I loved my massage with Ally! I really wanted a true deep tissue and that’s what I got! She was wonderful and so sweet. The front desk was so friendly and it was such a great environment. They have the option to use the sauna too! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience! I booked a mother day appointment for my mom last minute, and the lady on the phone was super kind and helping. As soon as we got there that same lady was very welcoming and kind. When I picked my mother back up she was beyond happy, and more than satisfied with her experience. She noted that the massage therapist did an amazing job, and went above and beyond. All together this was an amazing experience for us both, I truly appreciate you guys!

Outstanding! I’ve never been before but I’ll definitely be back. Lovely staff, clean location, great for a legitimate neighborhood massage spa! Has a steam room I didn’t use but isn’t like a full amenity hotel spa (which I know I don’t always need.). Ally was an awesome masseuse and I’ve had many massages so I know! I did the deep tissue with the peppermint scalp enhancement and literally was so relaxed I came up with a solution to a work problem I’ve been dealing with during the massage. If I could give more than 5 stars I would 🤩

Highly recommend! We are in town for a vacation and wanted a massage. Very clean. Very professional. Nice and relaxed, ready to take on another Disney park.They were able to get us in on short notice, less than 24 hours for 2 couples massages and got them back to back.Only con, we dont live in the area so this will likely be our only trip here.

Great place worse the drive from Disney World wonderful staff very attentive. Clean and welcoming soft fluffy robes mimosas and everyone was kind and very accommodating. The massage was great. My husband and I were there for his birthday and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Cenote Day Spa in Champions Gate!

Was in town for 10 days on vacation and came here for a manicure/pedicure with my sister and nieces. They had massages and loved them! My sister and I had our nails done and the staff were wonderful with all of us! I wish they had a place like this in Wisconsin!

Massage was good. Nothing extraordinary. Dirty room and masseuse walked in on me while I was naked..If youre looking for a luxury experience, this isnt it.The room was nothing special.They have you put your things in unsanitary bins that everyone else is.The room ambiance was not it.There was one small rug under the table and it was visibly dirty.The massage therapist knocked AS they were opening the door. I said hold on and they continued to come in. So there i stood bare naked facing them. They took a moment and looked. Never apologized. Great way to start.I came to relax and it took me the whole session and more to begin to do so.Wont book here again.

Allie is the most incredible message therapist in the world. Ive gotten massages in every country I have visited and Allie put them all to shame. Now that I know what the gold standard is as a guest its going to be hard to find somewhere back in Boston that has such high quality services and great staff.

I can’t say enough nice things about this place. The steam room is great. They have a wrap for you and a place to rinse off after you come out freshly steamed. My friend and I got the Getaway Package. We got amazing facials done by Amanda. My skin was so hydrated and refreshed! We had Curt for our massage, he worked my neck like it was nobody’s business. I walked out feeling so relaxed and pampered. The place is very clean and has a stand alone feel, not just another strip mall parlour.

It’s been 7 years since I’ve found a massage that I actually liked. Jacque was outstanding and phenomenal. It’s not a matter of if. It’s a matter of when you come here, you will not be disappointed

The massage was great. They charge a 20% tip on your bill. Whether I give a person a 20% tip should be up to me. Unfortunately because of this large tip I will not be going back.

I have never been to a day spa before, except on a cruise ship, and this was one of the most luxurious moments of my life! My husband sent me here 1 month postpartum to relax before he headed back to work from Leave. He scheduled me a massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure!! The robe was the most cozy and comfortable robe Ive ever had on, I definitely need one for my house! Nothing was rushed, there was water and champagne available to sip on while getting pampered, and the staff was PHENOMENAL 💖🥹🩵 I wanted to highlight Jasmine for her excellent facial, manicure, and pedicure and for endless wonderful conversation that made me feel even more comfortable being there while away from my kids. Its not easy to take time for yourself, especially after having a baby, but this place TRULY made me relax and I cant wait to come back! Also, huge shoutout to whomever makes the crochet animals, I bought one for my daughter and she LOVED IT! It also made me so happy to spend time on myself and still be able to bring her home a piece of my peace♡

I am SUCH a fan of the overall professionalism of staff, the cleanliness and vibe of the location, and the pricing and packages available. it was perfect for my sisters bachelorette party and it was perfect for my most recent date night. I had an extremely stressful week which caused knots and tightness in my upper back. I was able to book a last minute massage on the website the night before. The front desk receptionist was very nice. She had a warm and inviting smile. She offered me refreshments while I waited. I chose the champagne, of course! My therapist was Kirk and he is GIFTED! I left the weight of the week on that massage table. I feel brand new and my back feels amazing. He gave me helpful tips to help manage my back discomfort at home. I will be back for sure!

This is my second time at Cenote, first time at the ChampionsGate location, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The staff is kind and caring and the services are top notch. The massage was amazingly relaxing, and the pedicure was expertly executed. I will be back for a 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. visit.

Customer service was excellent from first communication to schedule services to departure. My therapist Naomie was great and has a passion for the services she provides. She explained the three services she provided for me and answered my questions. She was also helpful with giving me post service recommendations. I feel great and will definitely be back.

WOW! This place is amazing! The staff are all so fun and lovely! We came as a group of 7 from out of state. Some of us got massages; some mani/pedis. Each person in the group was delighted and excited with her experience. I wish we had a place like this in our hometown. It have hair salon vibes with the chat at the mani/pedi station, which felt like home for me. The techs Naomi, Amanda, and Caitlyn were so much fun. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to relax and have a great time while being pampered. A+ all the way around!

