During my first visit to Massage Heights, I was hopeful for a session that would meet the companys renowned high standards. Regrettably, my experience was not as I had envisioned. The therapists limited English proficiency posed a significant barrier, hindering effective communication and leading to misunderstandings. My attempts to convey my persistent back pain and the unexpected deactivation of the bed heater were met with a mere Oh ok, indicating a lack of comprehension.Adding to my disappointment, the therapist, despite having a year of experience, did not make any adjustments to the treatment when I expressed my dissatisfaction. When I brought these issues to the front desk, I discovered that previous similar complaints about the same therapist had been left unattended. This raised doubts about Massage Heights dedication to client satisfaction and professional standards.The situation escalated when I attempted to voice my concerns to a manager. To my dismay, no manager was available on-site or by phone. This lack of responsiveness was frustrating and raised questions about the establishments operational and customer service protocols.I shared a sentiment with the management that Ive always believed true: Your reputation is everything. Given this experience, I requested a full refund to be issued to my credit card, explicitly stating my disinterest in any service credits. Unfortunately, this unresolved experience has marred my view of Massage Heights, leading me to reconsider future visits.Posting this detailed review is my way of providing honest feedback to the company and potential customers. I hope it improves future client service and better communication within the Massage Heights team.

I received a gift card and used it for a facial. It was a nice experience but based on previous facials I’ve had in the past, I had different expectations. This could have been my fault. Previous facials I’ve received were more tailored to my needs and I did not feel like this was. The majority of my time was spent on a facial massage. I did not feel like I received anything specific based on my stated concerns other than the microdermabrasion that I requested initially.Additionally, the towels and steamer had a strange odor. I couldn’t place it.Overall, it was an OK experience but not what I went in expecting.

I have had many nice dip tissues massages before all over the world and I am so grateful that I can get one of the BEST right hear in Houston in Massage Heights Town Lake : beautiful and very welcoming facility. Zoya is dip tissues massage therapist that I will always go to. Her skills are excellent! My issues with back tension from stress immediately resolved after first few session thank to her strong hands! I always leave refresh, relaxed and invigorating.

I had a lovely 80 minute massage with Az. The product line they use is amazing, left my skin, feeling so soft and hydrated. The massage was very intuitive, and I felt extremely relaxed. The hot towels and hot stones were excellent. I think it’s a wonderful idea to let first time guest come and experience the spa at member rates; most places do not! It is a great part of your wellness journey to have a membership and become a part of the Massage Heights community!

Beware of this place if you are using a Groupon. I bought a Groupon for my husband for his birthday and I made an appointment over the phone letting the front desk person know I had a 90 min massage voucher along with an elevation. They told me no problem and took the Groupon code over the phone. The day comes and my husband checks in with no issues. After they take start and end the session in 60 minutes my husband is left confused as he was supposed to get the massage for 90 minutes. The masseuse tells him that the booking was made for 60 minutes and he needs to take up the issue with the front desk since they booked the appointment. He speaks with someone at the front but the lady was no help as management wasn’t working over the weekend. I had called this establishment earlier in the week and I got the same answer that manager wasn’t in and she would give me a call. It’s been almost a week now and I have yet to receive any calls! Please don’t waste your time and money with this place as they don’t know how to treat customers. I find it highly frustrating that I pay for a full service and I don’t receive all of it.

Massage Heights Towne Lake mentions aspiring to give world class service but their delivery falls very short. My therapist, Ms. Oscar, was actually wonderful. Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit. First time session is $80 and then every visit after is $160. Thats just a ridiculous price for a one hour massage with literally nothing extra to account for their world class service aspirations. My therapist gets a thumbs up but the operation gets a thumbs down.

Really disappointed in this place. I made an appointment online, and unfortunately, had to cancel it shortly after due to being stuck in the surgery. I called to make changes, but they charged me for half the price of the service anyway. Disappointing to have this as my first experience with this place, as I’ve just moved nearby and was looking for a new, massage therapist for my ankylosing spondylitis. I certainly won’t try booking here again.

Was gifted an introductory massage here as a birthday surprise. Though staff was polite, experience was underwhelming. I did provide feedback to the email sent afterwards expressing my disappointment but something tells me I doubt they will care. If you’re accustomed to a pampered style treatment at a spa with enticing bells and whistles, this isn’t it. And if it’s your first visit, don’t look forward to more than the bare minimum. At least that was my unfortunate experience.

