After a year, Today was the second time I attended for a massage and randomly got paired with Lewis both times.Lewis exceeded my expectations as a first timer. I have been going to The Now - Lower Greenville for about 7 months and absolutely love going there. The front desk staff is kind and knowledgeable. Rick is my go to massage therapist and is great at his job. He always offers suggestions for ways I can work through any pains in my daily life, makes every massage a comfortable experience, and leaves me feeling better every time I come in. I booked an appointment yesterday due to crazy muscle spasms I’ve been having all over but mainly my back. I did 80minutes + deep tissue + herbal heat pack. I was able to have Rick as my massage therapist and he was absolutely amazing . I felt so much better leaving than coming in. He got out a lot of knots and tension in my mid and lower back that was causing me discomfort. I will definitely be booking him again! Amazing service!

I visited this location on Sunday with a best friend of mine & we absolutely enjoyed our experience. I booked myself for the healer massage & my therapist Lewis exceeded my expectations. My experience here was great from start to finish. The ambience reminds me of being on vacation. My therapist, Eboni was fantastic. I let her know of my concerns and she even gave me tips on how to fix the back pain I have been having. I was very pleased. I will definitely be back!

Brooke was professional and attentive. She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the session accordingly. The pressure was perfect, and I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of the massage.

Lewis is great. I went in for scapula, neck, mid back issues, communicated what was bothering me and he did an awesome job at working things out. No issue will be resolved in one visit but this made a noticeable difference…2 weeks later and I’m sitting here for my next session to keep things moving along.

Edit: I’m editing my review from a 5-star to 4-star to add that though I have generally enjoyed my experiences at the Now, I have been extremely frustrated by the fact that their staff doesn’t seem to stay long. Any time I have really enjoyed a massage with any one person, they’ve been gone by the next time I wanted to book. This gives me pause that this may not be a good work environment and that the quality of the massages may decline as a result.Ive gone to the Now probably 4-5 times for massages over the last few years and all experiences have been decent, but the massage I received this week from Felecia was really one to write home about. She had such a welcoming energy about her, and every minute of my 80 minute massage was put to good use. She focused on the areas I asked her to, while also giving me a relaxing, truly full body massage. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived and I will definitely return to see her again. The atmosphere at the NOW also cant be beat, with the relaxing sound of waves running throughout your service. It truly feels like youre getting a massage at the beach. I always recommend the NOW to friends when they ask where to get a massage in Dallas and I dont think that will be changing anytime soon.

I had a great experience with Lewis. I let him know before that I typically am more comfortable with female identifying folks during massages and needed just more communication during the massage to feel more safe. He was very communicative during the massage and honored my requests. Also, I’m feeling very relaxed and loved it!

Booked for my boyfriend and I for Valentines. Since he’s been going through a lot thought this would be a great idea plus I’d be our first ever massage. BUT, Sunday 2/11 we walked into our am appointment and the receptionist made the experience difficult.. even asking her general questions seemed like it would bother her. Showed her a valid gift card promo for Valentines & wasn’t going to honor it because she didn’t find it. However, she found it after I asked if she could look once again. Now this isn’t about saving $20.. she didn’t care enough to look until I asked.Second, the receptionist asked this therapist that seemed like she was in a rush if she had time to take a 25 min massage in front of my boyfriend.. mind you this was scheduled a week before hand for 9am when the place is completely dead. Was pretty bummed out about that because this was supposed to be a place to relieve stress, but the whole check in process was stressful.My therapist was AMAZING. She asked me questions, told me what to do, made me feel comfortable and gave me a few tips. My boyfriend on the other hand, had massage done with shoes on, that’s how bad communication was. When he was walked into the message room he wasn’t told to get comfortable, like take off his shirt or shoes.To top it off, I added more enhancements for my boyfriend and one of the enhancements wasn’t serviced.Everything really started off wrong with the receptionist that assisted us that morning. . I’ve never left negative feedback but this wasn’t okay specially when it’s a stress free environment. The place is pretty clean/nice and actually the receptionist that helped me on the phone to help me book a few days prior was the BEST, she understood it was going to be our first experience and pinned pointed details and recommendations. With this experience I won’t be coming again which doesn’t matter but the people who work there should at least make this time valuable for their customers because we go there for the reason of getting rid of stress or what ever it is we’re there for.

Brooke is the best! I recommend you book with her. She takes her time and she hears me out. I go for a deep tissue full body message and let me just say she knows what she is doing. I always feel so relaxed after and I feel like a brand new woman! I always fall asleep mid massage but that just means she is doing something right.

