As someone who deals with chronic pain, I am picky about my massages, but Trained Touch knocks it out of the park every time. I have been worked on by several different massage therapists at Trained Touch and each one is amazing. I would definitely recommend booking with Baeja, she is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful if you have any questions or concerns. They offer services like cupping, scraping, and aromatherapy which is a great benefit in my opinion. This is THE BEST massage you will get in Dallas, take my word for it.

This massage place is so great! I’ve come here three times and each time had a different person. Nevertheless, each person was really good at what they do. They listened to my needs and concerns and worked on some of my muscle tension and knots. Every time I get a massage at Trained Touch I feel so relaxed and content. “Bev” was prompt, kind, had much hospitality, patient, welcoming and so knowledgeable about muscles and took it so seriously to make sure it was safe to give me a massage. With severe neck/back pain and burning and sell as now migraines and muscle from whiplash, I felt instant tension release after out 60 min session. The pain is now manageable and I am definitely going back for more sessions weekly to aid in physical therapy.

I’ve been a member for over a year and it is consistently some of the best deep tissue/sports massages I’ve had. Baeja is my go-to and the hour sessions as a member are affordable. Plus, it’s only $60/hr for first sessions.

Let me start by saying this review is long overdue. This place is a hidden gem! I was nervous at first, with it being my first massage experience, but when walking into the clean, beautifully aromatic, serene lit space, I immediately became at ease. Jonathan is so sweet and knowledgeable. He’s a nurturing soul with blessed hands lol. He made sure to ask about any problem areas, concerns, or suggestions I may had before our session started, and made sure to give me his undivided attention. He made my comfort his priority, the massage was amazing, the playlist was fire, and even though I never felt rushed, the hour flew by with our light hearted conversation. We just clicked. I came out feeling like a brand new woman and I’d never forget this amazing experience. PS: if he ever ask you to take your wig off, please do both of us a favor nd TAKE THE WIG OFF! Thank me later.

I really enjoyed the service I received her. Devontae was such a great therapist. Very friendly and professional. He asked me a few questions before we started to see exactly what It was I was looking to get out of the massage. He made sure I was comfortable multiple times throughout the massage. Once he finished I left Feeling less tense and very relaxed. I will be back for another in 2 weeks.

When requesting a firm pressure massage for existing pain and your massage therapist denies this, its frustrating. We know our bodies better than someone else, so why should I have to keep asking for more and not receive it? Also, the disrespect I received when the therapist asked if what her feather touch was doing Does this hurt?, i then replied no...i should NOT get the response of you know I can tell when youre lying. I was flabbergasted and tempted to walk out right then and there but kept giving Bev a chance to redeem herself with listening to the client. Unfortunately, this never happened and I wont be going back.

Best massage I’ve had in Dallas. I’m an active person running/working out 7 days a week, and because of that, my back gets tweaked every now and then. I’ve been putting off a massage and things got worse (pain in my shoulder and trap, severe tightness, etc.). Lee absolutely crushed it and got my range of motion back/getting rid of the knots. Will definitely be coming back!

Came in for some discomfort in my back and problem areas with tendinitis. The masseuse Baeja had me comfortable within the first few minutes with perfect pressure on all knots. The space is clean and tranquil. The people are extremely helpful and friendly. The massage was out of this world. Highly recommended.

So I came for my second session here and was fortunately booked with Ross!! I was excited because saw all the amazing reviews on her work!! Now I see why, she used techniques that I’ve never seen to relieve my arm pain and back!! It’s like she knew where was work was needed without me tellin her. I’m so excited I’m on a monthly schedule with her, already bragging to friends and family!!

Xavier is amazing! I was seeing a previous therapist that is no longer with the company and although she was knowledgeable, she seemed to be just going through the motions and every session was the same. Xavier takes the time to really assess what I need that day. I’m a competitive athlete and I put a lot of strain on my body. It’s good to have someone with the knowledge of biomechanics to be able to decipher what’s causing my aches and pains. 10/10 recommend

I went for my first session close to a month ago, and Ross was absolutely amazing. She is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. My only regret is that I recently moved and am no longer in the area. I wish I had more time in west Dallas so I could’ve had a longer term relationship with this place! If you’re in the area, this is the person to see.