Massage Heights in Towne Lake at The Boardwalk did a fantastic job for our couples massage. Our masseuses were excellent. Highly recommend them.

I bought gift certificates from there at Christmas. I gave them as a gift to someone that struggles financially. She tried to book an appointment and they denied her because she couldnt give them a credit card number. They never told me that when I bought the gift certificates. They are supposed to be gifts and now she cant use them. Thinking of filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have called multiple times and I am now on day four waiting for a manager to follow up with me after being erroneously charged (twice) for a monthly subscription I did not agree to.

I have been a member for many years and only had great experience with the staff. The facility is clean and I come out feeling refreshed. However, on Sept. 23, I had a terrible unexpected experience. The receptionist India took a while to check me out. I asked if I was done and she said I am just checking to make sure you dont RUN OFF without PAYING. I was shocked and confused from her tone and accusations. I told them I only come in when I have credit hours and have confirmed with the person taking my appointment. I paid for the 1/2 hour they said I owed and said I have never had anyone speak to me this way. India then stated she was just trying to make sure I didnt RUN OFF without PAYING and she said I was the one HAVING A MOMENT. I then asked to have my membership canceled.When I got home, I remembered that I did have a free 1/2 hour facial last month as an offer since they raised their rates. The Director realized their mistake and that they had deducted the 1/2 hour from my membership hours. She credited me the half hour I was charged for and made excuses for India.Mistakes happen. What is disturbing is how any business would allow their employees to accuse and disrespect any client this way. I question what kind of establishment was I at? Who conducts business this way? People come to get massages to relax and destress. My massage therapist did her job but this receptionist clearly has no clue how to treat people with respect and this establishment does not honor their clients when they allow their employees to rob clients of their positive energy. There are so many ways this could have been addressed. Its a shame. I will take my business elsewhere.Despite my feedback, instead of a sincere apology this is turned around on me that I failed to provide the coupon for the facial. That is not true. The coupon was provided in the last visit and the appointment was confirmed that I had enough hours . The moment I called back, director knew exactly what I was talking about. Coupons were issued to all members because rates when up. This is not something done specialty for me. All you have to do is account for who took your offer or not. I don’t expect anything in return except recognition of the poor behavior, tacky demeanor and cheapened experience towards a long standing member. This employee’s behavior is 💯 unacceptable regardless and clients should not be treated this way!

What a wonderful experience at massage heights. We got couple massage and since the moment we arrive we were feeling welcome. Great customer service and the Massage by Mr. Az was the best I ever had. The smell, cleanliness and massage was Awesome! I had massage in different places but this place was the BEST overall. Thank you Mr. Travis, you have amazing staff and services. Definitely we will come back.

I got my daughter some services for her birthday. She absolutely loved it. Hanh took care of her; it was her first massage, and she definitely wants to return. She was very nice and put her at ease, gave her a great service and was caring. Sarah at the check-in was also very welcoming and knowledgeable. She took time out to make sure I understood everything and was accommodating and helpful to all my needs. Knowledge about the products, gave me information about the services. We will absolutely return.

I have had a membership here for the past almost 4/5 years and I have enjoyed the service I receive. The staff at the front are always welcoming and more than willing to help make sure you feel comfortable while here. However, I have had on more than several occasions my appointment need to be cancelled due to the massage therapists cancelling for the day. I understand this is not the fault of anyone other than the massage therapists, but as someone who pays monthly for a service only to find out the day of (hours before often) that it will have to be cancelled this is frustrating. I have never had this happen with another location or company and it’s disheartening to expect this same pattern to continue over and over again. I do not wish to cancel my membership, but I do wish to expect some kind of consistency.

It was my first time at this location and will never return. The ladies at the front are friendly and welcoming but had a horrible experience that ended up at the doctor. My massage therapist was Josh and he definitely needs more training not only as a therapist but in customer service as well. He tried to do an adjustment (which I found out that they are not licensed to do) that ended up wrong and left me without being able to sleep,walk, or sit down. I ended up taking medication and had to go to the doctor and a chiropractor.

The massage was good but I had booked a 1 hour massage and a facial massage at 3 pm.I got to the location at 2:50, and I was dismissed at 4:00 pm with my services “fulfilled”.It was like a 30 min massage and a 5 min facial and they charge me for the complete hour massage and the facial as well.

