center location. For years, he has been able to relieve my muscular tension with his experience and firm massage pressure. On the administrative side, Adrian is my go to. She has always been extremely positive and enjoyable to deal with anytime I have questions. The treatment you receive makes you feel like family! To top it off, the owner of this location, Travis, has created a lifelong customer. He is a philanthropist and supports his community locally by helping out multiple Girl Scout troops each year when cookie season rolls around. This is a wonderful team and I’m so glad I found them.

My first time trying this location and it was a mediocre experience as the front desk did not recommend the right masseuse when I requested deep tissue and stretching. The assigned masseuse wasn’t applying any pressure at all and barely spent any time on problem areas that I requested extra attention and time on. In addition the masseuse outright refused to administer any stretching when I requested.It is important the masseuse also makes clients feel comfortable as massage sessions are supposed to be relaxing and rejuvenating, and should not be stressful and full of hesitation.I was expecting a good experience but was bummed to have spent the money for a below par massage session.My two stars are for clean facility, good ambiance and convenient location.

Abbie did a fenominal job with my facial. Enjoy it so much. I hope I spelled her name correctly. My face looks and feels great. Her hands are so soft and I did not feel pain and barely had any redness on my skin. I came today 10 02 23 and Im currently a member @2:15pm. Thank you Abbie!!!

Horrible massage, horrible masseuse, the masseuse name Joshua came so late 15 min late and did only 35 min massage for 50 min session. When he was leaving the room, he turned on the lights fully bright. Worst customer service as well. I told them at front desk that I had a very bad experience, the front desk lady was smirking. My sheets were not changed and the guys coffee drink was still sitting there. Seem like he has just completed one service and they just got me in that same room. No sanitization of the room what so ever. Seems he uses the same room and the same sheet for the next client.

Massage Heights at CYPRESS TOWNE CENTER is a good location. I am really writing this review because …. TINA IS FANTASTIC. I gave a 4 star because of Massage Heights - the company. I bought a membership last year at another location that is closer to my daily activities because I was trying to give myself some me time while giving extra attention to my face. I signed up for the facials - which is available for an up-charge on the regular monthly payment for the membership. The one massage I had at another location was not good but that’s okay - I signed up for the facials. Massage heights as a company has some work to do as far as their membership options are concerned. I will not continue my membership because I do not like the way they write their contract. I thought I read there were shorter terms available and was told there are not, so I took the annual membership. I wanted to pay off the membership in full 3/4 way through so I could avoid the monthly debit and was advised that could not be done. The manager at the other location where I established the membership was neither helpful nor curious as to my challenges with the membership. She came across as condescending and annoyed when I asked if I could just pay the remaining 3 months and cancel. Was the membership worth it? Yes, but only because of Tina.Tina is attentive to detail, knows skin care and consistently delivers. She got to know me as a person and know and understand my skin and my issues with it. She does what is needed so there is no over processing of my skin. She recommends maintenance that is practical. It’s not about selling a product or service for her, it is about DELIVERING effective service . I have seen improvements in my face. I am pleased with the progress . I will pay full price if I have to, even if it means going less frequently because my sessions with Tina produce results.

I have been a member here for a little over a year. I love this branch. The ladies at the front desk are kind and I like the location from where I live. Angela is awesome and listens to my needs customizing for problem areas. This membership was the best thing I’ve done for myself. Thanks!!

I been a client for yrs then I got my husband a membership and everything is been great until today . So I made an appointment last week for me (Monday)and my husband (Thursday ) so they call and cancel him 2 hrs massage so ok fine they book him for another day the following week (Thursday) then I do another appointment for me (Monday ) same week as my husband. They call me same monday canceling my 2hrs massage ok it’s fine but then they call him today (Wednesday) that he had an appointment . The appointment was for Thursday not Wednesday so they want a book him for another day but they want a take the credits of 2 hrs because he dnt show up . When is not our fault this is not ok.

I’ve been going here for several months which started out from a gift my daughter gave me. My first therapist was Lily, and I wasn’t impressed at all. Then I started seeing Eva, she was fantastic and she left. Last visit was with Kelsey, her hands were like ice and really never warmed up and had no customer service at all. Think I might have to change to somewhere else. Maybe this place just don’t like senior’s.

Yesterday morning I received a massage here at this location, first time to this location, and overall it was not a great experience. Whoever was working the front desk was not very friendly when I came in and they stared at me the whole time I was in my car before getting out and as I walked in. It made me feel very uncomfortable before the massage even started. My massage therapist was kind but honestly not very thorough or attentive to the spots I circled in the sheet beforehand.It felt more like a rubbing then a massage.... Not what I paid for to help get the knots out.Also they had booked me for an hour instead of 90 minutes which caused this massage to feel extremely rushed because I didnt realize that until the therapist mentioned she would massage up the the hour mark and I mentioned I had paid for 90 minutes, she had to leave the room during my massage to check on that.Lastly, during my massage a few times the therapist wore gloves..... This felt odd and honestly made me feel awful. Ive never had this happen and it just didnt make for a relaxing massage. I hope there is something that can be done to make the experience here more positive as Ive always loved massage heights as a whole.**I wanted to come back and edit my review after the manager reached out to me and helped to ensure I had a better experience. Michael was my therapist and he was awesome, that was exactly the massage I needed. The manager was there to make sure I was taken care of from the moment I walked in which was nice. I would come back again, but Id definitely ask for Michael

I was anything but calm when I went in for my facial from Abby. Her work on my face was so soft and soothing I feel asleep! It wasnt a full body massage with hot stones but more relaxing.My second visit was so good, I walked out with glowing soft skin. It feels like a lymphatic massage and when I looked at myself in the car mirror I was surprised at how young I looked. Booked my next visit. I want to see how long the magic lasts.

