Wish I could give more stars!!! Was helped by Hilton and he was amazing. Answered all our questions with a smile and knew his stuff! Yes, they are open 24/7!!! Will absolutely shop here again!!!

Half the time when I come here and pay cash, they say that they dont have change but that theyll pay me back next time. Thats shady and its a bad way to do business. From now on I will go down the street to Universal because theyre not shady and they always have change. Plus their prices are lower. Infinity sucks.

The salesman always remembers me and is knowledgeable of product. Kool stuff to buy but at times hard as hell to drive away from. Parking Is slanted and it’s hard to see traffic coming when large vehicles are parked next to you .

Open 24 hours… at least I think they are… they were open super late on Sunday. Super helpful, knowledgeable people. Good selection. Yep! Good place to shop.

Light skin dude with the 1960s low cut jerry curl low-key had a lil attitude and Im not sure if he was just tired because it was midnight when I went but I wont be back. Its a smoke shop closer to my house that I love going to anyways with better employees with better attitudes and prices than this place does but unfortunately they were closed but next time I rather wait until they open up to get what I need because I regret going to this smoke shop. I should have read the reviews first smh but I wont be returning and dont recommend this place either. The only thing I do recommend is that you take your money to another smoke shop because you will not leave a happy customer if you go to this one

Walked in to buy a cape per usual and they did not respond to me. When I was finally acknowledged I was rushed out of the store, all in all would NOT recommend this shop. Better down the road.

Bought something a few nights ago at 1 price. Came in tonight and was charged double. I think I was given a deal as a new customer. But I drove waaaaay outa my way from Irving to Dallas because of the price of what I needed. Get there, new staff I hadnt seen before. Charged me double what the 1st person did for what I needed. Great customer service. Great atmosphere. Wonderful products. I just wish it had been priced the same as it was the 1st time I purchased what I needed (3 days ago) and this isnt a product that inflation carries over into. Its a specific throw away vape mod. Esco bars to be exact. Anyways, still deserves 5 stars. Staff very nice and theyre open 24/7! Saved my butt the night I found them. Really... they came in clutch💪. Again, very nice shop. Very wide selection. Extremely kind staff. Just weird I got 1 price from one person and another price that was doubled 3 days after. Just awkward. But Ill be back when I need something after hours for sure! But not regularly if Im driving from Irving to Dallas for the mod I need. I can get them for $10 less in Irving. I came out here because I was given a great price on my 1st visit. (That may be why I was charged more the 2nd time🤔?) Not sure... but I highly recommend this spot! Everything was on point aside from the price of what I bought and it wouldnt really have bothered me at all if I hadnt drove 25 minutes to get to this place.

Had the best experience with Isaac, he showed me the huge selections of vapes they have and explained how every flavor tastes. For all my females that might have doubts of coming here due to the late hours, they are pro woman and will make sure u are protected! 10/10

Stopped by this shop for the first time after getting off work at 4 am. I must say I was not expecting such amazing service that early in the morning. Shout to Hilton for his energy, and patience while answering all of my questions!🔥 will definitely be back!

Bit pricey for some low quality items but they have an awesome staff, just wish they didnt have someone new every 3rd visit. Its like clock work! The torches dont last long at all. I got a pink torch for $35 before tax I lit 2 cigs and it stopped working, they exchanged it for a cheaper $15 one though I paid $35 but have a no exchange or replacement rule so they could have just left me hanging that one was a torch for a few days then turned into a very weak lighter. Ive spent well over a hundred on torches there I like collecting them and my cheap little pink torch I got for $7 dollars at a gas station has outlasted all their torches.

Probably the greatest and friendliest smokeshop Ive ever been to. Open 24/7 and has earned all my business.

Went in for a late night re up, only to find out everything here is extremely overpriced, the product I purchased turned out to be diluted and the incorrect packaging got the flavor I asked for… like every post on here suggests, they are NICE PEOPLE, for a REASON. THEY SEE us DESPERATE for a reup since its late at night… HARD NOT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT… dont be lazy and come here… Please be more RESPONSIBLE and visit other stores… Why do you think they cant maintain the SAME EMPLOYEES everyone…

The customer service of the guy who was working when we were there about three weeks ago is fantastic. He even talked us into buying way more than we had initially planned. He was a great salesman and he helped us out a lot. Wish I could remember his name!! Either way if we are in the area again we will most definitely stop by there again and that’s the doing of the employee that was there that night.