I went here on 12/22/23 and the experience was so luxe. My massage was performed by Andrew he was incredible. The ambiance, the enhancements which I got CBD balm, had me floating. I was so worried after experiencing a massage a week ago in Richardson that left me hurting I may the same experience but nope. Andrew asked me questions and he gave me a 5 star massage that I am still racing about at 12am the next day. Also the staff was incredible at the front desk. Friendly, kind, personable. I recommend there membership. You will not be disappointed.

I came here with a friend for our self care day with no expectations. When I walked in the lovely aromatherapy scent gave it a relaxing vibe. What took it to the next level was upon entering the treatment rooms you are surrounded by dim lights, the sound of white noise and crashing waves. My masseuse Dontell gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever experienced and that’s coming from a person who is a spa connoisseur and gets massages whenever I travel abroad. His technique was flowy and smooth and demeanor was so professional and confidant. I came out feeling so relaxed, almost like i was drunk! So excited to share this place with girlfriends visiting Dallas or a monthly treat for myself.

Walking in to this place reminds you of Tulum, St Tropez or Bodrum. Very calming beach vibe. The ladies up front are kind and courteous. The tables were comfortable and the ambiance was very relaxing with the sound of ocean waves. The massage was very basic however. I understand it’s allergy season so the sniffles were understandable yet not the most pleasant lol. The ambiance and atmosphere give this a boost but the massage itself was a tad underwhelming for the price. Would try again though to see if it would be different.

Had a great experience at the Now Massage on lower Greenville with my deep tissue massage by Sara. Sara did a fantastic job of working out my areas of concern. My massage was relaxing and helped reduce some pain I’ve been feeling. Also Priscilla was a gem at the front desk. She was incredibly sweet and thoroughly communicated the membership process to me. Both Priscilla and Sara were wonderful and I will definitely be returning again due to them.

I have been to The NOW on Lower Greenville three times and purchased a membership after my first visit. I have had a different massage therapist each time and they have all been fantastic! I had a membership at another massage studio and I am so happy I switched because the amenities and experience are so much better and the membership is such a great value.

Without a doubt, this ranks among the best massages Ive ever received.

I’ve been here before and had a great experience which prompted me to return. Unfortunately, I regret that decision, especially on my birthday. I had Ashley, who was nice but the massage skills were subpar at best. I felt as though I had someone rub oil all over my body versus an actual massage. I asked her twice to increase the pressure to no prevail. Her hands were pretty unpleasant to experience and felt pretty dry. I left with a ton of excess oil on my body and in my freshly silk pressed hair. No solution was offered for a bad experience besides I’ll let me manager know and sorry. Very disappointing.

Ive been going here for over a year now on the Sanctuary membership and honestly have been so happy. Working at a desk full time, its great to decompress, stretch, and relax. Lewis is my go to therapist. Hes really intuitive and is very adaptive to what he thinks I need. There is definitely a good balance of relaxation and tension relief in his practice, and he always has insight on self care improvements I can do at home. Highly recommend. The front desk is always kind as well! Overall great experience.

Felecia was phenomenal. I could tell from when we should hands when we first met that she was going to have just the right firmness of touch that I was wanting. I was not disappointed. In fact, Felicia is the first therapist that I’ve ever had to request to go softer. If you are wanting a deep tissue firm massage, Felecia is your girl.

Had my second massage by Andrew today. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about muscles and connective tissue. Not only am I able to relax during a deep tissue massage, but also leave more limber and flexible. He provides great pointers to help me release tense muscles. Ive tried several different massage places (including the big name chains), but none of them compare to this one. You walk into a different kind of experience. Instead of that massage-parlor-esq hallway and room, you enter what feels like a beach resort at night. I mean, there is a fur-style blanket on top of you during the massage.Aside from the pure relaxation the ambience provides, the massage therapist are the best Ive ever had. Ive worked with three of them so far, and none of them have let me down. I do deep tissue massage, which can often leave you sore if done incorrectly. But these therapists do it the right way, and I never leave feeling anything but relaxed and pain free.If you need a massage, go here. Its worth every dollar.

I dont know why, but it definitely feels like a petty tactic to get customers to feel awkward about cancelling and maybe not do it. Might not be true (not that any business would admit it), but as a customer, thats what the experience feels like. When I came in and signed the form, I asked to pass that feedback to management or ownership, and I was told it was to make sure that we get the cancellation taken care of. Which I dont really buy; one can sign up for a membership and add your credit card and schedule everything on their website. They operate 100% on tablets. Literally any subscription online for anything these days is a few clicks. Why not here?Last important issue: I thought it was strange that there was no curiosity from a business standpoint on why a member would cancel. They didnt try to see if there was anything they could do to improve, nor did they see if there was anything that I experienced that made me want to suddenly leave.

