I love this spa! They have all vegan products, yay! Ask for Renita, because she’s just the best! I feel relaxed and like I’m glowing each time I leave from getting a facial from Renita! The spa is very clean and the staff are very kind and friendly. You can have a cup of tea prior to your service as you wait in the calming and serene waiting area.

I have been a client at Spa Habitat West Village Dallas for a while now. I appreciate the calm, inviting space but most of all the team they have there. Mandy and Klaire are kind, professional, and provide a consistent experience. Well worth a visit!

The best SPA EVER!!! Klaire is amazing as my masseuse! If you need a deep tissue massage, she is your girl!! NO ONE can get my knots and tightness out like she does. The staff and hospitality is 10/10 and their services are worth every penny. Their merchandise at the front is also high quality and I find myself getting goodies after every appointment. I will never go anywhere else!!!

I had an amazing massage from Margo today. She hit every pressure point that I had. Additionally, everyone was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely be a regular here if it wasn’t so far from where I live.

I got a body scrub & body brush. The young lady I was blessed with was awsome. She asked right away if the scrub needs a lot of pressure or light. If all the ladies are as good as her this will be a place I recommend to everybody.

Came in from out of town for a show, and got my friend and I a spa day for her birthday. We had a massage, facial, and foot ritual. Everything was fantastic! The spa is so cute inside and the atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious. Everyone providing the various services was so knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful. I highly recommend coming here!

I found this place about a month ago. It has a spa vibe and super clean, however, I wish they didn’t have such a small waiting room.I’ve had one of the best facials and massages here recently. Nicole is fantastic. I have booked with her for a 3rd time. She literally makes me feel like a new human when I walk out of there. 🙌🏽

My experience here was a bit all over the place. Firstly, we had initially scheduled out appointment for a Saturday at 11am. Somehow, they had us down for a Friday at 5pm. (Not sure how that happened but things happen?). The front desk associate (Terry?) went above and beyond to make sure we received a service. However, they only had a 50 minute couple massage available when we originally had a 3 hour experience booked. Whatever- better than nothing so we took it. The massage itself was completely underwhelming. Nothing more than rubbing lotion on the body. When we asked for increased pressure they said that’s not what we booked. Odd. Great concept, but probably wouldn’t return/recommend.

Wow, what a disappointment! We booked a couples massage, but both my partner and I disliked the massage that was performed. It didnt feel pleasurable or professional at all. The staff wasnt friendly or welcoming either.In particular, my masseuse was terrible. She cut the time short and left the room multiple times, taking about 5 minutes each time to come back. Instead of the 50 minutes of professional massage I expected, I only had 30 minutes of what felt like an amateur gentle touches session.To make matters worse, the girl at the front desk automatically charged us a 20% gratuity without asking or mentioning it. Needless to say, we will never be coming back

I went in for a Green Peace massage before starting the work week, and I never want to start my day without one of these again. This was such a great location. Ariel at the front desk was amazing! Very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about about the services and products. I had my massage done by Katie. Now I know I have never experienced relaxation before in my life! This was truly fantastic 10/10 bring your family and friends great place!

Took my girls here for my bachelorette and had an amazing time! They booked us the same week and made sure they had availability at the same time, when we arrived early they took us all in early to get started and my masseuse specifically was Mikah and she was SO AMAZING. You could tell she really was doing something she loved to do instead of just finishing a task. Also we all loved the warm neck pillows while filling out paperwork!!

This was a wonderful massage experience. At first I was a little skeptical because their entry and waiting area is not that relaxing because there was lots of people walking by and you can tell its pretty busy. And their reception area people gave us weird looks and only one of them was friendly but once they put you in the massage room its heavenly and I loved the massage . I loved it so much and will return. I enjoyed my massage and how clean and peaceful everything is. I walked out of there feeling amazing!