I’ve tried so many different massage centers (in many states as I’ve moved) and Tyler’s massage was easily the best one. He catered to exactly what I needed and asked for, and gave expert advice tailor the massage. The massage itself was phenomenal. It’s definitely not “cookie cutter” like popular massage chains, which is what makes it amazing. Usually at the end of a massage I feel unsatisfied and feel like I need more, but even halfway through I was so comfortable. It targeted so many different muscle groups, was so relaxing, and relieved so much tension. Tyler did an amazing job and I will definitely come back.

This place is amazing! I have neuropathy in both legs and they hurt constantly. Prescription meds haven’t solved the problem and physical therapy didn’t show much improvement. I’d never been to a professional masseuse before and was a little reluctant to go, not knowing if it would truly help. However, Baeja does a fantastic job at a deep tissue massage. I leave feeling better in both my legs and my spirit. I am now a dedicated customer and highly recommend.

My husband went in today because of excruciating back pain. It has been hard for him to walk, sit, stand, or sleep. The therapist was so knowledgeable! She massage different areas of his body and it eased his back pain and gave recommendations on exercises he could do to help prevent this from happening in the future! So disappointed in my experience. Per my physical therapist, I needed to start getting medical massages to release the tension in my body that has inadvertently caused several injuries. I was excited to find this company. After reading about Ross, I was excited to get an appointment. I called on October 4th and was happy that they had an opening on the next day at 10:30 for a 90 minute appt. The person I spoke to on the phone kept saying that there were other people that were great, but I was stuck on getting with Ross because of all her previous reviews. I guess I should have listened to him.Appt at 10:30. I get there a little early to make sure I dont need to complete any paperwork. No one is there. No problem...Im early. At 10:30, no one is there. I call and he says she should be there. He calls me back and says she is running late. She gets there around 10:45 and honestly seemed like she did not want to be there. Very dry. No paperwork to complete, which I thought was weird. She calls me into the room at about 10:50. Her energy truly made me feel like this was the last place she wanted to be. At that point, I nicely say that it seems like something is wrong and I can reschedule, no problem. She says no and asked what is she working on today. I just felt like she wanted to hurry and get it over with. The massage was fine. Medical massages arent meant to feel good. I could tell she was knowledgeable. Since she was late, had to cut it short because I had a meeting to go to afterwards. When she was finished, she said....you really need a 90 minute appt. Ummmm, yeah...thats what I booked but you were late. I didnt say that, but ....yeah. With all the great reviews, I guess I just got Ross on a bad day. Didnt go back and thankfully found an awesome masseuse that doesnt seem to mind helping me.

BAEJA is the best! I work out rigorously and sometimes my body is fatigued and in need of some major TLC. I always leave Baeja feeling light as a feather! She is not only skilled at her work, well informed about the human anatomy, but is also the sweetest person ever. Coming to her is part of my self-care routine. My session with Ross was great and informative.I knew I had some usual tight spots but Ross went a step further and identified new areas of tightness of which I was never aware. She did this via a posture analysis of me standing. I left the session not just more refreshed but also more informed of my body imbalances and actually equipped with educational info to address them moving forward.The deep-tissue massage was hard-core, probably the most attentive session I’ve ever experienced. She also provided a sample bath salt mix for me to take home to help elongate the effectiveness of the massage.

The vibe upon entering is a little different than other massage therapists, it is less stuffy and the music is relaxing, but more than the sound of waves and streams.Jonathan was my therapist and the massage was great! Ross gave me a great massage! One of the best Ive ever had. The location is good though the actually space is less than spa-like. I appreciated the intro price I paid but would have trouble paying full price like I would at a spa experience/location. But the actually massage was WONDERFUL!

My masseuse was really kind and knowledgeable. The main downside to my massage is that I paid extra for a deep tissue massage, but nothing about the massage was deep 😓. The masseuse even told me he didn’t go deeper because I had a lot of surface tension. I have a strong preference for deep tissue massages so I left not fully satisfied. I will say, the masseuse gave me a lot of gems to assist me with balance in my day to day life as well as things to help with stiffness so that deserved praise !