The absolute best experience ! Both Naomie(facial) & Nadia (body massage) were phenomenal! I got the get away package which included the mango foot scrub and I added the dermaplanning :) my skin feels like a baby’s butt. Gentle yet firm, kind and knowledgeable. Absolutely AMAZING spa experience! I relaxed with an 80 minute Muscle Mender Massage with scalp massage and reflexology with Lauren and finished up my day with a CBD Pedicure with Diane! I will be back! All of the staff was very friendly and this is a beautiful spa...dont miss it!

I visited on 2/16 for a deep tissue massage and added the sugar scrub which was such a nice extra touch. Everything about this visit makes me want to come back and make it a regular thing for myself. All the details eye mask and warm neck bolster were such great touches. Ally was wonderful. Everything I needed. Highly recommend.

We came here to take a quick refresher during a Partner work retreat. It took a bit to figure out location and scheduling but they were patient and communicated very well! I came in and front desk was very sweet and welcoming. I was giving choice of drink and chose mimosa which was very pleasant. I changed into my robe and was able to use the steam room/ sauna before my appointment. They have a beautiful shower with amenities. I had my massage with Ruben and I had a very nice experience. He made sure he wasnt massaging too hard and was very attentive. The rooms had a nice ambiance and I almost fell asleep 3x. Then I had my facial with Naomi and she was also very nice and had my skin feeling hydrated again. My overall experience was great and cant wait to go back !

Had an excellent experience. I hadn’t had a massage in years and typically go to chain locations (Massage Envy) just for sense of comfort in the brand and expertise but I am so glad I gave Cenote a try. I tried the CBD Muscle Mender massage and loved it. Ally was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She took time to understand where I was having the most stress/tension. She walked me through the entire massage top to bottom as well as the benefits of the treatment. The customer service provided by reception was excellent as well. Would highly recommend Cenote and Ally and I may become more dedicated to a massage schedule because of this experience.

I visited Cenote Spa at Champions Gate on the 7th October, 2023. From I entered the door, the receptionist was very friendly and the ambiance was nice. I got the my getaway package. My massage was with Nadia and my facial was with Jasmine. They were both professional and did an awesome job. Overall, I had a great experience and walked out feeling like a brand new person. The lady that did my facial recommended that i start using 2 products, a retinol & a benzoyl peroxide which at the time I did not know were both actives. She didnt advise that both products were actives and my skin broke out horribly. Im almost certain she either did not know what she was doing or acted in bad faith. Either way, i will never be trusting this place again.

I booked a Swedish Massage with Nadia in the morning on October 26 at the Champions Gate location. I was texted an electronic form, which I highly recommend filling out to expedite and make the experience smoother. The front desk and room decor sets the relaxing ambiance. I was offered a beverage as I waited for the room to be prepared. Nadia was amazing and I would definitely recommend her. After the massage, I was able to enjoy the amazing spa robe and sauna. I am visiting Florida and if I return, I would be back for Nadia.A down side to today, is due to the location and neighboring business, you can hear music bass through the walls depending on which room you are in. I came for the massage and it did not disappoint.

It was a very good experience and I look forward to getting another massage from here in the future.All of the staff are very welcoming and professional. Also just got a the special Marine Pedicure by Jasmine and I love how they exfoliate your feet! - they also give you a choice of champagne or mimosa to enjoy! Received a couples massage & facial. Something happened the day we got our service done, like an employee called out. We were really disappointed at first because we dont get out much as parents and were really looking forward to it. That being said they completely made up for it. My husband booked a 60 min deep tissue massage for me 2 weeks after having my baby and I had the most amazing experience. The staff was so welcoming and calming from the moment I arrived and greeted me with champagne, access to their steam room followed by a hot shower, another mimosa and the most comfortable bathrobe I have ever worn. My massage therapist was named Heaven, and that’s exactly what my massage felt like. She asked my preferences and if there were any areas she prefer I target and she delivered. I like medium pressure and the entire massage she was right on point. I didn’t have to tell her once to lighten up or apply more pressure. She was very attentive to my needs and body responses & I couldn’t have asked for her to do a single thing differently! I haven’t felt this relaxed in a year. If you are thinking about treating yourself THIS is the place to do it! I will absolutely be back!

Jasmine did an awesome job. The dermaplane was phenomenal. The only thing I did not like was the gloves while cleansing the face. For me a facial is feeling the hands of the esthetician but other than that I had an excellent experience. I look forward to returning.

Jasmine provided exceptional services today for my facial with dermaplaning and the paradise pedicure was just what I needed for my tired feet! If I lived in the area, I would be back every month.

I used Petra for a 80 minute deep tissue massage. She was GREAT and stated she has been doing massages for 20 years and it definitely showed and was felt. Petra was personable and explained what other massage treatments I should try to fix my ailments. Would definitely recommend her and this facility to anyone in the area. During our visit my wife and friend used Katelyn and Ally and they were also very satisfied. Cenote even provided mimosas to enjoy after massage. They have a steam room to enjoy before or after your massage.

Ive started getting facials once every 3 months and I go to Jasmine. She always listens to my skin concerns and customizes my facial based on them and if I have any upcoming trips like a cruise or special event. Jasmine has the magic touch! I almost fell asleep during my most recent facial - thats how relaxing it was! I always leave with my skin feeling amazing. I am trying to convince my boyfriend to start going too. Highly recommend!

Visited Cenote while on vacation. Staff was courteous and inviting. The Mimosas and light snacks provided in the waiting area was a nice touch. Ally’s 90 minute Hot Stone Massage was wonderful and relaxing. Will definitely return the next time vacationing in Florida!

Florida has plenty of strip mall “spas” but this one offered an experience that was much like a resort spa. It was very clean, the atmosphere was calming, and it did not give the strip mall feel. The services were great and very pleased with the massage!
