I have been coming here to get my nails done for 2 years and I’m never disappointed. Every single time they do a fabulous job. Some days I get a solid classic look, other times I get extensive designs. The customer service is great and everyone is always friendly. I’ve had manicures, pedicures, and lash extensions. 10/10 recommend!

The owner Kevin got me in same day with one of his male techs and boy was he quick. I soaked my dip nails off within 5min of being there and he completed my new set within 25min. Total of 30min of being at the shop! I will return to visit his wife since she’s really good as well. Salon is clean and very convenient as far as the location. I will be returning! Very affordable in pricing as well.

As far as customer service, they were good but I came in to do a fill which was 60 dollars which is crazy my original nails are 40, 55 for French but that’s neither here or there. They were beautiful when he did them but I noticed that he didn’t add any acrylic just powder, but I trusted the process. Unfortunately by day 2 the white lines had already started cracking. By day 3 one of the nails were loose and by day 5 I’ve lost 2 nails and 2 of them are lose. Highly disappointing

Amazing service from this place!Sally did my manicure and it was gentle and clean. We did have a language barrier but someone translated for her.Kelly did my pedicure and she absolutely was spectacular. My ingrown toenails were so smooth and soft. Ive never had any nail tech do the level of detail she did, Love her!Clean and Flawless work. I am coming back here! 100% recommend

I cannot say enough nice things about this place! I chose it because it is conveniently located for me. I return because it is everything I have always wished a salon could be and I love it there! The decor is light and peaceful. Gentle music plays softly in the background and everyone speaks quietly and in English. Quin is delightful. Even though this was just my third visit and the last was well over a month ago, she remembered me and recalled that I’d recently been in the hospital and didn’t want a manicure until my nails were healthy again. She asked how I was and how my nails were doing but didn’t push to do a manicure. For that very reason I will soon get a manicure as well as a pedicure. Sally gave me a perfect pedicure. She was gentle and didnt remark about the disgusting amount of dry skin on my feet. Also she gave the best foot and leg massage I’ve ever had! On my most recent visit Jennifer did my pedicure and she was every bit as good as Sally had been. When I mentioned that one toenail looked a bit long she recut it and then checked all of the other nails including those on the foot she had already finished. Each time I have left feeling totally relaxed and looking forward to my next visit. I’m considering taking their last appt of the day so I can go home and go to bed while I’m still feeling so relaxed!.

Queen was amazing! I’m really into designs and after trying and failing at other nail salons, I’m so glad I found this one. Queen can literally do anything you need her to do. I was nervous at first because I wanted an intricate design but she killed it! She was also really friendly and I really enjoyed our conversation and this is coming from someone who is introverted lol and typically just listen to music while getting my nails done

I stumbled on a hidden gem. A family owned business with the best customer service. I didn’t want to post a review until I was really sure of the different services they provide. What I really like is the texted specials they send you. This comes at the best time, love saving money. 💰 💅🥰

I spent $270 on a bad experience at this salon I was there for 5 hours and my nails came out sloppy and nothing like the picture I showed them. Theyre so bulky and ugly Id rather get turned away then spend my hard earned money on trash.UPDATEDO NOT GO HERE... I spent 270 here for nothing! I was at your salon for hours Id rather go to someone else than give you any more of my money I was told my nails were going to be 100 and was charged extra for her to not even do them right! It was 270 including the pedicures but your salon is not worth it dont waste your money here.

I just got back from this nail spa they did my stitch design I couldn’t find anybody to do everyone said it was too complicated and she only charged me 70 dollars and stayed 2 hrs late for me I also had a nice alcohol beverage while getting my nails done Quinn owns this place and it had a great atmosphere and decoration was gorgeous who mother was super worried about cleanliness definitely a place I’m going back too if you want a cartoon design this is the place!!!🤩😁😍

Wow, this was the best manicure and pedicure I have ever got. I was just a walk in after I left a place I scheduled my appointment but when I arrived the smell there was so bad I couldn’t stay. This place has nice atmosphere and very clean. Tracy did my pedicure and let me tell you I will be back every time to get this perfect service. Mary who did my manicure was exceptional and gave me the best massage one could ask. This ladies truly care and that is rare. Not only they provided perfect service they even stayed 30 minutes behind as I walked in right before closing they have not made me feel rushed, but rather took as much time as my services needed. I will be back with my friends.