I shop here weekly, not just for the products but to enjoy my experience. They’re open 24/7 with staff who keep the same livelihood and professionalism at ALL times. The products are great, with a wide variety across all your needs. For more exorbitant purchases I’d say it’s best to know the price of what you want, not everywhere is going to have the same rates and it’s up to YOU to know if you’re getting a good deal NOT them. Overall, I’d say you get the best for your dollar, plus they’ll make sure I test it before walking out so I know that THEY want me to have the best every time. As long as you respect their policies and have your I.D. WITH YOU, I’d guarantee a great experience.

Love this place! They have great selection of items plus affordable prices. The customer service is wonderful. I havent played the games there but they look fun and plan on going back to do so. The two ladies working were very helpful.

Way pricey but I guess thats cuz its open 24 hours, have a wide variety of things one might buy from a smoke shop but their over all glass is pretty meh definitely not worth the price

Trips to reup on disposable vapes are no longer such a chore. As a nocturnal animal, their generous 24 hour/always open policy has never failed me and is very much appreciated - as are the friendly and helpful staff. They have a cool rewards program/point system as well. Selection A+++ :)

They prefer to acknowledge “regulars “ rather than take care of new shoppers. They also call their “shoppers” the local crackheads. The price point is way over inflated as well. You can get the same 57$ vape for 35$ down the street. They made me feel unimportant. Infinity and beyond worthless

Called to ask about MIT 45 shots and the girl kept saying they were $40 a piece. No matter where I go, they are always $17.99-20.99 a piece. I told her that didnt sound right and that Im usually able to even get them 2 for $29.99 & that her saying they were $40 a piece at their store didnt sound correct and she says you can go there then which is such an unprofessional response. As someone who formerly worked at a smokeshop that is something taught to never come out of our mouth. Maybe it would have been nice for her to maybe double check instead of saying something like that.

I called around midnight to see if the shop carried delta 8 cartridges and the man on the phone was super chill and answered all of my questions.Decided to drive to see the options in person and discovered Hilton was the one who answered and his recommendations only got better in person. He made sure the Medusa cart I was eyeing fit the ooze battery I had at home and left with two of them. Hilton had the right amount of energy and and tended to every customer in the shop within seconds of them entering the store. Can’t wait to try the Skunk Brand wraps he recommended!

I just spent 60 dollars at Infinity & Beyond smoke shop in Dallas TX on a WATERMELON PEACH esco bar.  The very next day it started firing on its own and dripping juice everywhere.  Im scared to use it.  See attached pics.Infinity & Beyond refused to provide a refund or exchange despite me having proof of purchase.  They told me I could buy another one and that was my only option.$60 is a lot of money, and Im very frustrated that the product quality is not being guaranteed at that price point.I will also be writing to Esco Bars concerning this retailers customer service and policies.  I expected more for my money.

I typically don’t do this but I just got real annoyed at the fact that the guy charged 3 dollars for two 99cent wraps…after when he offered me the third one I specifically told him I need the extra dollar to wash my car & still he disrespectfully charged me 3 dollars because I wouldn’t take all 3 of the wraps…was it really worth it ??? Wayyyy overpriced $37 for Glamee Novas, $34 for Airbars. Most likely counterfeit and be careful you dont get overcharged!The Kangar Onos I went with only lasted one day and I could not match the anti-counterfeit label info, so these were most likely counterfeit-normally last me 2 weeks! guess someone may like convenience of getting ripped off 24 hours a day, NOT ME! BE CAREFULWHEN YOU ARE PAYING THAT YOU ARE GETTING CHARGED WHAT YOU WERE QUOTED! THEY TRY TO BE SNEAKY! I was quoted $20 for Kangar Ony disposable Vapes, and tax would be free. Ended up getting charged $25 each plus tax. I called and spoke with the owner, Moe, he said he would reimburse me $10 , but I would have to drive all the way back to the store, as if he couldnt electronically credit $10 back to my debit card....?I called when I was on my way down, and I am guessing Moe did not pass this info on to anyone else to reimburse me, and the manager I spoke with informed me that Moe isnt ever really at the store to issue my refund and Moe did not pass this info on to anyone. So much for my refund. I WONT EVER COME BACK TO THIS SHAM FOR A VAPE STORE! I WANT MY REFUND, MOE!

Very disappointed that I was over charged for a small puff bar vap. I was charged $15 for a 300 puff vap. That’s absurd when I normally pay $9.99. Hell I can get a 1600 puff vap for $15. Totally dissatisfied!!