Cory and Tina never disappoint! Both very professional and great at what they do. Cory gives an excellent massage.Hits the areas I have issues with 100% of the time. Tina has worked wonders on my skin, even though I continually abuse it by swimming 5 days a week. Many of my friends have noticed how much better it looks and I know how much better it feels! I was so impressed with them, I purchased a membership -- twice now. The facilities are always clean as you would expect. As long as Cory and Tina are here, I will be returning!

This was my first time ever getting a massage. The ladies at the front were very welcoming and nice to me. My massage therapist was Ro and she was PHENOMENAL! I left feeling so relaxed! My husband had Amber and she was amazing as well! Both were very informative and nice and kept making sure we were okay. I love this location and I will definitely be back.

I checked in before my 4pm appointment. Waited 15 mins and went back to the front to try to reschedule because I assumed my person was running behind. I was told no by the receptionist, that I would be taken care of. She went to find her and I was immediately called back. No biggie.In the room I was told I was not actually checked in on time, at not point was I told I would not be seen for my entire 60 min appointment. After 45 mins, i was told I was done. I was confused since she told that she had no appointment behind me.I go to check out and I asked if I’m being charged for the 45 min service I received and was ignored. I was told my total, no apologies were given, so I paid to be done. Since clearly I wasn’t being compensated for my time. I was then asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity … thought that was interesting.The facial was nice, the people were nice in general..but no longer will go to this establishment.

I been a member with them over 2 years cancelled my membership recently, caz of worse experiences in massage few times and worst experience with manager on site Travis. I walked in and cancelled my appointment after I walked in he has a really bad attitude and customer service so I declined my service with him. Worst place to go in for massage take your business somewhere else not this location.

Check in and check out is always a nightmare. Adrienne, who is currently the manager demonstrates poor customer service, and ALWAYS give me a hard time about using my facial certificate that was issued to use quarterly for 3 separate months as a incentive for singing up. She schedules me with one therapist over the phone and then once I get there I’m with someone else. I left for a couple months because of her and began going to another location, however I like my therapist, so I decided to return. She always make me feel like an inconvenience and makes excuses for her wrongs. I will not be renewing my membership once it ends it August. It is very sad that you go someone to relax and end up leaving upset each and every time. Btw, therapist are awesome! I will not be going back to this location, I can’t deal with her lack of professionalism and poor customer service any longer!

I have been a member of massage heights for over 3 years! I pay a monthly charge of $69.99 and because of how busy Ive been Ive accumulated 16 hours worth of services! Today the lady I spoke with (Andrea I think her name was) had a very bad understanding and was talking to me as if I was 3 years old....maam I have a masters degree in counseling!!). I had to tell her, I get what you are saying, but are you getting what I am saying?!?! She was very difficult! I never wanted to cancel my membership, just wanted to freeze my account and be able to use some of my credits at a Massage Heights near my house!!! She told me that I had to drive the 45 minutes to their location if I froze my account?! So yall closed the place where I signed up my membership at and now yall are forcing me to drive even further out to use what Ive paid for?!? How is it my fault that yall had to close down the Rock Creek location and now yall arent willing to help me! So needless to say, I cancelled my membership COMPLETELY!!! So now I have 90 days to use 16 hours worth of massages that I paid for. If I dont use the 16 hours within the 90 days Ive basically just given money to this bogus company!!! I WILL NEVER do business with this company again!! I will get 2 massages a week and get through these 16 hours and look for another massage place to take my money! I so wish they werent a franchise because someone needs to look at how they are handling business!! So disappointed!

My wife and I have been coming here for the better part of a year now. I have had two therapists that I really enjoyed. The rest have been either okay or not so enjoyable, which shows an inconsistency in quality services.The place smells nice and the front desk staff is very friendly. This is a nice quality to have in a massage business for sure. However, the first three or four times my wife and I tried booking appointments here, they had no record of us having had massages before. Not exactly the best first impression... Lack of proper record keeping makes me wonder if Im going to keep getting billed when I cancel my membership.If you pay for a 60 minute appointment, you only get a 50 minute massage. 10 minutes is given as a consultation time between the therapist and customer. I have never had any kind of consultation that took 10 minutes. Maybe 2 or 3 minutes tops to ask what brings you in today? Even thats pushing it.Our last appointment was awful, and truly helped us make the decision to find somewhere else to get our massages. The room was ice-cold. We figured maybe it would warm up, or the bed-warmers would help, so we didnt say anything. Not the case. We were both freezing the entire time.Upon trying to confirm that our membership was cancelled, sure enough the front desk staff were surprised to see that we were going to be billed at the end of the month again. They asked if we brought in our paper work when we cancelled, which we did. Once again, lack of proper record keeping can be a scary thing.I give this location 2 stars. One for Amber and one for Stephanie, the two therapists that seemed to do a really great job. The rest of our experiences have been less than satisfying.