Kalaya was fantastic - I did the Healer and not only was the massage effective and relaxing - releasing pain but also creating peace - she effectively identified emotions trapped in my body. I booked to come back with her. She’s great.

We wanted to love it. The atmosphere and vibe is great. The staff are very sweet.Three of us got massages and all agree the massage was fine at best. They put more into the aesthetic than the practicality of the massage. Also, they are definitely charging premium prices for a mediocre massage experience overall.

I’ve been a member for over a year here, so I feel that I’ve given them plenty of chances to get it right. The front desk staff is always very friendly. The therapists range from fine to great. But if you find one you like, you will never see them again. Any time I’ve requested a specific therapist, I get rescheduled, given to someone else, or the therapist no longer works there the next time I go. I’ve been called at least 10 times to be rescheduled so that they can “optimize the schedule” or because someone called in sick. Two weeks ago I was so excited to find a great therapist and booked an appointment for today. I have a newborn and a toddler so I’m exhausted, sore and very much needed a break. I walked in to find my massage had been rescheduled for three hours later with no notice. I had confirmed the time over the phone yesterday and had a text with the correct time. I finally cancelled my membership and left in tears. I’m done with this place and can’t wait to give somewhere else my repeat business.

This is my 3rd or 4th massage and I can’t speak highly enough, the staff is so kind and professional and the atmosphere is amazing. Lewis listened intently and checked in at the perfect times. My friend told me she had never gotten a massage and I immediately got her a gift card for this location. Highly recommend!

Received a gift card for my birthday, and the NOW is absolutely adorable. They nailed it with the aesthetics. The front desk girl was super sweet, and so was the therapist. No complaints with customer service! As for the actual service provided - I was upset. Im not one to cause a scene so I paid whatever wasnt covered by the gift card and gratuity and left, ANNOYED. The massage part annoyed me. I wanted it over with 10 min in. I got a distracting neck rub, and the same rolling pattern up and down my back the next 30 min. Completely skipped over the feet - and whatever was done to my arms/wrist was painful. Just dragging my veins on my wrist over and over and over. It was the worst massage Ive ever received. It was later in the evening, maybe she was tired - but I was upset I had to pay anything out of pocket for the service.

I was in town for a wedding and got an 80 min deep tissue massage from Lewis! Massage was of great quality and really helped work out some of my knots and tightness Ive been experiencing due to my profession and stress. I gave 4/5 stars because it was a little pricey, but high quality massage !

I was given a 60 minute massage as a birthday gift. Walking through the doors to the NOW to the lobby makes you instantly relax. The staff quickly greeted me. Sandra, the massage therapist, came out and greeted me and asked me if there were any concerns I had before having the massage. She took me to the room I was to have my massage. It was beautifully lit and had ocean sounds playing in the background. The heated table and blankets were also delightful. The full body massage was incredible and very relaxing. I highly recommend the Now and Sandra. Amazing and relaxing experience.

Went to the NOW because my usual place was completely booked. Was very impressed with the overall quality for the price! Reese did a great job addressing problem areas, focusing on alignment. I actually prefer the fact that there isn’t individual closed rooms/doors as everything, including communication with your masseuse is kept very quiet and peaceful during your massage, which I prefer! Great place to check out while the cost for service is so agreeable.

Hubby and both went for massages and came out feeling wonderful. Staff was so nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing my massage therapist was a delight and he did a wonderful job.

This review is left solely for the service or lack of should I say. I called to book a small group massage. Was told the manager would contact me to make the reservation. I never received a call so I do call back thinking that may have forgotten. Was told again a manager would call me that day. Never received a call. Luckily I was able to find another spa. If you are in search of a massage do not waste your time look elsewhere.Contrary to the response I have never received a call from Any manager. Yes I did speak to someone who informed me I would be receiving a call from a manager. Check what number is calling you because it was not me.

I was charged $110 for a 50-minute massage. I made it very clear I thought it was $80 before beginning (I thought this was on the high end as it was), then was sent a bill via email for $110. I challenged this multiple times as something I would never have paid, and was given a standard this is the non-member price despite not acknowleging their own customers service personnel didnt tell me this or challenge my own comment when scheduling. Horrible customer response, and ridiculously expensive for the experience when I tipped $20 as well.