I absolutely love Tamy! I’ve been seeing her once a month for a little over a year. She has excellent rhythm to her massage techniques. I go to her for a full body firm massage with emphasis on my neck, shoulders and upper back. She has excellent use of the time to get to all of my muscle groups while still prioritizing the trouble spots. I can’t stress enough how much better I feel after each session. Thank you Tamy!

The staff was great!!! I joined at a great time because there were coupons and discounts available. As a frequent visitor of massage parlors, I thought I knew what to expect but Samantha’s technique was amazing. I’m pleased with deciding to join.

I received my first massage at massage heights last week on Wednesday the 31st, and Adrian and Paige were great to work with. They made me feel comfortable, explained all the different options that I can do while being a member. The service was exceptional and I felt very welcomed at at home, will love to continue going back in the future

I arrived on time, intake was smooth, and we got started on time too. My masseuse was really good. Id requested a deep tissue and she did quite the job, turns out shes quite strong for her looks 😁😁. Overall, great service, great ambience.

The facial was quite wonderful but I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was hoping for more of a tiny body massage as well like I had at another spa but I did enjoy this. The tech was wonderful but I felt like she was not able to finish the facial. I should have done an hour and a half facial. That is something that you should consider. I really enjoyed the aromatherapy. Not sure if I will go back. The intro price was really the selling point.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Daniel, the massage therapist, was amazing! He knew were all of the knots and my backwards at were as well as in my shoulders and he slowly worked them out.

My experience at Massage Heights was world class. The staff was friendly, experienced, & really knew how to make you feel like you were the only one in the building. If youve never had a facial, I do recommend that you get one here! This was the icing on the cake for my birthday and I will return for another session. 😄🎂🥂

Angela was great! Ive had some bad massages in my life, but she was excellent. The check in process was strange and they messed up my desired massage, but Angela was sure to clarify and make it a great experience none the less!

I loved that I was able to set up a same day appointment on a Saturday. My masseuse was a little behind schedule but did not take away from my massage time. The lady at the front desk was pretty sweet as well as my masseuse. It was my first time ever getting a professional massage and my masseuse was pretty informative. Only thing I wish to have changed is had I known that I couldve requested more concentration on my problem areas that would have been great to know. Some things done felt wasteful of time. I overall enjoyed my first professional massage experience.

0 was not available. Actually got a great couples Massage and facial. COMPLETELY ruined by seeing my credit card the next day. Front staff was unable to correct an erroneous Charge on my friends Massage and so they said no charge now until we can figure it out and we will call you tomorrow... yes, of course no call the next day. Instead they just charged MY credit card on file for my friends Massage. The manager Dawn was unapologetic when I called to address the unauthorized Charge and said well someone has to pay for this Massage and we cant reverse your charge until I have another card. No work to correcting the overcharge was done. She called another location for clarification when I challenged the charge and did call me back that they would reverse the charge. STILL no apology not even a conciliatory tone.Will never visit this location again!!!Massage Heights member 10+ years

I wish I could give 0 stars. I dont come to this location much as its out of my way, I prefer Rock Creek location. The few times Ive been here as a last resort, Andy, the manager has been very pompous and unpleasant. There is always a complete break down in their communication skills and they are very quick to mishandled your credit card information. Massage Heights will never receive a dime from me again and I was a long time member.

I highly recommend Barbara. I needed a deep tissue massage for sore muscles in my back and neck and she did an awesome job. I walked out feeling so much better. Paige, who greeted me when I walked in, was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

The manager was very rude when I was calling to see about extending my 90 days to use all my hours. I live over an hour away from a Massage Heights and when I canceled my membership they said if I couldnt use my hours in the 90 days to call and they could extend it. So I called and I still have 30+ hours and they refuse to help out. I would avoid getting a membership at any location but especially this one.

I have been using massage services several months and I am delighted. Angela, my therapist, is excellent and always looks to work in any area where I have discomfort. The place is clean and the staff is incredibly attentive.

If I could give this place a zero I would. First I tried to cancel after my six months went into the store and I was advised that I would have to let the director or coordinator contact me. I asked why? I was told that it was there new policy. I called the next day and off course she was busyI have called corporate office to get this handled because this is not fair that you practically have to wait for someone to reach out to you to cancel a contract you no longer want. Ridiculous. The time that i have gone for service was great but the cancellation process is ridiculous. This is just a bad business move to scam to keep processing your card. I will never do this again. I mean never. I wouldnt even recommend anyone to this place for a contract. Again the service was good but the cancellation process is horrible and the staff are not trained on policies.