Johnathan was absolutely amazing. He felt my tension and our massage session turned into a therapy session. I love that it was more than just a massage for him & he took his time and gave me the necessary feedback I needed to release the negative energy I was holding on to.

Excellent massage clinic. I have frozen shoulder. I have been treated by Ross the Head Clinician. She is knowledgeable, professional and caring. She incorporates state of the art tools in her massages that helps separate the Facia from the muscle. That gives me great relief. She also educates me on how to treat my condition. She sends me home with links to videos with exercises that will help me alleviate the pain from frozen shoulder. She makes recommendations on nutrition as well. She truly cares about her clients and makes sure that the care that she provides in her clinic does not stop there. She makes sure that we as clients know how to continue the care at home. Ross is the best therapist that I have ever been to... and I am a 20 year veteran of massage therapy. Her techniques are quick and effective to relieve pain fast. I sit at a desk all day and carry a lot of stress; but when I see her all that goes away. I’ve referred many friends to her and they all love her too. Her space is quiet, clean, convenient and relaxing. Do yourself a favor and go see her... I believe that she can help with any issue that you are having.

I’m blown away. Ross was able to give me some relief from a neck injury I have been struggling with from BJJ. Not only that, Ross was able to point out my undiagnosed kyphosis and some videos to look at. I’ll be honest with you, I’ve been to chiropractors that have never even mentioned it or given me tips on how to fix it. I’m sure they knew but I genuinely feel like Ross cared enough to help me. Ross has a knack for diagnosing pain points, working them out through massage and therapy and even goes above and beyond to suggest stretches and other “homework” to ensure that you’re on the path to recovery. They are reasonably priced and accept HSA too which is great.

This was my second professional massage ever. My first one from Massage Envy was horrible. I was in more pain after than when I went in. Ross at Trained in the Art of Touch on the other hand, is absolutely amazing. I have a list of chronic pains and injuries from military service. The experience, knowledge and ability Anna at Trained Touch possess will be key to mine and anyones maintenance routine. I had my first session with her and was blown away at the professionalism and effectiveness! I felt a night and day difference afterwards. Ross is so great! I went in because I was having pretty intense nerve pain and she really focused on helping to relieve the pain and pressure from my shoulder. I also had never tried cupping therapy before but would highly recommend giving it a chance. I’ll definitely be back!

This is not the place to go if you want a relaxing massage. That being said, Ross is AMAZING and you will walk out of there feeling slightly beat up but all your aches and pains will be fixed! Ive seen her twice since having my second baby and she has helped my back and shoulder pain from breastfeeding and carrying around my little girl.

I requested a deep tissue massage, and that is definitely what I received. Ross was able to quickly diagnose problems that weren’t in my lower back, but were contributing to my lower back pain. I am looking forward to scheduling my next visit, which will be a 90 minute medical massage.