Leaving a card on file in this place is the worst thing!!! Terrible business practices.I got gifted a year subscription in 2021, fully paid, but I put a card on file for gratuities. At the end of the year, they tried charging me again even without asking for my consent or checking if I wanted to get a renewal subscription. This is a business who emails you every time you visit and sends MANY texts when booking, so they know how to contact you! Thankfully it was a debit card and didn’t have the money at the time to go through (May 2022) so they only call me to ask for a new form of payment, right there and then I asked for my account to be cancelled. I liked the service and was even considering extending but not like that, not even an email to say that they plan on charging you renewal?It’s been 6months today and guess what I have on my debit card?? A charge for a subscription I canceled 6 MONTHS AGO!THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I’VE EVER DEALT WITH!

Ms. Oscar has been the best massage therapist I’ve ever had in my life! She was professional, very nice, very knowledgeable and an amazing massage therapist. In the past I haven’t fully enjoyed my massages at other places I’ve been to but today, I came out of that appointment feeling like a new person. Will definitely be coming back to see her again!

Had a very bad experience on this location I was member of massage height for long time before corona and now me and my husband take membership bcs they was good.therapist Josh even did not wipe of my husband’s back with towel and he did not do massage on his arms and legs we are paying for full body massage not just for back and my therapist did give me massage just for 40 mins. we r not satisfied at all

Booked a facial with Brittany, who was very informative and professional. She made me feel extremely comfortable for my first facial experience. Secondly, moving from Austin I was hesitant to find a new massage therapist that I would love but Cory definitely exceeded my expectations. He is amazing, very attentive to your needs.Thank you both very much for a wonderful, relaxing experience for my new go to location!

I had the best time today making time for self care. I had a deep tissue massage from Oz and a microdermabrasion facial from Brittany. My favorite part was the facial. Brittany was incredible! Great conversation and precision for my face. I needed many extractions and she not only did them well, she was as gentle as you could be. I will definitely come back to this location to treat myself.

Had a really good experience here! My husband got me a prenatal massage for my birthday, Im 9 months pregnant. I got there right on time when you are supposed to show up like 10 mins early but the girls at the front were still so nice and welcoming. First off, it was nice and cool and smelled AMAZING! My massage therapist was waiting for me after I finished the forms you have to fill out and took me right to my room. It was pretty chilly but being pregnant in this Houston heat it felt perfect! My massage therapist did an amazing job focusing on my target areas and was very professional. Overall, had a great experience and would definitely go back if I had to time to.

The service here is phenomenal! I go to Cory for my massages and Brittany for my facials! Cory is super professional, makes sure I’m always relaxed and gets all my kinks out....Brittany is AMAZING! She’s so professional, completely thorough and detailed when it comes to my skin. My skin has drastically improved since I’ve been coming to her! If you come to this location you will NOT regret it! The staff is very professional, and the entire place is very clean, smells great, and well designed. I have had 10+ massages here and have not had a bad one yet. They allow scheduling online with the choice to select a specific therapist, or select generically Male or Female, or dont care. You wont be disappointed!

This was my first time at a massage heights location. The room was so cold it was hard to relax. I was just given a sheet. When I told her it was cold she put three thin towels on me. The lotion was cold as well and I hardly smelled any aroma therapy. My skin also felt extremely oily afterwards. This was probably the most uncomfortable massage experience I’ve ever had. Not a great first time experience.

I’ve been a member at this location for a few months now, which have all been great so far! Yesterday I went in for my first facial with Brittany, and I’m hooked! She was informative about my skin concerns, took her time during each step, explained everything she was doing, and was just pleasant to converse with. Thank you Brittany for fabulous service, I’ll be back!