I got my nails done there twice, and they were perfect. The workers are so nice,also last time they gave me 10% off when they knew im high school student. Worth the experience 🤍

I found this hidden gem by accident, and turned out to be destiny for amazing service. I came in for a pedi, they were super attentive to detail, and serviceable. I came in next day for eyelashes done 1st time ever, and Quinn did spectacular in an hour! Everyone loves them. This is my new spot for everything I need! Today, got my nails done by Quinn again, and now I’m ready for dance competition! They are so on point. I highly recommend 👏🏽

I love their nail techs, pricey but it’s worth it. They have complimentary adult beverages that I enjoy. The offer discounts after your first time as well.

If I could give 10 stars I would … I really enjoyed this location… The vibe is great.. The customer service provided by the store owner Quin is stupendous!!! Quin was really friendly and down to earth… Quin was very patient and helpful with me finding the perfect design for my nails.. You rock Quin!!! I often feel rushed when going to other salons but not here.. I will most definitely be coming back

This is my GO TO place! I am never disappointed. They take their time and do a wonderful job every time. I have tried a lot of places over the years, but I’ve stayed here for a year now. Very friendly staff. They knew me by name, even after the very first visit.

They are very efficient and gave me excellent customer service. Quin is the master at doing designs from whatever picture you show her. I will follow up with Quin in 2 weeks for my fill-in & pedicure.

I had the best experience today! Quin has always done an amazing job with my nails, the acrylic doesn’t chip around my cuticles at all. I had this issue at other nail salons, but Quin does such a great job I always make sure to see her since my nails turn out great and they last a long time. My natural nails have grown faster and strong once she started to do them. This is the only place I will go for my nails.

First time coming here. Jasmine did my nails she was quick and she made sure it was perfect. Definitely recommending this location and Jasmine! The salon itself inside is beautiful.

I’ve been looking for a good nail salon in Dallas, and I’m so glad I did! They don’t call themselves #1 for no reason!! just have to say, I love that they listen to your requests and always get the job done right EVERYTIME!! Going on 4 years coming to this location. Service is consistently satisfactory. This is the dip powder #118. (Go ahead and zoom in)They tend to put an additional layer of product compared to what I typically find else where which makes a HUGE difference in appearance after 2 weeks. Appointments are not necessary, however I would suggest calling first as I have on more than one occasion arrived to find the salon closed during regular business hours.If detailed art work or extravagant styles is desired then this is not the salon for you.It’s important to note they do not do regular acrylic nail applications. During my visit today someone walked in and requested acrylic full set to which they stated they do not perform.Wait time is minimal, if there is a wait time at all. Of course, weekends are busier but they are staffed well enough to handle a good flow of clients.

My pedicure is perfect looks great my manicure on the other hand… for one I didn’t say anything because it’s her job she should know better .. second thing , she cut me twice and I didn’t even get a discount for that on top of that yes I asked for square but that just look so ugly and the scratches I admit I did that trying to fix my nails I ended up taking them off they were so bad . Wait I’m not done my little sisters nails are the worst but her nails words can’t even explain how bad hers came out I’ll just show her nails .. hers are the pink ones btw.

Best nail salon in Texas Ive been to several. This nail salon has excellent quality service. They are very skilled nail techs.The nail salon including the bathroom was very clean and sanitized. They are very professional, sweet, kind and friendly. Very good customer service from all the employees. I will be making this my home nail salon. They did a phenomenal job and I am a bit of a perfectionist so I was super impressed. If you need a nail salon I highly recommend them. I have been getting my nails done from acrylic to dip powder at different salons for over 15yrs. Excellent experience here.❤️

Very nice and accommodating. I was able to do a walk in and they started working on my nails right away. I got a mani and it came out wonderful! Very clean studio and they made sure I was comfortable.