I have been to Spa habitat four times and I LOVE it. The service was great and relaxing. I had a deep tissue massage with Christina and felt so much better after. I bought some bath salts that work wonders from Spa habitat. I love how everything is natural and organic and smells amazing. I showed up a bit late, but the were able to fit my whole time in! Already booked my next appointment with my mom!!

Booked my hubby & I massages for our anniversary! This place is right across the street from our apartment. When we arrived they took our temperatures, and checked us in. Masks are required.I booked the Terra Firma Massage as I like a good deep tissue. I have to say Alex gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. I prefer a firm pressure and most times I don’t get that when I’ve had massages at other places. I left feeling completely relaxed no knots in my shoulders and back. It was so great that I rebooked my next massage and received a 15% discount for the next service.My hubby had the Farm Spa Massage, he loved it! Medium pressure full body. Victoria was awesome! Also one his beat massages. We are definitely going to make Spa Habitat our spa of choice!!!Great services all around!

I went to Spa Habitat with my mother for a Green Peace Massage. Heather greeted us when we arrived and she was very inviting & kind. Ross was my service provider and she was wonderful! She checked with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was good and that I was okay.Would highly recommend this place! Great atmosphere!

Absolutely loved this place and will def be coming back! Always love to support a local business especially when they have a vision like Spa Habitat - only to use products that are good for the skin, body and the environment! We did the CBD oil massage and it truly helped our aching back. Also purchased the eucalyptus lotion and it smells amazing! Keep up the good work, we’ll be coming back!

So, I was having a anxiety Attacks and they had essential Oils, Fragrance that were natural Healing remedies..... Spiritual Essence of Calming Smells.... That did help my anxiety Attack.. the Back Rubs are Convenient Next Door to Starbucks.....But the Place is a Great Place of Peace and Calming.... everyone on Earth needs to experience this...its life Changing... Jody was Really Nice to me too... She deserves a lot of Respect.........For her Ideas and innovations....

Spa Habitat is my go-to place for the greatest massages! I first came here while pregnant and had the most relaxing & tension releasing massage Id ever experienced. Ive come back multiple times; by myself, with my hubby for a couples massage and most recently with my friends for our annual spa day. Although its not a full service spa (no robes, changing rooms, showers, sauna, etc) they still offer the best massages Ive ever had. Each time I intend to ask for the same masseuse, but forget and still every single time the massage is incredible.The staff are professional, the rooms are cozy, and the prices are reasonably compared to other spas.Do yourself a favor and book a massage at Spa Habitat NOW! I promise you will not regret it!

First impressions are everything, and Spa Habitat nailed it today. Went in for a birthday massage, and Mart blessed me with the best, most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. Space was clean, and the lemon grove oil was soothing. Will definitely be back! Thank you, Mart!!!!

My organic hot stone massage was awesome I enjoyed the experience. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean. I treated myself for my birthday which was a great decision. I would suggest this experience to everyone. You work hard and you deserve to treat yourself.

My wife and I recently had spa services while on vacation in Dallas. They received a 2 star rating because my massage and mens facial were great but they would have received 1 star rating for my wifes massage and facial. During my wifes massage the masseuse bent my wifes leg in a manor like she was a chiropractor and not a masseuse. Ever since then my wife has struggled to walk and exercise. Normally she runs 30-40 miles a week and lifts 6 days a week but because of an injury caused by this massage she couldnt run 3 this week. We called and spoke to a manager and said the masseuse would call my wife to see if she could talk her through correcting the issue. She never did and hence this review. I gave them a chance to correct their mistakes and they didnt call or offer to refund her massage. We will never return to Spa Habitat. Go there for relief and come out broken. Also the products they sell are such a high markup from the actual vendor. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Well, this is a very good Spa. Great services and deep tissue massages. I would rate the Massage Therapists individually but I can not remember their names. In addition, I am African American and I have no issues with being treated differently. I am actually headed to the place now. Highly recommend.