Amazingly clean establishment and not a shady place like some of the so called massage places. This place is upscale and very sanitary. There are multiple hand sanitizers throughout and everyone wears a massage. They are attentive and very professional. The first time I signed up for my monthly subscription Manuel(Manny) did my massage and was excellent. Today I tried out Robin and her hands were amazing, and were able to work out all of my knots without digging to hard into my muscles.Both times I have been there upon engaging in conversation their conversations were amazing. I highly recommend either one of these individuals as Robin today was great, and Manuel(Manny) that I had last time did a great job to.Head over and let them know Justin sent you. Your body and all of your muscles will thank you!!

We made an appointment weeks in advance. Got a confirmation text and call. The day of the appointment they didnt have us booked any more. We asked about the confirmation texts and calls. Thierry response was essentially get lost and we dont have any idea why you got a confirmation call or text. My GF is pregnant and was really looking forward to her appointment.

Just finished an appointment here with Enrique. The appointment started late and ended early. The receptionist told me to arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork, which I did. Unfortunately, it seemed the therapist did not check this paperwork, in which I indicated I wanted a deep pressure massage. The pressure was so light I could hardly even feel anything.. if I didn’t have a package for two more massages here, I don’t think I would ever come back. Really disappointed with my experience :(

I couldn’t wait to get home to review this masseuse. I have gotten massages all my life but I have NEVER received a massage this amazing! I’m almost scared to post at how amazing this woman is because I don’t want her to get booked up lol but Sharlene literally listened to every concern and pain I was dealing with prior to the massage. I could feel the empathy she had towards me and she used that to really target those pressure areas I so desperately needed to be taken care of. You can tell this is not a job to her. She takes her work very seriously and checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure everything was to my liking. I will follow this woman anywhere and hope Massage Heights treats her right so she never leaves! Lol Thank you again Sharlene! I was ready to lose hope with the debilitating issues I’ve been having but your compassion and dedication to what you do made me feel like a new person with just 1 massage! I will forever be grateful for you!

The massages are great and the atmosphere is nice. However, Ive been trying to cancel my monthly service for 3 months and am still being charged. Ive spoken to everyone weekly, then told to fill out the form and yet another charge this month. So beware!!

I recently came to get a massage and facial here with my Groupon. I was so happy they still honored it because I received it as a gift before covid started but the extended it. It was very clean and sanitary. The experience was good but I was wowed with the esthetician Brittany! She was amazing she gave me advice while providing me with the best facial of my life. She referred me great products and I can’t wait to start my membership with massage heights so I can get started on getting my face clear and glowing. Thanks again Brittany!!!

My husband enjoyed his massage and I enjoyed my as well. I however was shorted time. My appointment was for 11:30 but I wasnt taken back until 11:35 then there was 5-7 minutes of talking about aroma therapy scents and then me getting undressed. My massage ended at 12:25. I paid for an hour massage.

I enjoyed my experience here. The atmosphère is very soothing and relaxing. I was new to massage, and my therapist asked me questions and explained things before beginning. She made me feel comfortable. Overall, very professional and polite.

I book weekly appointments here because I get my moneys worth every time. Ive never experienced an issue. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The therapists are awesome! You just have to find a therapist that has the massage style you like. Every therapist has a different style and everyone doesnt like the same thing. My therapist is Ikena and in my opinion one of the best of the best! I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I also like Stephanie who is also one of the best. Great place to book a massage and they will always exceed expectations.

Robin at Massage Heights on Barker Cypress was the best masseuse. I’ve had several and she is by far the best. I never fully relax because my mind is going so many different directions and I have to tell myself to relax as I’m getting a massage and I actually dozed off a couple times. I will recommend her highly!

Just received a massage from Cory at Massage Heights Towne Lake and it was the best I have ever had! The experience was amazing from start to finish. Cory was very professional and I could tell he enjoys what he does and really has a passion for massage therapy! During the session he got rid of all my problem areas and even gave me some stretches and tips to alleviate and combat future aches and pains. I will definitely be going back in the near future. Thank you guys so much!

This review is specifically for Maria. I have visited this location a handful of times the past year and had just ok massages but couldnt complain for the price. Yesterday I had the best massage of my entire life by Maria. How she is working here and not in some fancy spa is beyond me, but go see her, you wont regret it. Literally the best massage Ive ever had.