Went the day after Thanksgiving with a male friend. It wasnt my regular place. Salon atmosphere is generic and not spa like. I did not see any indicators of use of Barbasol, spa liners or utensil cleaners. Gentleman was hard on my feet. I laughed when they used the disposable thong wrappers for my feet. I waited 20 minutes for nails to dry. I stayed in my thongs for several hours....when I got home this is what I noticed....bubbled polish. Ill not use there services again.

I liked the service I received at this location. It is not overly crowded and they attend to you quickly. The women at the front desk asked what I wanted and listened. I often feel rushed at nail salons but here they took their time. The girl doing my manicure was very detailed and you could tell she cared. Three women worked on me and overall I love my French tip (gel). I will be returning. Oh and they made the place look nicer.

I was looking for a new nail salon that did a great job on my hands and feet and made me feel valued. It wasn’t the prettiest salon but it was clean, cheerful and the techs did a great job.New management is even more engaging and is transforming the look and feel of the salon. Now I’ve tried more services, e.g., lash extensions, and like them even more. This has become my go-to salon. I look forward to my appointments!

Glad I came when I did! The new management is awesome and they make sure youre tended and cared for. Both the husband and wife that own the store did my manicure and pedicure. I did not have a long wait time and they finished everything within a good hr and a half. I feel so pampered☺️😍 definitely will be back!

The foot bath wasnt as warm as I like it to be but the foot and leg massage made it totally worth it. The inside is currently being remodeled but there wasnt any excessive noise, just a little messy as expected. Loved the ladies that worked on me and Id definitely go again if it wasnt so far from my house.

I just got a regular pedicure done. Omg it was fantastic! The lady went above and beyond and did a wonderful job! I have a broken toe and she was very gentle. Im super satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mani/Pedi. Very clean and kind staff.

I came here from out of town. The service was excellent. My nails turned out great even though they were destroyed prior to coming here due to moving. Tina was my nail tech, she is so sweet and very comforting! I always have anxiety going into new places, but she did a great job keeping me relaxed and she carried conversation very well! My nails came out perfect. I wanted a stiletto shape with a small design and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I will be calling her anytime I need my nails done!! She’s the best! I love coming here! I’ve been coming for about a year now and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful.However, Tina is my absolute favorite!! She comes through on my nails ALL of the time. Even when I struggle to pick a color (which I’m sure most of us do) she never fails to pick a color combo that I love! She is very thorough with her job, too. Plus, they provide wine!! Definitely recommend coming here!

They dont honor appointment times and will take walk-ins only to make you wait during your scheduled time. The dip/gel selection is lacking. It seems like they havent invested alot of money into upkeep of this salon, everything is dated and run-down. Their pricing doesnt reflect the shops quality at all, Ive been to modest shops before but their pricing usually reflects that, not here though.For the same money you can have a luxury nail salon experience somewhere else that will actually respect appointment times.

I was debating if I should try out this place or not & finally I had to because on my birthday every other salon was closed as covid started & my birthday was 03/21 & this place was open so me & my husband went to check it out I got a pedicure and manicure & let me tell you BEST Decision ever I left the salon I was going to for 6 years to this one. Yes they are pricey but let me tell you it’s FREAKING worth it. The pedicure of $40 awww makes you feel like you got new feet so soft so pretty. & they are super nice lovely people great customer service!!!!!!! I recently came again & brought my sister she got a pedicure and manicure & absolutely loved it!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰 Real good eyebrow place to get it done she takes her time. That’s one thing I love about this place they take their time. Plus the laughs it’s nice. When I first went one of the lady’s laughed because my husband was taking his time to choose out my color & she was so sweet.

First off the lady who is at the front is very professional so I have no complaints about her . My pedicure and nails were done by the same person and she was rough and manhandled me. From the beginning of the service I knew it wouldn’t be good and I was there too long so she wasn’t well trained . She proceeded to be rough after I told her to be more careful and then she proceeded to tell me that she was doing my nails for 2 hours ???? That has nothing to do with me lol it was her just sheer lack of skill I came in at 11:20 left at 2:35. The kicker is that the white Girl next to me was charged 55 for long almond shaped nails with gel and I had nubs done with gel and was charged the same . I only stayed cause I have an event to go to and didn’t have time to go anywhere else . If you have time don’t go here 🙂

Love this place. Staff is great, always so welcoming and very attentive. The salon had recent remodeling done and looks spectacular.