We booked a party of 3. Two had facials & one had a massage. The facial was just ok...I would have preferred less talking during my facial and more information of what product was being applied to my face. My face was lathered in a final EXTRA OILY/GREASY something. Neither one of us left feeling renewed.👀

I had the pleasure of visiting Spa Habitat for a massage with Paloma. I can honestly say that this was one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not only was she extremely professional throughout the entirety of my session, but also very calming in nature and extremely thorough in her massage execution.I HIGHLY recommend Spa Habitat for anyone looking for the ultimate spa experience in the area.

Bought a massage package for my parents and it was supposed to be 80 minutes long. They were told to get there a little early and their appointment was at 1pm. They got there early, were taken back past 1pm and the massage did not even last 1 hour. Parents were unhappy with the service. Definitely will not be going back again.

I had two appointments for Swedish massage and facial treatment. The massage was great, facial treatment OK. The problem was that I had a bad reaction to their products and got several pimples on my skin the day after my treatments. I will thus not go back. However, the place is worth giving a shot.

If you get a foot ritual massage I HIGHLY recommend Deborah. She is amazing and I fell asleep. If you need a good massage that will leave you wanting more then I HIGHLY recommend Stacee.

Miss Ross is an exceptional practitioner, I cannot recommend her highly enough. The staff was wonderful and my time in Terra Firma was profoundly healing, with each and every detailed assessment of my physicality conducted at the highest level of communication and presence. First and foremost, I am no hater. I went here because I know that an extremely capable massage therapist has or still does work here. It is a reputable Dallas business and an established presence in the spa community.Having typed my disclaimer, here is my experience.The front desk person who greeted and set me in the waiting area was lovely. It is a beautiful facility and the neck wraps/tea are such a warming touch!I must admit that I am a massage therapist (a fact I never reveal when getting a service) and I have worked in the spa industry which may be why I was so bothered by my upcoming experience.I had woken up with a sharp pain on my right side that needed attention before I started my workweek.I also have a bit of anxiety with confrontation in service settings. I know Im not the only one so here it is for all of us sometimes introverts who only are quiet when it comes to standing up for ourselves.I was picked up 15 min late (which is really not an issue if someone wouldve acknowledged it and if everything else wouldve been okay. People run late, I get it). I was about to go to the front desk to make sure I had the appointment time right when my therapist picked me up and didnt mention or apologize for the late start. This took me from a 4:30 end time to a 4:50 end time when traffic was heck. Once again, it wouldnt have even bothered me if something was mentioned. I understand being booked back to back and trying to deliver the best service, sometimes youre just doing your best but please respect their time enough to mention it.I had purchased an 80 minute, deep tissue (which is extra at this facility). When she asked (one question) during the consult about my needs, I pointed at the muscle and said its name aloud, right side levator scap. I also asked if we could only do upper body. She told me that 80 min was too long for upper body (pardon?) and that she would spend 45-50 min on upper body. I shrugged and told her that she was the expert, expecting that maybe her technique was specific and could solve my issues.It was not deep tissue. She never asked about how the pressure was so I guess it didnt matter. It was long effluerage strokes...like a relaxing massage that never once touch the origin of the muscle I had mentioned. Totally phoned in or maybe she didnt know the name of the muscle or how to release it maybe she couldnt deliver deeper pressure and was afraid to inquire and know she would have to give more ...., Ill never know. I was just annoyed and more than a little burned out about the money I was spending for it.Just to compound matters, I could feel her nails which is a mega industry no-no and she left halfway through to go get water (which is something you do before the massage starts and put it in your room).At the end of the massage, I was encouraged to buy products even after telling her that I use a specific brand of CBD creme.Of course I tipped 20% because Im not a monster, its still income and I dont know what therapists there are being compensated with. There is never an excuse to not tip well, EVER.Afterwards, I walked to The Joint to see my chiropractor (because traffic was going to be a nightmare anyway) and he told me that my neck muscles were tight so it was difficult to adjust my cervical vertebrae. UGH.If youre going, just call ahead and ask the front desk specific questions about therapists to have your needs met. Its not the establishment, its the specific therapists who work there that make the experience for you.Some therapists are NOT deep tissue therapists and thats okay but it needs to be aligned with their clientele. Some therapists ONLY deliver deep tissue and if youre in the mood for a relaxing massage then you dont want them working on you either!EDIT: It doesnt absolve my concerns but they dont have hydraulic tables at this spa. Hydraulic tables SIGNIFICANTLY aid LMTs with their job.Without them, therapists get injured. Period.Its 2019. No spa that cares for their employees should be without them.