Made a appointment a week in advanced for a couple massage with my girlfriend. When I showed up was then told it wasnt a couple massage and if we wanted the couples room we had to pay another 30$. After explaining Noone told us this and that it was intact for a couples I was offered no apology no sighn of understanding or a solution just told over and over its 30$. After agreeing to pay the 30$ more we sat in the back relax zone and waited intill 10:05 5 min after are appointment for my gf therapist to show up to tell us we were separate again. After talking with the front staff a second time we were told they decided we didnt want the couples whatever so my gf went back into her room and I waited then till 10:20 20 mins into my appointment window just to find out my therapist hasnt even showed up and what do the front desk people have to say or offer nothing they took my money anyways while I had to sit 90 mins and wait for my girlfriend to finish when we should have both been getting massages. I have been a member for about a year now but no more. Never once was there a sorry said to me. Stay far away from this location.

Unwinding with a 2 hour hot stone massage at Massage Heights in Towne Lake was exactly what my body needed. Israel Mateos LMT is absolutely incredible. Not only does he do a phenomenal job applying the right amount of pressure to my tense, problem areas, but he always reminds me of stretches I can do at home to keep myself limber and relaxed.The communication with the staff at Massage Heights is always clear and professional. I appreciate the ease in scheduling a massage, the text reminders of my upcoming appointment and the consistently positive customer service. I am always greated by smiles when I arrive and can see the attention to sanitation is taken very seriously.I initially came to this location after purchasing a Groupon for a massage, and I quickly opted to purchase the monthly massage membership. Even on the months when I forget to schedule my massage, the monthly massage continues to accrue and the staff keeps a perfect account of massages due!!!!!A definite 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience!!!!!

I went here for the first time today. The facility was nice and smelled good. My therapist Alex gave an ok massage and it was only 40 min if that. They also asked if I wanted to pay for an extra treatment. I paid $12 for face massage. I didn’t realize that was included in the so called 60 minutes. We started about 12 min late and finished almost 10 min early.Alex never asked if light/music was ok, which aroma I preferred or if the pressure was ok. I asked for medium pressure and I barely got light pressure. He also kept on moving around a lot without completing one side. Overall, I was not happy which is typically not my experience with previous massages.They tried to sell me the monthly plan and when I didn’t, they asked why? I told them that I can’t risk getting a bad massage for more money,I will not be coming back here. Time to find another place.

My wife and I just had a 60 minute couple’s massage and even though we were unable to get there 15 minutes early they got us in quickly and were very courteous. The professionalism they showed was impeccable! The skills the masseuses provided definitely had us relaxed and persuaded to return!

Im a member at this location, massages from Amber are really good, she listens to you and puts in the right amount of pressure. Now comes the not so good stuff - They say its a 60 min massage but I have consistently received only 45 mins of massage, in all my past visits the so called consultation never lasted more than a minute. I had a facial back in July with Taylor and she had done a great job back then, when I went back to get another other last week, I did not receive the same level of service. I was in at 4:50 PM for my 5 Oclock appointment at 5:05 the front desk person tells me that they have misplaced my records from last visit and so they had me fill-out the electronic paperwork, which took at decent 10 -12 mins, the front desk lady assured me that I will be getting my 1hr facial; by the time I was setup on table it was 5:20PM, the facial lasted only 45 mins (till 6:05PM), felt it was rushed and I didnt see results like last time. Extremely dis-appointed sub-par service and for the high money they charge.

I purchased a groupon for a 60 minute couples massage for $118 which was 58% off the retail price. This means that the regular price is $279. Instead of 60 minutes, we got 45 minutes. My husband’s massage therapist talked to him throughout that time and my therapist would join in the conversation at times which made it challenging for me to relax. Even though we arrived 10 minutes before the appointment and filled out the required paperwork, our massages did not begin until almost 15 minutes after the appointed time and they ended 3 minutes before the hour. There is no way that I would have paid $279 plus tips for 45 minutes for 2 people and I will not go back EVEN with a groupon. There is really no saving with the coupon because most massage therapists charge $60 for an hour which is what I basically paid. I would not recommend this place because they are way overpriced for what you get.

I got a couples massage and requested two females to massage us. I specifically reminded the female on the phone that I did not want a Male. It was for my wifes birthday. When we got there the were only two males available, and I told them I requested two females.They told me that they are the only ones available and that they are going to close in an hour. I said to myself, maybe it wont be so bad. While i was getting my massage with my wife in the same room, both the males were giggling(I guess that the fact that they had to massage another male), this was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My birthday present to my wife was ruined.

