Grace / KJI may have given the wrong impression by asking to photo the products. Ive been able to at other stores because they understand they have a lot of brands that we as customers dont want to sit on our phones in the middle of the store researching each sku individually. That gives off way more sus vibes than asking for a pic. Im certain asking for a list of those brand names certainly wouldve gave off more red flags than my ask which was not a request at all as I explained to you, not everyone does it and I understand. But it appears as though I offended you with my question and for that I apologize. Perhaps just quietly scrolling the names in my phone while being discreet wouldve been better. But I like to be fair with establishments. And more often than not, its gotten me further away from where I wanted to be rather than closer had I not said anything. Great service though and great inventory. Just wish I could remember more or that you would at least update your website so that I can research properly without having it look as though Im there for nefarious purposes. Good day. I honestly LOVE how knowledgeable the staff is about their products. I’ve been to many vape places before, but they wouldn’t typically educate me on the product well before the sale. Additionally, they have helped out with any issues that I’ve had without judgment. Plus they are so friendly and caring! 10/10 highly recommend.

Nice shop with a great selection, but prices are a bit on the high side, to say the least. For the convenience, I expect to pay more than I would online, but a tank thats $23 online is almost double that here, and the juice I bought was double.

Ideally, this place is the reason why I havent stopped vaping clean clouds full of great flavors. What attracted me to this spot was the large selection and variety on: mods/kits, juice, and disposables; in comparison to other shops in the area. From my previous Smok Nord x to my recent Geekvape Max100 w/ Wotofo Nexmesh tank; KJ has recommended nothing but the best for my personal preference. Lastly, staff is very friendly and quick to help!

I can see why people love this place. The guy working was nice and knowledgeable and talked with me while I waited for my Uber. I was probably annoying him but he didn’t let on that I was. I have to give it up to them they have absolutely flawless and I literally mean absolutely flawless customer service coming from Los Angeles anytime Ive asked a question whats the best youve got rather than showing me exactly that they show me what they need to sell and usually it isnt a good product however with this store its the complete opposite this man has given me the best quality juices and the best quality devices every single time Ive gone in there I havent been disappointed not once whats the purchases I made from the shopAnother really good note about them is that they car ry pretty niche and exotic items such as juices devices and coil configurations.AND last but not do not be afraid and asking complicated or advanced questions regarding vaping to the the owner. Good local business with large selection of juices, could, and they also have Kratom. Their mod and tank selection has become a little sparse. However I believe thus us just residual side effects from the Covid shutdown. But the staff is still knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to special order items if necessary. Got a new Aegis vape in here yesterday and got home and unfortunately the vape was not working and would not turn on. Came in the next day to see what they could do for me knowing that vapes and returns etc don’t usually go hand in hand. Luckily KJ was working and he was able to get me another vape and a new tip for my girlfriends vape. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be back thanks again KJ

I discovered Vapor Pluse about 2 months ago simply by living across the street from them. I was out of juice and my regular shop was about to close. I’ve been getting my salt nic devices/pods/juices here for several months. Solid reward system and they have the BEST variety of juices compared to other vape shops. The guys there are super nice and give great advice.

Recently stopped in to buy some coils and juice new to vaping but the guys in the night shift were super laid back made me feel very comfortable will be coming back for any juice or equipment I need !!!

Unhelpful service, dead battery, no charger. I usually dont buy these things so didnt really even think to buy a charger but also I think an 18 dollar battery should come with a charger, if not maybe reccomend one.