Some of the best therapist comes through those doors to offer therapeutic services based on their clients needs.

Brilliant deep tissue massage by Klair, super cheerful front desk, loved the ambience, the smells, even the soundtrack is wonderfully curated, although I do wonder if they can update or add a second playlist for the music eventually? The current one has been cycled quite throughly.

Love this place, best place for hot stone massage and a sugar scrub. They sell there own products as well. Very zen, fluffy robes and knowledgeable masseuses.

1) I LOVE the lady who does the eyebrow wax! After a very harsh experience with Nordstroms Spa (talk about a painful extraction process! She also unfortunately ripped off part of my skin with the wax! Aye yi yi... so I came to Spa Habitat, where they helped me figure out that I need a sugar-based substitute! Go figure! lol :)) I think her name is Annie. She has been AMAZING and Ive followed her off and on now for a few years, through a chronic illness.2) Im sorry but I must be truthful here -- the only reason Im giving yall 3 instead of 4 stars, is because when I had a massage done, I must say --- it was one of the worst Id ever had. :-/ I hate to say that!!! But she seemed SO rushed, not too eager, and I just didnt feel treated as one should when visiting a well-known Spa for a massage. That said... Ive had a lot of massages! lol Ill give her the benefit of the doubt that I was her last client of the day, but still - she RUSHED out of the building AS I was paying for my service, without so much as a response to my goodbyes.... Hmmm.. Not sure, as I said, Ill give her the benefit of the doubt - maybe she was having an off day... still.. not a great representation, as Ive had a gift cert for a spa massage from Spa Habitat for a long time now (from my ex husband! lol), and still havent gone back to use it!!! I may just have use it on Annie, and in the Gift Shop (love the gift shop, btw!!!! :o)).3) Again, LOVE the gift shop :) I usually spend a good 20 mins just tinkering around in there. Its fun ;)

Going to this spa was literally a nightmare experience. Brianna is a terrible esthetician. It was the worst facial of my life. It is now over 2 months since I had the facial with her that caused scarring on my skin. Her extractions are hard and aggressive to the point it scarred my skin. The scars can’t even be covered with makeup.This spa is unclean and unsanitary. Brianna massaged my hair then massaged my face while my pores were open after a warm compress. This caused an infection underneath my skin. She never washed her hands or used gloves. After the scalp massage she immediately touched my face with dirty hands and did extractions. This unsanitary practice caused bumps underneath my skin that lasted for over two months. One of the bumps can still be felt underneath my skin.On top of this, if it couldn’t get any worse-I faced racial discrimination at this spa. I am Middle Eastern. When I walked into the spa I wasn’t greeted appropriately and I was not offered water. The White person who walked in immediately behind me was treated differently and was offered water.I contacted the owner regarding what happened and he called me a liar. I couldn’t believe it. How insulting and offensive when I am dealing with real, legitimate issues. He threatened me and told me I was forbidden to post my experience on social networking sites. Apparently he is afraid of the truth being exposed, so I am sharing my experience with the community because this happened to me. It is a true story and it is in your best interest to never go to this spa or have a facial by Brianna because she will damage your skin. Also, their own employees Brianna and Annie said their products cause allergic reactions. Beware.