Wonderful massage by therapist, Dee, firm but relaxing too!Professional, courteous staff. Patrick, who helped me at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Great customer service which is not always the case these days, so much appreciated!

My visit today entailed a Microdermabrasion facial. I usually ask for Abby. She is very knowledgeable and skilled with these sessions. My skin is always glowing and very well moisturized after these sessions. The crew at the Cypress location have always been very nice and accommodating when trying to book appointments.

We went for a couples massage with wife. This was a gift from our daughter for our 47th wedding anniversary. Got into room, disrobed and were laying on tables when we were told we had to leave because I have prostate cancer and our masseuse refused to work on us. Where is it written that people with cancer can’t get a massage. That’s discrimination in my book. She was afraid it would spread. She’s not supposed to be massaging that area anyway. Cancer isn’t spread by touch. People with cancer need massages because they are under a lot of stress. My wife cried every time she thought about it. They really embarrassed us. Do not waste your money and time there.

Angela provided a great massage. I’ve had other massages in the past, but Angela provided detail to areas that were bothering me as well as gave tips on how to stretch daily so I won’t have these issues anymore.

Love this place. Felicia takes good care of me, and as many years as Ive been getting messages, I like Tri the best. He really exerts a lot of force to get into all the tough knots. Love coming here!

Andys Customer service skills suck.They overcharged my card and charged it again 2 weeks later. Lady at the front desk is no help at all. Dont give them your card info. I canceled my membership when this happened and was still charged

Clean. Professional. Pleasant . we got the aroma therapy with deep tissue and a foot massage. it was exactly what was needed. Dee was really nice to my friend . it was a guy that gave me my massage . please pick him . I didnt find out until after that he was the owner . Money well spent . I would return.

This is honestly the best example of a business on its way to close its doors. I feel sorry somewhat for the owner even if he/she did read their reviews and see all of the short comings it is obvious that nothing is being done and they are in the wrong business. I believe a spa like massage heights is supposed to represent relaxation and rejuvenation. I feel exhausted, frustrated, ripped off and distraught. Not exactly what I was looking for and dont remember seeing that in the pamphlet. I will say the reason I gave 1 star and not zero is because in todays world of inconsistency Massage Heights is consistent in their performance. I have found through my membership they have been consistent with poor management, not honoring commitments, not respecting their clients time, over charging for services and making it very difficult to receive a refund, not returning calls ever. Thanks Massage Heights for helping me realize to stay away for peace and relaxation!

Cory is the best! I recieve a deep tissue massage once a month for the past 4 months from Cory. Theres a Massage Heights next to my house but I drive to the cypress location because I trust Cory. I Stand all day 5 days a week and have so many problems with my back and neck getting stiff. Every time he concentrates on my stressed knotted areas. I feel like I had a margarita when I leave. Stress free and not stiff. My faviorte part is the next day Im not sore!If you havent experienced a massage with Cory I highly recommend him.

I had THE BEST hot stone, hemp-infused Swedish massage from Tina yesterday....so relaxing! Thanks to Patrick for giving me the therapist recommendation, looking forward to my next session!

I am a member and satisfied with massages but cannot get anyone to answer the phone there. I have tried calling for an hour after I was called asking me to call back with updated on file credit card. Unacceptable

Intake is always smooth and Angela H is the absolute best. Her energy is great and she is kind and caring! I always leave rejuvenated and relaxed.

Excellent service! I had the best deep tissue treatment of my life with Corey. I am a hockey player and I train a lot in the gym. He was able to get my shoulders back on track and help with other areas I needed help with! Corey, you rock man!

The man playing dress up in the front is very rude.I heard him talk bad another customer while I was waiting for my service. Go to another location unless you want to be treated mediocre, and talked bad about from the staff.

Terrible experience... by mistake my husband made the appointment in this location rather than the location in town lake... The front desk girl (Jane) blue eye girl wasn’t anything helpful I was running late since I showed up at the wrong location and they were not able to change my appointment or anything... The massage only lasted around 35 min instead of 60 min because they just didn’t wanted to give me the 60min... She told me if I didn’t take the appointment they would still charge me for the massage... I would never come back here and I can’t believe how the lie to my husband telling him I would still have a 60min massage and they just give me a 35min massage...

Adrian at the front was so incredibly professional and accommodating. My therapist Tri was the best massage I have ever had hands down!!!

Abby is my favorite esthetician of all time, she keeps me looking beautiful and everyone at the front desk is friendly and knowledgeable.

Stay away from this place, the manager Down is the worst..., my husband gave me a birthday package that included 2 hot stone treatments..., and when I went to take it I only took one and I wanted to change the second one and they told me Yes and I changed it for two hours of manual massage which in price was the equivalent and when I went to have the second hour of massage they told me that I only had half an hour left and no matter how much I complained, Down told me if I didnt like the service. that I should go to another place where they had many happy customers and that my husband knew how to choose my gifts better (after they themselves persuaded him to buy that one in particular) in the end I told them to keep their package since if They dont care about the clients (only their money) I dont think they care about my health..... I get massages at least once a month and this has been the worst experience of my life with massages.....