I came here because it was close to my hotel and it was my first day off so I was trying to relax. The chair I sat in the massage feature did not work so the tech states someone will come and fix it. Im guessing they didnt find a fix and he just walked away. Noone said anything else after that. My pedicure was mediocre to say the least. She used no callus remover and did not cut my cuticle nor complete any of the Normal pedicure procedures. She left my toenail uneven and even after I asked her and she said it was too thick. The pedicure lasted all of 15 minutes. No leg massage or lotion was given. The obviously offer wine here but I was not offered any even after they noticed my chair wasnt working which I would think that would be something to ask as the one was to relax in the chair was unavailable. Needless to say I will not be returning 🙂

First time getting my nails done at this nail salon and was very satisfied with the customer service, prices and my nails. I really love how my nails turned out (dipped - marbled style) and the owners are very nice here. Will be back in the future.

Very friendly, warm and relaxing atmosphere. Amy and Tracy were wonderful, attentive and very skilled. Had a 20 min neck and shoulder massage that was the best manicure chair massage I’ve ever had...and the foot massage was the real deal...also reasonably priced and very pleased with my nails. Highly recommend!

I came in here and met Kevin 1st of all very hospitable very good host and then youre just me to his wife a Dell that did my nails I came in here and she did surgery on my nails I should have took a Before & After pitcher but as well worth it its well worth to come back I have found me a new Tech after 3 years I recommend anybody that comes here thank you Quinn Michelle MYCH Elle

I just had an amazing pedicure there done by Mary. I followed her from another salon and this was my first time in. The place was exceptionally clean and the atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. The new owner is super accommodating and is all in for great customer service!

If there was a -1 star I would give them that because they dont even deserve 1 star! They had a guy do my nails that didnt even know what he was doing. He kept on wondering what was next and damaging my nails to the point where they started hurting and braking. He still had the nerve of getting mad at me because I did not tip him. This was my first and last time Ill ever come here to get my nails done. You would think that this would be a great place because of their location and over pricing but there completely the opposite. And, yes ladies I tried to speak with the manager or owner and all the employees did not want to give me information. I would definitely tell people to avoid this place because you will leave very unhappy.

I used to frequent this shop all the time. Now they are all about money. I already spent $60 plus on the pedicure but the tech deliberately did a poor paint job when I declined the additional $20 gel. This is the second time this happened and another lady warned me. Never again. I could not enjoy my pedicure because I was being asked to add something else the whole time.

Clean friendly environment. Everyones biggest concern about getting a manicure pedicure is possible contamination of fungus. Being a medical professional I can say this place is pristine! I love the removable liners and each instrument is autoclave between clients! Just like a medical office. Highly recommend Polished.

I was hesitant at 1st to switch shops, once I walked in I was greeted and assisted right away. Happy how my nails came out, and appreciated how they took their time and asked if every thing was ok. Its not too often you find quality and care. I found my new shop, Ill be back.

I got my nails painted here, a simple color change, and it doesn’t look professionally done at all. A guy was doing it because he was the only one available, but at other salons I have guys all the time and they do perfectly fine so I expected no different. I’ll never go back. It was a waste of time and money. I’m embarrassed to say I even went to a shop, I could’ve done a similar rush job at home.

I have Known Suzanne for over10 years even before this present location. She is a professional and runs a clean, professional business. Her staff are courteous and friendly. The Salon is always clean and meticulously kept. I highly recommend this salon for a wonderful experience.

This place recently changed to different owner and honestly this probably the best thing they did for years. The new look, the new services they offer, the new staff they have now are fantastic. The staff is very attentive and friendly whenever I come in, even though I showed up late for my appointment couple times. Would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends!

My last pedicure before the 2020 Pandemic shutdown in March, and my first mani/pedi since in October 2020 was at Polished Nails & Spa. I have never felt so valued, appreciated and safe! I can highly recommend this business for any and all of your nail/spa needs! As a healthcare professional myself, I recognize and value a reputable and sanitary business. Polished Nails & Spa is that business! And they have MY business (personal as well as gifts) as long as I am in Dallas!! Hopefully forever. I received the Royal Pedicure and a gel French polish (hands and feet.) Every nail is perfect!