I had to come back and edit my first review:I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, I dont know what was the issue, but they told me they would be 15 minutes late, when the 15 minutes arrived they told me I have to wait longer (30 minutes!) At that time I told them I could wait but I had my limit an it was that (30 minutes) I had a compromise later. Unprofessional, what a waste of MY time! I have to reschedule since I have a giftcard...no happy with my first experience.As you can see I came back, and not only that, I got a membership. I go every month for my massage with Rick, he has saint hands! I cannot recommend him enough, he is the best of the best!

If you are looking for a place where good energy flows throughout this is it! Upon arrival my group and I was greeted with smiles and positive energy. When I met my masseuse Jerilyn I felt at ease. She immediately asked if I had any sensitive areas that needed to be avoid and/or areas that needed to be targeted. She was extremely gentle with her touch. The ambience and sounds of ocean wave as well as soft rolls of thunder were soothing to me. I also enjoyed the aromatics from the oils used. Im not a regular person that goes and get massages but The Now Massage set an extremely high bar! Thank you Jerilyn and the other lovely staff members that made my group zen day so relaxing, calming, and exhilarating.

My husband and I recently received 80 minute massages and we were really disappointed. They felt disconnected, repetitive, and fast paced. The therapists kept massaging over our bones, so we were unable to relax. My therapist skipped over a lot of areas, and left me feeling incomplete. The spa was pretty and the staff was nice, but for $140, the massages were not worth it. We will go elsewhere in the future.

The Now Massage is amazing. From the moment I walked in, my every need was cared for and I found the staff welcoming, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. My favorite part is the entryway walking toward the massage suites. You hear the majesty of the ocean waves and immediately forget youre in Dallas. It was a great escape and I cant wait to come back!

Professional conduct and lovely interior but suffered bad muscle pain following my massage and have not received any reply following my complaint. Additionally, I called the salon prior to my visit to ensure my card would be charged since I was purchasing the massage as a present for my guest and instead they used his card - embarrassing!! This salon has potential but need to up their game. I’d return if I was confident that these issues would be resolved.

This was my first time here, from the moment I walked in there was a warm greeting of hello, good energy and vibes all the way. The whole Decour reminded me of being in Tulum Mexico. Adrien was my massage therapist that conducted a thorough consultation and definitely relived my back from knots. Overall it was just a great experience that I will continue to enjoy!

Feel so much better since my sessions with Eric. For someone who works out 5 days a week, I highly recommend getting one session in a month. Eric knows what he is doing. My migraines from neck knots are now gone!

Stunning location, everyone greets you so kindly and gets you settled in. They lead you to a beautifully lit hallway with private draped curtains to your personal massage room. The white noise and ocean sounds feel like youve transported elsewhere. The massage was lovely, and she used a Gua Sha technique that was so relaxing. She worked on a couple tight knots in my back and the lavender essential oil smelled sooo good! Would 10/10 reccomend and return again soon!

How to book a full body massage?I’ve booked several appointments for friends and each person had a different experience. (Note; I’ve added my card online and thought I paid for friends, later to find out they were asked to pay for theirselves EMBARRASSING.)Adding you card online is company driven to charge you if do a no show. My last visit I went with my husband and again paid online and was asked to present the card to pay. He was confused because I’ve already provided the ACH information online. Charge the card on file, remove that option or put a disclaimer online this will be more customer centric and contactless payment.I’ve had four different experiences myself. The first experience was the expectation that I was expecting; however, every time after that is was basic for the price. I would think that my legs and feet would be attend to which they were not which is strange. I think the pretalk with the therapist is a trick question.

This place is magical! Not only was everyone so friendly and professional but the massage was amazing. The aesthetics of this space are so calming and peaceful. Exactly what I needed! This will be my go-to massage place moving forward. I already can’t wait to go back.

I was charged for Gua Sha and I’m pretty sure the therapist didn’t use it. The massage itself was great until the end when I had to ask for my feet to be rubbed. She asked if I had mentioned my feet….it’s an 80 minute massage, should I have to? Also if if I want you to focus on my legs because I work on my feet, shouldn’t that have been a clue?Let’s go on. Receptionist unprofessional and not wearing a mask. Pretty disappointed.

We made a couples massage reservation on 12/20/2021 for 01/01/2022 for 1:30 pm. Today, the date of the appointment we get a call at 12:24 to let us know that they are canceling the appointment. Just like that an hour before they cancel. Obviously customer don’t mean anything. We won’t ever try to go back.