I was referred to Ross at Trained In The Art Of Touch by a friend after not having a good of it experience at Massage Envy. I have chronic back pain and muscle spasms from being in several car wrecks over the years and have been looking for a intuitive therapist that would truly focus on all my wants and needs. Ross went above & beyond in providing the massage that I needed she even gave me a complimentary bag of muscle relief bath salt. 24 hours later and Im not feeling any back pain. I am so impressed with their concept of custom massage! Its a small new business thats upcoming under 2 years old I think I was told.I came across this place on Groupon looking for an oil change. A customized massage that included cancer patients. I went to the website and looked at the state of the art ideas rather than old school deep tissue massage which is great but just not for me right now that is a hit or miss session. They do provide those services too. Connecting with the right therapist is what we are all after in the long run. Ross is a strong confidant woman with an open mind and talented hands and exceptional training in my opinion.I bought the $39 introductory discounted 1 hour session regularly $60 without any add-ons. What did I have to lose? I filled out the note section about being a cancer patient needing not a traditional massage and the intake forms online. I arrived early and was made comfortable in the waiting area to relax. A television playing appropriate music was nice. She offered and suggested the add-ons which I may try next time.Ross was unbelievably nice from the get go. She started me off with a pregnancy pillow so I could be on my side which is not a traditional way of getting a massage. Alexa played relaxing music in the background. So for Amazon people who have a favorite station or artist Im sure it wouldnt hurt to ask for that special massage music.I couldnt lie face down because of my pain. She went deep on my troubled shoulders and lower back as requested. My body has weakened from my radiation and chemotherapy treatments so the touch on my legs and abdominal area had pressure applied but light as a feather which gave amazing results. She has strong hands where needed and the touch of an angel also!I spoke the entire time unlike all my other massages in my life where I barely said a word. Ross said this is your time so lets talk if you want to talk which made me more comfortable not knowing what to expect with all my limitations from the cancer issues and pain. I was severely damaged from the radiation that requires special attention. Next time Ill go in the relaxation and aromatherapy direction. She said whatever I want because its customized to my needs. Her bedside manner was like that of a great nurse...if had that experience in your life you know what I mean, again above and beyond. I left with considerable less pain than when I arrived. Overall an excellent experience! It exceeded my expectations not only in the customized session but with the welcoming and friendly service. Its a fairly new business so 2 thumbs up... I recieved more thanI paid for in my opinion for the $54 I spent. It is what it is as my oncologist says often. It could have been a miss but wasnt for me. After many months without a massage, Johnathan found all the little places I have been harboring tension and worked them out with firm but never uncomfortable pressure. I can’t remember the last time my neck felt so relaxed and had this range of motion! I’m already looking forward to next time.

This was the worst massage I’ve ever received in my life. The pressure that Sam applied was very minimal and had no impact. I walked out with just as much pain as I walked in with. Asides from that I called to shift my appointment from 4:30pm to 4:45pm but still got only 30 minutes massage for a one hour appointment. It ddnt really matter tho cos the service was horrible. I still had to pay for a full one hour.

I called on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment for the next day! Ashley was phenomenal and worked on my problem areas with such precision. I had immediate relief and definitely felt the difference the following weeks.

Devonte was very attentive to the issues I shared with him. He also gave a very deep massage covering the the neck down. His overall customer service and professionalism was a 10/10.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would... the Massage Therapist focus on my neck and shoulders just like I asked while still being able to provide massage therapy to my full body. Working with Ross let me get back in the gym and im so so grateful.I have been amateur body building for about two years, and like most of us, I have compiled a series of injuries specific to my front and rear dealts, rhomboids, and pecs from chronic over training and a lack of proper technique.When i started seeing Ross I couldnt raise my elbows above 45 degrees without a sharp, knife like pain in my dealts. I have been seeing Ross for the last 6 months and between her, a TENS unit, reducing # of days im in the gym per week from 5-6 to 3-4, I now have 100% of my range of motion back. My sleep quality has gone up significantly and my overall pain levels have been reduced from an 8/10 to about a 2 in general.Ross is well spoken in her craft, listens when I talk about whats going on, and is invested into her own education. She always has a new technique or suggestion to help me. Without asking she sent me youtube videos & PDFs of PT style stretches & exercises to be doing in my own time. At one point when I mentioned I was going to get MRIs of my shoulders she immediately asked me to bring them in to help her with the massages.Booking through their website is easy and the pricing is great. (its typically $50 bucks for an hour deep tissue). To me, because ideally id like to get one every two weeks thats great for the budget. I lived in Taiwan for a bit over a year so im use to high quality massages for the equilivent of $20 USD so not paying $100 - $200 at some pampered overpriced spa with minimal medical benefits isnt what im looking for or in my budget.Ross and trained in the art of touch is the real deal. Dont expect to walk into a 5 star hotel, but the massage room itself is set up very nice, the company gave her all kinds of tools (cupping, scraping, etc) and she uses them. You will get educated about the body and how it functions, and you do feel real relief over the next few days.

Went in asking for a focus on neck and shoulders. Ended up with a massage spending in inordinate amount of time on upper thighs and lower abdomen, with a lot of inadvertent and accidental touching of private areas. So yeah, it was entirely awkward and not a good experience.

5/5 stars because Ross was absolutely incredible! She was kind and knowledgeable.. If you come here you will feel like a new person when you leave! Rejuvenated!