I get a 2 hour massage here once a month. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Stephanie does an amazing job, by far the best masseuse I have experienced. I always try and schedule with her when I can.

I just had a 60 minute massage with Hollye and my back has never felt so relaxed. I had the hot stones and foot scrub and I liked it so much that Im going to get the 90 minutes next time. Highly recommend stopping by.

I had the most AMAZING massage by Tu today...And OMG HER HANDS MUST HAVE BEEN KISSED BY GOD HIMSELF cause honey I walked out of there feeling so heavenly! I had a medium to firm massage and I feel so relaxed and she was everything! The facility was super clean and the ambiance was so soothing! I will be back!

There is an odd smell like mold or mildew. My massage therapist did not follow any requests, she didnt massage my foot cause shes grossed out my feet and overall it was a disgusting experience

I purchased. Groupon for services at Massage Heights Town Lake. I called this morning to try and schedule an appointment. I called at 9:05am. I got no answer, I called again 5 minutes later, and got no answer. I called again at 9:15am, when a girl answered the phone. I tried to schedule an appointment for this Saturday when I was told, the Groupon could only be used during the week. As a working individual that is a little hard to do during the week. There was nothing on the Groupon that stated the Groupon could not be used on a weekend. I called back to schedule an appointment on a weekday, since I was told I could not use it in a weekend. When I called back I got a guy. I explained what the female said and he said she was in the other line and to hold. I explained I didn’t schedule anything with her, so he could help me. He still put me on hold. He came back 4 minutes later to help me. I asked to book two appointments in Thursday. Then I was informed they inly have 1 facial person and she leaves early Thursday. I asked him, how can someone schedule and appointment if there are so many restrictions and no one to do the services. He said “I din’t know”. Well I contacted the Massage Heights corporate office to see if they could answer the questions I had, to only be told she would contact the owner of this location, but said the Groupon is good 7 days a week? I have received no call or email back regarding my issue. I am now stuck out of $120 for services I cannot book and no one from management to contact me with information. Horrible customer service and horrible Massage Heights Town Lake employees.

I had the most relaxing experience here with my massage therapist Cesar! The location is great, right in the middle of the boardwalk! Very clean, smells wonderful, and an amazing atmosphere overall! Very friendly staff, will DEFINITELY be coming back here!

After signing up for a 6 month membership and paying my fees in full. I went on my birthday to get service and was denied unless I put up a new form of payment or pay the non member rate on services Ive already payed for.Now Im am out of services and no one made mention of refunding my monies already spent for the 2 remaining services.Totally unprofessional and I will never reccomend them to the millions of teachers/other educational professionals who are able to use their services in our flex spending accounts amymore

The people who work here are so friendly, great customer service. Even when you’re a little late to your appointment they remain professional, and Pleasant. The aesthetician was very knowledgeable, and gentle. Definitely will be returning soon.

I received my first massage in a LOONNGGG time from Hollye at this location. She was amazing. She was very welcoming. She had magical hands that made the tension in my shoulders absolutely disappear.

The situation: called @ 430 due to an internal misunderstanding and told the receptionist I wouldn’t be able to make it until 445. They told me they would only be able to accommodate the remainder of my time since my appointment was at 430...ok fine. My mistake bc it was late. I then asked if they could kindly reverse the charges for my packages bc this was my first time as a courtesy and life happens. OMG - that took 45 minutes of transfer and clueless front desk personnel’s?? The manager called back around 6 and left a message that we called too late (which I already knew, but had your staff just guided me to come in and make use of whatever little time left vs the VERY apparent confusion on how to deal with the situation this would have ALL been avoided)....annoying lack of customer service. I understand you’ve got a business to run but maybe train the front desk to deal with situations better so that the customer is given a clear picture, options, and not having to deal with transfers. Unfortunately will have to use the rest of my packages here...might update review if they are the most badass massages ever...also I keep up with my feedback so if you’re going to refute these claims please have a solid understand of the situation and don’t tell me to call u and discuss what happened since calling has already left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had a massage with Manny my first time there and he was phenomenal! I felt so relaxed and he took out all my knots! I definitely left out of there much better than I came in.

Massages were good but the lady double charged me for the tip even after I said only 1 charge .. and repeated the total 2 times. Called and was told they would refund money and still aint seen it. Wont be going back again thats for sure.