Tom and Suzanne are the absolute best! Ive never encountered such professionalism and kindness. I get ticklish whenever I get my feet scrubbed, but Tom has this technique for people like me that makes that a nonfactor. Suzanne is the only person I trust with my eyebrow wax..always perfect and never thin. I can go on and on. Ill be moving away, but Ill commute to them simply because I want to see them do good

If I could give this place, a ... 0... I would!!!! It was horrible... They were over priced and pitiful.. I have never disliked my nails the way I do now...I called and asked priced before I entered the building, and when I arrived the price went up.. OK cool I can deal with that but after filling my nails they did not allow me to wash my hands she went straight to polishing them.. gritty and all.. and under them was acrylic and nail glue still there.. what a disappointment, I felt like I was robbed out of my money, I will never return to this place ever in life not even for a Free set.... Trashy place and over PRICED

I have been going here for 8 or 9 years. Suzanne and Tom are such kind people and put up with my low pain tolerance. They always do a nice job and know most of their customers by name.

Walked in to attempt to get nail fixed. Upon responding to how I could be helped with my request, I was immediately told they couldn’t do and gentleman walked away. Shocked I asked, nobody can do it? And he responded no. Strange a nail shop can’t fix a nail, not sure if it was because they were done somewhere else, he didn’t amuse me with reasoning. Poor customer service in my opinion

Great experience every time. They are so clean and as safe as they possibly can be during covid. They take temps, have plexiglass barriers for the manis and keep good distance between customers. The gel and dip manis are always beautiful & long lasting. Great spot that I’ll keep returning to!

This place is phenomenal! Recently moved and visited another shop, then decided to try Polished which was close to my home. The staff was courteous, helped me pick a color with different samples and they took their time to make sure they provided a quality service.Even better, the prices are VERY reasonable. Will now be a regular customer!

Thoroughly enjoyed my first pedicure and manicure. Not sure that the manicure will be a regular thing, but I can see myself getting a pedicure from time to time. Great service, and never for a moment felt unsafe.

I will never go again the pedicure works well but the manicure does not know anything about nails she cut me five times and I did not receive a discount the badly done nails full of ugly bumps I came here disappointed with the place

I had a lady start doing my nails then half way through a guy finished them because she needed to take a lunch..Im sure she couldve waited another 30 mins. My nails were $35 and nexgen is supposed to last at least 3 weeks without chipping. The guy didnt put enough top coat on my nails and thats why I think it chipped the same day. Waste of money.

They take way too long and often get distracted. Place is not elegant, little rundown. Will go to more upscale place next time for the price I paid for a 1 1/2 hour pedicure.

The staff is very friendly but their work is less than what I expected. I went in for an acrylic nail fill in and color. I did the coffin shape nails and do not like how they turned out. The shape is crooked and uneven. The application of the nail color was sloppy too. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

Came in excited to get my nails done, and left with bleeding cuticles. The lady seemed rushed and did not do a professional job. One of the worst nail salons I have been to. Waste of time and money.

NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID FOR, She put scrub on only one leg 🤦🏾‍♀️, then argued me down about it. Then she was filing my nails straight after she polished my feet. Im just disappointed for real!!

Worst nail salon I’ve ever used and extremely overpriced!!! I travel a lot for work and have to visit salons in many towns. This is worst I’ve ever been too. Nails and polish on toes is horrible. I could have given myself a better pedicure.

This was beyond the most horrifying experience I have ever had in a nail place because when I came no one ever greeted me and then somebody sat me down and told me what I wanted done so I told him that I wanted to get NexGen nails done and next thing you know all they did to me was put nail polish on them yes nail polish and they over charged me.The person doing my nails hurt them the whole entire time and they were fighting between both employees because I could hear that they were both aggravated and annoyed because I was telling them that thats not what I had asked for . Avoid this place because when you leave youre going to have a very upset feeling of your nails of the customer service and of what you got done . They do not even deserve one star .

I didnt do a good job, the paint and the nail got calloused. I dont recommend anything. They charge a lot and they dont do what you ask for.
